-
Welcome to Commission Thursday, where we are reminded that we are the witnesses, ambassadors of Christ, the light and the salt of the earth, as believers.
-
I would like to share a verse from the book of Psalms, chapter 8 and verse 2.
Psalms 8 chapter mention
-
And it says out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants you have ordained strength because of your enemies, that you may silence the enemy and the avengers.
-
Basically, what the word of the Lord is coming to us at this particular time is that he gives strength to those who do not have strength, and he does not just give us strength or the ability to do exploits just for the sake of doing exploits.
-
He enables us to be able to reach out to those who are not able to hear, understand the gospel of Christ.
-
I would like to urge us to first of all start in our household.
-
We have been given children, we have been given teenagers, cousins and people around us, and these are souls that can be won for the kingdom of God.
-
God desires that the kingdom of earth be the kingdom of our Lord, that our households will uphold the gospel of Christ, that our families will know Christ and, basically, every other person will get to know Christ.
-
It is easy.
-
There's a saying that says, which basically means it is important to train a child when they're still young.
-
It is even easier and even better if somebody gave their lives to Christ when they're younger.
-
So I would like to encourage all of you to join the boat or join the car so that we can be able to spread this gospel to the young ones, to the adults, because there is no right age to get born again.
-
The sooner the better Train the child in the ways of the Lord, and when they grow older they will not depart from it.
-
So the sooner they give their lives to Christ, they will grow old, having lived a godly life.
-
Have a blessed day and a week ahead.
