3rd August 2025; DAY 7: Unbound Dominion: Revival Season 11: The Unbound Generation

Bishop Jonah Obonyo is the founder and presiding bishop of Cathedral of Praise Ministries International since 2003.

He was nurtured under the leadership of Archbishop Dr Arthur Kitonga of the Redeemed Gospel Church.

It was during this time that he heeded the call to become a pastor, was appointed in 1990 and ordained in 1995.

He served as the senior pastor of Redeemed Gospel Church City Victory Temple where, under his leadership, the church grew to a congregation of over 12,000 members.

There he also ran a television ministry called Victory Hour for more than seven years.

Bishop Obonyo holds a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Carrious University in Fort Myers, Florida, USA, and pursued studies in accounting at Kabete Technical Training Institute in Nairobi.

He is a certified professional and qualified mediator.

Bishop Obonyo has written several books, including Healing of Marriages, Let the Blood Speak and Power of His Presence, among many others.

He is a scholar, conference speaker, counselor and motivational speaker whose words continue to inspire and uplift countless souls.

Bishop Obonyo serves as the Africa-presiding prelate of the Eagles Rock Communion of Christian Leaders in the United States, under the leadership of Bishop Eugene and Olly Reeves.

Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Vice Chairman of the Evangelical Alliance of Kenya Nairobi Chapter.

Bishop Jonah Obonyo is a loving husband to Lady Florence Obonyo, and together they have been blessed with three children Janet, the late, Luke and Benjamin.

His life and ministry remain a testament to God's faithfulness and the power of obedience to his calling.

This is the victory that has overcome the world.

Even our faith Say amen, season of revival, and God is getting ready to raise a people that are going to shake this city and shake this nation with the gospel of the kingdom, and they are going to shake the nations not by power, not by might, but by the spirit of the living God.

And therefore we have the Unbound Dominion Conference that has been running through the week and culminating today, and I'm here to announce, through this message, the rising of the unbound generation.

Say amen to Jesus, turn to your neighbor on the left and on the right and tell them there is a generation rising and I feel you are one of them Of unbound people In the name of Jesus, say amen to the Lord.

When I was praying, this is what the Lord put in my heart.

Put in my heart that he is getting ready to raise a generation of a people that people never expected a generation of young people, a generation of middle-aged and a generation of older people, of older people, because the spirit of God has been released in the nations today to make an impact before Jesus comes.

And I looked at the scriptures in the book of Joshua Whenever a new generation comes or a season changes, god speaks, and God is speaking in our time that we are embracing a new season.

If we cannot listen, then we can see.

We never knew about the Gen Z's where we can see.

We never heard about the voices of the young people, but we can see and we can hear them In the spiritual world.

God is getting ready to raise a people that are not bound by anything, but they are ready to move forward and conquer nations for the glory of God.

And I feel those people are in this tent.

I hear their voices saying amen.

And the Bible says in 1 John, chapter 5 and verse number 4.

He says that those that are born of God have already conquered the world.

They have overcome us.

There are people who have victory already in the things of God.

And I want to tell us the offspring of a goat is a goat.

The offspring of a dog is a dog.

The offspring of a dog is a dog.

The offspring of a man is a man.

The offspring of a cow is a cow.

In the same vein, the offspring of God cannot be anything less than a God, because the law of creation kicks in that when God created the world, he created man in his own image, in his own likeness.

So the generation of the unbound are people with the likeness of God, they have the image of God.

They have the image of God.

They are living in the flesh but they are operating in the spirit.

They are overcomers in the kingdom of God.

Say amen to the Lord.

The devil after creation interfered with the creation of God.

He came into the garden of Eden and interfered with the creation of God.

He came into the garden of Eden and interfered with the purposes of God in the garden.

But we can follow God with his people Anytime God identified a man or a woman, he possessed the person with his spirit and began to do wonders through that person.

And I am here to let us know that there is a generation that is rising now and that generation is a generation of a people who are not bound by anything, because if you are born of God, you cannot be bound by any spirit, you cannot be bound by any power.

Say Amen to Jesus, say Amen to the Lord.

The journey of the Old Testament God restored man back to the original place of sonship.

After the Old Testament, in John, chapter 1, verses 12, we find God sending Jesus Christ into the world to come and reconcile man back to himself.

And John, chapter 1, verses 12, says and he came unto his own his own, rejected him.

But to all those who believed in him, he gave them the right to become children of God or sons of God.

Therefore, they took up the image of God again.

They took up the character of God again.

They took up the power of God again.

They took up the mandate of God again.

God again, they took up the mandate of God again.

So, after they took the mandate of God, we as humans, we began to function like God.

Say amen to Jesus.

What does it might mean to be unbound?

What does it mean to be unbound?

To be unbound means to be unconquered.

It means to be undefeatable.

It means to be unlimited.

It means to be unhindered.

It means you are a holder of a flaming spear.

Where there is no way, you can make a way.

Where there is no hope, you can bring hope.

Where there is a wall, you can break through the wall Because you are unbound.

You are unbound and I feel Jesus, after he came and he gathered to himself a people, gave them the power to become unbound.

Say amen to Jesus, say amen to the Lord, and so they become dangerous, unc, curseable people.

There is no witch that can curse you, there is no power that can hinder you.

Say amen to Jesus.

There is no word that can stop you from doing what you are supposed to do.

That can stop you from doing what you are supposed to do.

And I'm here to announce to somebody that in this year you're going to become what God wants you to be.

You're going to achieve what God wanted you to achieve.

Why?

Because you are more than a conqueror.

Say amen to the Lord.

What did Jesus bestow unto us when we got born again?

2 Corinthians 2.14.

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 2.14.

But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ's triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere.

When he makes you unbound, he gives you the power of victory over situations of life, over circumstances that come along your way.

In Romans, chapter 8 and verse 37, the Bible also tells me what God has given to us.

Knowing all these things, we are more than conquerors, through him who loved us.

So God gave us the power to be more than conquerors.

Friends, you've got to understand that, where you sit, you are more than a conqueror.

There is no power that can conquer you.

There is no power that can hinder you.

There is no persuasion that can persuade you out of the will of God More than conquer us.

So when Jesus came, there are things he did to us and it made us to be unbound.

Why are we?

And by unbound, what causes us to be unbound?

Say amen to the Lord.

Unconquerable, amen, undefeatable.

A people that can go places and do exploits.

What makes us unborgable?

Say amen.

What makes us unconquerable?

Unbound in the things of the kingdom number one we are born of God.

Only the one who believes that Jesus is the son of God.

The Bible declares and says in John, chapter 1, verse number 13,.

These are the people I'm talking about and I want to tell you today where you are seated.

If you are born again, you are an overcomer in this world.

If you are born again, the devil is under your feet.

If you are born again, do not fear tomorrow.

Do not fear what the devil says is coming your way.

Know that Jesus has already gone before you and he's going to give you all the victory.

1 Peter, chapter 1, verse 23.

We are born of God.

You are from above, you are from God, and so you are the seed of the undefeatables.

The Bible says in James, chapter 1, verse 18, because if you are born again, this is what happens.

He chose to give us birth through the word of truth that we might be a kind of first fruits of all he created.

That by itself is a good message that you are born again and so because of that, you are unstoppable.

If there is any power that can rise to try to stop you, they cannot stop you because you are born of God.

Your DNA reads Jehovah.

It reads Jehovah, god.

Say amen to Jesus.

And number two the reason why you are unbound is because you are a seed of Abraham.

A seed of Abraham, galatians 3.29.

The Bible says in Galatians 3.29.

It says if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed and are higher according to the promise.

So you are nowhere to be a defeatable seed.

You are called to be a victor.

You are called to be a defeatable seed.

You are called to be a victor.

You are called to be an overcomer.

Your place is above only and not beneath.

Romans, chapter 8 and verse 14.

We may also share in his glory.

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

Say amen to Jesus, for the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.

So, ladies and gentlemen, we are more than conquerors.

We are unbound.

You are undefeatable.

You are unconquerable Because you are a seed that is not found in this world.

It's a seed of Abraham, and you are connected now to the promises that God gave to Abraham.

As you walk about in this life, walk with confidence because you are not bound by anything.

You are more than a conqueror.

Hebrews, chapter 2, verse 16.

The Bible says For surely, it is not angels he helps, but Abraham's descendants.

God comes to help us to overcome every kind of obstacle.

That's the reason why, when you're connected to the promise of God, when you're connected to the promise of God, god himself will make sure that he comes down and helps you through the journey of this life.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are unstoppable.

There's a generation coming up that is unstoppable and you are one of them.

Say amen to the Lord.

And the reason why you are unstoppable number three is because of the empowerment that comes on you through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit comes and dwells in you and through the indwelling of the Holy Ghost your behavior changes, your attitude changes, your way of life changes.

Because the Holy Spirit is God.

Bible says God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth.

So he comes and fills you up with the Holy Ghost.

He makes you unconquerable, undefeatable.

The Bible says in 1 John 4.4.

He says you, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is, because the one who is in you Is greater than the one who is In the world.

Say amen, praise, be to the name of the Lord.

Look at your neighbor and say neighbor, you are a carrier of divinity and because of that, all the witches From your village Gathered together in together in a conference cannot pull you down.

Every rumamonga gathering together in groups.

They cannot pull you down, because you have the greater one inside of you and his name is Jesus Christ.

Shout a bigger amen to the Lord.

When you're filled with the Holy Spirit listen to me when you're filled with the Holy Spirit, you become like a drunkard.

Paul says be you drunk, but in the Holy Spirit, say amen, I love the Holy Spirit.

Because when the Holy Spirit Say amen, I love the Holy Spirit.

Because when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you become unbound, you become unconquerable, you become unblogable.

I come from a village, men of God, where up to a few years ago the wild animals used to roam around freely.

We had the leopards.

We had especially otoyo.

Otoyo is this one.

They call it hyena.

Hello, you hear them laughing at night.

In the evening they laugh, laugh, laugh.

But there's something strange I learned about the village life.

A drunkard would walk home from his drinking place and be escorted by those guys.

Why?

Because they see the confidence he has as he staggers along the road Going home.

Because he is tipsy, he is filled, he is under influence.

He doesn't fear the Otoios, he doesn't fear whether they are walking and laughing.

He will be abusing them and telling them stuff, asking them who do you think you are?

You cannot beat me.

That's how they behave.

I try to imagine if you are born again and your Holy Spirit feels there is no devil that can bugger you.

Shout a big amen to the Lord.

You will talk to the devil and say the devil, bring it on, I don't fear you.

Greater is he that is inside of me than him that is in the world.

Say amen to the Lord.

Another thing I learned about the drunkards is they can fall and they don't feel pain.

They'll feel the pain tomorrow.

Are we together?

It is the following day.

When he wakes up, the eye is swollen.

Then he says please, when you are filled with the Holy Ghost, it doesn't matter the attacks of the enemy, you don't feel them Because the Holy Ghost has taken over.

Look at that neighbor.

Say neighbor, you are unstoppable because of the Holy Ghost.

When the Holy Ghost is in you, you not feel anything.

They can whisper, they can shout, they can talk about you, they can tear down your name, but all you do is keep walking because you know the one who lives in you and you know where you are going, because God is on your side and you will always say if God be for me, who shall be against me?

I analyze the life of a drunk and I also get so much about them.

When a drunk is drunk, he's very generous.

Hello, you know the reason why we have stingy people in church the Holy Spirit.

They are not filled.

They know how to discern.

They know how to discern when a drunk is going home, reverend, and he comes across a footbridge with one pole, you know he has to balance.

He suspends the staggering, suspends the staggering, suspends the confusion and says this one, my mission is to cross and go to the other side, right.

Say amen to Jesus, and then the drunkenness of yesterday is not what makes you survive today.

You have to drink every day, because drinking is the intoxication.

And then the drunkenness of yesterday is not what makes you survive today.

You have to drink every day because drinking is the intoxication that causes you to be up high every day.

And so if you are filled of the Spirit, if you are full of the Holy Ghost, you will desire to be refilled, day after day after day after day.

You will need the Word of God every day.

Say amen to Jesus, say a big amen to the Lord.

Look at that neighbor and say, neighbor, you are unbogable.

When you are unbogable, you will go places you've never thought you would go.

Say amen to Jesus, say amen to Jesus, say amen to the Lord Jesus.

Be filled with the Holy Ghost.

Joshua was filled with the mindset of God.

Joshua was not walking according to his own mindset, he was walking in the mindset of God.

And let's look at the mindset that God had implanted in Joshua, because Romans 12, verses 2 tells us.

Romans 12 and verses 2 says Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is His good, pleasing and perfect will.

So here we are, seeing that for you to become unbogable, for you to become unbeatable, for you to become unconquerable, there must be what I call a transformation of your mind.

Say amen to Jesus, what I call transplant, reprogramming of your mind, in other words, a total reset of the motherboard of your mind.

You cannot operate in the kingdom and become unworkable With the former mindset or the mindset that has not been regenerated, a mindset that has not been captured by the spirit and transformed and renewed.

And you have a mind like that of Jesus Christ.

Look at what the Bible tells me.

Number one for Joshua to become unconquerable, god had to change his mind and give him a conqueror's mind.

When God spoke to Joshua, he said Moses, he said you, and to them and to the children of Israel.

And he says to him every place your feet will tread upon, that I have given you.

What was God trying to plant in the mind of Joshua?

He was trying to plant in the mind of Joshua a conqueror's mindset.

The reason why so many Christians are defeated is because they do not have the mindset of a conqueror.

May God transform your mind, cause you to know that you are on the winning side.

Cause you to know that you can conquer every kind of mountain that stands before you.

Get the mindset like that of David when he saw Goliath.

He knew this one is under my feet.

May God give you the mindset like that of Daniel.

Daniel was never afraid of the threats that were being given the lion's den.

He said no way.

Even the lions themselves are under my feet.

I don't know what it is that is standing on your way that tells you you cannot conquer.

I came to announce to you in this conference, in this wonderful conference God is raising a generation of the unbound.

You are rising and you are going to make it.

You are rising and you are going to conquer.

Say amen to Jesus.

Come on, say a big amen to the Lord.

A mindset of a conqueror.

Slap your neighbor.

Say neighbor, have a mindset of a conqueror.

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm.

And so they came back with a lot of complaints.

They spoke about themselves and said we look like grasshoppers, we are not able to conquer the land.

But two guys, caleb and Joshua, they stood out because they had a conqueror's mentality.

They changed the whole story.

Can I prophesy to you you can change the whole story of your company.

You can change the whole story of your county.

You can change the whole story of your own life and your family by having a transformed mindset of a conqueror.

May you change your mind and have a conqueror.

My God, I don't know how many of you know that if a witch comes to bewitch you and you are unbreakable, you are unstoppable, you are immune.

You are powerful in the spirit, that power that releases.

And God never gives anybody land that is not occupied.

He will always give you land that is occupied.

So he says to him from where you are to the place where your eyes can reach, I've given to you.

But condition number one take a step.

Look at your neighbor and say do something with your faith.

Faith without action is dead.

You can speak and say you have faith, but you need to take a step of faith and say, today I am doing something in the name of Jesus Christ and God will go with you in the name of Jesus.

God is waiting for anybody who will take a step of faith.

Faith is supposed to be progressive.

Faith is supposed to be action and not just words.

Do me a favor this afternoon and tell that neighbor, take a step of faith and you will see God's provisions.

And I have this feeling in my spirit that God is raising a generation now that is going to turn the cities upside down.

It's going to turn the social media upside down.

I don't know whether I'm talking to the right people tonight, but if you are one of those that's believing that you are going to be unblockable, unshakable, unrestrictable, shout a big amen to the Lord, because God is going to do it in the name of Jesus.

This is your season and this is your time.

I pray that God will raise you up in this season.

I pray that God will touch you in this season, that you may be able to raise the standards.

That's going to change your world.

Something is being ignited in your spirit.

We are going to make a declaration and a prayer this afternoon.

These words that were said today were not just said to occupy space.

Bishop said something that was important you have to shift your mindset.

You must have the mindset of Joshua, a conqueror's mind.

You can change your story.

I set my feet like this and the dog came and did exactly what Bishop did.

While it was doing that, I began to remove my belt, because I used to have a very thick belt and we were looking at each other, face to face, and it's growling and I'm looking at it and I'm just.

I had already pulled out my belt and I was waiting for it to jump and I was going to jump and it growled and growled and suddenly it turned and ran.
