  1. A hand to the Lord.

  3. Let's read the scripture today from the book of Romans, chapter 10, verse 9 to 13.

    Romans 10:9–13

  4. Again, what a blessing to have had the sheep conference this week.

  5. And we want to appreciate the leadership of Pastor Felista.

  6. Let's appreciate her and thank God for her.

  7. Amen.

  8. And all the ladies who did their best, especially this worship team.

  9. They did a great job through the week just being there.

  10. Amen.

  11. And we thank God.

  12. We want to celebrate all the mothers in the house.

  13. Amen.

  14. We want to see the mothers.

  15. So men sit down.

  16. The mothers remain standing.

  17. Huh?

  18. Now let's celebrate the mothers in the house.

  19. Amen.

  20. Now let's ask all the ladies to stand.

  21. All the ladies.

  22. Now let's appreciate all the ladies in the house.

  23. Amen.

  24. Amen.

  25. Please be seated briefly.

  26. In the first service, we also asked the fathers who double up as mothers in their houses to stand.

  27. Let's let them stand.

  28. If you are a father and a mother at the same time, we thank God for you.

  29. Amen.

  30. God bless you.

  31. Yes.

  32. Amen.

  33. Amen.

  34. We salute you.

  35. God bless you, big time.

  36. Buanas if you were.

  37. Thanks.

  38. Be seated.

  39. Now stand for the reading of the word.

  40. Amen.

  41. The scripture is very precise.

  42. It's a scripture you know.

  43. And I read from verse 9, Romans 10.

  44. If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

  45. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified.

  46. And it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

  47. As the scripture says, anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.

  48. For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile.

  49. The same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him.

  50. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

  51. This is the word of the Lord and gossip.

  52. Amen.

  53. We may be seated.

  54. Let me also take time to appreciate our guest, Marceline.

  55. We appreciate you.

  56. God bless you.

  57. We salute you.

  58. Big time.

  59. Let's thank God for her.

  60. Amen.

  61. I don't know if you remember the skit that was just played earlier.

  62. And I want to thank God that that did not refer to men in any place.

  63. And I want to tell the men we are safe.

  64. We never engage in those kinds of things.

  65. Is it true?

  66. No.

  67. No, it's the women are the ones saying no.

  68. But the men we know.

  69. But I want to appreciate the that skit.

  70. It was very focused.

  71. And we know that sometimes in the groups that we are in, that sometimes our mouth is used to say what is not right.

  72. And I want you to know that confession in any way has an impact.

  73. The Bible says, if you confess with your mouth.

  74. So there are things we say with our mouth that sometimes can impact very negatively.

  75. But there are things that we say with our mouth that can impact very positively.

  76. And those are the things I want to talk about today: the liberating power of confession.

  77. And I want to talk about three groups of people and three statements.

  78. And the first statement is this we're going to talk about liberate uplifted confession.

  79. Tell your neighbor uplifted confession.

  80. Secondly, impactful confession.

  81. Say that one more time, impactful confession.

  82. And thirdly, strategic confession.

  83. Many years ago, we had the opportunity of going to the game park, the national game park.

  84. At that particular time, my sister-in-law was visiting from the UK.

  85. And he came with her husband and their son.

  86. And we had an opportunity to go to the game park and just show them the kinds of animals that are there.

  87. Our daughter Sifa at that time was around four years old.

  88. And she was also in the car as we drove through the game park.

  89. Now we saw quite a number of animals.

  90. One of the animals we were not seeing were the lions.

  91. And so we kept the driver kept checking with the other guides in the park to see whether the animals, the lions had been seen.

  92. And the lions are not being seen.

  93. And the time was going, it was around four o'clock.

  94. They're getting around five o'clock, and we were wondering, hey, we are going to have to come go back without seeing the lions.

  95. And then Sifa from the back of the car just said, God is going to show you the lions.

  96. Now she was young, but she just said it, God is going to show you the lions.

  97. Can you imagine?

  98. It did not take three minutes.

  99. We took a turn, we just turned on one of the on one of the paths, and there on our left was a pride of lions.

  100. You know, they were just sitting there, about six, seven of them.

  101. Come on, let's give God a big hand.

  102. And interesting, just not very far from there were antelopes.

  103. And the lions were just sitting there.

  104. And we were we were just shocked.

  105. And so our in-laws were able to take good pictures from where we were.

  106. And of course, I felt a bit sad because it it the confession did not come from me.

  107. I should be the one who would have said by faith, we are going to see lions.

  108. But the the blessing went to this girl to have said it, but she made a confession.

  109. And when she made that positive confession, God honored her confession, and we saw the lions.

  110. We're able to go back in time before the park was closed, but we saw the lions.

  111. From the mouth of a child, a confession was made, and God came through for us on that particular day.

  112. I want you to know that confession is powerful.

  113. The Bible says in the book of Romans that if you confess with your mouth, you know, salvation is like that.

  114. People just don't get saved in their heart.

  115. The Bible says if you confess with your mouth, not somebody else's mouth, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and then believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.

  116. You see, somebody said, confession, you must have the confession that believes, and the belief that confesses.

  117. You must have the confession that believes.

  118. Because sometimes we confess things we don't believe.

  119. And we believe things and we don't confess them.

  120. But I want you to know that there is power in releasing the word.

  121. When God was creating the universe, at that particular time, the Bible says that the earth was formless and it was dark.

  122. And you know, God could have said, This place is dark, this place is formless, and you would have been right.

  123. But then God spoke not what was, but what needed to be.

  124. I want to say in the name of Jesus that you're going to confess not what is, but what is going to be.

  125. And God said, Let there be light.

  126. And there was light.

  127. And when now God created us in his image and in his likeness, he put in us the same ability and power that if we confess and believe what we confess, it shall actually happen.

  128. I want to talk about three ladies.

  129. The first one I'm talking about is the uplifted confession.

  130. Tell your neighbor plifted confession.

  131. There is confession that lifts you out of a very dark situation, a confession that takes you from the valley to the mountaintop.

  132. But this confession happens all the time in the valley.

  133. It's not a confession that you find yourself on the mountaintop.

  134. And many of us have found ourselves in the valleys of life.

  135. There was this lady by the name of Hannah.

  136. The name Hannah means favored one.

  137. Hallelujah.

  138. You can either say Hannah or you can say Hannah or you can say An.

  139. The masculine word is Johan.

  140. So those people who are called John is the same word, Johan.

  141. Ah, Johanna, or things like that.

  142. Favor.

  143. And the Bible says, let me read it for you.

  144. She was going through a very difficult time in her marriage.

  145. And the Bible says in 1 Samuel chapter 1, let me start with verse 1.

    1 Samuel 1 chapter mention

  146. There was a man, there was a certain man from Ramath, Ramathaim, a Zufite from the hill country of Ephraim, whose name was Elkanah, son of Jehoam, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuf, an Ephraimite.

  147. He had two, he had two wives.

  148. He had two wives.

  149. He had two wives.

  150. God is not trying to explain anything.

  151. He's just giving you a statement.

  152. He had two wives.

  153. One was called Hannah and the other Penina.

  154. Penina had children, but Hannah had none.

  155. Year after year, this man went up from his town to worship and sacrifice to the Lord Almighty at Shiloh, where Hophni and Phineas, the two sons of Eli, were priests of the Lord.

  156. Whenever the day came for Elkhanah to sacrifice, he would give portions of meat to his wife Penina and to all the sons and daughters.

  157. But to Hannah he gave a double portion.

  158. Because he loved her, and the Lord had closed her womb.

  159. Because the Lord had closed Hannah's womb, her rival kept provoking her in order to irritate her.

  160. This went on year after year.

  161. Whenever Hannah went up to the house of the Lord, her rival provoked her till she wept and would not eat.

  162. Her husband El Kana would say to her, Hannah, why are you weeping?

  163. Why don't you eat?

  164. Why are you downhearted?

  165. Don't I mean more to you than ten sons?

  166. Once when they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh, Hannah stood up.

  167. Now Eli the priest was sitting on his chair by the doorpost of the Lord's of the Lord's house.

  168. In her deep anguish, Hannah prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly.

  169. And she made a vow, saying, Lord Almighty, if you will only look on your servant, misery, and remember me.

  170. She's making a confession.

  171. Tell your neighbor she's making a confession.

  172. So go back.

  173. She's saying this.

  174. And she made a vow saying, Lord Almighty, if you only look on your servant, misery and remember me.

  175. And the point is not the misery, the member, the point is she said, Remember me, and not forget your servant, but give her a son.

  176. Then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will be used on his head.

  177. Now the as she kept on praying to the Lord.

  178. Eli observed her mouth.

  179. Hannah was praying in her heart, and her lips were moving, but her voice was not heard.

  180. Eli thought she was drunk.

  181. And said to her, How long are you going to stay drunk?

  182. Put away your wine.

  183. Not so, my Lord, Hannah replied.

  184. I'm a woman who is deeply troubled.

  185. I have not been drinking wine or beer.

  186. I was pouring out my soul to the Lord.

  187. Do not take your servant for a wicked woman.

  188. I've been praying here out of my great anguish and grief.

  189. Eli answered, Go in peace.

  190. Towards the end of this service, I'll be praying a blessing to the people.

  191. We'll be saying, Go in peace.

  192. Something is shifting in your situation.

  193. And I'm telling you, Hannah went through a challenge.

  194. And I'm telling you that sometimes God brings pininas in your life.

  195. Hallelujah.

  196. Penina basically means an oyster.

  197. Oyster.

  198. That oyster in the ocean that takes sand and begins to just rub because sand is irritating to it.

  199. And so it begins to rub some fluid on it.

  200. And as it rubs the fluid on it, it forms an oyster.

  201. Let me tell you this.

  202. There are some people who are penninhas, and some of them are sitting next to you right now.

  203. Hello?

  204. And they just rub on you.

  205. They just rub on you.

  206. They just rub on you.

  207. And your desires, they don't sit next to you.

  208. Your desires they go as far as they can go.

  209. But let me tell you this: the Lord makes them stick around you because God is softening you.

  210. God is working on you.

  211. Why?

  212. Because your favor.

  213. And God is releasing the favor in your life.

  214. And sometimes it is a Panina who is a person, but sometimes it's a it's a Panina who is maybe your workplace.

  215. Maybe it is your boss who is just grating on you, grating on you, and you feel so irritated.

  216. Panina provoked Hannah year after year after year.

  217. But she was stuck in the family.

  218. She prayed and she believed God.

  219. But God was softening her because her destiny was simply this: she was going to be a mother of one of the greatest prophets in the nation of Israel.

  220. And that mother needed to be prepared to bring forth that kind of a baby.

  221. I'm talking to somebody, you're going to bring forth a child, a product, a situation that is going to touch the entire nation and the entire continent.

  222. But right now, please bear being greeted.

  223. Tell your neighbor, thank God for Paninas.

  224. Hallelujah.

  225. And Panina was there.

  226. El Kana tried to tell Hannah, I love you, I love you.

  227. Happy.

  228. Mother's Day.

  229. I'm telling you, things are not working.

  230. And Panina was there, getting her children, enjoying birthdays.

  231. Hannah is sitting there and she has nothing.

  232. What she didn't know that something was developing in her spirit.

  233. And she was beginning to pray a prayer.

  234. Not just children.

  235. She said, God give me a son.

  236. And God did not just give her a son, God gave her a prophet.

  237. Let me tell you this: God is about to shift you.

  238. God is about to change your situation.

  239. And on this Mother's Day, you need to remember that.

  240. You need to believe that.

  241. That those things that have been crashing on you, doing all things in your life, something is about to change.

  242. I don't know if you have ever noticed in a river, their pebbles, those soft pebbles.

  243. They're very nice.

  244. When you touch them, they're very nice.

  245. And you can roll them in your hand.

  246. What you don't know is that before they became that soft, they had a lot of edges on them.

  247. But because they're in the river, the river continued passing over them, passing over them, passing over them, passing over them.

  248. And removing the edges.

  249. Let me tell you this: from the day you're born, there are some challenges that have just been passing over you, passing over you.

  250. Relatives passing over you, passing over you.

  251. Situations passing over you, passing over you, passing over you, bosses passing over you, neighbors passing over you, passing over you.

  252. Traffic officers passing over you, passing over you, passing over you.

  253. Hello.

  254. But as if they have been doing that, they have been smoothing you out.

  255. And when somebody comes to the river and says, Wow, look at those pebbles.

  256. He picks the pebbles and carries them to his house and places them in the sitting room in a very beautiful place, in a very beautiful jug, and you become a discipline.

  257. Visitors come and say, Where did you get these pebbles?

  258. They look so nice.

  259. Let me tell you this: some of you are not ready to be displayed in somebody's sitting room.

  260. Hallelujah! And that's why you need to let the river continue to flow over you, continue to flow over you, continue to flow over you because your season of change and elevation and positioning has come.

  261. Somebody better receive that in Jesus' name.

  262. In Jesus' name.

  263. In Jesus' name.

  264. Some people say, Why has my life been so rough?

  265. Why hasn't everything not worked for me?

  266. Ah, because God is setting you up.

  267. And so the day came when Hannah said this.

  268. Now listen to her testimony.

  269. Because for every test there must be a testimony.

  270. For every mess, there needs to be a message.

  271. For every trial, you need to become a trailblazer.

  272. Because let me tell you this God is going to use you tremendously.

  273. So Hannah wakes up one day.

  274. This is what she says in chapter 2, verse 1.

  275. Then Hannah prayed and said, My heart rejoices in the Lord.

  276. In the Lord my horn is lifted high.

  277. My mouth boasts of my enemies, for I delight in your deliverance.

  278. There is no one holy like the Lord.

  279. There is no one besides you.

  280. There is no rock like our God.

  281. Do not keep talking so proudly, or let your mouth speak such arrogance.

  282. For the Lord is a God who knows, and by him deeds are weighed.

  283. The bows of the warriors are broken, but those who stumbled are armed with strength.

  284. Those who are full hire themselves out for food.

  285. But those who are hungry are hungry no more.

  286. She who was barren has borne seven children.

  287. But she who had many sons pines away.

  288. The Lord brings death and makes alive.

  289. The Lord brings down to the grave and raises up.

  290. The Lord sends poverty and wealth.

  291. He humbles and he exalts.

  292. Now look at verse 8.

  293. She says this He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap.

  294. He seats them with princes and has them inherit a throne of honor.

  295. What a God we serve.

  296. What a God we serve.

  297. This is the God we serve.

  298. And so, ladies, gentlemen, when you're going through a rough season, it is not permanent.

  299. Tell your neighbor it's not permanent.

  300. It is taking you somewhere in Jesus' name.

  301. It's taking you somewhere in Jesus' name.

  302. And I'm telling you, Hannah came out with a testimony because she stayed and stayed there.

  303. And then she turned her eyes to the Lord.

  304. The Bible says in Psalms 121, I look up to the hills.

  305. Where does my help come from?

  306. My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.

  307. He doesn't sleep, he doesn't slumber.

  308. He who watches over me does not slumber nor sleep.

  309. This is the God who is standing here with us today and saying, Trust in the Lord with all your heart.

  310. Do not rely on your own understanding.

  311. In all your ways, acknowledge him.

  312. He will direct your paths.

  313. Your season will come.

  314. I'm talking to somebody, your season will not come.

  315. Your season has come.

  316. Your season has come in Jesus' name.

  317. Your season has come in Jesus' name.

  318. But let me talk to that about the next one.

  319. Impactful confession.

  320. There is a confession that you make that releases an impact.

  321. They were these daughters of Zelophejad.

  322. And I want to read that story in the book of Numbers, chapter 27.

    Numbers 27 chapter mention

  323. They came up with a confession that was very impactful in their life.

  324. The Bible says in Numbers 24, 27, verse 1 The daughters of Zelophad, son of Hepha, the son of Gilead, the son of Makir, the son of Manasseh, belonged to the clans of Manasseh, son of Joseph.

  325. The names of the daughters were Mahmala, Noah, Hogla, Milka, and Tirzah.

  326. They came forward and they stood before Moses, Elias and the priest and the leaders of the whole assembly at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

  327. And they said, And this is their confession.

  328. This is their statement.

  329. This is their case.

  330. They stated their case.

  331. Our father died in the wilderness.

  332. He was not among the Korah's followers who banded together against the Lord, but he died for his own sin and left no sons.

  333. Why should our father's name disappear from his clan?

  334. Because he had no sons.

  335. Give us property among our father's relatives.

  336. And that was their claim.

  337. Give us land, give us property.

  338. And I'm talking to somebody that this year of Jubilee, God is giving you property in the name of Jesus Christ.

  339. Yes, you need to state your case because God is a God who is a father, He cares.

  340. So Moses brought their case before the Lord.

  341. And the Lord said to him, What Zelophaihad's daughters are saying is right.

  342. I'm telling you, it is good to be on God's right side.

  343. You must certainly give them property as an inheritance among their father's relatives and give their father's inheritance to them.

  344. Then God gave a decree to all Israel, say to the Israelites, If a man dies and leaves no son, give his inheritance to his daughter.

  345. If he has no daughter, give his inheritance to his brothers.

  346. If he has no brothers, give his inheritance to his father's brothers.

  347. If his father had no brothers, give his inheritance to the nearest relative in the clan that he may possess it.

  348. This is to have the force of law for the Israelite as the Lord commanded Moses.

  349. Can you imagine what these daughters did?

  350. They came with a confession that impacted not just them, but impacted an entire nation.

  351. Let me tell you this: God can change the laws of the land because of you.

  352. In Jesus' name.

  353. May though the Lord come through you, through for you, in Jesus' name, because you come with an impactful confession.

  354. You come to the Lord and say, The Lord is my light and my salvation.

  355. Whom shall I fear?

  356. The Lord is the strength of my life.

  357. On whom shall I be afraid?

  358. You come to the Lord and say, Lord, you're my refuge, you're my strength, you're my protection.

  359. You say, The Lord is my banner.

  360. You confess those things, and God begins to open doors for you, even in society, and things begin to shift and things begin to change.

  361. Let me tell you this.

  362. Our confession, like Hannah, can affect our families.

  363. Our confession, like these daughters, can affect our society.

  364. But I want to run to the third person, and this is the strategic confession.

  365. Look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor strategic confession.

  366. Look at that neighbor again and tell them there is a strategic confession.

  367. And this now is about Ruth and Naomi.

  368. Now, the Bible says this about Ruth and Naomi.

  369. Naomi was the mother-in-law.

  370. And you know the story.

  371. Naomi had left Bethlehem.

  372. She had gone to Moab just to take refuge for some time.

  373. During that time, her two sons got married.

  374. But while they were there, the two sons died.

  375. And so Ruth and Orpah became widows.

  376. And then later, Bethlehem, things were now looking better.

  377. And Naomi said, I'm going back home.

  378. And she said, Why don't you just stay?

  379. It was nice having you.

  380. Goodbye.

  381. I'm going.

  382. Orpah decided to go back home, but Ruth.

  383. But Ruth.

  384. But Ruth.

  385. This is what she said in Ruth chapter 1, verse 16 and 17.

    Ruth 1:16

  386. She made a strategic confession.

  387. The Bible says, but Truth replied, Don't urge me to leave you or to turn back from you.

  388. Where you go, I will go.

  389. And where you stay, I will stay.

  390. Your people will be my people.

  391. And your God, my God.

  392. Remember, she's a Moabite.

  393. Naomi is an Israelite.

  394. And the two are disconnected.

  395. But at this moment, she made a divine connection.

  396. Let me tell you this strategic confession will connect you to divine destiny.

  397. She didn't know what she was saying at that particular time, but she was saying at that moment, where you die, I will die.

  398. And there I will buried.

  399. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if even death separates you and me.

  400. When Naomi realized that truth was determined to go with her, she stopped urging her.

  401. Ladies and gentlemen, there is a divine connectivity when you make a strategic confession.

  402. And she was strategic.

  403. Let me tell you this: there are some connectivities that are so important.

  404. So important in your life.

  405. And for this one, it was Ruth and Naomi.

  406. Now, fast forward the story to Ruth chapter 2.

    Ruth 2 chapter mention

  407. The Bible says this in Ruth chapter 2.

    Ruth 2 chapter mention

  408. Now they have settled in Bethlehem.

  409. There is a harvest season, and this is what is happening.

  410. Verse 1.

  411. Now Naomi had a relative on her husband's side, a man of standing from the clan of Elimelech, whose name was Boaz.

  412. Whose name was Boaz.

  413. I'm saying whose name was Boaz.

  414. Now let me tell you this.

  415. Ruth did not know Boaz.

  416. And Ruth did not need to know Boaz.

  417. Ruth just needed to know Naomi.

  418. Hallelujah.

  419. That was the connection.

  420. Let me tell you this.

  421. There's some people who open doors for you.

  422. You don't need to know them.

  423. But there's somebody you need to know right now.

  424. There's somebody like Pastor Ambrose you need to know now.

  425. You need to have that connection, that connectivity in the name of Jesus.

  426. And Ambrose knows somebody else.

  427. Who knows somebody else, who knows somebody else before you know it.

  428. Destiny has connected in your life.

  429. Ruth just knew Naomi.

  430. But Naomi was connected to Boaz.

  431. Now look at the Bible.

  432. And Ruth the Moabite said to Naomi, Let me go to thy fields and pick up the leftover grain behind anyone in whose eyes I find favor.

  433. Naomi said to her, Go ahead, my daughter.

  434. So she went out, entered a field, and began to glean behind the harvesters.

  435. As it turned out, I'm saying, as it turned out, I'm telling you, when you make strategic confessions, something will turn out.

  436. Something will turn out for you.

  437. She went out, entered a field, began to glean behind the harvesters.

  438. As it turned out, she was working in a field belonging to Boaz, who was from the clan of Elimelech.

  439. And then, just then, not the next day.

  440. Just then.

  441. Who knows?

  442. You're coming to church today.

  443. We'll connect you to the just then.

  444. Something will shift in your life, something will move.

  445. Just then.

  446. You see, Boaz does not know Ruth.

  447. But Boaz knows Naomi.

  448. But Boaz has been collecting data.

  449. I'm saying Boaz has been collecting data.

  450. He has been doing research.

  451. Just then Boaz arrived from Bethlehem and greeted the harvesters.

  452. The Lord be with you.

  453. The Lord bless you.

  454. They answered.

  455. Then Boaz asked the overseer of his harvesters, who does that young woman belong to?

  456. Tell your neighbor, connectivity.

  457. The overseer replied, Ah, she is the Moabite who came from Moab with Naomi.

  458. She said, Please let me glean and gather among the sheets behind the harvesters.

  459. She came into the field and has remained here from morning till now.

  460. Tell your neighbor, be busy.

  461. Hallelujah.

  462. Do something.

  463. She has remained here from morning till now, except for a short rest in the shelter.

  464. So Boa said to Ruth, My daughter, listen to me.

  465. Don't go and glean in another field.

  466. And don't go away from here.

  467. Stay here with the women.

  468. Strategic.

  469. Stay here with the women who work for me.

  470. Watch the fields where the men are harvesting and follow along after the women.

  471. I have told the men, thank you, Jesus.

  472. I have told the men not to lay a hand on you.

  473. And whenever you are thirsty, go and get a drink from the water jazz.

  474. The men have failed.

  475. At this, she bowed down with her face to the ground.

  476. She asked him, Why have I found such favor in your eyes that you notice me a foreigner?

  477. Boaz replied, I have been told.

  478. I have been told.

  479. Is somebody saying something about you?

  480. I hope they are confessing the right thing.

  481. I have been told all about you, what you have done for your mother-in-law.

  482. You better be treating your mother-in-law properly in the name of Jesus.

  483. Somebody will be told.

  484. I have been told all about you that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband.

  485. How you left your father and mother and your homeland and came to live with a people you did not know before.

  486. May the Lord repay you for what you have done.

  487. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.

  488. At mealtime, Boa said, Come over here.

  489. Dot dot dot.

  490. Somebody better give God a big hand and give glory to God.

  491. Because destiny is connecting to you.

  492. I'm talking to you and saying, destiny is saying, Come here.

  493. Hallelujah.

  494. It's connecting to you.

  495. Why?

  496. Because Ruth, when she didn't know, when the circumstances were not right, when everything was wrong, she said, Where you go, I will go.

  497. Your people shall be my people, and your God shall be my God.

  498. All the things we said in our teenagehood.

  499. There's something I said in my teenage hood.

  500. I got saved when I was uh 16.

  501. But when I was 17, I said, I'm going to make my teenage years count.

  502. And I said, when I'm 17, I'm going to maximize my year as a 17-year-old.

  503. When I was 18, I'll maximize my year.

  504. When I was 18, I'll maximize my year.

  505. And I made a decision, you know, not knowing that those decisions would impact my life.

  506. At 20, I said, between 20 and 29, I'm going to live for Jesus Christ.

  507. I'm going to focus on him no matter what happens.

  508. Let me tell you this.

  509. Those commitments aligned me to destiny.

  510. Aligned me to destiny.

  511. And that's why I'm here.

  512. Because of confessions, strategic confessions that I made.

  513. Let me tell you this: your future depends on what you're confessing right now.

  514. And right now, some of you are suffering because of what you confessed yesterday.

  515. But let me tell you this: forget yesterday.

  516. You can shift things today and say, I'm going to make strategic confessions.

  517. I'm going to realign myself to destiny.

  518. I'm going to decree and declare that God knows the plans that He has for me.

  519. Plans for welfare, not for evil, to give me a future and a hope.

  520. I'm going to realign myself to the word of God.

  521. I'm going to be true to that word.

  522. I'm going to believe that word.

  523. I'm going to confess that word.

  524. Let me tell you this: realign yourself strategically.

  525. There are other people who strategically align themselves.

  526. Esther was strategically aligned to Mordecai.

  527. You remember that?

  528. Yes, she was an orphan.

  529. This was an uncle.

  530. And sometimes you live with an uncle and you wonder, why am I staying with this uncle?

  531. I'm an orphan.

  532. But let me tell you this: God has strategically placed you in that situation because of a destiny that is coming.

  533. And one time when she had the opportunity and she had an amazing opportunity with the king, and she was about to take off, Mordecai said, Listen, don't take off.

  534. Let me read that scripture for you.

  535. Esther chapter 4, verse 13.

    Esther 4:13

  536. This is what Mordecai sent that message to her so that she would not destroy her destiny.

  537. He sent back this answer.

  538. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance from the Jews will arise from another place.

  539. But you and your father's family will perish.

  540. And who knows?

  541. But that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this.

  542. Verse 15.

  543. Then Esther sent his reply to Mordecai.

  544. So Mordecai then sent this reply to Mordecai.

  545. Okay, keep going.

  546. So Mordecai went away.

  547. Sorry, there's something she said later, and she carried up that and other things were said.

  548. But let me tell you this she shifted destiny because of her connection with Mordecai.

  549. There were women in the life of Jesus, they were connected.

  550. Let me read that story for you.

  551. Luke chapter 8, verse 1.

    Luke 8:1

  552. The Bible talked about the women.

  553. Tell your neighbor the women.

  554. Tell your neighbor the women.

  555. Tell that woman talking about you.

  556. Look at this verse.

  557. After this, Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another.

  558. Proclaimed the good news of the kingdom of God.

  559. The twelve were with him.

  560. And also who?

  561. Some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases.

  562. Mary called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had come out.

  563. She was connected.

  564. Joanna, the wife of Chuser, the manager of Herod's household, Susanna, and many others, these women were helping to support them out of their own means.

  565. They were strategically positioned.

  566. They were making strategic confessions.

  567. No wonder, out of these women, one of them was the first one who saw Jesus alive.

  568. You have no idea what it means to have a strategic confession that aligns you.

  569. The other woman I think about is a woman with an issue of blood.

  570. She walked around, things were not working for her, but one day she said, If I can touch the hem of his garment.

  571. And she connected.

  572. She had realigned herself.

  573. She kept confessing.

  574. If I touch him, I'll be healed.

  575. If I touch him, I'll be healed.

  576. If I touch him, I'll be healed.

  577. I don't want to talk to him.

  578. I don't want him to talk to me.

  579. I don't want him to pray for me.

  580. All I want is to touch him.

  581. And when she did, boom, something shifted in her life.

  582. Favor entered into her spirit.

  583. And I want to tell you this as I pray for the ladies today.

  584. Something will shift into your life because of that connection.

  585. Something will move in your life.

  586. So it doesn't matter if you're in the valley, doesn't matter if you're somewhere that is people cannot find you.

  587. Doesn't matter if you are you close yourself in your room, you don't walk out of the house, that curtains are closed, there's light that is going to shine in that house.

  588. Something is going to shift in your life.

  589. Because when Jesus shows up, the light has come.

  590. When Jesus shows up, healing has come.

  591. When Jesus shows up, provision has come.

  592. But what is your strategic confession?

  593. That's what is important.

  594. What are you confessing?

  595. Are you like Ruth saying, where you go, I will go, your people shall be my people?

  596. Are you totally committed to him?

  597. God is waiting for that woman, that man, that son, that daughter to make that kind of confession.

  598. And I'm telling you, your life will never be the same again in Jesus' name.

  599. Are you ready for that connection?

  600. Are you ready for that realignment?

  601. I'm telling you, I thank God that I have confessed the word of God for so long.

  602. And I thank God that it works in my life and it will work in your life.

  603. Sometimes we confess God's word, we confess through our mouth, we confess through our prayers, we confess through our singing.

  604. We confess, we make those confessions.

  605. And no wonder again, Romans says, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord.

  606. Believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be what?

  607. You shall be saved.

  608. You shall be delivered.

  609. You shall be set free.

  610. So don't stay in that darkness.

  611. Don't stay in that bondage.

  612. Begin to make a confession.

  613. Begin to make a confession that will uplift you.

  614. Make a confession that will impact you.

  615. Make a confession that will strategically align you to destiny.

  616. Buana Sifiwe.

  617. Let me ask all the mothers to stand up now in Jesus' name.

  618. If you believe that you want to receive my blessing, a father's release in your life, this is your moment in time.

  619. I want the mothers to stand up right now in Jesus' name.

  620. Buana Sifiwe.

  621. And once the mothers have stood up, I also want, I'll be praying for the mothers in Jesus' name.

  622. But I also want to ask now the ladies, the other ladies, to stand up.

  623. Bonas if you mothers, single mothers, double mothers, whichever mother, you just stand up, potential mothers in Jesus' name.

  624. Some of you are yet to bear that child.

  625. You're currently pregnant.

  626. Thank you, Jesus.

  627. God is a good God.

  628. Banas if you're if you're watching online, you also better stand up wherever you are because this blessing is about to connect with you.

  629. That's the daughters of Zelophaihad came to Moses, and Moses brought them to God.

  630. You have come to this house, to Pastor Ambrose.

  631. I'm bringing you to God because God will shift your situation, God will shift your circumstance in the name of Jesus.

  632. Something is about to be deposited in your life.

  633. I'm telling you, this time tomorrow, you will be so blown up.

  634. Something good is coming your way.

  635. In Jesus' name.

  636. Jesus' name.

  637. Let me tell you this.

  638. Sometimes God works so fast.

  639. I talk about the suddenlies.

  640. Your suddenly can be today.

  641. Your suddenly can be now.

  642. In Jesus' name.

  643. You are a mother.

  644. I don't know what you're facing.

  645. I don't know the situation in your house.

  646. God doesn't care about that situation.

  647. God doesn't care that your husband has not talked to you for a long time.

  648. That's not the issue.

  649. God is waiting for you to make a strategic confession, an uplifting confession.

  650. Hallelujah.

  651. An impactful confession.

  652. And as you make it, make it with assurance that God is not a man that he should love.

  653. He's not a son of man that he should change his mind.

  654. What he says, he will do.

  655. What he declares, he will establish.

  656. This is the God we serve.

  657. This is the God you serve.

  658. Don't give up on him.

  659. Don't, don't, don't, don't leave this place and reach the gate and say, Mazo prayers.

  660. Let me tell you this: God owns the ground in Jesus' name.

  661. God owns the ground in Jesus' name.

  662. The Bible says, the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.

  663. So He knows what is up here, He knows what is on the ground.

  664. So when you go through that gate, know that God already has gone ahead of you.

  665. God is fighting your battles.

  666. God is dealing with the penninas of your life, but also using the penninas to position you for the right place.

  667. God is using the situations of your life.

  668. If it is in land, the Zelofea daughters looking for land, property.

  669. Let me tell you this God will give you property.

  670. God will give you property.

  671. I'm saying God will give you property.

  672. In Jesus' name.

  673. God will connect you and align you.

  674. There are people who you need to align to, and they are around you.

  675. Don't force yourself to them.

  676. But let God be the one to just connect you.

  677. Because those connections take you far.

  678. Don't sit here and say, I'm doing it alone.

  679. I'm going alone.

  680. I am alone with the Lord.

  681. No, no, no, no.

  682. God uses people.

  683. So connect with the right people.

  684. And then let Him give you wisdom so that you can disconnect with the people who are not right in your life.

  685. Hallelujah.

  686. Disconnect to connect with the right people.

  687. Lift up your hand as I pray for you.

  688. Father, in the name of Jesus.

  689. I take this opportunity to pray for the mothers in the house, the women in the house.

  690. And dear Lord, I sense the power of God is coming upon them.

  691. Lord, you know them.

  692. I don't know them.

  693. But you know them.

  694. You know their situations.

  695. You know their circumstances.

  696. And some of them are making confessions that will uplift them like Hannah.

  697. And in the name of Jesus, it doesn't matter how down you are, God is able to take you from the ash heap and make you sit among princes.

  698. Make you sit in royal places.

  699. Make you sit in esteemed places.

  700. Right now you may feel rejected, isolated, pushed down.

  701. But I'm telling you, there is a Jesus in this world.

  702. There is a God in this world who knows where you stay, He knows your address.

  703. This God is saying, Madam, give me an opportunity to lift you up.

  704. Make the right confession.

  705. Father, I'm praying for a woman, I'm praying for a mother who is like the Zelephai daughters, needing their case to be heard.

  706. And maybe you have a case and you want it to be heard.

  707. And this afternoon, God is hearing your case, and God is saying, indeed, you're right in the matters that you are bringing before me.

  708. And God is changing the laws of the land, He's changing the laws of your circumstances, the structures of your organization, so that He can lift you up, He can lift you up.

  709. Your moment is now.

  710. Receive it in Jesus' name.

  711. You may be like Ruth, who has been disconnected.

  712. She became a widow.

  713. She's in the wrong place.

  714. She's in the long country, wrong country, but she connected to Naomi.

  715. She realigned herself.

  716. When she said, Where you go, I will go.

  717. Your people shall be my people, and your God shall be my God.

  718. When she did, destiny was formed.

  719. She married Boaz.

  720. They had a baby called Obed.

  721. Obed had a child called Jesse.

  722. Jesse had a child called David, and David became one of the greatest kings of Israel.

  723. I'm telling you that today you're being realigned.

  724. And what is coming ahead of you, forget what has gone behind you.

  725. What is coming ahead of you is an Obed, is a Jesse, is a King David.

  726. Royalty is coming your way in Jesus' name.

  727. Jesus' name.

  728. Be connected, be realigned.

  729. And Father, so I speak this Father's blessing.

  730. And I'm releasing it to these mothers, to these women who are standing here today.

  731. And I'm saying, Oh God, remember them.

  732. May the Lord remember you.

  733. May the Lord remember you to bless you.

  734. May the Lord remember you to favor you.

  735. May the Lord remember you to heal you.

  736. May the Lord remember you to restore you.

  737. May the Lord remember you to connect you to spaces that you never thought you would be in.

  738. May the Lord bless you indeed.

  739. For you to be the wife that you need to be, for you to be the woman that you need to be, a woman of impact.

  740. May the Lord just grace you afresh, refresh you, renew, restore you, and refill you so that you can rise with wings like eagles.

  741. Run and not be wary, walk and not faint.

  742. For this is your portion in the name of Jesus Christ.

  743. And if you believe it, you better say, I receive it.

  744. I take it, it is my potion, and there's nothing the devil can do about it.

  745. Somebody better give God a big hand.

  746. Tell him thank you.

  747. Tell him thank you.

  748. Hallelujah.

  749. Have you received that?

  750. Now, ladies and mothers, be seated briefly.

  751. I want to ask the men to stand up as I bless you too.

  752. Tell your neighbors, men make a difference, even though they don't have chamas.

  753. I know they have them.

  754. But men, we thank God for you.

  755. Bonas if you were so stretch your hands to me as I bless you, Father.

  756. Thank you for the men in the house.

  757. Thank you for those watching us online, and thank you for the new thing that you're doing in our service today.

  758. And Father, as we celebrate the mothers, I want to speak a blessing to the men, and I want to say to the men, be strong, don't give up, don't give in, don't give out.

  759. There is a God in heaven who has positioned you as a man to be in this season and time.

  760. I bless you as a man, and some of your husbands, I bless you as husbands, some of your fathers.

  761. I bless you.

  762. And some of your fathers are doing also the work of a mother, and you're doing that double job, and we want to bless you too.

  763. And we want to say, Lord, may favor come upon this man.

  764. More wisdom, may wisdom and insight come upon this man.

  765. May they know what to do when they don't know what to do.

  766. May they rise up when they are totally weak and defeated.

  767. May they know that it is not over until God says it is over.

  768. Lord, there is a man here who was just thinking of finishing his life.

  769. They were thinking of committing suicide, but today we are resting that spirit in the name of Jesus Christ.

  770. And we are saying, spirit of death, you will not walk in that man's life, you will not overtake that person.

  771. There's a man who is overruled by addiction.

  772. We are saying, let that man be free in Jesus, in Jesus' name.

  773. Let that man be free.

  774. There's a man here who is just deep in debt.

  775. They don't know what to do.

  776. But God, you're able to break the chains of debt, you're able to let them rise again.

  777. Because God, you need men in the house, you need men in society.

  778. And so, Lord, in this Mother's Day, we are blessing the man and saying, Man, take your position.

  779. Run the race that is set before you.

  780. Look unto Jesus, the author and the perfect of your faith.

  781. But the other men standing here, life has been good to you.

  782. You are prospering, you're doing well, your health is strong, you have a good family, you have wonderful children.

  783. May this day be a day for you to release gratitude to your heavenly father.

  784. And may you thank him for the goodness that he has allowed to come your way.

  785. And so may you be blessed wherever you are.

  786. And Father, we say thank you for this man.

  787. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  788. We have prayed, and God's people said, Aham to the Lord.

  789. Amen.

  790. Amen.

  791. Men sit down.

  792. Are you glad you came?

  793. Yes.

  794. I'm glad I came.

  795. We want to appreciate Pastor Philista for leading us through this week.

  796. Amen.

  797. Thank God for the worship team.

  798. They have really been at work the entire week.

  799. You thank God for them.

  800. In Jesus' name.

  801. I want to ask Dicon Timo to come and release us.

  802. Aren't we glad Dicon Timo is around?

  803. Yes.
