I want to read the scriptures.

So shall we stand?

We shall read these scriptures and then we shall share the word of God.

Acts chapter 2, verse 14 to 21.

Acts 2:14–21

Today I'm talking about enabling power of the anointing.

Enabling power of the anointing.

And I want to read.

Then Peter stood up with the eleven, raised his voice, and addressed the crowd, fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem.

Let me explain this to you.

Listen carefully to what I say.

These people are not drunk as you suppose.

It is only nine in the morning.

No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel.

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my spirit on a few people.

On a few people, on all people.

Your sons and daughters will prophesy.

Your young men will see visions.

Your old men will dream dreams.

Even on my servants, both men and women.

And what will they do?

They will prophesy.

I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below.

Blood and fire, billows of smoke.

The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.

And everyone, and everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

This is God's word.

Amen.

Please be seated as I pray.

Father, we thank you that this month we thank you for the liberating power of anointing.

And Lord, as I pray and then speak, may you anoint our time together.

May you anoint our ears to hear your voice.

Anoint my tongue to speak your word.

Anoint our hearts to receive your word.

And dear Lord, let the anointing that is in us begin to flow.

Begin to connect.

Begin to overflow and touch the situations of our lives wherever we come from.

Thank you, Lord, for those watching, worshiping with us online.

Bless them.

Bless us too.

And all glory goes back to you.

Last week I talked about releasing the anointing.

And today I want to talk about enabling power of the anointing.

Let me ask you for those who drive and for those who uh make journeys.

Imagine you're going to Kisumu, for example, and then your tank of the car is just about empty.

Now, when you start that journey to Kisumu, how much confidence will you have as you drive to Kisumu?

How much confidence?

Why?

Because you're on empty.

Now when your car is completely full, full tank.

Now, what confidence do you have as you begin to drive out?

Huh?

Pastor Riggs, what kind of uh confidence will you have?

Well you'll rev the engine because you know that you are on full tank.

I want you to know that in life, God wants you to face every day on a full tank.

I'm saying God wants you to face every day on a full tank.

You see, in the kingdom of God, it is giving before you receive.

It is when you give that you receive.

Many times we think is when we receive, is when we give.

But many times when we receive, we even do not give.

There are things that God wants you to do, God wants you to release, and He has given you a full tank.

You know how you feel a tank, and then they shake the car.

Alright?

So it settles a bit inside, and they feel it until it is full.

Let me read this verse.

Because God is giving you the enabling power of anointing, and it is full tank.

The Bible says in John chapter 1 about Jesus.

John 1 · chapter mention

Verse 14, he says this, if I can read that.

Verse 14, John 1:14.

John 1:14

The word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.

We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father.

Full of what?

Full, full.

He did not come empty.

Full of grace and truth.

Now listen to the next verse.

John testified concerning him.

He cried out, saying, This is the one I spoke about when I said, He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.

And then he says, Out of his fullness, we have done what?

We have all received grace in place of grace already given.

Now I like this verse, verse 16, amplified.

Because God is not going to spare anything to make sure that you fulfill his purpose in life.

In the amplified version, verse 16 says this for out of his fullness, in brackets, the super abundance of his grace and truth, we have all received grace upon grace, spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift.

In other words, Jesus came to give you a full tank of anointing.

I'm telling you, you cannot survive on uh Nijazir 200.

And some of us, when we come to Jesus, he says, Jesus, I don't need a lot of anointing.

200.

God wants you to have a full talk.

Jesus said this in John 10, 10.

Let me read it because I want you to understand this fullness.

Because God wants you to function, not half, not three-quarters.

Full.

He says that thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.

I have come that they may have life and have it to what?

To the full.

To the full.

To the full.

Fullness.

Now, fullness also depends on you.

Because you're the one who receives.

God is saying, I'll give you a full tank.

But you have to decide to open your tank so that it is completely filled.

Because according to your faith, it shall be done for you.

Sometimes life tends to drain us from many things.

We wake up with a full tank.

Half through the day, it is being dissipated.

We don't know what is happening.

But let me tell you this: the devil is a liar.

You know, the anointing doesn't dissipate.

The anointing doesn't take off.

It is in there.

But it deceives you and tells you, Mazay, you don't have what it takes.

Look at your neighbor right now and tell your neighbor, you have what it takes.

Let me read this verse.

I read it last week, so let me read it again.

1 John chapter 2, verse 20.

1 John 2:20

1 John chapter 2, verse 20, talking about the people who deceive us and things like that.

1 John 2:20

It says, But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth.

I do not try to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and because no lie comes from the truth.

Now fast forward that to 27.

Again, talking about the anointing.

It says this.

Verse 27.

We're getting there.

So look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor, I have the anointing.

It says, as for you, the anointing you received from him does what?

Remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you.

But as his anointing teaches you about all things, and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit, just as it has taught you, remain in him.

Now let me read that verse again in the Amplified Verse 27.

The Bible says this, as for you, the anointing, the special gift, the preparation which you receive from him remains temporarily in you.

Remains what?

So when God gives you the anointing, and the anointing, by the way, is the presence of the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit does not, you don't work for God, and then the Holy Spirit is half.

He is a being, he's God Himself.

And when He enters you, He does not enter you halfway, He enters you in in full.

He feels you.

Let me give you another picture.

This is the wedding of Karna, John chapter 2, verse 1.

John 2:1

The only challenge in that wedding, something went missing.

The Bible says on the third day there was a wedding.

Okay, let me read that again.

On the third day, a wedding took place at Kana in Galilee.

Jesus' mother was there.

And Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding.

When the wine was gone, look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor, the wine was not supposed to go.

Hello?

The wine runs out.

Things get missing.

But the good thing is that not only was the mother of Jesus in the wedding, who else was in the wedding?

Jesus.

When the wine was gone, Jesus' mother said to him, They have no more wine.

Woman, why do you involve me?

Jesus replied, My hour has not yet come.

His mother said to the servants, Do whatever it tells you.

Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial worship, each holding from 20 to 30 gallons.

Jesus said to the servants, do what?

Fill the jars with water.

And he filled them.

So they fill them a halfway.

In other words, Brim means this.

You fill it.

It's like some people who take tea.

You know, when some people take tea, and especially when some Europeans came to take tea, they never filled the cup because when they drank, the nose touched that tea.

So they had to put it danikidogo.

Bream means this.

So that if you even added one drop of tea, what happened?

It spilled.

So Jesus tells them, fill it, and they feel the brim, uh, that the thing to the brim, because God functions in fullness.

So look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor, be full to the brim.

Tell your neighbor, no halfway, no quarterway.

So he says, he then told them, Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.

And they did so.

And the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine.

He did not realize where it had come from.

Though the servants who had drawn the water knew.

Then he called the bridegroom aside and said, Everyone brings out the choice wine first, and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink.

But you have saved the best.

Till now.

The anointing in you is the best.

Let me say that one more time.

The anointing in you is the best.

You need to honor the anointing that is inside you.

It is the best.

And it is there in full.

Receive it in full.

Receive it in full.

Now, why do you need to be filled with the anointing?

Because the anointing enables you, it gives you power to do certain things.

I'm going to dwell now in the life of one guy called Peter.

Tell your neighbor Peter.

And there may be many Peters here today, but I want you to know that the life of Peter changed.

So let me read this scripture because he's the one who now spoke those scriptures we said earlier.

So let me read Acts chapter 2 and see what happened in Acts 2.

Acts 2 · chapter mention

It says this, verse 1.

Acts 2, verse 1.

Acts 2:1

Something happened on the day of Pentecost.

When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.

Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled.

Number one, it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.

Then all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

So they were filled.

Tell your neighbor they were filled.

Tell your neighbor they were all filled.

But there was one particular guy who actually needed to be filled more than anybody else.

Who do you think that guy was?

It was Peter.

Because Peter was a strange disciple.

Tell your neighbor, strange disciple.

Well, let me use another word I use.

He was a forward-forward disciple.

Hello, a disciple who was always speaking before he was spoken to.

He was just doing things in his own power.

And the Bible says it's not by power, it is not by might, but by my spirit.

Let me tell you this.

There are some things you're struggling with, and God is saying, you don't have to struggle with that.

Let my spirit handle it.

Let my spirit handle it.

You're struggling to get a visa to go to the US, and they keep saying, No, no, no.

Now, this time, allow the spirit to handle it.

You're going to the ATM and they keep saying, insufficient funds.

Allow the Holy Spirit to handle it.

Let me give you this verse because I need to repeat some of these scriptures.

In John chapter 14.

John 14 · chapter mention

16, I'm sorry.

John 16, around verse 5, Jesus is saying this.

But now I'm going to him who set sent me.

No one of you asks me, Where are you going?

Rather, you are filled with grief because I have said these things.

But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I'm going away.

Unless I go away, the advocate will not come to you.

But if I go, I will send him to you.

When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment, about sin because people do not believe in me, about righteousness because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer.

And about judgment because the Prince of this world now stands condemned.

Verse 12.

I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear.

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth.

He will not speak on his own, he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

He will tell you what is yet to come.

Look at verse 18.

In verse 18, Jesus again is trying to assure the disciples.

And in verse 18, he says this John 16, 18.

Not this one.

I think it is John 14, 18.

I want us to read that.

John 14, 18.

Look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor, be filled.

Tell your neighbor, be filled to the brim.

So verse 18, John 14, he says, I will not leave you as what?

As orphans.

Tell your neighbor, you are not an orphan.

You have a father.

And the Holy Spirit lives in you.

So Peter, the forward-forward guy, I think he was a striker.

So, what was I saying before I came to World Cup?

Oh, forward, forward.

So there are four things I'm going to say, and then I'll tell you about Peter.

So put it on the screen, the four things that the anointing does for you.

There's something that's special that the anointing does for us.

And as it comes to the screen, uh, because I'm not seeing, number one, the power that unlocks courage.

That's first one.

The power that releases insight, and the power that seizes opportunity, and power that convicts the heart.

Amen.

Please check on my screen because I'm not seeing anything on that screen.

But God is a good God.

So I want to talk to you about this anointing that gives you power.

Tell your neighbor you have power.

Tell your neighbor you have power.

Where is it?

Where is it?

It is inside you.

Let me read this scripture if I can get it on the screen so that you see where Peter was coming from.

Peter was really challenged.

So John 18, let me read those verses.

John 18, I want to read from verse 15.

The Bible says this and see what was happening to Peter, because courage was not in him.

It was kind of so locked.

It was not coming up.

So John 18, verse 15, let me read this.

John 18:15

Simon Peter and another disciple were following Jesus because this disciple was known to the high priest.

He went with Jesus into the priest's courtyard.

But Peter had to wait outside at the door.

She asked Peter.

He replied, He replied, I am not.

It was cold.

And the servants and officials stood around a fire they had made to keep warm.

Peter also was standing with them, warming himself.

Meanwhile, the high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teaching.

I have spoken openly to the world, Jesus replied.

And the conversation was going on.

But fast forward to verse 25.

Again, Peter is finding himself in a very challenging state.

And yet he was a striker.

He was forward-forward.

Now listen to this verse.

Meanwhile, Simon Peter was still standing there warming himself, so they asked him, You aren't one of his disciples, too, are you?

He denied it and said, I'm not.

One of the high priest's servants, a relative of the man whose ear Peter had cut off.

Ay, ay, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Peter Mepatikana Palipabya.

One of the high priest's servants, a relative of the man whose ear Peter had cut off, challenged him and he said, Didn't I see you with John?

Just go back.

Did it I see you with him in the garden?

Again, Peter denied it.

And at that moment, a rooster began to crawl.

Now, three times, Peter said, No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

But after he was filled with the spirit, the courage unlocked itself.

And so in Acts chapter 2, which we were reading from verse 14, listen to what happens now.

Acts 2 · chapter mention

He's filled with the spirit.

In verse 14, courage has been released.

Anointing of boldness is released.

It says, then Peter stood up with a eleven, and he did not whisper.

What did he do?

He raised his voice and addressed the crowd, and he said, Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you.

Listen carefully to what I say.

This man who kept apologizing, now he's so transformed, filled to the brim by the Holy Spirit.

He says, You guys, let me tell you something.

And when he spoke, he told them about the man they had killed.

This time he said, I know that guy.

And he is not dead.

He's risen from the dead.

Let me tell you this: what changes a man who walks around fearful, scared, doesn't know what to do, and then suddenly he gets filled with the spirit.

He gets filled with the anointing, and something is unlocked in his spirit, and the boldness of God connects with him.

That is the anointing.

And that anointing is inside you.

That anointing helps you when you're going for an interview.

When you enter and you find everybody else is more qualified than you, you just unlock the anointing and let the anointing speak on your behalf.

You stop stammering.

You need the anointing.

Let me tell also the young people here, especially when you're about to propose to a girl.

I'm talking to the guys now.

Do you know, Pastor Riggs?

One of the most scary things for a man is when he finds an opportunity to propose to a girl that he wants to marry her.

Do you know why I know?

It happened to me.

You think it was easy to propose to Martha?

Nealie sweaty limba.

But you know, you also need the anointing to propose to a girl.

Whether she says no or yes, you still need the anointing.

And when she says no, continue to unlock the anointing.

Don't don't get scared.

Don't don't don't don't don't shut down because God is with you.

Look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor the anointing is inside you.

And it is unlocking your courage.

Hallelujah.

It's unlocking your courage.

Let me read this about Joshua.

Because Joshua was a very scared person.

But listen to what God talks to him in Joshua chapter 1, verse 5.

Joshua 1:5

Because this guy needed to be courageous.

The Bible says in verse 5 of Joshua chapter 1, it says, God is now talking to him.

Joshua 1 · chapter mention

He says, No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.

I will never leave you nor forsake you.

Then he says, Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I saw to their ancestors to give them.

Then he repeats it in verse 7: Be strong and very courageous.

Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you.

Do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.

Keep this book of the law always on your lips.

Meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do everything that I have commanded you.

Then you will be prosperous and successful.

I know the media team did not get my notes.

So it's okay.

I will go through this so that you get so.

What was the first point?

Power that unlocks courage.

Number two, power that releases insight.

Tell your neighbor, power that releases insight.

Now let me give you again the story about Peter and his friends.

Matthew chapter 16, verse 13 to 17.

Matthew 16:13–17

They got up a situation where Jesus was asking them a question and they they just did not remember.

They did not even understand.

Let me read this.

The Bible says this, Matthew 16, 13.

When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples.

He asked his disciples.

He asked his disciples.

He asked who?

His disciples.

Who do people say the Son of Man is?

Now this is what their reply.

They replied, Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.

Then Jesus says, But what about you?

He asked, Who do you say I am?

Simon Peter.

Tell your neighbor, there comes Simon Peter.

Simon Peter answered, You're the Messiah, the Son of the Living God.

And Jesus replied, Blessed are you, Simon, son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my father in heaven.

God just almost ping.

And he was able to have the answer.

But let me tell you this: the disciples really had difficulties understanding Jesus.

Let me give you another scenario and see the problem the disciples were in.

John chapter 14.

John 14 · chapter mention

Jesus is preparing them because he is about to go to heaven.

Listen to what Jesus tells them.

John 14, verse 1.

John 14:1

There's a conversation here happening.

He says, Do not let your hearts be troubled.

You believe in God, believe also in me.

My father's house has many rooms.

If that were not so, would I have told you that I'm going there to prepare a place for you?

So Jesus is telling them these things.

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me, that you also may be where I am.

And then he asked them a question.

JJ, he says, Hey, by the way, you guys, you know the way to the place where I'm going.

Thomas, tell your neighbor, there's a guy called Thomas.

Thomas said to him, Lord, we have no idea where you're going.

So how can we know the way?

Jesus answered, I'm the way and the truth and the life.

No one comes to the Father except through me.

If you really know me, you will know my father as well.

From now on, you do know him and have seen him.

Now Philip shows up.

Tell your neighbor there's a Philip.

Philip said, Lord, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us.

Jesus answered, Don't you know me, Philip?

Even after I have been among you such a long time, anyone who has seen me has seen the Father.

How can you say, Show us the Father?

In other words, the disciples did not know everything.

But on the day of Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit came upon them, when the anointing started teaching them, Peter stood up and he was able to quote verses that he even hadn't forgotten.

So let me read those verses right now.

Peter got insight.

There was a release of insight.

Acts 2, verse 16.

Acts 2:16

Peter is speaking.

It's like he has been to Bible school and back.

He says, No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel.

He suddenly finds a scripture and he starts to read it, not read it, he starts quoting it.

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my spirit on all people.

Your sons and daughters will prophesy.

Your young men will see visions.

Your old men will dream dreams, even on my servants, both men and women.

I will pour out my spirit in those days.

And they will prophesy.

I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs in the earth below.

Blood and fire and billows of smoke.

The sun will be turned to darkness, the moon to blood, before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.

And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Can you imagine that is Peter speaking?

You know, when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, divine insight in a ingredient flow.

Some things you had not even remembered in the Bible, God just begins to give you insight and understanding.

And that anointing is not in Kino.

That anointing is inside you.

Tell your neighbor you carry the anointing.

Hallelujah.

If I can convince Christians about anything, it's not about their salvation, it's about the anointing they carry.

You have an anointing, and it is inside you, and it is powerful.

It gives you insights.

You begin to understand what God is saying.

If you can just speak to that anointing and say, anointing, help me understand this.

Help me understand that.

Let me read this verse in the Old Testament about Jesus.

Isaiah chapter 11, verse 2.

Isaiah 11:2

They were prophesying about Jesus, and this is what they said about Jesus.

He says, The spirit of the Lord will rest on him.

What kind of spirit?

The spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the spirit of counsel and of might, the spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord.

And they will delight in the fear of the Lord.

I pray that God will give you that insight.

Let me read you one more verse.

1 Corinthians chapter 2, verse 9 and 10.

1 Corinthians 2:9

You know this verse.

This is the Holy Spirit giving you insight.

It says, However, as it written, what no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived, the things God has prepared for those who love him, these are the things God has revealed to us.

By whom?

By his spirit.

Instead of saying the Spirit, just saying, reveal to us by the anointing.

The anointing searches all things, even the deep things of God.

You have the anointing.

I'm saying you have the anointing.

But number three, I'm talking about the power that seizes opportunity.

The first one is the power that unlocks courage.

Number two, the power that releases insight.

And thirdly, the power that seizes opportunity.

So let me read another story here.

Luke chapter 5.

Luke 5 · chapter mention

Tell your neighbor the opportunity is already here.

Many times we just don't do what?

Cease them.

We don't catch them.

So Peter one day was fishing.

So let me read that story.

One day as Jesus was standing by the lake of Gennesareth, the people were crowding around him and listening to the word of God.

He saw at the water's edge two boats left there by the fishermen who were washing their nets.

He got into one of the boats, and specifically, which one?

Now you think he got into that boat accidentally?

Was it accidentally?

He chose to enter the boat of Simon Peter.

Because he knew that Simon Peter had been fishing the whole night and he caught nothing.

And then Simon Peter had given up and said, What are too?

Let's wash the nets.

I think the opportunity me to Peter.

Because those days when they fished, they used to fish, they used to fish at night.

Now it is the daytime.

The opportunity may end up.

So he got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from show.

Then he sat down and taught the people from the boat.

I pray that now in Jesus' name, may you give Jesus your boat.

Hallelujah.

And remember, Jesus is not visiting Peter in church.

He's visiting Peter in the marketplace.

He's found you at Sarit Center.

He's found you at the roundabout here in Westlands.

He's found you at the mall.

He's found you in CBD.

He's found you in the marketplace.

And he's saying, Can I enter the boat?

May he enter your boat.

Right now the boat is empty, but God is about to fill it.

I'm saying God is about to fill it.

I'm talking to somebody online whose boat is so empty, you're now washing your nets, you're about to give up on that business, and God is saying, Invite me into that boat.

I'm about to fill it.

The Bible says, when he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, Put out into deep water.

Tell your neighbor, don't fish in shallow waters.

Look at the other neighbor who ignored you.

Don't fish in shallow waters.

In shallow waters you'll find frogs.

He said, Go where?

Put out in into deep water.

And then let down the nets for a catch.

He already gave Peter that you're going to catch something.

Many of us believe that the days of catching something, Ilikupita.

Let me tell you this: the day of catching something is tonight.

You're going to catch something tonight.

And you're not going to catch a cold.

You're going to catch the love of God.

Buenas fui.

The anointing is in the house.

I'm saying the anointing is in the house.

That anointing will help you catch what you have been looking for the whole night.

Simon answered, Master, we have worked all hard all night.

Let me tell you when the anointing comes, you stop working hard.

You simply cast the net where God tells you to cast it.

Simon answered, Master, we have worked all night and haven't caught anything.

Now then don't tell Jesus what he already knows.

I'm saying don't tell Jesus what he already knows.

He knows he didn't catch anything.

But God, Jesus is telling, you're going to catch something.

Simon answered, Master, I've worked hard all night and haven't caught anything.

But because, I like that statement, Pastor Riggs, but because you say so, I will let down the nets.

Verse 6.

When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.

So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them.

And they came and filled, filled, filled both boats so full that they began to sink.

When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus' knees and said, Go away, go away, go away from me.

Lord, I'm a sinful man.

For he had all his companions, for he and all his companions were astonished.

May God astonish you tomorrow.

I'm saying, may God astonish you tomorrow.

May God astonish you tonight.

Don't stop saying, Niweke 200, Jazza.

Tell your neighbor, Jazzah.

He had, he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of the fish they had taken.

And so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, some Simon's partners.

Then Jesus said to Simon, Don't be afraid.

From now on, you will fish for people.

You know, I like that story because later on the day of Pentecost, Pastor Riggs, when Peter cast the net to the people, how many people got saved that day?

3,000 people.

Let me read that in the book of Acts and then we shall tie this message up.

Acts chapter 2, verse 37 and 38.

Acts 2:37

I'll start from there.

Acts 237.

When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, Brothers, what shall we do?

Peter replied, Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, the promise for you and your children, and for all who are afar off, for all whom the Lord our God will call.

With many other words, he warned them and he pleaded with them save yourselves from this corrupt generation.

Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number on that day.

The nets were full.

I say to you now, your nets will be full.

I'm saying it.

Right now it is empty.

Some of you let me tell you this, don't worry.

Your landlord will open the door for you.

You're going to catch fish in Jesus' name.

So Peter on the day of Pentecost seized the moment.

May you seize the opportunities that are coming away.

And this season of Jubilee.

Receive Jubilee.

Receive Jubilee.

Don't don't don't don't be a spectator of Jubilee.

Like watching cars on the streets.

And you never enter any of those cars.

Until you stop one of those cars and they stop for you.

Stop the Jubilee.

Enter the Jubilee.

Enjoy the Jubilee.

Look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor, I'm already feeling very full.

The anointing is filling me.

Right now.

Stand on your feet because as we talk about the last one, you're going to experience a fullness.

Tell your neighbor there's a fullness.

The number four that I was going to talk to you about is the power that convicts the heart.

I've already read that scripture because when Paul, when Peter spoke, the hearts of people were touched.

There was an anointed persuasion.

He was able to persuade people.

And by the way, Pastor Reiz, I don't know if you notice this.

Even though Peter was forward-forward, he was also very persuasive.

You know, there are people who can persuade people to do evil.

You're walking the streets on a summer, na kilom transama sawa.

Before the lady knows what is knowing, I'm a pigwa.

So look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor, you're a persuasive person.

But be careful what you're persuading them.

So, Pastor Riggs, listen to this.

It's a very interesting verse as we pray.

In John chapter 21.

Jesus has risen from the dead.

In 20, Jesus already appeared to them.

In 21, and Jesus already told them to go out and preach.

So it says this.

Afterward, Jesus appeared again to his disciples by the Sea of Galilee.

It happened this way.

Whose name is there?

Simon Peter.

Simon Peter, Thomas, you remember what Thomas did?

Be careful of the company you keep.

Hello.

Simon Peter, Thomas, also known as Didymas, Nathanael from Kana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee.

You remember the sons of Zebedee?

And two other disciples were together.

Then Simon Peter just says something.

I'm going out to fish.

Simon Peter told them.

And they said, they said, We'll go with you.

So they went out and got into the boat.

That night they caught nothing.

Tell your neighbor, don't just be persuaded by anyone.

Hello.

Let the anointing persuade you.

Are you together?

Let the anointing have your own conviction.

So when when Peter was preaching to these people, the Bible says they were convicted in their hearts.

And they said, What shall we do?

And Peter said, Repent and be baptized.

And on that day, 3,000 people got saved.

That day, Peter was not persuading them.

That day, the anointing convicted them.

The anointing persuaded them.

Many years ago, I went to preach in Alliance High School.

And then the Alliance girls came for the meeting.

That day, Mia was a very fiery guy that time, preaching to these students.

That day I preached so hard in that rally.

When I gave the altar call, do you know how many people came forward?

No one came forward.

No one.

So I finished the meeting, and as I was walking out, I met this from one girl from Alliance Girls High School, and she stopped me and said, Excuse me, sir.

I said, What can I do for you?

She said, Pray for me to get saved.

You know what I said in my heart?

How can you embarrass me like that?

When I was calling people to get saved, they needed to know that Ambrose was an anointed man of God.

So sat noge upon her.

How could you not?

And you know, thank God for the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit knew he was doing something.

So anyway, I swallowed my pride, and this girl, from one girl, I prayed for her.

And she gave her life to Jesus.

Do you know that girl?

Fast forward many years, from one, from two, from three, from four, from five, from six, she went to the university.

Many years later.

And then her father died.

And where her father used to go to church, they did not want to do the service.

Because they did not find his name in the tithing book.

Hello?

So she asked me, Ambrose, can you do the service for my dad?

And I said, I will.

Do you know that man was a very known person in this country?

That day, all the teachers of this country came to this building.

They filled every place.

Because that man was the general secretary of the Kenyan National Union of Teachers.

This place was filled, filled to the brim.

Uko Jew, who called Kabisa.

Government officials showed up.

And that day, when I stood here to preach, I remembered that girl of Formo.

Yes, that day I wanted people to get saved, but God was saying, Ambrose, I want you to touch this girl because this girl is going to give you the people I want you to talk to.

And many years later, I spoke to this congregation that was so full, full of teachers, and I preached the gospel.

I preached the word of God.

And I knew that I had seized the moment.

And I left the conviction to the Holy Spirit.

Do you know that after that, whenever I went to any secondary school or primary school, the headmasters knew me.

They said, This is the pastor.

Doors were open in schools because of a girl in form one who got convicted by the Holy Spirit and she gave her life to Christ.

And through her, many others have come to know Jesus.

Let me tell you this: some people you lead to Christ will not be in a service.

They'll be at the bus stop.

Nobody will be noticing, but those people, God will use them for great works.

Some of you, that's how you got saved.

Not in a crusade, not in any other place, but quietly you gave your life to Christ.

Nobody saw, but God saw.

Angels saw, and they rejoiced.

It is my prayer tonight as you go that you'll allow the anointing to convict you and to convict others.

Don't force them.

Don't force them.

I remember one time there was a heavyweight boxer who got saved.

Got saved.

Then he went home to tell his friend that he needs to get saved.

That friend refused.

It's not by human persuasion, it is by the power of the Holy Spirit.

And I want to tell you this: the Holy Spirit is inside you, and you're going to be filled to the full.

I'm saying you're going to be filled to the brim.

So I want you to just keep quiet briefly.

I said four things.

Number one, it was the power of what?

The power that unlocks courage.

May God unlock that courage.

Number two, the power that releases insight, understanding the scriptures.

Number three, the power that seizes opportunity.

This week, seize that opportunity.

Number four, the power that convicts the heart.

May that be your portion.

So why don't you take a moment?

I'm going to pray.

And just tell the Holy Spirit quietly and say, Let the anointing fill me to the brim.

Just say that statement.

Holy Spirit, fill me to the brim.

Not halfway, not three-quarters.

Holy Spirit, anointing, enable me.

May I walk every day on a full tank, full oil, full fuel.

The anointing filling me to the brim.

Pray that prayer and then I'll pray and bless us tonight.

You're watching us online, pray that same prayer and decide today.

You're not going to walk around on half tank.

You're going to walk on full tank.

It is in giving that you receive.

Allow God to fill you to the full.

So don't take little.

Let him fill you to the full.

Father, as your people are praying, I want to agree with them tonight.

And I want to say, Lord, many times we tend to receive God in bits and pieces.

And yet God wants to fill us to the full.

We want to receive one or two promises instead of all the promises of God.

We want to receive just a little power, a little charge.

But God, let's be fully charged so that we can serve the kingdom.

Father, tonight there are some people here who are experiencing scarcity.

They are experiencing lack.

They're experiencing not enough.

But tonight, just like Peter, you said, cast the net to the right side.

Tonight, God's people are casting their net of faith into the anointing.

And as they do that, they're going to catch so much, their boat will begin to sink.

And some of you are going to come back with a testimony because tonight this word is not going to come back empty.

It is going to fulfill what I send it to do tonight.

So be filled and experience afresh God's blessings and God's power.

If you believe that, you better say, I receive it.

Now pray this prayer with me together.

Father, tonight, I'm a vessel that needs to be filled.

The anointing is in me.

Now I want to ask that the anointing in me will rise and fill me to the brim.

The anointing will be like a river flowing from inside of me and touching every sphere of my life.

I thank you for hearing my prayer.

Because I'll come back with a testimony.

This I have prayed in faith in Jesus' name.

Amen.
