Praise the Lord.
-
Shall we pray?
-
Father, we thank you and we bless your name tonight.
-
Thank you because you have not gathered us here in vain.
-
And you have prepared a feast for each and every one of us.
-
The Bible says in Isaiah, rich food and aged wine.
-
And Lord, even as we get to the place of hearing your word, we pray that you may speak to us.
-
Our hearts are open, our ears are attentive, we look to you.
-
The Bible says, more than the servant looks upon the master, and more than the deer pants for the streams of water.
-
Such is our posture tonight.
-
And we are just eager for that one word that can change our lives.
-
And therefore, Jehovah Master, we invite you, Holy Spirit, that you may come and take over.
-
In Jesus' name we pray.
-
Amen.
-
Amen.
-
We can have our seats.
-
As introduced, my name is Robert, and I'm so excited and happy to be here.
-
Um, honored to just briefly share the word of God and thank you for the opportunity.
-
Pastor Washira, Pastor Regan, it's an honor to just um stand here and share the word.
-
Um I'll go straight into the word.
-
We will have a short meditation and then get into a time of prayer.
-
Uh, this Wednesday service um sits in between our 21 days of prayers and fasting.
-
Um the theme, beyond the theme being the year of the Lord's liberating divine connection, we are in the theme of prayer, even in these 21 days.
-
So if all we did tonight was to pray, then we would have done justice to the time that we have.
-
Uh but allow me to just share briefly um because we are in the month of the liberating power of knowledge, uh, revelation connected.
-
I don't know how many of us remember one or two themes that we have had.
-
This is the seventh month of the year, so this is the seventh monthly theme.
-
But today I was trying to go through uh the other themes that we have had, and two or three came to my mind.
-
Um, and I'm just laying a foundation even as we speak about the liberating power of knowledge.
-
And one of it that came to me is a month where we were speaking about the liberating power of confession.
-
And you know, many of us spoke and confessed.
-
And the Bible will say in the book of Numbers 14, 28, that I will do unto you according to the very things that I hear you speak.
-
And this was God speaking to the Israelites.
-
After the ten spies brought the negative report, and they said they are like grasshoppers in the eyes of the um the Canaanites, and therefore God was confirming and saying, the very things that you're saying, if you're saying you're grasshoppers, then you will actually die in the wilderness like grasshoppers.
-
For Joshua and Caleb, if you're saying you're well able to go and take the land, then I will actually give you the grace and the strength to go and take the land.
-
The reason I'm saying this is to connect it to the liberating power of knowledge, even if we had a whole month on the liberating power of confession, it matters what you speak.
-
And therefore, even when God has given us the liberating power of confession, for me it is a tool and a weapon, but a dangerous weapon.
-
Because if you speak like the ten spies and say, we are not able, then God, according to Numbers 14, 28, will actually do according to the things that he hears you speak.
-
Bringing us to the place of understanding why this key of knowledge is so critical.
-
That even if we were given the key of confession and you quickly walk out of this room, without the knowledge and understanding of who you are in God or of who God is in your life, you might actually end up shortchanging yourself.
-
We had a month on the liberating power of prayer, and we've had just an awesome uh we've just had an awesome time of prayer just now.
-
But even as we pray, I was thinking about James 5.16 that the effective vent prayer avails much.
-
So there is a prayer that avails much, and therefore, as we come to such a meeting, we need to pause and ask ourselves so it's not just praying.
-
God, what is this prayer that can avail much?
-
What is this prayer that according to the biblical um you know um principle of thirtyfold, sixtyfold, a hundredfold, which is this prayer that can bring me a hundredfold instead of just thirtyfold or sixtyfold?
-
So, yes, we had the liberating power of prayer, but as we come to the month of knowledge, it is actually adding the component of knowledge to every other key that we might have captured through this year.
-
If you speak about faith, and and we've had many sermons about faith, faith is not abstract.
-
You know, you don't just say you have faith, faith is actually anchored on the key of knowledge.
-
And I can give two illustrations.
-
The first one that excites me is the book of Matthew 8, verse 5 to 13.
-
But this in summary is the story of the centurion servant.
-
And he comes to Jesus and tells Jesus, uh, the centurion rather, he comes to Jesus and tells Jesus, I have a servant at home who is sick.
-
Let me read verse 7, because verse 7 is very critical for us, where Jesus answered.
-
Jesus said to him, Shall I come and heal him?
-
This is an offer you are getting from God Himself.
-
And I want you to ask yourself tonight, what would have been your response?
-
Because it is God speaking.
-
This is Jesus speaking.
-
Shall I come and heal him?
-
When I thought about it, I realized I would have said a very quick yes.
-
Please come and come now.
-
But look at the answer that the centurion replied.
-
He says, Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof, just say the word, and my servant will be healed.
-
For I myself am a man under authority with soldiers under me.
-
I tell this one, go and he goes, and I tell this one, come and he comes.
-
This man had a deeper understanding.
-
And this is the key of knowledge.
-
Because when God gives you an offer, I don't know how many of us actually think that you can make the offer better for yourself.
-
That if God tonight tells you, I will come in the year of the Lord 2030, what would you say?
-
You will actually say, Hallelujah, amen.
-
God grant me the grace to wait.
-
And then you will quickly go and look for scriptures that speak about waiting.
-
They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.
-
They will soar up with wings like the eagle.
-
You will quickly go to Habakkuk and say, Though it tarries, wait for it, it will surely come.
-
But how comes this man has a knowledge and an understanding that allows him to shorten the distance and to shorten the time between which Jesus can perform the miracle.
-
Everybody else here is skewing for the miracle.
-
Even for him, people had to negotiate with Jesus and tell Jesus, you know, this centurion is a good man.
-
He has been helping us to build the synagogues and so on.
-
This was a man under demand, so you had to sort of book.
-
Either book with the PA, I don't know whether it was Peter who was the PA or one of the disciples, but it was a proper procedure.
-
But because of a key of knowledge, this man understood that I can actually tell Jesus, you don't need to come.
-
I am a man under authority, and when I speak to the people under me, they actually listen.
-
So even you, because this sickness is under you, you don't even need to come and address the sickness.
-
The sickness can hear you from wherever it is.
-
That was the understanding that the centurion servant had.
-
And therefore, tonight, as we come to the key of knowledge, I am bringing us to the place of understanding that this key for me is very critical in our work of faith.
-
Because there is something that you can capture tonight that can actually unlock places where you have been stuck, that can actually accelerate places you thought that you had to wait for the course of time.
-
Um, our pastor in Northgate, Pastor Washira, one of his favorite sermons is the sermon of changing water to wine.
-
And for him, the interpretation of that sermon is that Jesus didn't just convert water to wine, it is that typically the process of converting water to wine or the process of making wine should take time.
-
And you know, uh from that world, they say that you measure how good wine is by the number of years.
-
So Jesus is actually condensing time, he's actually collapsing time, and he's able to make wine in a record time.
-
So the miracle is not just about wine, it is actually about the collapsing of time.
-
And as we speak about the key of knowledge, therefore, we need to ask ourselves, and you know, that story ends.
-
Uh let me summarize.
-
I think it's verse 12 or 13 that says, Jesus was amazed by this man's faith.
-
Jesus could not believe that it is possible for him as God to give an offer and someone gives a counter-offer.
-
He couldn't, you know, it it amazed him that such a person exists.
-
And a second example I could give, and this is a story we all know again, is the story of the Canaanite woman.
-
Because she comes to Jesus, she's not an Israelite, and she has a child who needs healing.
-
And Jesus tells this woman, it is not yet time for the Gentiles.
-
So I cannot take bread that belongs to the children and give it to the dogs.
-
That's what Jesus says.
-
And again, at that point, you need to pause and ask yourself, hey, has Jesus just called me, you know, that animal?
-
Because he's saying I cannot take bread for the children and give it to what?
-
To the dogs.
-
What would have been your response?
-
Wouldn't you go home very offended?
-
Wouldn't you just give up on that matter?
-
There has to be an understanding and a knowledge that you possess if you will be able to respond to such a statement.
-
Because in such a case, the woman actually tells Jesus, even dogs feed off the crumbs that fall from the table.
-
And this woman is saying, I actually need a very small portion of your power.
-
It will not affect what you had kept for your children.
-
So and this woman is actually saying, I don't need to wait.
-
Because Jesus was literally telling her, Your healing can happen, but please wait.
-
Let me finish my assignment with the Jews or with the Israelites.
-
Your time as Gentiles will actually come.
-
So it's a good way and a very nice way to dismiss her and with facts on the table.
-
But there has to be a deeper understanding that this woman possessed, that I just need a very small portion of his power.
-
And this must be that this woman had analyzed and also realized that the very small portion of power I am taking doesn't affect his assignment.
-
And also he doesn't, you know, do anything.
-
Um and according to God's nature, is that Jesus, as much as he has come for the Jews, he also has mercy and he has kindness and he is love.
-
So it must be that there are provisions.
-
You know, you know, there is a constitution, yes, you came for the Jews or for the Israelites, but I am looking for a provision that could allow you to go outside the set guidelines.
-
So for me, this is a key of knowledge, uh, which we are speaking about tonight.
-
Uh, the Bible will say that Jesus' nature is that he will leave the 99 and go looking for one.
-
So sometimes in these conversations, I try to be quite imaginative and I imagine one or two scriptures that this woman might have quoted.
-
And one of them is that, yes, you have 99, but I am the one that is lost.
-
And you have said that you can leave the 99 for me.
-
John 6.37 says, I will never reject anyone who follows me.
-
Maybe that's the other scripture that she quoted.
-
Because this was Jesus speaking and saying, Anyone who comes, however they are, so long as they have come, they have brought themselves, I will never reject them or turn them away.
-
And the question for us tonight: do you possess such a knowledge or an understanding that even at your worst, because uh, you know, the Bible says there is no condemnation for them that are in Christ Jesus.
-
But we also know that the Bible records that the devil is the accuser of brethren.
-
So I know there are days you feel all fired up.
-
You know, you woke up for the um command your morning prayers, and then you did your devotion, you did your lunch hour.
-
So by the time you're coming for this service, you are fired up.
-
But there are also other days where you know that today is Wednesday, but from Sunday until today, I have not done anything that sort of gives me the confidence to come to God.
-
On such a day, would you come with the knowledge that there is never a time that Jesus will reject anyone who follows them?
-
So as we speak about the key of knowledge tonight, I just hope that we can bring all of us to the place of understanding that any challenge around your life, all the circumstances around your life, and you can list them one by one, that you are actually one revelation away.
-
As we speak about revelation connected, that you're one revelation away from the breakthrough.
-
And I know some of us have tried knocking on doors.
-
You know, you've prayed, you've used the scripture of Samson, how he was able to lift up the gates and went with them and planted them outside the city.
-
But sometimes we have found ourselves in places where we are stuck.
-
Let me tell you, you are one piece of revelation away.
-
The scripture that I know has been quoted uh the whole of this month.
-
My people perish for lack of knowledge.
-
So it could be that there are areas we are perishing, there are areas we are not experiencing progress, but it is because there is a knowledge that we do not possess.
-
Somebody said that that scripture of my people is actually the people who are already called into the kingdom.
-
This is not about the people of the world.
-
It is us who are here inside this uh sanctuary tonight that God is calling my people.
-
But he's saying, even if you are my people, you are still perishing for lack of knowledge.
-
Could there be areas of our lives that we can unlock through the key of knowledge tonight?
-
Daniel 11, 31, another verse that I know we all know, is that they that know, they that know their God shall be strong and they shall do exploits.
-
That means there is a knowledge we can capture tonight that gives us two things: gives us strength and gives us exploits.
-
If you're feeling weak in your career, in your business, in your family, you actually what you need, the prescription tonight is knowledge because that knowledge gives you strength and then it allows you to do exploits.
-
So allow me to just quickly speak about one or two things that if the devil comes to your life or as you go into your walk of faith, will be tested as far as knowledge is concerned.
-
And the first one is that your knowledge on the nature and the character of God will be tested.
-
It starts from the book of Genesis.
-
Immediately after Adam and Eve are planted in the Garden of Eden, when the enemy comes, the serpent comes, he actually starts by asking questions.
-
I don't know how the devil attacks you.
-
Some of us we have those dreams that we are being pursued and so on.
-
But let me tell you, one of the things that the devil targets in your life is to come with questions to test your knowledge.
-
Did God really say, Does God actually love you?
-
Why would a loving father tell you not to eat from this tree?
-
Because those are the questions that the serpent was asking in the Garden of Eden.
-
And you really need to be anchored on the nature and the character of God for you to be able to resist this temptation.
-
And the thing is that whatever God is telling you not to eat from, he is not taking it away from you.
-
It is that he's actually safeguarding you.
-
So you must know that my God, my father, loves me so much that whatever he has withheld from me, he's actually not punishing me.
-
Because what the serpent was trying to do is to tell Adam and Eve, in real sense, God is punishing you.
-
And God is denying you such a good thing in your life.
-
Do we have some of us that we feel God has denied us things?
-
You know, you've prayed for that miracle, prayed for that breakthrough.
-
And in the midst of your season of waiting, the devil actually comes and tells you, your father in heaven is not a good father.
-
Otherwise, why is he denying you this particular thing?
-
And and one of the things that we realized even in that story in Genesis is that the devil didn't focus on all the other things that God had given Adam and Eve.
-
And it's exactly what happens in our own lives.
-
When the devil comes, he never reminds you that you're in perfect health.
-
He never reminds you that you have the peace of God, he never reminds you that you have the joy of the Lord that is your strength.
-
He never reminds you about all the other things that God has done in your life.
-
He zooms in into that one area of your life that is not working, and then he amplifies that one area.
-
So your knowledge of God will be tested.
-
Is God good?
-
Is he kind?
-
Does he love me?
-
Is he conditional so that when I have sinned, then he's waiting for me somewhere at the door of Parquis with a hammer, wanting to smash me because I disappointed him.
-
Do you have an understanding of your father?
-
He is not tied to physical circumstances.
-
Because one of the things that the devil has also used to, as a sermon, to almost every one of us is we measure God by how good our physical circumstances are.
-
So when we are flourishing and all those things are happening around us, then we think God is good.
-
But when we go through seasons of tribulation, it becomes difficult for us to trace the goodness of God in such a season.
-
And my hope tonight is that we can get to a place where we know, and we know that God is good.
-
And I want you to convince your heart and convince your mind that the God who has called me is a good father.
-
One of the mantras I have personally held on to throughout my walk of salvation is that God is not a user, he's a blesser.
-
The Bible says he is a blesser of them that diligently seek him.
-
Because you will get to seasons in life where you will feel as if God is using you.
-
You're doing service, you're doing ministry, you've given all you can, you've given the hundred Bob, a thousand, a hundred thousand.
-
You must have some truths that you hold dearly.
-
And you must know that God is a blesser, He's not a user.
-
You must know, like what the Bible says, that by these two immutable things, it is impossible for God to lie.
-
There is no possibility that God can lie to you.
-
There is no lie, God is truth.
-
You know, I I may be praying and trusting God that one day I will stop lying.
-
Especially those professional lies of I am coming to Paki, but if I receive a call from Pastor Regan, I am at Westlands and I do.
-
Not want to specifically say where I am, and you know, you can still say you are at the gate, but you are at that other gate B or gate C.
-
So I don't have the nature of truth.
-
It is something I am trusting God to go towards.
-
But for God, his nature is truth.
-
Do you know that?
-
Because sometimes we have been lied to by so many people until we have boxed God into the same nature of men.
-
And I keep telling people that men will lie because inherently we are limited.
-
We don't have all ability, we don't have all capacity, and we don't have the willingness sometimes.
-
So even if I told you yesterday that I will give you some money today, factors change.
-
So that is inherent to a man.
-
But when God promises, he has factored all the circumstances.
-
He has done what we used to do in mathematics, permutations.
-
He has done all possibilities.
-
And for him, nothing can come in between and make him change his mind.
-
Because for us it is factors that could change.
-
For him, it doesn't matter.
-
He is truth.
-
God is love.
-
So it is not possible for him that out of him anything else other than love can come out of it.
-
And therefore, as you go through the walk of life, you must have a clear understanding of who God is.
-
You must have a clear understanding of his nature.
-
So that even as you go through very tough seasons, you're able to separate the season from who God is in your life.
-
So your knowledge on the nature of God will actually be tested.
-
The second thing that will be tested is how God interprets particular seasons and also drawing from the nature and the character of God.
-
How can you draw from the possibilities that are in Christ in particular seasons?
-
And I had a few illustrations to give us.
-
And the first one is Moses.
-
There is a time God comes and tells Moses, these people are so stubborn.
-
Allow me to just finish them off.
-
And you know, these guys had also disturbed Moses.
-
So, so so if it was you as a church leader, ministry leader, I watupi awa Mekusumbua, be aware.
-
So when God brings a proposal, can we just destroy them and start this thing all over again?
-
Most of us would actually say, hey, please proceed and do it quickly.
-
But Moses had an understanding of standing in the gap and interceding for a whole nation of Israel.
-
What is this that Moses knew about the nature of God?
-
That God can come with a lot of wrath and a lot of anger, but it is still possible to speak to the mercy and the grace and the goodness and the kindness that is in his heart and actually stop a whole nation from being destroyed.
-
There has to be something that Moses knew that deep within the nature of God is a vulnerability, is a mercy that is waiting to be invoked, even for people not to be destroyed.
-
And as we pray for our church, pray for our young people, pray for our families, pray even for this nation of Kenya, would you have an understanding that even when everything is speaking to destruction, that you can stand in the gap?
-
You know, Moses literally stood in between the wrath of God and the nation of Israel.
-
And the people he's interceding for, there is no hope for them to change.
-
So he's not even telling God, this is the last time they will do this mistake, please forgive them.
-
No, he's invoking into the forbearance of God that he is rich in mercy, abounding in love, that that, you know, he's long suffering.
-
Those are the things that Moses is speaking to when he is standing in between the destruction of a whole nation.
-
Speak about Abraham.
-
And Abraham is asking God, what if we find 50 people in Sodom?
-
What if we find this number?
-
And he comes all the way.
-
And I was asking myself, on this side you have Sodom, a city that has seriously sinned against God.
-
And even as Abraham is here speaking to God, they are still sinning.
-
It's not again like Abraham went and told Sodom, guys, I can negotiate a deal for you if you stop this thing that you know, they were still doing it.
-
But Abraham still understands that even if God finds ten people in a whole city, then he is not going to destroy Sodom.
-
Of course, the guy who let Abraham down is Lot, because I think Abraham had counted uh Lot, the wife, the daughters, maybe they were married.
-
He was sure there has to be uh ten people when he's negotiating that uh um BBI thing, broad-based.
-
But for me, I was wondering where does he get the knowledge that out of a city of a million people or whatever the number was, if I find ten, then it is possible that God will turn away his wrath, irrespective of what they had done.
-
Because these guys, again, we all know the story, and it was a serious mess.
-
What is it that he knew?
-
Then there is another guy called King Hezekiah, and an accurate um prophet of God called Isaiah comes and tells Hezekiah, Your days are done, um, put your house in order, you're going to die.
-
And when prophet Isaiah tells you something, you better believe because he was an accurate man of God.
-
But immediately the prophet leaves.
-
The Bible says Hezekiah goes inside and starts pleading his case.
-
And tonight, I don't know what we need to do to capture a knowledge or an understanding that when every report speaks to death, that there is a knowledge you can carry and go to your inner chambers and tell God, I know this thing for sure.
-
I know that you're able to turn around this medical report.
-
I know that you're able to raise someone in our family.
-
I know it is possible for our business to prosper, irrespective of the economic times that we may be in.
-
I know it is possible for my children to grow in a godly way, even in a generation that is every day becoming wicked.
-
But I was asking myself, is there a knowledge I possess that even if an accurate prophet of God came and told me my days are over, that I would have the confidence.
-
Because most of us, after Isaiah speaks, you call all your family members.
-
The way our old Mzes will call us.
-
And they want to call us into that last meeting and you know, give a brief and actually quote Prophet Isaiah and say, Prophet Isaiah was here a moment ago.
-
He told me to put my house in order.
-
As you all know, when Isaiah speaks, it is God who has spoken.
-
So unless there is a different knowledge that we possess that can allow us to challenge everything else that is being spoken.
-
By the time you have a knowledge to challenge a true prophet, then it must be that you have the knowledge to challenge all the other false prophets.
-
Now, unfortunately, most of us even challenging the false prophets is becoming a problem.
-
That means our gap between where we are and where we need to be in terms of knowledge, we need to quickly catch up.
-
Because every day there are news everywhere.
-
Social media, all these things that are happening around us, and they are not even speaking the voice of God.
-
But we don't have the knowledge to even challenge what is coming from the secular world.
-
But this man has a knowledge that can even challenge a true man of God.
-
Maybe one or two more, and then we will get into a time of prayer.
-
But but as we speak about all these people, uh some of the scriptures that I would want you to just go and maybe meditate upon.
-
There's a scripture that says the Lord is good and his mercies endures forever.
-
He's slow to anger, he's a faithful father.
-
You know, these are these are things that we need to um allow to saturate our beings to the extent that irrespective of any challenge or any pressure around us, then this is the thing that would still come out of us.
-
Now, we have a few people who made a prayer of inquiry, even as I speak about these examples.
-
And one of them was David, and we know the life of David.
-
David, every time he had a challenge before him, his natural response was to ask for the knowledge towards this thing.
-
And and the best example I could give is when he was fasting for the healing of the son, and after some time the son dies.
-
And and and his people were very afraid of what to tell him because they were saying, if this man could not eat when the son was alive and there was hope that he could live, what about now when the son has died?
-
And I think in those old times, uh there is a way you could come before the king and he's mourning and he just chops off your head.
-
You know, those things could happen.
-
So these guys are very afraid.
-
And then when the baby dies, David rises up and goes and takes a shower, freshens up, and does a proper meal.
-
And these guys are very surprised because that's not the natural response.
-
And I want us to I want to bring us to the place of saying, when you have the key of knowledge, people wonder why you don't respond the way the world does.
-
Because David said, when this boy was alive, I was praying and fasting because there was a chance that he could get healed.
-
But after he's dead, the only thing that can happen is for me to die and join him.
-
So after that matter is sealed, I leave it to the sovereignty of God.
-
What an understanding.
-
Because most of us, if you were to go through such a season where you lose a loved one, could be a baby, could be a parent, could be a sibling, that is usually our lowest moment.
-
That ability to rise up again and actually praise God, it's it's it's it's very um ironical that after you have lost someone is when you're saying, That is done, let's move on to the next um item.
-
So that was David for you.
-
As we get into even a time of praying for this key of knowledge, there are a few people who went to God with a prayer of inquiry, and one of them was Rebecca.
-
When Rebecca was carrying twins, this is Jacob and Esau, there was a serious battle within her womb.
-
And she went to God and asked God, what exactly is happening?
-
And I hope that as we go through this month of knowledge, you could even ask God about your children.
-
Is this a normal child?
-
What do you have for them that can help me even as I go through the parenting journey?
-
Surprisingly, God tells Rebecca, these are not babies in your womb, these are two nations.
-
And that for Rebecca was a revelation because she stopped looking at two boys and she started looking at nations.
-
So sometimes it is good that even as you go through battles, because there was war, there was a battle in her womb, have you taken time to even ask God, why does the devil target my children?
-
Most of us actually ask ourselves, why my children and not any other family's children.
-
But if you are to go to God and seek the knowledge and the understanding, it will actually dawn on you that you're not dealing with children.
-
You are actually dealing with nations.
-
Are you aware that if you happened to be born in the time of Moses, you're in trouble?
-
For Moses, because of the assignment he carries of deliverance, the devil would rather kill all the boys in that generation.
-
He doesn't want to risk.
-
For him, he would rather wipe off everybody just so that Moses cannot survive.
-
So for me, I wish we can get the understanding that when you see so much intense warfare, instead of getting into victim mentality, that we can actually go to God in prayer and ask God, why am I being singled out?
-
Why would the devil deploy all his arsenal against me?
-
And you know, it looks like he has left everybody else.
-
And you know, he doesn't have infinite resources.
-
So by the time he's deploying his resources and zooming them on an individual, it must be that there is something he can see in that individual.
-
And therefore, as you go through your battles in life, you will actually go through the battles with an understanding that as I go home tonight, now I know why my marriage is being targeted.
-
Now I know why my children would be targeted.
-
Now I know why the devil would zoom in on my business.
-
Now I know why there is so much opposition in this area of my life.
-
And therefore, as we go through the key of knowledge, may we find time to pray.
-
And thank God we are in 21 days of prayer.
-
May we find time to pray for that prayer of inquiry.
-
God, why?
-
Why?
-
That is the question we are asking tonight.
-
When Manoah and the wife were told that they will bring up, you know, Samson, and he's not like any other boy.
-
Manoah actually said, Let the angel come again and teach us how we are going to bring up this boy.
-
Because you have said it's not a normal boy.
-
And and they prayed and the angel came back again.
-
Have you asked the angel to come again and tell you about your business and tell you about your life and tell you about that area of your life that you are sure is not normal.
-
Because I can tell you that what you're bringing up is also a Samsung.
-
It could be a career, it could be a business, whatever it is, it is a Samson.
-
It's not a normal child.
-
And therefore, you must go to God and make a prayer of inquiry.
-
Mary asked, How shall these things come to be?
-
That is not a question of unbelief.
-
It is a question of inquiry.
-
It is wanting to know, I am bringing forth a child, and you're saying that I shall not know a man.
-
How shall these things come to be?
-
Has God given you a vision that is bigger than yourself?
-
Have you gone back to him to ask him, how shall it come to be?
-
I know there is funding, there is partnerships, there are all these things, marketing and sales and so on.
-
But this one is beyond all those systems and strategies that we normally put in place in our boardrooms.
-
How shall this thing come to be?
-
And the response from the angel is the answer that God would give most of us that the Holy Spirit shall come upon you.
-
And therefore, when you find in your life there are things you cannot explain, remember there is a component of the Holy Spirit.
-
And therefore, when you go and meet with other ladies in a charmer and all their children have been born through normal delivery, you us is the Holy Spirit shall come upon you.
-
When you go to fundraising and you're looking for capital and everybody else is asking for numbers and so on, you us don't end up.
-
It is the Holy Spirit that shall come upon us.
-
But we have to ask, how shall this thing come to be?
-
Because if you don't ask, by the time you face the first negative answer and the second one, let me tell you, you will go back and size down that vision.
-
You will actually convert Samson from that special boy to the normal boy.
-
You will even take him to places where he can fit in.
-
That's what most of us do.
-
But if you have the answer that this is not a normal child, this is not a normal business, this is not a normal family, this is not a normal marriage, then you will actually leave room to the Holy Spirit coming upon you.
-
As we conclude, a good pastor concludes seven times.
-
So I'm on my last one now.
-
May we make a prayer for unique strategies.
-
And, you know, again tied to knowledge, even for our generation.
-
The Bible speaks about Bezalel and Holiab and says they were filled with knowledge in all craftsmanship.
-
And therefore, what they produced was beyond their generation.
-
And I know we are living in an information age where we have AI.
-
If you want to quickly Google something, it's able to even give you a summary.
-
But let me tell you, there is still a limitation to this information age.
-
There are still strategies that we can download in this month of the key of knowledge, even for every area of our lives.
-
Go read the story of King Uzziah.
-
I think it's in the book of Chronicles.
-
The Bible says he was marvelously helped of the Lord.
-
But one of the ways he was helped is that he had weapons that no other king had.
-
So there is a knowledge he had been given by God that he was using weaponry that was beyond his generation, that was many generations ahead of the people.
-
Jacob, and and we know the story of him uh putting stripes, um pieces of striped uh sticks at the watering point.
-
And then the Bible says, plain sheep would actually give birth to striped young ones.
-
That is what we are trying to do in our generation.
-
Um I'm not an expert in that area, but I know we have enhancement of the genes, we have cross-breeding and all those things.
-
Jacob had that technology thousands and thousands of years ago, but he got it from an enablement by the Holy Spirit.
-
As we pray, and it is not possible to exhaust all these prayer items in one night, I pray that you will take time and ask God, is there a strategy that you can give me that is beyond this generation?
-
I am competing with everybody.
-
I am, you know, I can't now say I will do the best presentation.
-
I may not even have the best strategy.
-
I may not even have the best parenting skills.
-
Is there a wisdom and a knowledge that you can give me even in such a season?
-
So may we rise up to our feet.
-
In two minutes, we make this prayer and then conclude our meeting tonight.
-
But I hope that you take home something that you will use to engage in battle and engage in prayer, even as we speak about this key of knowledge.
-
That area of your life where you feel stuck, go to God and ask questions.
-
God, is there another route?
-
Could I be that I am one-dimensional?
-
I have been looking at this issue only based on one area.
-
Could it be that you have another solution for me?
-
Do you have an axe that is stuck below the waters, like in the time of Elisha?
-
And you think the only way out is to drain all the water.
-
But Elisha comes and puts a stick, and the axe is able to float.
-
So I want you to just make that prayer in two minutes.
-
Father, would you help us even in this month?
-
When we are talking about the liberating key of knowledge, that you would liberate us through knowledge.
-
We admit tonight that there is something we do not know.
-
But we have come to the creator of the universe.
-
We have come to the all-wise God.
-
And we pray that you would help us tonight.
-
That someone will have that light bulb moment, that aha moment of saying, I have gotten the key.
-
I have gotten the key for this area of my life that has been stuck.
-
I have captured the revelation tonight in the name of Jesus.
-
Father, thank you for most of us that have been at the door.
-
Maybe they have been like the gates of Jericho.
-
The Bible says they were tightly shut.
-
There is a strategy that you can give us tonight where we do not even need to demolish those walls and those gates.
-
That the gates and the walls can cave in by themselves.
-
Some of us are surrounded by enemies.
-
The Bible says regarding Jehoshaphat, that there were three kings that had formed a coalition against him.
-
Lord, give me a strategy.
-
For Jehoshaphat, it was just sing and praise the Lord and tell the Lord, the Lord is good and his mercies endures forever.
-
Do you have an issue before you tonight that you have murmured, you have complained, you have spoken to everybody?
-
But maybe God is telling you, praise me in this situation.
-
When there is an enemy everywhere around you, praise me in such a season.
-
Would you give us a strategy tonight, oh God?
-
Would you download knowledge upon us in the name of Jesus?
-
The Bible says the spirit that is in us is the same spirit that searches the mind of God.
-
May this Holy Spirit tonight search the mind of God and connect us, just like there will be a Bluetooth connect.
-
Connect us to this wisdom, connect us to this server that is the mind of God.
-
In the name of Jesus.
-
Father, there is no way.
-
You call us by your name, and we are getting stuck even in the issues of this life.
-
And therefore, tonight we declare that through this key of knowledge, somebody will be able to advance.
-
Somebody will be able to break camp and advance tonight.
-
Seasons of stagnation will break in the name of Jesus.
-
We will be able to progress because there is something we have captured tonight in the name of Jesus where we have been blind, Master.
-
Would you touch our eyes?
-
Where we Been seeing men as trees.
-
Would you touch us again in the name of Jesus so that we can see and see clearly?
-
There is someone in our midst who has walked through a season of condemnation.
-
Tonight, Jehovah Master, may that light come into them.
-
That you are a loving father, that there is no one who will come to you and you cast them out.
-
In the name of Jesus, may they go home with the confidence that you love them, my God and my father, in the name of Jesus.
-
There is someone in our midst that the devil has zoomed in on the one area of their lives that is not working.
-
Through this knowledge, open them up to all the things that you have done unto them in the name of Jesus Christ.
-
My God, would you help us tonight?
-
And would you help us even through this season of prayer that you will download your wisdom, your knowledge, your understanding even upon us, my God and my father, in the name of Jesus.
-
None of us will be stuck, and none of us will be limited by the systems of this world.
-
There is something beyond a strategic plan.
-
There is something beyond the numbers, my God and my father.
-
There is a component of the Holy Spirit shall come upon us in the name of Jesus Christ.
-
We thank you and we bless your name.
-
Thank you because there is wisdom that is coming upon us.
-
Luke 21, 15, as we do our benediction, I will give you a mouth and wisdom that no adversary shall be able to resist.
-
Other versions say, No adversary shall be able to dispute.
-
And I pray for all of us as we go back to our marketplace, to the offices, to the boardrooms, may the Lord give you a mouth and wisdom that no adversary shall be able to resist.
-
In the name of Jesus Christ.
-
The Bible says in 2 Samuel 3 33, this was David mourning the death of Abner.
-
And he says, Abner, you have died the death of a fool.
-
You are strong, you are a mighty man, but you have died the death of a fool.
-
And we declare tonight that none of us will die the death of a fool.
-
Because the knowledge of God is upon us tonight.
-
Proverbs will say, There is a way that seems right, but its end is death, and its end is destruction.
-
None of us will walk down a path that leads to death, and yet it looks right, but it can lead to death.
-
None of us will walk through such a road in the name of Jesus because you have knowledge, you have the key of knowledge tonight.
-
You are revelation connected, you will see ahead of time in the name of Jesus.
-
Lord chose Sodom because he saw with the physical eyes, and he thought Sodom looked lucrative.
-
He said, This is the next big idea, this is what can make me a billionaire.
-
But he saw with the physical eyes.
-
We declare tonight none of us will go down to Sodom in the name of Jesus because of this key of knowledge.
-
Like Joshua and Caleb, even if the land is full of uh giants, we will see differently in the name of Jesus Christ.
-
Doesn't the Bible speak about the five virgins?
-
These are virgins, but the Bible says they were foolish because they had not seen ahead.
-
And I pray that none of us will be caught up in the foolishness of these virgins.
-
May every one of us be able to see like the five wise virgins who had oil to spare in the name of Jesus Christ.
-
Father, there is someone who has gone through very intense battle, like Esau, so that they can despise their birthright, so that they can ask, What is a birthright when I am hungry?
-
But I pray tonight that you will give them the revelation that this intense battle you can still hold on.
-
Don't despise the birthright in the name of Jesus.
-
And every one of us who is discouraged by the battles around them, I pray tonight that you will open their eyes.
-
Some of us got into families, we gave birth to children, set up businesses, and and and then immediately after that, battles came.
-
And you have started saying, I would rather go back to Egypt.
-
Suddenly the melons taste sweeter.
-
I pray tonight that you will be able to have your eyes opened and say, I would rather endure the wilderness.
-
I will never say the melons taste sweeter because the enemy has blinded me, and I cannot be able to see the promised land.
-
The Bible says, Christ for the joy that was set before him endured the cross.
-
There is something he had seen beyond the cross.
-
May you see something tonight that is beyond the cross.
-
Through this key of knowledge, none of us shall perish.
-
In Jesus' name we pray.
-
Amen and amen.
-
And amen.
-
God bless you.
-
Thank you for coming.
-
You go home with a key of knowledge.
-
And every area that you're stuck, you are one revelation away from the next level.
-
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us now and forevermore.
-
Amen.
