Once again, let's appreciate the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

Hallelujah.

To the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

Hallelujah to Jesus.

As we uh, those of us who are seated, if you are able, you can rise up as we take the reading of the Word of God this mor afternoon.

I think it's already afternoon.

By the grace of God.

And I know that we are going to have a blessed moment.

We are reading from the book of Luke, chapter 4.

Luke 4 · chapter mention

I pick it from verse 14 all the way to verse 30.

And the way Pastor Simon was moving, I was afraid that he would preach the sermon.

But I was also not afraid because I know I would have come to just do the benediction.

And so when he came down, I thought that was it.

Then the senior pastor took the title of the sermon.

And now, uh, yeah, so that's why I'm standing as we hear the word of God today.

It's a blessing to have our senior pastor and associate pastor.

We celebrate you.

And may the Lord help us to walk in those footsteps as we walk into the future in Jesus' name.

Luke chapter 4, verse 14.

Luke 4:14

The Bible says, Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit, and news about him spread through the whole countryside.

He was teaching in their synagogues, and everyone praised him.

He went to Nazareth where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue as was his custom.

He stood up to read.

And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him.

And rolling it, he found the place where it is written.

Because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.

He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.

Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant, and sat down.

The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him.

He began by saying to them, Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.

All spoke well of him and were amazed at the gracious words that came from his lips.

Isn't this Joseph's son?

They asked.

Truly I tell you, he continued, no prophet is accepted in his hometown.

I assure you that there were many widows in Israel in Elijah's time, when the sky was shut from uh was shut for three and a half years, and there was a severe famine throughout the land.

Yet Elijah was not sent to any of them, but were widow in Zarephath in the region of Sidon.

And there were many in Israel with leprosy in the time of Elisha the prophet.

Yet not one of them was cleansed, only Naman the Syrian.

Off the cliff.

Sorry.

But he walked right through the crowd and went on his way.

This is the word of God, and God's people say, Amen.

May we have our seats in Jesus' name in the presence of the Lord.

Indeed, this is a very um exciting season.

It is a season of great blessings, and we thank God that each one of us is connecting.

And senior pastor, just to um update us that through the J100 campaign, we have uh as of this morning before the first service, we had raised 4,126,604.

Now, I think it is important to let you know that this is not a donation from World Bank, this is not a donation from IMF.

This is money that has come from the person seated next to you.

So look at them, they are the donor.

Just admire them, tell them thank you for your contribution towards this great altar.

Um, and just in case that thank you has come in advance, praise the Lord.

You know that thank you might have come to you in advance because you have not yet given.

And therefore, if that car thank you has come in advance, it is only inviting you to be a partaker and a participant.

And senior pastor, I have also adopted a table and it is full.

And I know we have many men and women here who are going to do that this week.

400 of us gathered at Sankara to celebrate the Lord's doing in this season.

In Jesus' name.

You know, after this, they may be asked to remove because it was for display.

But I know men and women here can just say, I will pay for that hoodie.

Yeah, just somebody says, I will pay for that.

And if that is the person I'm talking to, just seek leaf after the service and say that baby should not return that hoodie.

They should go home with it.

Let's turn to the word of God.

The subject, the jubilee revelation.

The jubilee revelation.

Jesus reveals himself in this passage as the fulfillment of God's jubilee when he announces liberty through the Holy Spirit and he calls his hearers to respond by believing.

And brothers and sisters, in this season, if we miss the revelation, then everything else that is around this season will come to nothing.

The preparation, the celebration, and everything else, even the giving, if we miss the revelation of the season, then everything else will come to nothing.

And I am here to remind us this afternoon that Jesus is the revelation of the season.

The Jubilee season is about Jesus.

Every Jubilee begins with a revelation before it becomes a celebration.

And my prayer is that we shall catch that revelation.

The passage that Jesus reads when he enters the synagogue is not a new passage to be read in that setting.

It is a passage that might have been read on a number of occasions.

The people who heard that passage that morning or that evening or that afternoon being read by Jesus, they had heard that passage time and again, but they had not witnessed the fulfillment of that passage.

And then Jesus walks into the synagogue and have after reading the passage as had been as it had been read a number of times by rabbis who read it to the people who attended, he makes a very defining statement.

He says, Today, not only have you heard the reading of this scripture, but today the scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.

That behold, before you is no longer just an expected future jubilee, but indeed the expected jubilee has now become a reality because the man that is reading this scripture to you, the man that is standing or sitting before you today, that man that you have given your attention to, because Luke is keen to tell us that there was attention on Jesus.

They stared at him, they gave him all the attention, Luke tells us.

That man that you are seeing, Jesus is saying, He is the fulfillment of these words that I have read.

Jesus is the fulfillment of the Jubilee.

Brothers and sisters, in that time, the tragedy was not that people may not have heard what Jesus was saying.

Indeed, they heard what Jesus was saying.

The tragedy was not that the news that he was bringing was new, the tragedy of the moment is that, as we will see in the scripture, they did not believe.

That is the tragedy of the moment.

And therefore, my prayer is that that tragedy that befell the people of Kaparnaum will not befall Parklands Baptist Church in this season.

That we shall not miss the moment by not believing.

How then shall we secure this moment so that it is meaningful to us and so that we can accrue the full benefits of the season?

I want to suggest to us three things that number one, it is when we that we recognize that the jubilee is a spirit-initiated season.

We are if we recognize that jubilee is a spirit-initiated season.

And when we do have that recognition, then we commit ourselves to walk in the spirit as Jesus did.

But number two, it is when we also recognize that the Jubilee is a proclamation season.

The jubilee is a proclamation season.

And what do we do when it's a proclamation season?

That in our season of jubilee we shall proclaim that which Jesus is proclaiming.

And number three, that when we recognize that the Jubilee is an appointed season, it is an appointed season.

And what are we going to do with this appointed season?

We are going to connect with what Jesus is offering.

When we get those three parts, the revelation lies in there.

And so the first part that the Jubilee is a spirit-initiated season, and that we are going to commit ourselves to walk in the spirit as Jesus did.

Notice that Luke begins verse this chapter four by drawing our attention to the activities of the Holy Spirit in the life of Jesus.

He begins chapter four, verse one by telling us that then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.

Jesus is full of the Holy Spirit.

Luke is also keen to tell us in verse 14 that Jesus returned in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Look at verse 14.

Jesus returned to Galilee.

He went full of the Spirit, He returned in the power of the Holy Spirit.

He's also keen now to bring us to Isaiah, this man who is full of the spirit, this man who is walking in the power of the spirit.

He then makes a proclamation which is found in the scroll of Isaiah.

And he says, The Spirit of the Lord in verse 18 is upon me because he has anointed me.

Brothers and sisters, the jubilee season is not initiated by human planning.

And I can tell you, under the leadership of Reverend Simon, we have done a lot of planning.

But if we miss the power of the Holy Spirit and only rely on those other planning, we shall have missed the moment.

And that is why uh Reverend Simon has declared the chief guest of this season is the Holy Spirit himself.

We have invited very anointed, experienced speakers.

But if we fix our eyes on those speakers and miss to fix our eyes on the Holy Spirit, we will miss the moment.

Jesus is showing up.

You know, the whole the Jubilee season is not manufactured by religious programs.

We have lined up a very meticulous program.

I can tell you.

You should not miss this program.

We have laid it up, we have teams and we've organized ourselves.

In fact, I dare say we have done this over and over.

If it was not you believe, we will be talking of revival season 12, I think.

We have done it over and over, and it is possible to approach this season from the experiences of the past.

But I want to tell you where the Holy Spirit is present, where the Holy Spirit is on uh acknowledged, behold, he does a new thing that is primarily focused on the season, the Holy Spirit.

You know, as I was reading this, Reverend Simon, I also noticed not only is the Holy Spirit present in a moment like this, but let me tell you, brothers and sisters, the devil is also shamelessly present.

I used the word shamelessly.

When a season has been, you know, Ime and has been set up, the table is ready, the devil also shows up.

Because Luke is keen to tell us that the devil showed up.

Though Jesus was full of the spirit, though Jesus was walking in the power of the spirit, though Jesus was anointed of the spirit, the devil still shamelessly showed up.

And even in a season like this, if we lack discernment, if we miss the revelation, the devil will show up, and we may think that actually we are in the spirit.

Because the devil shows up at a time when Jesus is hungry and he tells him, Hey, restoration can be achieved by the flesh.

You can be refreshed, you can be restored, you can be revitalized, you can still have that, you know, Jubilee feeling of rest.

If only you turn these stones into bread, if only you entertain the flesh a little bit, you will still have a good feel moment and think that you're in the jubilee.

And Jesus says, No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

By the revelation of the Holy Spirit, because he is in touch with the Holy Spirit, because he's in the power of the Holy Spirit, he is not denying bread, but he's saying, Oh, jubilee will not be achieved by entertaining the flesh, jubilee will be achieved by focusing on the word.

You know, he says, Okay, flesh in Mekata, but how about the material possessions?

He takes Jesus to a place and he tells him, Hey, look at these kingdoms.

Imagine if somebody took you to one of the tallest buildings here in West T and tells you, look around.

You just need to name it and receive it.

That is what the devil did.

Told him, just name.

Name it, you will receive it.

But Jesus is saying there is no amount of material possession or worldly power that can cause a Jubilee moment.

We are actually fundraising, and we are fundraising because we believe in this altar.

But let me tell you, what will cause you to participate in that fundraising?

It's not because your money is going to cause the jubilee, but because the jubilee has already happened and you are connecting with the moment.

That is the revelation.

And by the way, even if you don't, heaven has already declared.

So it will still happen.

The happening will happen.

That is the revelation we need to receive, so that we say we must be part of it.

Jesus is also saying, you know, the devil said, Okay, oh, material things, Mekata, let's try some drama.

Takes him to a high place and he tells him, Just throw yourself.

Aren't you the Son of God?

Throw yourself.

Are you not anointed?

Are you not full of the Holy Spirit?

Throw yourself.

And as you are rolling towards the ground, some dramatic moment is happening.

Oh, the angels will come like Isomavi Pindizawa Indi.

The angels will just come and they are running, they are flying, and then they will carry you.

They will put you know all that drama.

Jubilee will not be achieved through dramatic experiences.

Jubilee will be achieved by focusing on the Holy Spirit.

You know, in the first service, Eric promised me that he will be there so that we demonstrate.

Eric Ebukam, Ebukam, now come now, now come now at come now, come now to what you and then let's have Cliff.

Cliff, if you could come.

You know, you know, Jubilee is not about drama.

You know, you don't expect that you will see us here.

The anointed man of God is surrounded by by people, he's about to do some miracles.

Ka kamu mmutu anazunguka, the man of God, as I move you, you know, and Eric is the victim of the man of God.

He is the victim.

Where is Mama Pastaki wanguke malu neza me umia?

And there they are ashers, you know, behave like ushers.

Yeah, when the man of God is walking around, you know, and we are here very dramatic.

You are not running behind me.

You guys are supposed to be, you know, make it, you know, the spirit is moving.

There is a move, and then and then and then and all of us are feeling excited.

We are happy, and then the man of God says, touch, and the ushers run there to assist, and we say, Oh, the spirit is here, the spirit is here.

The spirit is not drama, the spirit is restoration, the spirit is redemption, the spirit is revival, the spirit is reconciliation, the spirit is an uplifting in Jesus' name.

You focus on the drama, you miss the Holy Spirit.

These guys have done well, since they have done well, huh?

Kumba nyum na fanya kitwe ka in Kamaro you call.

Let's appreciate them as they take their seats, brothers and sisters.

Jesus never came with drama, he just came with a proclamation, and he said, Today this scripture has been fulfilled.

But secondly, if I may move quickly, secondly, brothers and sisters, we need to realize that the Jubilee is a proclamation season, and we are going to proclaim that which Jesus is proclaiming.

We are not going to proclaim our problems, we are not going to proclaim our deficiencies, we are not even going to lament about the past.

We are not going to proclaim what others have said about us.

We are not even going to proclaim what the economy looks like or the environment looks like.

Because we are walking under the unction of the Holy Spirit.

We are going to proclaim what Jesus is proclaiming.

Let me encourage you, my brother and sister, if you are going to do nothing else in this season, I want to invite you to just proclaim what Jesus is proclaiming.

Let that be your bare minimum.

Say, I may not say anything else.

Do you remember that blind man in the book of John?

I think chapter 9 was healed.

He was blind.

And they started asking him theological questions.

They started asking him, What do you think?

They started asking him, Are you sure you are even blind?

You used to see.

You used to see what happened to you.

But this man, all he could say is that one thing I know I was blind, but now I am seeing.

The other day I listened to a preacher, and he was just giving an example, talking about this man, the you know that thief, the the other thief who went to heaven.

So this thief shows up in heaven, and of course, you know he showed up without prior notice to Peter because he just showed up while he was still a sinner.

It was a very there was no time for him to be discipled.

So he shows up, and the angel is asking him, Why are you here?

Who told you to come here?

And and the man doesn't even know where he is, he he doesn't understand.

Remember, he was a thief, he never understood the language of hallelujah.

He can just hear Ukon Dani, Ukon Dani Ko Heaven, Anaskia, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

The angels and the elders, they are bowing, they are proclaiming Jesus is what he doesn't know that language.

Him, he knew the language of oh that is the language he knew.

And to haraka haraka, remove quickly.

Now he's being asked, oh, tell us.

Do do so.

How did you get here?

Do do you do you know the do you know the 63 books of the Bible saying, me, I don't even know that.

Okay, so so do you know the theology of salvation?

He says, Well, uh, that one, what is that?

I've never even heard it.

Okay, let's just go to the Bible.

Do you know?

Have you have you understood what what the Bible is saying about justification?

Me, I don't know those things.

And and this angel calls a supervising angel and is asking, uh, so just tell us.

So, so how did you get here?

And the man says, There is only one thing I know that the man who was in the middle cross said that I should come.

That was all he held on to.

Said there was a man, we were down there, there was one on the left, I was on the right, and the one in the middle said, I should show up.

This season, proclaim what Jesus is proclaiming over your life.

Jesus is saying you are healed.

Just say, I am healed.

Why are you healed?

Did you see the doctor?

Did you get a surgery?

You say, No, I don't know those things for now.

One thing I know is that Jesus has said, I am healed.

Oh, I am forgiven.

Are you you can you be forgiven?

Do you remember the thing?

Just say, Yes, I know.

I am forgiven.

Why?

Not because you guys have forgotten the things I have done, but because there is a man whose name is Jesus, and he has said, I am forgiven.

Say, I am loved, and people will ask you who loves you, who can love somebody who like looks like you, who can love somebody who speaks like you, who can love somebody who has nothing like you, who can love somebody who looks, you tell them one thing, I know there is a man, his name is Jesus, and that Jesus has said he loves me the way I am.

I am going to proclaim it.

You know, the jubilee season cannot be a silent moment.

But Mayas reckoned that Jesus was passing by.

The Bible tells us that when he heard the commotion, he he he he he tapped into the revelation and and immediately he heard that it is Jesus, the Nazarene who is passing by, he started shouting, Jesus, have mercy on me, Jesus, have mercy on me, Jesus, have mercy on me.

You know when it is the time for breakthrough, the shouting is crazy.

People may not understand you when you are at the verge of your breakthrough, but they do not need to understand you because you will not abandon the moment of your visitation, you will not abandon the um the hour of your visitation.

And so Bartholomew continued, he shouted, he says, Oh Jesus, have mercy on me.

And let me tell you this, my brothers and sisters, your proclamation may be in the physical, but the connection will be in the spiritual.

Because while he was making a lot of noise, Jesus connected in the spirit.

Do you remember a woman who touched the hem of his garment?

Things were happening physically, and the people who were around him did not understand.

Because when Jesus turned to them and said, Somebody has touched me, they were wondering, Are you crazy?

How many people are touching you?

No, the point was somebody in the spiritual realm had touched me because they entered the spiritual realm, and that revelation informed their physical action.

And I got the antennae, I got the reception in the spiritual realm.

And Jesus turned and said, Your faith has healed you.

Came to this man and said, Your faith has healed you.

Brothers and sisters, we are going to proclaim what Jesus is proclaiming.

We are going to be clear about that proclamation.

We are going to be bold about that proclamation.

We are, it is going to be urgent, it is going to be unmistakable.

We are going to say that to the poor there is hope.

To the captives, there is liberty.

To the broken, there is healing.

To the sinners, there is forgiveness.

To the weary, there is rest.

To the lost, there is redemption.

To us, there is a jubilee.

We are going to proclaim it.

We are going to say concerning ourselves what Jesus says about us.

For way too long, the enemy has told you, you know, you know, in your family you cannot amount to anything.

You know, somebody told me one time in our family, you know, this is how we perform academically.

But but Jesus is saying, I'm going to be the head and know the tail.

My children will be the head and know the tail.

I will not transfer the things that have been proclaimed in my culture, in my family, in my tradition.

I will not transfer them to the next generation.

I will not transfer the the hardships of my past generation to the next generation.

And that's why our senior pastor, our associate pastor, every time they are speaking about the future, though they have had their own struggles, there were challenges they have told us.

There were times that this this this uh this sanctuary did not have people, it was not full.

They have told us, but they have said we are going to build a 20,000 sanctuary because our future shall be greater than our past.

Why?

Because Jesus has made a declaration.

I remember them telling us one time, I think senior pastor has mentioned this in the past that you know, even salary, it was just something small, they will share whatever is left.

But then they stand up and say, That was us, but for the generation that is ahead, we are proclaiming that 15 million will be pocket change for that generation.

We are not going to transfer the struggles of the past into the future generation.

We are going to transfer the anointing of Jubilee and say, Here is your jubilee, Alex, here is your jubilee, Eric, here is your jubilee, young people.

Pick it up, run with it.

Great and mighty things lay ahead.

You thought Parkland's Baptist Church is done, not yet.

We are just beginning, we are just started because Jesus is saying the latter glory shall be greater than the former.

And that is what we are going to proclaim.

And by the way, you know, we also know that some of us think or view us as crazy, as unreasonable, as uh, and you can put any other adjective, but I tell you, even in our unreasonableness, in our craziness, we are only going to proclaim what Jesus has proclaimed.

So if Jesus has said you are healed, we will not tell you the contrary.

We will tell you you are healed.

If Jesus has said you shall lend to many and borrow from none, we will not tell you the contrary.

We shall tell you he has said you will lend to many and borrow from none.

We shall proclaim that which Jesus has proclaimed.

That is the bare minimum that we can do.

Yet Jesus will be honored, and we have had testimonies, we have received testimonies of this word.

People who are lifted, people who can say, You know those people who can say that?

That is their testimony.

They know there was a time they were here, but as we continued proclaiming, this word continued to do progress in their lives, and so when you see them dancing, wakio media can it, you are wondering why are you overdancing?

No, it's because they have a testimony of a Jesus who will speak them from here, and so they say, Can it?

Oh, I know what Harpa looks like.

Can you wake a hapa?

I have tested what Harpa looks like.

I mean you wake up.

Yes, wango ni wajab.

The least we shall do in this season is to proclaim what Jesus has proclaimed.

That's the least we are going to do.

Yet, it is the highest proclamation you can have.

Hallelujah.

But finally, brothers and sisters, we must recognize that the Jubilee is an appointed season, it's an appointed season, and what are we going to do in this appointed season, brothers and sisters?

We are going to connect with what Jesus is offering.

Because I can tell you, Jesus is offering something, Jesus is offering many things, and we are going to connect with what Jesus is offering in a season like this.

Jesus has declared himself as the Jubilee.

And the people start asking, Oh, isn't this the son of Joseph?

Then he tells them, Now you have started missing the moment.

And he draws their attention to people in their history who missed the moment.

And the first person he draws their attention to is the widow of Zaraphet.

This widow of Zaraphath existed at a time, Jesus tells them, This is their history, by the way.

He's not telling them stories, he's referring to their known history.

He says, During the time of Elijah, there was a famine, and God had shut the heavens, and there was no rain.

I pause there for a moment and ask myself this question: Do you think the Israelites knew what they are supposed to do in a time of famine and drought?

And I will tell you, yes, they knew.

And how do I know they knew?

Because in 1 Kings chapter 8, verse 35 and 36, while Solomon was dedicating the temple, and I want you to follow this.

1 Kings 8:35

The temple is very key to Israel, even today.

When Solomon was dedicating the temple, these are the words, the prayer or the pleadings that he made to God.

He said, When heavens are shut up and there is no rain because your people have sinned against you.

And when they pray toward this place and give praise to your name and turn from their sin because you have afflicted them, then God hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people are Israel.

And it goes on.

Teach them the right way to live and send rain on the land you gave your people for an inheritance.

They had read this a number of times, because you will remember the context of the drought was because they had turned to the Baal gods.

But then the question is: inasmuch as they had read this, inasmuch as they had seen the temple, inasmuch as the temple was a constant reminder of where their help comes from, they did not believe.

Because had they believed, they would have turned away from their sins, called on the name of the Lord, and rain would have come.

Now let's Jesus then contrasts the entire generation of the Israelites to a widow who was outside of Israel in Sidon and says, Uh, look at this woman of uh Zarephath, sorry, and he says, Look at this woman.

In that same period, when the man of God showed up at her door, she was busy collecting some little firewood.

And what was the firewood for?

She was going to prepare some little bread so that she can eat together with her son, and then they die honorably.

At least they would have had a last meal.

Then this man shows up and says, Hey, hey, hold on.

First, make one for me.

How selfish can Elijah be?

Make one for me.

A grown man is seeing the situation, but because he's walking under revelation, he knows that there is a moment here, and it only requires a connection.

And so this woman, without hesitation, the Bible tells us, she went in and prepared one for the man of God.

And in that moment, there was a continuous future supply until the rains came.

She entered a jubilee that was meant for the children of Israel, while the children of Israel were outside their jubilee.

That's scenario number one.

Scenario number two, Jesus tells them, Hey guys, look, look again.

In your own history, there was a time in your own history, a man called Elisha and another man called Naman, who came from uh you know a different uh land, he came from where?

He came from Syria, and in the master's house, there was a little girl from Israel, and she said, If only my servant or my master can go to Israel, because there is a man of God there, and Naaman went.

Now, were there people with leprosy in Israel?

Jesus tells them, Yes, there were.

Did they know what to do when they had leprosy?

Again, I will say to us, brothers and sisters, they knew they had recited what should be done when they have leprosy.

Because the Bible tells us in Exodus 15, verse 26, God is telling them, Do you want to avoid leprosy and other diseases?

Exodus 15:26

He tells them, if you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to these commands and keep all the decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases, including leprosy, on that I brought on to the Egyptians.

Why?

For I am the Lord who heals you.

Did the children of Israel know that one of the names of their God is Jehovah Rapha?

For sure they knew.

The question is, did they believe?

In fact, Nahman almost missed this opportunity.

He, because of pride, pride was about to rob him of this hour of visitation.

But only when he humbled himself and obeyed did healing come.

The miracle was just at the door waiting, it only required obedience.

But Jesus tells them, You guys, that is the moment you missed.

Because the Bible says, when they heard this, they became furious.

Instead of saying, We are not going to be like our fathers, we are not going to miss the moment, they wrapped him up and they threw him out of town, but they missed their moment.

Believing is what will connect us to this moment.

We are only going to connect to this moment if we activate the currency of believing.

What if I told you under the spirit, by the spirit of the Lord, that this is your season of healing, that this is your season of restoration, that this is your season of receiving back that which you have lost, that this is your time for a switch?

What if I told you that this is your time to walk free?

That it is your time to experience the impossible, that it is your time to experience joy and peace.

What if I told you that this is a time for you to move to the next level?

That it is the time for you to be freed from sin and guilt?

What if I told you that this is your time to be free from your struggles and addiction?

What if I told you that this is the time for your marriage to be healed?

What if I told you that this is the time for your son or daughter to come back and be restored?

What if I told you that this is the time for Parklands Baptist Church to move to the next level?

What if I told you that the last 50 years we have sat on 10 acres, but the Lord has a thousand acres for us somewhere so that we can advance the kingdom?

What if I told you that God is calling us to do even greater work?

What if I told you, brothers and sisters, that this is the time to plant the next church?

What if I told you that this is the time to send the next missionary?

What if I told you that this is the time to open the next school?

What if I told you this is the time to reach nations for Christ?

What if I told you, Parklands Baptist Church, if you have ears to hear what the Lord is saying?

What if I told you this is the time to be freed?

From your death, what if I told you that this is the time to experience jubilee?

The question is not whether you will hear me, the question is not whether you will agree with me, the question is whether you will believe what Jesus is saying.

You miss that.

You miss the moment.

Brothers and sisters, what will define this moment?

It is faith.

Your faith has made you whole.

Your faith has lifted you.

Your faith has accelerated you.

Your faith has revived you.

By believing, that will be the distinguishing mark of this jubilee season.

The question is, will you believe?

Next Sunday, we launch the revival week, the Jubilee Revival Week.

We are entering that season by the Spirit.

So just take a moment, say, Holy Spirit, come, Holy Spirit, fill me.

Holy Spirit, touch me afresh.

Holy Spirit, calm down, Holy Spirit, have a moment with the Holy Spirit this afternoon.

Just tell him, Holy Spirit, I need you.

I need you more.

I need you afresh.

Touch me one more time.

Just tell the Holy Spirit, here I am.

I am surrendered to you, Holy Spirit.

We are surrendering this moment to you.

Holy Spirit, we are surrendering this moment to you.

We are entering this season by the Spirit.

By the Spirit, by the Spirit, by the Spirit.

We need a new encounter.

We need a fresh encounter with the Holy Spirit.

Oh, yes, Jesus walked filled by the Holy Spirit.

He spoke filled by the Holy Spirit.

He acted while filled by the Holy Spirit.

Father, we pray, fill us one more.

Fill our heads, fill our hearts, fill our hands.

That whatever we think, whatever we say, whatever we meditate, shall be spirit-led, shall be spirit-filled.

Lord, oh Jesus.

Oh Jesus.

Your word says, if we ask of your Holy Spirit, you are gracious to give us an overflow.

Holy Spirit, come.

Holy Spirit, come.

Holy Spirit, come.

And may the Holy Spirit now cause you to start proclaiming over your life that which Jesus has already proclaimed.

Speak to your life now.

David has taught us that we can speak to our hearts.

He says, Bless the Lord, oh my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

He's addressing his soul.

Take a moment now to speak to your soul and say, My soul, you shall proclaim only that which Jesus is proclaiming.

Jesus is saying you are healed.

Jesus is saying you are restored.

Jesus is saying you are revived.

Jesus is saying you are reconciled to the Father.

Speak it to your spirit.

Speak it to your spirit.

Speak it to your situation.

Speak it to your marriage.

Speak it to your family.

Speak it to your son.

Speak it to your daughter.

Speak it to your business.

Speak it to your job.

Speak it to that project that has told.

Say, it is time, oh Zerubbabel.

Oh Zerubbabel, what is this mountain before you?

Speak it to that project and say, What is this mountain before the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords?

Make that proclamation.

The least we are going to do in this season is to proclaim what Jesus has proclaimed.

But the question is, do you believe?

Do you believe what you have proclaimed?

Do you believe?

Speak to your spirit again and say, I want to believe.

I want to believe.

I believe.

I believe.

I believe.

And because I believe, I receive, I receive, I receive in the name of Jesus.

And maybe you're here, you have not given your life to Jesus.

I invite you today.

Jesus is saying, Come as you are, and by putting your faith in the Lord Jesus, He will come into your life, change you, make you a new creation.

And you can do that by saying, Jesus, I open my heart.

Come in, save me, deliver me, forgive me, make me a child of God.

By faith, I am now born again.

And if that is the prayer that you have made, Jesus has come into your life.

You are a new creation.

Walk like one, speak like one, act like one.

And we want to help you.

Yes, this is our breakthrough moment in the name of Jesus.

Wednesday, you are blessed.

Thursday, you are blessed.

Friday, you are blessed.

As we meet at the Galadina, you are blessed on Friday.

As we meet at the Expo, you are blessed on Saturday.

Indeed, on Sunday, we are coming to launch the season.

In Jesus' mighty name.

We are walking in that power and in that anointing.

In Jesus' name.

And now may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us now and forevermore.
