[SPEAKER_00]: Let's now turn to the book of Romans, chapter 7.
Romans 7 chapter mention
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans chapter 7 verses 22 through 25.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we're going to pretty much stay in Romans today for the most part, for the most part.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But Romans chapter 7, verse 22 through 25.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And once you get to Romans, chapter 7 verse 22 through 25, it's a price of price.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you can please stand on
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just say it's a blessing to have you all here today and you at home too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to have you here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're here with us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Even if you're not here with us or glad to have you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It says the Romans 7, 22 through 25.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now this is Paul speaking, of course, for I delight in the law of God according to the inner man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I see another law in my members talking about your body now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Warring against the law of my mind.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It bringing me into captivity to the law of sin, which is in my members.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, Richard, man, that I am.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Who would deliver me from the body of this death?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I thank God through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So then, with my mind, I serve the law of God, but with my flesh, the law of sin.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God bless and honor the kingdom as word you made you seated.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a question.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That is, by the way, I keep that Bible open in that specific area about that area.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a question that's often asked.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's often asked and it's looked at in different viewpoints.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's looked at in different views.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the question is why, what we talked about, some of this before, the question is why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow bad things to happen?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does he allow hard times?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We've talked about that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, I used to say it like hard times, but that's usually what they ask.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why are these difficulties to happen?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And there is an answer.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's gonna sound harsh.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's gonna sound confusing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe maddening a little bit.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It all depends on that point of view that I mentioned a moment ago.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It depends on that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The answer is today's title.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it may not give you everything to the answer, but we'll talk about that a little bit.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It is because the title, the title is because of the way he loves.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why a lot of these things happen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So let's take a look before we go on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And there's two hearts at war.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now we'll talk about that probably more next week.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Two hearts at war and every Christian.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's two hearts that are at war.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Two hearts living in just one mind.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I saw you back there is singing a field calling song.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I knew it because I was doing the same thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll talk about that more next week.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I will.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: till the end of time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And then Romans 8, 7, Romans 8 is what we're gonna go to with this.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans 8, one through 17, before we do that though, I'm gonna go ahead and turn to it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans 8, one through 17.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Before we go into that, I'm gonna go over Romans 7, 22 through 25, just a little bit again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Cause it sets us up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If we just start reading Romans 8, chapter 1, let me first one and start going through that, it's nice and I like it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: However,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: without the end of Romans 7, it may not make as my says.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it says in Romans 7, 22 through 25, for I delight in the law according to the inner man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That means we have that law, the law of God, remember he's talking to the Romans here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I see another law in my members, how about your body, the old you, worrying against a law of the mind and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin, which is in my members.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, Richard Man, that I am, who would deliver me from the body of this death?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think God through Jesus Christ, or so then, with my mind, I serve the law of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: See, it makes sense.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But with my flesh, the law of sin, if we listen to our lines, to our hormones, to what seems natural and the world makes this to make sense.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then they say, do what comes natural to you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Folks, if you do what comes natural, you're going to all sorts of ungodly things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you get mad in the street when you're following me high and someone, you're going to hawk at them, you're going to give certain suggestions, tell them all sorts of things that are not godly.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to say words and I've done it, I'm sad to say you're going to say words, maybe not to them in their face, but in your mind.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes it will come out.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does it come out?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's already in there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's been in there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the old flesh, the old natural man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Pastor, you're a pastor.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, thank you for now analysis.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I appreciate that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't aware.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, but you should never have those things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know, but I'm still a man like you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter if you're a female or a male.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And by that, don't you dare put me with those goofballs up and Washington who can't answer if you're a male or a female?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I can do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I smarter than the average bear.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I'm sitting there telling you that all human beings are done.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And we go to the old natural human at times.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But in the Christian, unlike the others, a Christian has a war going on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll get into that in a week or so.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But listen to what it says here,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans 8, 1 through 18 on the water.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I'd brought it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: H2, oh boy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I like it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So here we go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans 8, 1 through 18.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I just used 1 through 17.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I apologize.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Here we go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ's who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For the law of the Spirit of life and Christ's Jesus has set me free from the logs in and death.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending his own son in the likeness of sinful flesh, okay?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So he's not saying that Jesus was sinful.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people have misunderstood.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It means he looks like us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He walks like us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He talks like us, but he doesn't sin like us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He never did that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Otherwise, everything he did on the cross,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It couldn't have mattered, it didn't have the ability if he had done those things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll go on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God by sending his son, his own son, and the likeness of simple flesh.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And concerning sin, he condemns sin in the flesh in verse 4, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For those who live according to the flesh, set their minds on the things of flesh.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now listen there, set their minds on things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll reach on this again in a week.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But those who live according to the spirit, the things of the Spirit, to be chronically minded is death.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But to be spiritually minded is life and peace for the carnal mind is hostile to our God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For it is not subject to the law of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Nor indeed can it be.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For those who are in the flesh cannot, please God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say, won't please God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It says, cannot, they don't have the ability to please God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The first one, God's on in them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now what about the Christian?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: who has Christ in them, but they're not focused on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They won't let him live through them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Folks, they can't please God here because they don't have their minds set on God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That might be you, that might be me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's times I have allowed the flesh to take over.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that those moments, that's why the Holy Spirit gets hold just, don't do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you say, oh, the God still loves me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not the point.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We've all had parents.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why you wouldn't be here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We all had parents.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you remember those moments?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: when your mom and dad and I hope this happened to you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When you had this mom and dad's your heart's kind of broke.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But you saw that look on your mom's face.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that look means, oh, you're disappointing me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't mean I don't love you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not what that face meant.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It means they're disappointed.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so people say, oh mother said, never be disappointed at get, come on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It just means they're disappointed because of the choices you make because they love you so much they don't want you to do some stupid.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They love you so much.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's trying to help you not to go down the road of danger.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a loving mom, not an unloving mom.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Nowadays, the world is stupid.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they'll try to tell the kids to go out and do some stupid.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because if that makes you happy, listen, do you know if anyone who tell a kid to go a jump off a mountain, they're like, put there and look at so happy as you're falling through the death.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And folks, that's as happy what people are doing nowadays.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They're like, oh, but it makes them happy to think that he's at moment.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't call him me, he made him uncomfortable.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I won't say that God is wrong.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If God made the young man to be a man, who might have said that God was wrong, and that stupid little boy's right, just because he doesn't know what a boy is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And who are we to listen to people that can't tell you what those are, a man or a woman?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God is always right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Not mankind.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I move on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Verse 9, I'll say, verse 8 again, those who aren't in the flesh, and not please God, you, however, this is you Christians, you, however, are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you, that's you Christians.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Not just people go to church, not just people are a member of church, not just those who believe in God, but those who have got living in them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: How do I know you?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He does not belong to, let me say again, living in you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if any man does not have your spirit of Christ, he does not belong to him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And if Christ is in you through the body, excuse me, though the body is dead because of sin, the spirit is alive because of righteousness.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit that lives in you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, oh, in that beautiful, in that beautiful, in that beautiful, you are the walking dead.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You were full of sin, and that sin still turns to grab a whole of you, but because the power of God, that raises son for the dead, you are no longer dead, but you are alive because the power of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Hallelujah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not trying to yell.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But hey, I got your attention.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, well, it wasn't me, but Jesus drew me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, here we go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Verse 12, therefore brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For if you live according to the flesh, you will die.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But if through the spirit, you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God, for you have not received the Spirit of slavery again to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption by who we cry of a father.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The Spirit, heems at his birthday, 16, by the way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The Spirit, himself, bears witness with our spirits that we are the children of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is why when you go to the gym,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When you go to, and I didn't mean you per se, because I saw you looking like, what, me?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, when you go to the gym, when you go to the store, when you go to a family reunion, when you go into the churches, when you go down the street, when you go into Walmart, when you go in all these things, and you see someone, and there are sometimes, you can tell when they're lost or whatever, sometimes there's a spark.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: because the brother and sister and Christ, and you know it, and you know that you know it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because that is that feeling of knowing each other, and you know from a distance, you can tell, you know, and you know that you know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The Spirit of Himself bears witness with our spirits that we are the children of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And if the children then errors, I like this,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: airs of God, joint airs with Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified with Him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The pastor is hard to be a Christian.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If we suffer with Him, you'll be glorified with Him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a bad thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I suffer as a Christian all the time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it may finally get mocked.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I said it to me in tongues and say it again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I got many fun of anyway.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I used to call myself ugly and all these things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you know what, I used to say this and I've got a big gotten onto for it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, still you're that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the truth.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm glad now that I wasn't the most handsome in the world.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I really wasn't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know it's hard for you to believe that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm glad for that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I know Brad Pitt, I know he really envies me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But these people who've got everything they ever wanted, I just kind of feel sorry for them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't feel sorry for our president because he's had just bad everything's ever wanted.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I'm not saying that he does now because so many people don't like them, but I'm talking about the fact that I feel sorry for those who can get almost everything in one, you know why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because they've never had to go through hard times and difficulties.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I've gone through a lot of hard times.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Even in my looks and everything else growing up, I would stop that, but you know what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm glad of it now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm glad of it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I look decreased.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want people to think that I'm all of that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When suffering, I don't want people to see Philip.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to look at Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to look at Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And people see him and me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I want to see.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I am glad to have gone through the things I've gone through.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, and I doesn't mean that when you're going through it, when you're stuck on the side of the ropes, you carve rope down.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know you're not going to thank you Lord that my battery just died.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you're not doing that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know that you're not ignorant, but you know what sometimes happens, you go to the garage and you meet a brother in Christ or maybe a sister at the desk there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you start talking with them and you get to witness that witness with you and they sound so glad you came in here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I needed that because God sent you to me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you know what folks, that may sound like a little thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you're really stretch and passion.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm not.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God can connect us, help us help others and all these things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You might say, I don't know why God gave me a job for five months.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I don't either, but guess what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When I had that job for five months, I didn't live that it would stay there long, but guess what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It was there when Doc told me that I was gonna be a pastor.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was there when God spoke out to me, and I was speaking out to him, and I was trying to go through every book of the Bible.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was there through those times.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So though it may not have been my career, God was telling me what my career was gonna be.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I may not understand why I've had to fight weight my whole life, but I know one thing is kept me humble.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And because I've been humble, I've been listening to the Lord, Christians, whatever the reasons are, we don't know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We don't need to know what we do need to know is that God isn't charged, not you, not me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what we need to know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's because the way he loves.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If God loves us, why does God allow?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the big question.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is the next part.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And this is the hard part.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow problems?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow difficulties?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow hard times, as I said earlier?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow sickness?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow death?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why does God allow loss?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We've been a lot of losses in our lives.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, one of those who lost people through death and how does he lost possessions, jobs, positions, and,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Things with thought we lost the loves and other things else too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: How come God makes us go through choices that are hard to choose from?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: These are things that hurts our hearts and our minds and everything else.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And here is the really hard one, children.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why did children have to go through suffering?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I hear it all the time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When those commercials come up and you see children suffering, starving throughout the world.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why these are questions?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The eager expectation of the creation waits for the appearance of the sons of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me explain, sons of God, you're a son of God, not or God, whatever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Angers of sons of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This doesn't mean that you're literally
-
[SPEAKER_00]: people get that mixed up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not capital.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They're not literally his son.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to explain it, but you are adopted like this in a moment ago, okay?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're his children because salvation.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me say it again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The eager expectations of the creation wait for the appearance of the sons of God for the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But by the will of him who subjected it and hope that the creation itself also will be set free from a slavery to corruption, into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What does travail mean?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It means
-
[SPEAKER_00]: not very in verse 23.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Not only that, but we also who have the first fruits of the spirit grown within ourselves while eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption, the redemption of our bodies.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For we are saved through hope, but hope that it is seen is not hope.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For why does a man still hope for what he sees?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patients.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So a lot of times people wonder, how come we're waiting for something we can't see?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why won't God show me proof?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You've seen people talk about it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll ask God to save me, but first I need proof.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I've had someone even recently say, well, that's not a bad thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not faith.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not faith.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We had to go through faith in and folks, I'm not talking about being blind.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's blind faith, yes, but I'm not talking about being blind and just believing every little thing that comes down the pike, because there's a lot of people will give you false truths, but when you feel the Holy Spirit, tell you to do something that's different.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why you got to know the spirit and know it well, because otherwise you can fall for anything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For instance, and I don't mean this is insult anyone.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I do listen to some people when they tell you, you know, this is good for your knees, this is good for that, this is, especially those who've been through it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: but if you listen to everybody and everything online on Facebook and such, did you know that eating a pair will heal your ears or take away your hair and it'll, it also heal your, your, your, your back toenails and it's gonna, it's gonna heal the world, the world through pairs, what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And yet, don't send doctors, don't, look, folks, I, I do it's good and bad and everything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know that, but point is is that,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you listen to the wrong people, you're going to be wearing pairs in your feet, you're going to be wearing pairs in your ear, wearing pairs in your underwear, and you're not going to be, you're not going to be listening to the doctor.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We gave you message to help you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I had a person telling me, I have to take my seizure message and I'm not dying.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the same stuff one time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is all because I listen to a person who knew nothing, but they thought they knew everything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is why you got to be smarter than the average bear, but definitely smarter than the average Christian.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to be smarter to listen to the physician.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: to know what to do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't just let's say everything comes out of the bike.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So I say again, but if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience, we'll be patient for the Lord.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Verse 26, likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weaknesses, where we do not know what to pray for as we act, but the Spirit himself, notice that himself, the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groaning's too deep for words.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yes, he who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the heart is, but he intercedes for the saints, you're a saint, as you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He entrances for the saints according to the will of God, not the will of Archie, not the will of Keith, not the will of Heather, not the will of Shirley, not the will of Pete, and not the will of Philip the will of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If I got everything I asked for in a prayer,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I have nothing but toys, toys, toys as a child that don't say anything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What I was a kid, I tried to use prayer like a wishing upon a star.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I tried to use wish upon a star like a, like a, a tooth fairy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Try to use a tooth fairy, like Santa Claus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: A point is, when you're ignorant little child, you try to use everything to get stuff you don't need, but you think you need it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because your mind's not set, right?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You think it is, that's what you think is right, but you don't have the vision of a full grown adult.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, guess what, little child of God?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You think you know what's best for you, but you don't cause God sees the whole world to hold life and everything you need.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God, I want to marry that man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not coming from me, by the way, I speak for woman.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God, I want to marry that man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God, that's the one from me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That woman is for me, that woman is for me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, listen, I've been in that position.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: don't listen to your heart, listen to one who lives in your heart.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And he'll say, whew, hold up, hold up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, but God has to be from you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Otherwise, I would have never met that person.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, now listen, listen, just because they're in this world doesn't mean it's the world you want to be in.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying, right?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can say, Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I will not be offended.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, there you go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There you go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not telling you to get out of promise.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So it says he who searches the hearts knows as verse 27.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the spirit is because he indices for the same support to the will of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know verse 28.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know that all thing, here we go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You've heard this.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know the all things work together for good to those who
-
[SPEAKER_00]: his purpose as God's purpose, because that's a verse that gets twisted, turn, and put all sorts of places, and a lot of times they use that first part, where we know the all things work together for good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that knocks people you've said all the time, that was just works for good, and they stop.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they think that means anything I think is good, God's going to use it to whatever I want.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That means God's going to give me all the care mayors.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That means God's going to give me all the whatever's, all the transformers or whatever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The point is that that's not what it means.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It means it's all going to work to the good of God's will, not my will, not your will.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God's will for your life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So if you said that doesn't make me happy, well, that's the problem.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The problem is not the prayer.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The problem is the will of your heart who's given the prayer.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The way God loves is to give you what you need.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good parent.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: See, so good parent is a father.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to do tuning to those who are called according to his purposes, those children, that's the Christians for the verse 29.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For those,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: whom he for new, he predestined to be conformed to the image of his son so that he, so my Christ, might be the first born among many brothers.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: In other words, Christ is a son of God, but we are the adopted children.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't mean you're literally his child, but you are adopted because of Son of God, Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now that verse gives me some issues too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That verse gets misused, too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When it says, He for new, we know that God knows all things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know that He knew that you're gonna come and know Him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But then they take to part and says, He predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They take that to say that He shows you to be a Christian and not anyone else.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not what it means.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It means he chose you to be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But guess what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He also chose Bob down the street to be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But Bob has a choice.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: His Bob gonna ask Jesus Christ to be saved because he gave you free will.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He chose you to be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He chose Bob to be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But Bob says, Nuck!
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't want it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Nuck!
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't believe in God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Nuck!
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That doesn't mean that God chose him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That God gave him the ability to choose.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So when people say God loves me, he doesn't love Bob.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not true, God loves Bob.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But Bob chooses not to follow God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's up to Bob.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And we can't blame God for that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not very nice to do so.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And those whom he predestined, he called, and those whom he called, he also justified.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And those whom he justified, he also horrified.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God has glorified you for his own good, his own good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The title today's sermon is because of the way he loves.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And this is the main point, is because of the love of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: the way he loves, it helps us grow, helps us grow.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's because the way he loves, it helps us grow.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm interested in this as a little bit, Aaron Sonny School, a loving parent disciplines, a loving parent lets us go through what we need to go through.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I've seen a lot of wonderful loving mama's dads trying to help their kids best they can, but sometimes they call them too much.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They put their arms around, trying to protect them, and it's really kind of sad, because you know they mean well, but they won't let them go out and live, they don't want it to make mistakes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that I know that the intention is really good, but what it causes a lot of times is rebellion, it causes wildness, it causes a child to go, forget you, let me live, let me breathe, and I understand that a child needs some freedom, needs to have free choice, free will.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: that's what God did for us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And if you let that child go, if you raise them correctly, they'll come back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If not, if you did raise them correctly, they won't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And if you raise them correctly and they still choose not to come back, you just have to pray.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what God does for us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He loves, he loves us all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why he died on the cross for us all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll talk about a couple of weeks.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But that doesn't mean that we should call them so much that we try to cover them up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You have to let the child have a chance.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: After it's the love of God, the love of God that he has given us the ability to choose.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He loves us so much.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He wants us to love him too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He wants us to love him too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now let's now go to one of my favorite parts.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that is 31 through 39.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the rest of the chapter.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's about the love of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it says, it's a fact, you guys can't see, but in my Bible, I have this outline and pink.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And instead of circling verse 31, I have a circle with the heart, it's pink.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I wanted to make this stand out to be the love of God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it says, what then shall we say to these things?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If God is for us, who can be against us?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He who did not spare his own son, but delivered him up for us all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: How shall he not be with him?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Come out, Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, freely give us all things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Who shall be, excuse me, who shall bring a charge against God's elect?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It is God who justifies who is he who condemns?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It is Christ who died.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: who is risen, who is also at the right hand of God, who is also interseeds for us, who shall separate us from the love of Christ, shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: As it is written, for your sake, we are killed all day long.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And there's my favorite part.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, and all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For I am persuaded that neither death nor life neither angels nor principalities nor powers, neither things present nor things to come, neither hype nor death,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: nor any other created things shall be able to separate us from the level God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Hallelujah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The level God is greater than anything of this world.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Either care what the President of the United States may say, and I'm not talking about him personally.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about the position.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not
-
[SPEAKER_00]: caring what the government says all I love them all I pray for them all every day but it's not they're not any more powerful than anything else but nothing in this world no matter who it is it's more powerful than the Lord God who lives in my heart who has saved me there are people online I gotta stand up there are people online who say all the time that you're gonna go to hell I said I'm not going to hell because greatest he who is in me the
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing's going to hold me down, nothing can hold me back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But what if you're putting prison for what you said, do it, do it, put me in prison.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But guess what, from prison, I'm going to keep on preaching.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to stop because greater is he who's in me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to keep on keeping off for Jesus Christ no matter what occurs.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The Lord is in me, and the Lord will take me home when the time comes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not scared of anything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I've had people try to intercede.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: People try to confuse me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: People try to tell me, you don't know, I saw, I know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't know, I know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't know that you know, I know that I know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I've had 10 years of confusion and other things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But guess what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not confused anymore.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God has set me free from all confusion.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No more chains.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I have set free from all those things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I will never look back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking forward, I'm gonna go on the home and the time comes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not scared at all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I hope you're the same way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you have any confusion at all, any concern about your life of Jesus, about your relationship with Jesus, call me, we'll talk about it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My number is 816-591-93-03.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can call me anytime and we'll talk about it because I would rather you have an assurance of where you're going when the time comes than to be concerted at night,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder if I'm good enough.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, let me take away that doubt.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're not.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, passing out you've got me more word.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, let me just tell you, you're not good enough.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're not good enough to go to heaven.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Neither am I.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're never gonna be good enough.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But Jesus is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus has gone so that you can go to heaven.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you gotta just call out and save me Lord Jesus saved me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I believe and he will take away your doubt.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But what are the doubts still comes?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's because others are whispering your ear.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Black him, you know, I go to the gym.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And when I do, you know what I do?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes I talk to people because I'm kind of being nice and cordial to them all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But when I want to get serious about what I'm doing, I say, I've made them all through, but oh well.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'd rather be sweating and everything else and get my job done, get those calories burned.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So I put all my headphones and I put out workout music and I get to go in.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you know what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I feel much better when I'm done.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, not at the time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I heard to say everything else.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Christian, do you need to do that sometimes?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can say, Hattie, you could say, hello, you say I love you and all that to the people around you of the world.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But when it comes time to serve God,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: put the gospel headphones on, by the way, I'm not listening to God from music, I'm working now, I mean, but you put on the gospel headphones listening to the Word of God and get to go and and block out all that other noise is trying to distract you, because that's what it is, it's distraction.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So let's go back to the question.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why the bad?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's for our good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God can help us grow.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The bad will grow to the good, and as I said, many times before, the good can grow to great.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, you're seeing people cut a limb, I'm not talking about completely taking the limb off, but they just trim it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that limb, I'm coming out on the tree, and that limb will grow out even better later on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I've seen people do that with gardens and other things, it's just in trimming.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, it takes professional, but God can do that for you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He wants you to grow, wants your garden to grow.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's now go and finally go to a different bill for just a minute before we close.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Second Corinthians, got two books here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Second Corinthians four, 16th or 18.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It says in second Corinthians four, 16th or 18, four this reason we do not lose heart.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: for even through our outward man, excuse me, even though our outward man is perishing, yet our inward man is being renewed day by day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: A grandpa said that all the time, day by day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Our light of fliction, which lasts for a moment, works for us far more exceedingly and eternal weight of glory.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: but at the things which are not seen, for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We see the things of this word, we say, I don't understand, that's true, you don't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We don't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But remember, although they're just for now, it's just for the now for the time, just a short time too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not a short time, you might say.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It seems like it's forever, that's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It seems like it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But it goes so quick.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I mentioned earlier when we're talking about Freddie over here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was talking about he's about 13 or 14 years old and that right brother, 14.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Man, it seems like yesterday, he's the 80 baby thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Calling out to me saying, love you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If things like that and it seems like yesterday, you better, I'm sorry, I'm not trying to embarrass you, but I am anyway.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But you know what's funny?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It just seems like a moment ago.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It seems like a moment ago.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: a bear to blink and hear his pertinence tells me, maybe talk, I don't know what the hair I'm sure he is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But what the thing is is, you know, time is so fast, any of you are parents or grandparents, you know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You hold that, maybe think I'm so glad I haven't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then all of a sudden they're looking down at you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't mean in an attitude way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is open on.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But in a height way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you can't hardly believe how fast time is gone.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Time is fast.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They're enjoying the moment you have and follow God always.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But the things we see are temporal.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The things are not seen or are eternal.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We need to follow God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't think I'll put it off to later.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, do it now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't procrastinate.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 20 through 23, remember this Peter, you walk with Christ, talk with Christ, first Peter two, 20 through 23, for what credit is it when you are being beaten for your sins, you patiently endure.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll say again, for what credit is it if when you are being beaten for
-
[SPEAKER_00]: you patiently endure.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is favorable before God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For this, you were called because Christ suffered for us, leaving us an example that you should follow his steps.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He committed no sin.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Nor was the seat found in his mouth.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When he was reviled, he did not revile back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When he suffered, he did not threaten, but he entrusted himself to him, me and God, who judges righteously.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When you go through difficulties in this work and you will, and you will, you will, do for the right reasons.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Photogot, and look at statues, say, I don't understand why God, why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just remember, God could take it, make it good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So just be still.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mentioned earlier, I can't remember if I mentioned here or not, but I was supposed to have an extra gifts today and I was wanting to get it done.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to get done.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not always patient.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm using pre-patient, but I'm not always patient.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to get it done in a with.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's an MRI.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I always get a little nervous when that time comes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: because I've had several informed saw something that was not good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I was supposed to get an MRI, check it up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And when the time came, they found something, they didn't find anything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't get the MRI done.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the reason was, because this deep brain stimulator has what they call impediment, so what do they call, which is a test, so it means a wire.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They couldn't look at it, because something looked, well, someone connected right or whatever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They couldn't read it, is all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They weren't allowed to put me through that, and specialists was off that day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, while they would put me through that without the specialist being there, I don't know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But the point is, is that because they couldn't get the specialist to answer his phone or to page him back or text him back, I couldn't go through it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And at first, I was kind of frustrated because I was up most in night, waking up every two seconds, I said, I don't want to miss this, I don't want to miss this, but I missed it anyway.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was a little frustrated, but then I was to calm and believe me, we had a a Dickens of a time getting out there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: GPS was crazy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But either way, we got there and it didn't matter anyway.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I remember being kind of frustrated, I'm tired and I got home.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I got to pray on a side-on-a-stand sword.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I got to think about, I said, but you know what, you do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For whatever reason, this was your will.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I just need to shut up.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And listen to God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: is be willing to wait for whatever reason was his will for me not to.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I don't know, there's probably nothing wrong, but even if there was, God's in charge not me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We all need to do that with our lives sometime.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it's your job or maybe you're not having a job and maybe you're looking or whatever it might be, maybe there's a problem with your marriage, maybe there's a problem with your relationship with your family.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Be still, but God take a troll.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why is it happening because he loves
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and he'll help you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That doesn't mean he makes it happen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you made it happen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you didn't make it happen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I know that God can take control of you, let him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And he'll help you with it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The way that God loves is for your good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's for my good, for all our good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Even when you and we and I can't understand it, that's why, and that's the answer.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so now I close.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I close with Romans again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's Romans chapter nine this time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans nine, 19 through 20.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans nine, 19 and 20 says, you will then say to me, why does he yet find fault?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For who can resist his will?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Rather, oh, man, who are you to answer back to God?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Shall the thing form, say to him who formed it?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why have you made me like this?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why should we ask God?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why things are happening the way they are?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're formed by God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Who are we to ask God?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why this?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why that?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Who are we to ask God?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We were made by God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We need to be obedient to God and let His will be.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So next time that you have a big question of why, just remember the answer because of the way he loves.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Plus, Bound Prayer, dear Lord, thank you for loving me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know Lord God, there's times that I've done things that isn't lovable and yet you still love me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Despite of those things and Lord, I pray that you will help me to continue to follow you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and do the loving thing and be obedient.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I pray for all of us to say, and those who are here, those who are not here, those who are not able to be here with those who are watching the home.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And Lord, it might be that they're watching years from now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And Lord, I know that it could very well be that you selected the very time for us to see it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And Lord, I pray that you just help us to love you, but follow you, be obedient to you, be disciplined by you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe we're suffering right now because the choices that were made by us that you allowed us to have free will.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And we took it and manipulated it and then tried to blame you for our own choices.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The Lord, I thank you that you love us enough to use those foolish choices.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Our ignorant choices are mistaken and mistaken choices.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you use it for your good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because that's how great you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I pray in Lord God that we keep that in mind next time that we're confused and the next time Lord God that we ask the question why that we remember it's because of your love.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I pray all this and your holy and precious name Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
