[SPEAKER_00]: The first Kings, chapter 18 verse 4, first Kings, chapter 18 verse 4, and once you find first Kings, by the way, it comes before second Kings, I figured you want to know, but once you find first Kings, which we're going to go to set Kings later just now right now, first Kings, chapter 18 verse 4, if we stand on the reading of his word, and it says,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When Jezebel killed the prophets of the Lord, Obediah took a hundred prophets and hid them in groups of 50 in a cave and fed them with bread at water.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God bless and honor the reading of his word and you may be seated.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now the reason why I wanted to say that, you said it right there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The reason why I wanted to say that is because other title today's sermon was it's 50-50 and I found it interesting.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He separated them 100 people, 50 and 50.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to go into something later on in a second.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: King's it deals with 50 and 50 kind of short it will go in that in a minute.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But either way, there's a lot of numbers in the Bible and they have meaning.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 30, believe it or not, 30 is a symbol of sacrifice 20 is a symbol of heavenly atonement of the heavenly and tone of an altar as 20.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So you might know your math and you might not.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not the greatest at it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I do know this that you put 20 and 30 together and you get 50 in the Bible is a symbol of the Holy Spirit coming 50 days after the pinacost.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, you already know the Holy Spirit came and they had pinacost.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 50 days later, I meant to say the Holy Spirit came and they spoke 50 days later.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now this was 50 days after Jesus Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: left and after he rose from the dead.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, so that's why 50 days after Easter, some people celebrate this someday.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I did this a few years back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 50 days after Easter was pinacost.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what happened.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why it's 50 days later.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's when pinacost happened.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 50 days after Jesus Christ rose from the dead.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So 50 days after Easter, that is what it means.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, 50 in the Bible is when the Holy Spirit came, 50 days later, and it was pinacost.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So 50, 50 is the sermon title.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, when did that statement get made?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I wore this interesting shirt.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So when did 5050 that's saying 5050 started?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it started in 1913, being split right down the middle, split right down the middle.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was a question, and here's the question that we have.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Do you live a 5050 Christian life?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I understand most Christians do at some point in their life,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes we live a half life with good and bad, good and bad.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now we all have battles and we all have things we maybe it's not 50-50 but there's good and bad in us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes we live more Christian than we do the flesh and sometimes we live more the flesh when we do Christ like.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But we need to pray to God for 2020 vision so that we live the right life that will have his vision the Holy Spirit.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So the title is a 74550 now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me go into my life for you as you all know I turn 50 most you all know some of you don't I turn 50 two days ago
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 50 years old.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, some people really dread 50 years.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They say, oh, no, no, I'm actually excited about it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, some of you, I'm not going to say this, uh, say anyone in particular.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So, uh, I don't want to be jumped after the sermon.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some of you can't remember turning 50 because it's been so long ago.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just joking, just joking, but that being said, that being said, uh, God planed my life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He truly did.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I don't mean that every little thing that ever happened has been God's plan because let's be honest, sometimes we take it in their own hands, we mess up because that's the 50, 50 part, 50% the Lord God plan, 50% we take in their own hands, but we'll get into that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So, God planned my life, and I was born on August the 14th, 1976 in Excel Springs, Missouri.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, it was uh, and we moved in a few different places, but even when I was jumping ahead of July, 1978, when we moved into the current address that I live in now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to say it out loud because we're being recorded, but uh, turned, it turned into a 50 50 life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God's plans for our life and my birth and my rebirth.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I say that because what I said to all of those, sometimes I'd follow God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was being raised by my mom and my dad to do the right thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes I do my own thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You all know you probably do the same thing you're own self.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes you would lie.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes you would cheat.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes if I don't have your things, I won't go with it all that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to point my fingers.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I will say we all make mistakes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We all sin.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We've all fought short of glory in God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We all make mistakes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I will also tell you that I was very, very blessed.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was blessed.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I lived a good life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I had made choices, just like we all do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes we make good choices, sometimes we make bad choices.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And those choices can get in the way of our life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So God bless me, and I lived in a Christian home.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And my father was a pastor.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, when I was five years old, he became the pastor of the moment of truth, Bible Battles Church.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That was in 1982, January.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I also had a mother who was a Senate school teacher and a songleader.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You guys, I think, was seen here once or twice.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And she was a great lady too, but I also had other people in my life too.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I had a wonderful grandma and grandpa, and they did a lot for the church and other things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I had an uncle and they were helped.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And my Christian upbringing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I had a wonderful people in my life who would raise me in the right way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We always try to watch good things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, there were wild shows who watched like the Brady Bunch.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, a lot of wild things, you know, and the footballs who hit people in the nose.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you had to learn things like that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But that being said, my mom and dad try to bring me up the right way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, here's the first for you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Psalm 139.13.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it says this, you brought my inner parts into being.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You wove me and my mother's womb, and he did.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God chose all these things for us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He knew wherever you're gonna be born at.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now some people have a hard time with God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They point out, Sam, said, God, why did you do this to me?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why did you choose my mother, my father, and their bad people?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, here's the thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, God chose your mother father going to be, but he didn't choose all the things your mom would have to do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My dad had a choice.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He couldn't either follow God or not.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My dad praised Lord chose the Lord God and I'm so thrilled about that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Same with my mother.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They chose the follow God, but they didn't have to.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They had a twist just like you, just like me, and I'm so glad they did.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So I remember when I was four years old, my very first Bible verse, I memorized for the church I went to at the time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that first verse was John 360, and you may have heard of it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It wouldn't like this.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For God's soul of the world, the heat gave us only, be God and Son.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Who's so every believe it than him?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So not parish, but have everlasting life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That verse helps me to this day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, you will notice on your, my favorite 50, I don't just put that by itself.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I put 17 and 18 with it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a reason.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think they all go great together.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a lot of other great ones with it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a wonderful verse.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That was the first one I ever memorized.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My mom, I remember her setting with me in the living room.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: going over it with me again and again and again and again and again and I'm ever getting it wrong quite a few times certain words and she just kept on with me until she helped me and I'm so appreciative of it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When I was seven though, I saw the truth.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I knew that if I was to die, I was gonna have my everlasting life and eternal hell, and I knew I deserved it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now a lot of people say, no, God's not that way, listen, everybody has a different life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody has a different realization at a different age, because that's what you call the age of accountability.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I knew, I knew what was gonna happen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I knew, and God saved me at that very moment, and I had faith in God's grace.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I then became saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That was whenever I had to make a decision of my 50, 50 decision of who was going, if I was either going to go to heaven or hell.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so here's the two verses, I love them so much.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And this is the verse that you need to take with you wherever you go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans chapter 10, verse 9, and verse 10, that if you confess your dear mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Verse 10, for with the heart, one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confessions made unto salvation.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Praise the Lord God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was raised well and did good and bad, 50, 50 in my life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just like you may have been to, I had weaknesses.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just like you, I had weaknesses and still do the times.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I have been saved by grace.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the good I do, I do because the whole spirit shows me because the whole spirit show my folks, but I make those decisions myself.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We can't blame others for the bad we do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God had a plan with my life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That was the first part.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God had a plan.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And even though I had weaknesses, I never realized that everyone has weaknesses.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody
-
[SPEAKER_00]: everybody, you know, that we all have weaknesses.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Every single one of us for all have sin of all sort of worry, God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's none right, there's no not one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the fact is, when I was a kid for some reason, I thought I had a bunch of weaknesses, but no one else did.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I was the only one who had weaknesses.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a hard life to live, but you think you're the only one who's stupid.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When you think you're the only one who's bad, when you think you're the only one who makes mistakes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a hard life to live.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But good news, you're not alone.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, that is not an excuse to point others to say, hey, they made a mistake.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, they made a mistake.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, they made a mistake.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's kind of the opposite of that ignorant Oprah.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to bless it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to give.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to get no, no, no, no, no.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's all have made mistakes, but through Jesus Christ, you can be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: All can be saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sorry if you're an Oprah fan.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll leave it with that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm sorry if you're an Oprah fan and I just ruined it for you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But either way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, into the next part, God helped me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God helped me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God helped me in so many things, but you know what God also helped me with?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm saying this to you today.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're having physical battles right now, maybe you have a flu, maybe you have a bad leg, maybe you have all sorts of things, I don't even know what they are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm not gonna try to get some, but God helped me with physical battles.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was a 50, 50 situation.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You already know that I had a brain tumor when I was 14 years old.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I had it again at 22.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of the medications may be getting weight.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What I was already a big kid.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I gained a lot of weight.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God helped me with it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was told in November of 1998,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was 22 years old and I was in the hospital.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was told, by the way, that kind of tumor was an astrocyteoma, which means star.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I had the astrocyteoma tumors, both of them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And the first two were on my left side.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I had that pretty scar.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That pretty little mark.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You remind me, well, guys done.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I don't hate them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they've had a little bit to recently.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just to remind me, and that's OK.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But either way,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I had those two and I was told by the doctors that would keep coming back again and again and again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was told it was going to come back again and again and again and it would kill me by the time I was 30.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They said it without a shot of it out.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They said it a little too happy for a guy who just had brain surgery couldn't comprehend very much.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They said it's a little too happy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't like that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I remember looking at my mother, she looked at me and I was like, what do they tell of me?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They were talking just a little to Mr. Rogers to God that you're saying that he was definitely going to be dead.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But that being said, they said that I was definitely dead by the time I was 30 years old.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing, I took it as a fact.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: because these are doctors.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They know more than this guy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I took it as a matter of fact.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That was going to be dead by tomorrow's 30.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They gave me medication after medication.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: A much of that medication made me fatter and fatter and fatter.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and it made me hungry is all get out and I couldn't stop eating it and let me tell you I didn't try and and it made me hungry for big max and twinkies and many other things all healthy food let me tell you and I just kept on going for it and man or man I can't think what I'm going to be dead by the time I'm 30 anyway so I might as well enjoy the moment here's the problem the moment I eat that twinky or that big mac are all sorts of lace dips I would get done and also I feel bad about myself and depression would come on and I
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I made it to 30, and depression hit even harder.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Cause I thought, I'm supposed to be dead.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was kind of setting up that I was dead, but was suddenly over 500, over 500 pounds.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm walking around looking like the state-puff marshmallow man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I couldn't believe that I was alive and the doctors are wrong.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They promised me I was gonna be in heaven.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And here I am looking like that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And thinking I was gonna be alone forever.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't alone.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus Christ was with me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He's the great physician.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was listened to the wrong doctors.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't listen to the doctor.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, don't take the wrong thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm saying here, I'm not saying don't listen to your doctors.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're listening to the wrong words.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm saying when the doctors are telling you that they know everything they're wrong.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you, God gives you your doctor's butt.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't listen to your doctors over the Great Physician.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The Great Physician comes first and don't think you shouldn't take your medication.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Always take your medication if the Lord God Great Physician has put those doctors in your life and it can help you and keep you alive because I'm stupid.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Once I listen to a more on Christian, yes, a more on Christian who said you shouldn't take that medicine and it killed me for about four minutes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Praise Lord God, He saved my life, and He knew I needed that medication.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: However, let's get back to where we're at.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I assumed the doctor was new more than me, and I was expecting to die, and I tried to find happiness in the wrong places like I said, the wrong loves, the food and such, the wrong loves.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: People do it all the time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go to Ephesians chapter 5, 17, it should be on your page.
Ephesians 5 chapter mention
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Ephesians 5, 17.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, do not be unwise, but understand that He, that the will of the Lord, excuse me, I'm going to say it again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What is the will of the Lord?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God, God, to do His will.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let your first love be his word, be his will, be his way, follow him before them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Whatever it might be, because Satan likes to distract you, scare you, and keep you 50-50, but on the wrong side of the 50.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I never knew the other types of health, the different types of tumors, the seizures and heartbreak and many other battles I'd be going through.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I've gone through it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I've gone through other seizures and other tumors and other things I've gone through.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Even when I was losing weight 10 years ago, I kind of played other things before the Lord didn't mean to.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was even pastoring, but sometimes I would, you know why, I was scared to stop listening to these things, scared to stop taking this stuff and doing this stuff.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My knees doing it, why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I'm scared.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I was putting my hopes and loves in the wrong things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that doesn't mean I'm going to stop losing weight and trying.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It does mean how, because remember, your body's a tip.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it does mean, however, you listen to the Lord God first and put him first.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You'll take care of you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He's my physician.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Those other physicians are under.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I tell them that all the time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I call them little physicians, why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I put them down, no.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I say, God comes before you and you're used by him to help me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Does that mean I put down those doctors?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I love those doctors.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I love it so much.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I tell them that, that love them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Not in a weird way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But the truth is, God comes first.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 50% good, good when God is in control.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 50% bad, bad when the flesh wins out.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm talking about the attitude.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the attitude.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We can have 50% bad attitude.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's look at first echelonians, five 18.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: First echelonians, five 18.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And everything gives thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It thanks to God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, even when you're going through hardship, even when your vehicle won't start for them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It seems like it's difficult even when you're sisters in the hospital and you're worried about it for lots of reasons.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you don't know why, even when never you're son.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's going through hardships, even when you're daughter, it's going through difficulties.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Even whenever you don't know what your physical problem might be, and you don't know what's going on, and you're scared because, and I say scared, I'm not talking about overcome a fear, but I'm just talking about natural fears.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We all have them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're afraid because your body is not working the way you want it to, and you don't understand what to do, to guess what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Great physician knows.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We put our faith in him, not in ourselves.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That doesn't mean you don't try.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It just means you listen to him first.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Listen to yourself second.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's all it means.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's all it means.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Psalms 139 verse 14, I will praise you for you, made me with fear and wonder.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it doesn't mean God's afraid of you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not what it means.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The fear and wonder marvelous are your works.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And you know me completely.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now that connects and completes what we talked about while I go with Psalm 139 13.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I wanted to complete what was going on with their physical situations.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Another position, by the way, I have five different subjects in this sermon.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I put 10, as you can see it on your page, there's 10s of scriptures for each part.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's how I got 50.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The next part here's God changed me, despite my faults, despite my mistakes that I made and I've made plenty, just like you, I've made plenty, I really have.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Through all my battles, though I have faults, God shows the things that I need, that needs changing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But we have to give it to him, people like to say, but I'm safe, I don't need to change.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you don't need to change to be safe.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God will take you as you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, there's a beautiful song, which I believe we're going to sing here in just a little bit.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My favorite of all the invitational hymns, just as I am without one plea.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's beautiful.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: However, Billy Graham used to have that played at every single one of his sermons of his defense,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And why?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because he's telling people, come as you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Come as you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just as I am with that one, please, come on down.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, you're not to ask attention on the practice, right?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What it means is, you're the next one to come forward just as you are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But that doesn't mean you stay that way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You come down as your and God does a change of one by one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Not people don't like to change to say no.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My God wants me to stay the way I am.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No he doesn't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You want you to come down and one by one I change you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, we are children.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Our mama doesn't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't talk about a good mama dad.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They don't keep you the way they are.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They raise you one by one step.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: One step by two step by three by four.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you imagine, I'm 50 now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you imagine 50 years?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, exact same way I was 50 years ago
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Still being messy, you know, I'm talking about not being able to use the rest room or anything else, not being able to change myself, not that I'm not talking about all the brain things, I'm just talking about normal, no mom of that had to correct me, teach me not being able to read, no they had to I had to grow up, I had to do all sorts of things one by one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're the same way spiritually.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God has a changes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We have to become older, spiritually speaking.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't stay at a little infant to your whole spiritual life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have to question if there's something wrong with that individual, they stay that way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I won't go into the words that I sometimes use for that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He's preparing us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you let him, he will change you step by step, preparing for a better life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: A better life can give for yourself.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't be arrogant, think you're better than God, you know what you need, no God knows what you need.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He's the Lord, you're not, you're not the creator.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He is, don't take that 50, 50 chance on yourself.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If actually it's worse than that to be honest.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's put the second Corinthians 517.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Second Corinthians 517, oh, it's a good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, if any man is in Christ, he's a new creature, a new creation.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's another version.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: All things have passed away.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Look.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: All things have become new.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: All things have become new.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I collect lots of things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: One of the things I collect, and I collect quite a bit of them, old action figures from way back when I was young, and you know one of the things that you used to do, they used to try to sell lots of different action figures and sometimes they didn't sell well.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And so what they would do is they bring them back to the place that they had made them, if they didn't sell.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And they used those parts all over again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and they would basically take the legs or the body parts, or sometimes just repent what they had already made, and try to lie to the kids and say, look, it's a brand new toy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't a new toy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It was the same old dumb toy that no one wanted, and they just rebranded it, or they put it in a new box and said, look!
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Great!
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And do it's a lie and or here's another thing they would do they take the same mold and They did this a lot of stars if they take a mold can there would and they would bring it out when when the Robin Hood movie came out 1991 They brought out all they do is put green leaves on it said look this a brand new talk You know why they would do that to fool you make you think this new here's on trying to tell you as a Christian
-
[SPEAKER_00]: you don't want to take the old mold.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The old lost mold and bring it out and look boom, brand new.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, you're not going to.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God tears that mold down and rebuilds it up again.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why God loves you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't want you to have the same old thing and try to pull a little trick on you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Though that's the devil.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Try to look at new.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I am no.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, he's not going to repaint you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to make you rinse.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Speaking new, you're not going to go to heaven being a lost person who looks new.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, he's going to take you and make you brand spanking new, get rid of all those old disgusting things that just don't sell and get you in the heaven.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, he's going to bring everything new, but you got to let him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to let him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Galatians to 20.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Galatians to 20.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I have been listening now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I have been crucified with Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't take this literal, that you have to die with him and save yourself and something we're talking about.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I have been crucified with Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Paul is saying, and the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who love me and gave himself for me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Praise the Lord, guys.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus who lives in you, praise Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The next section we have here, God called me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God called me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, God calls every single one of us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He calls every single one of us to serve.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people say, well, I'm not calling us there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I have a different calling.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but you still have a calling.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's still serving.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There was a person I once knew he said, they had a calling to say and watch.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, isn't that isn't that special?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Isn't that interesting that you have a calling to set there and watch people and do nothing?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, are you like one of those two old men from the Muppets to set there and make comments?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Cause you remember those two, I don't remember things, Jeremy does, but I can't favorite Walton way, everything.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, they're just out there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And make a fun of all the other Christians, you know, I'm talking about their settinery and talk on them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I don't know, but they're sitting there up there in the little balcony.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I have toys of them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So if they're in the balcony, make a fun of all the other things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe that's you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not talking about you to one of the ladies in the back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not talking about you, but you know how it is there's Christians who are always sitting around there making comments and being the observers.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're not supposed to be them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now I don't have to bring them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't been a servant.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm kidding.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But but you can see it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I know you can.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There are too many Christians who think that's their job.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're to be a servant of the Lord, not a servant of the pastor.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: All that's your one of you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm kidding, not to be a servant of the pastor, not to be a servant of anyone else here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We do serve our fellow brothers and sisters by helping them by serving God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Where to be servants?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We are to be a servant.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: By doing with the Lord God tells you, I don't know what you're calling.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So I do know this.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We just had the business meeting.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: People have been called.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They're gonna do different things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're calling me not to be a pastor or a teacher.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: May not be a song leader.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It might be your secretary.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It might be that you're something else.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You have a calling.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You might say, I have nothing.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm nothing to give.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Wrong.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It could very well be something that seems small, but it's not small because it's what God calls you to do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And only you can do what God has called you to do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: John 1226, John 1226.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus says, if anyone serves me, he must follow me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Where I am, there will my servant be also.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If anyone serves me, the father will honor him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Think of that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Think of that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not used to hold the microphone.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I need to try to take a drink for the microphone.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That would have been interesting looking.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, Romans 8 28 through 30.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Romans 8 28 through 30 this scripture, at least the first part, gets misconstrued, misused, often, very often.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They either take a war to two out.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: or they change a word.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't change a title or a comment or a period.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It says this, we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For those whom he for new, he predestined to be conformed to the image of his son, so that he might be the first born among many brothers, and those whom he predestined, he also called, and those whom he called, he also justified, and those whom he justified, he also glorified.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, predestined doesn't mean you're meant to be a Christian and everyone else who doesn't ask him in the heart is he's you're they're predestined to go to hell.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not what I mean.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So some people say that they're wrong.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody is called to be a Christian.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone's called to go to heaven.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He didn't die just for Philip Cunts and just you and everyone else.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He died, didn't die for them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not what it's saying.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He died for all to go to heaven for all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But now, oh, we'll go.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You call the 50, 50, you call it less than that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm telling you this, they have the right to eternal damn nation.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what mean it's right.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You might have noticed on your Scriptures, there's color coding there, and it took a lot to.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But I wanted you to see the differences between the spirit, the sun, and the Lord.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Last place, our last position here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God's will will guide us, will use us, and will make us, will make me what I need to be.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm now going to turn the first Kings or excuse me, second Kings.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to turn the second Kings chapter one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: One through 17.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: a second king's chapter one, second king's chapter one, one through 17.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then Moab, Rebellut against Israel, after the death of Ahab, now you know who Ahab was.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He was a king who did not follow the Lord at all, but later on he came to follow him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Either way, Eheziah, Eheziah, failed down through the lattice in his upper chamber that was in
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and became ill.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So he sent messengers and said to them, go and choir of bells above the God of Echron, where I will recover from this illness.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, it be bells above means Lord of the flies.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I discover that the other day, Lord of the flies, what that means.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Remember the movies?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: verse three, but the angel of the Lord said to Elijah, the tishbite, arise, go up to meet the messengers of the king of Samaria and say to them, it is because there is not a God in Israel that you go to inquire of Bills above the God of Eccronici.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They did not raise them right
-
[SPEAKER_00]: because they were worshiping false gods.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This was Satan, the Aussie book.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They were worshiping witchcraft and other things, which we'll get into in October, I believe, the Lord's telling me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I will get into that, those different kinds of things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But either way, therefore, thus says the Lord, you will not come down from the bed on which you have gone up, but will surely die.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then he lied to departed, verse five, when the messengers returned to the king,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Why have you returned and they said to him a man came up to meet us and said to us, go return to the king that sent you and say to him, the says the Lord, it is because there is no God in Israel that you are sending to inquire of bills above the God of the Quran.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, you will not come down from the bed on which you have been done, which you have gone up, but you will surely die.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He said to them,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: What sort of man was he who came up to meet you and told you these things and they answered him?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He was a hairy man with a leather belt around his waist and he said it was Elijah the Tish by then the king said to him a captain of 50 men.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: with his 50 men, and he went up to Elijah, and there he was sitting on the top of the hill, and he said to him, man of God, the king says, come down, but Elijah answered the captain of 50, I'm a man of God, excuse me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your 50 men.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: then the fire came down from heaven and consumed him and his 50 men.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Again, the king sent him another captain of 50 men with his 50 men.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He said, man of God, thus says the king, come down quickly.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Elijah answered them, if I have a man of God that fire come down from heaven and consume you and your 50 men.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then the fire of God came down from heaven and consumed him and his 50 men.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then again, the king sent a third captain of 50 with his 50 men, the third captain of 50 went up, came and fell on his knees before Elijah and pleaded with him, man of God, made my life and the life of these 50 servants of yours be precious in your sight.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: See, fire came down from heaven and consumed two captains,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: of the former 50s with their 50 men.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: May the life now be precious in your sight.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then the angel of the Lord said, did I just go down with him?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Do not be afraid of him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So he arose and went down with him to the king.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Then he said to him, thus says the Lord, have you sent messengers to inquire of bills above the God of the Quran?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: because there is no God in Israel to inquire of His word.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, you will not come down from the bed on which you have gone up, but you will surely lie.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So he died according to the word of the Lord, which Elijah has spoken.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not gonna go on in that verse.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna end right there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We see that even though there was more than 50 in the long run that came down,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The 50 of God, I'm talking about the fact that God had over 50 percentness.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's wasting the 50 that we're not following.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God, they died.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm saying this to you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When you've half-it-half of your life, the half of life that doesn't follow God is a worthless part of your life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: In our reality, if I'm being honest, most of us give less than half our life to God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Less.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm being nice, want to say 50, 50, 50.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm being very kind.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: There's many Christians who give most of their life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people give in percent.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people give a day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people give one day a year.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people give less than that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But we'll see, but we don't need to be doing that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We need to give our all to God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So we can use to him, guide it by him, made by, sometimes we wait, we wait until our life is, in a horrible situation, we should do that either.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We should do that either.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We should always give our all to God so that when that,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: bad part of our life, or if it's a bad fit here, whatever, tries to guide us through the flesh, the good side, the pure side, the Holy Spirit's side takes over.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And we don't have to wonder, we don't have to wonder anymore.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Colossians 3, 17 says this, Colossians 3, 17, and whatever you do and word our deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm now going to turn to John.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is the part that I didn't get to put in there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And I really wanted to, because I caught it a lot, and I love it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: John chapter 10, a lot of times say 25 through 30, because it's a nice number, but it's really not.
John 10 chapter mention
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's 27 through 30.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: John 10, 27 through 30.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: John 10, 27 through 30.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: and it's Jesus speaking, my sheep hear my voice and I know them and they follow me, I give them eternal life, they shall business now, they shall never perish, nor shall anyone smash them from my hand.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh wait, I think they took out the part that
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it took out the part that says Satan can stand some out of man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it took out the part that says the Pope can stand some out of man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it took out the part that says if you don't drink of the literal blood of a Catholic church or you don't stand some out of man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I think it took that out of a way it was never there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'll go back.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My sheep here, my voice, I know them and they shall follow me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I give them eternal life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They shall never perish.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't show any one, snast him from my hand.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Verse 29, my father who has given him to me is greater than all.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No one is able to snast him from my father's hand.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the verse I love, verse 30, my father and I are one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If I had to take this one verse from all that, it'd be verse 30.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My father and I are one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: This is important.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus and God are one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: So many people don't think of that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They talk about believing in God, but not believing in Jesus.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Some people believe in Jesus and not God.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: They're one.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Follow them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Follow them.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Follow him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 50% seem good or bad.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And all that's perfect through God, through God, it's a hundred percent.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He will give you a hundred a hundred vision.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He will make you a hundred a hundred when you follow him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now you might think I can't be that way.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you're right, you can't.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But through God, you can.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When you're letting God guide you and lead you and only through him, can you do things right?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: On your own, you're going to mess up a hundred percent.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: All the time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Through him?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Now let's be honest, this time we make good choices.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But when you follow in him, the choices are good all at that time.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If he will say, yeah, but I'm not always perfect.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's usually because we don't listen to him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about morally when we don't listen to him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We don't make the right decisions.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But there's other times if we're really listening because we do get distracted, usually by people of the world, we need to listen to him and we have a hundred percent, a hundred percent good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If we have his vision, it's not 2020, it's 100 to 100.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we get to heaven, you're going to have a hundred and a hundred vision.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I see the comedian just yesterday, he was funny.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Jeremy showed me to me.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He was funny.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't like everything he said about like a lot of he was funny.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The problem I had with it now, keep in mind, he's going to a worldly vision.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But what we need to get to heaven, when we get to heaven,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're not gonna have to wonder why this and why that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna know it all, why does God, that's why.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: God's vision, we're gonna know all these things.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna know, no more 50, 50 in our life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to go around and say in, do it or bad, black and white, salt and pepper.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to do that anymore.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Give yourself to God today and you won't be 50, 50.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm very happy to be 50 years old.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm very happy.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: 10 years ago, when I reached 40, I ran the steps, the Philadelphia, maybe I'll do it again someday.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I ran those steps of Rocky, and I felt like that was the prime of life.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I felt like that was the best I could do.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: If you know what, no.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Physically, he I was in the best shape.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I feel better spiritually now, that I did then.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like I'm in better shape spiritually.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And if I had to choose between the two, looking better, are feeling better?
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I'm not talking physically.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking spiritually.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I do feel so much better here and here.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what God wants us to be.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you're by his temple.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: But guess well, you give yourself to him.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: He'll give you 100, 100.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's do that.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's close with second Corinthians 416.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Second Corinthians 416.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: For this reason, we do not lose heart.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: even though our outward man is perishing, yet our inward man is being renewed day by day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: My grandfather used to say it to me every day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I never got tired of it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's a reminder, when you wake up and your knuckles are cracking and hurting, when your knees are hurting, your back aches, when your head hurts.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just remember, you're being renewed day by day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, Pastor, I'm not my body hurts.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not talking about your body.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about the inward man.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: You're being renewed day by day.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Just remember,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When we all get to heaven, what a day we're just seeing that will be, you're not going to need tired on all, you're not going to need medication Christ.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: The great physician, he's already renewed it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't listen to those people who are telling you you're a bad Christian if you're aching, you're not a bad Christian, you're human, but you're saved.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And Jesus Christ is gonna give you a brand new life, and you're gonna have it.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: When you get there, you're gonna get to see a hundred a hundred.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And life is gonna be brand spanking new.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: No matter how you are here, you're gonna be brand new everyday there.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's close and prayer.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Lord Jesus, thank you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for every single day, even when the day it seems bad.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That's just an assumption.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just a seems.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: We know with you the day is good.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Even bad things happen and they do financially sometimes.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes in our health.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes Lord with the company that we may have around us in on the road or whatever, my pray Lord God, we go to you through the Spirit that you will speak to us.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, Lord, even most importantly, through us, that we will shut up and let you do the talking.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: That Lord, you will guide our day and allow us to always be happy, spiritually speaking.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: to remember Lord God that you are with us even when we can't always feel and know what your plan is.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: To know that you got everything taken care of, and I pray for those who are here Lord, that they will have a blessed week Lord God, and they will feel your presence for those who are not here, that they will feel your presence right now.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe there are some who are ill, who are having issues and problems.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I pray, Lord God, that be touched and blessed by you.
-
[SPEAKER_00]: I pray this in your holy,
-
[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
