His Holy Compassion | Passion Week | Guided Prayers

On Holy Monday of this Passion Week, we reflect on Jesus cleared out what didn't belong in the temple.

He wanted to make space for prayer and for worship, free from distractions.

But the religious leaders had made it more of a marketplace than a place to worship God.

Even though we don't have to go to a temple for our worship and prayer, we still face many distractions today.

Take a moment to quiet your mind and heart.

Jesus wants you to experience His presence.

Lord, thank you for your compassion.

Lord, thank you for your desire to spend time with me.

Lord, I know you want my heart to be free from distractions so I can experience your goodness.

What is one distraction challenging you today from your prayer and worship?

Ask God to silence it in this moment.
