  1. Have you ever felt sucked into a spiral of anxiety or worry?

  2. A few minutes passed, and you don't even realize the catastrophizing you were doing for who knows how long, trying to predict and then control the future.

  3. Anxiety often makes us feel alone or unseen.

  4. But God sees every thought, every fear, every detail, and he stays closed.

  5. David, who said in earnest, you have searched me, O Lord, and you know me.

  6. You are familiar with all my ways.

  7. Let's take 30 seconds and thank God that He sees you fully and compassionately, nothing hidden, nothing ignored.

  8. Ask Him to make His nearness tangible to you today.

  9. Imagine God sitting beside you, placing His hand on your shoulder, whispering, I see you.

  10. Can you think of someone who might feel unseen or isolated in your community?

  11. Maybe a specific person comes to mind.

  12. If not, pray for someone in your church community you might silently feel this way.

  13. Ask God to reveal his nearness to them.

  14. We rest in your nearness today.

  15. Amen.
