  1. Today we're going to begin by reading Philippians 3.20.

  2. First, take a moment to slow your breathing.

  3. Let the rush of the day settle.

  4. Ask God to help you become aware of his presence with you right now.

  5. Philippians 3.20 says, our citizenship is in heaven, and we eagerly wait for Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.

  6. In a world where so much feels uncertain, shifting, temporary, scripture reminds us of something steady.

  7. If you follow Jesus, your ultimate citizenship is not rooted in a country, a culture, or circumstance.

  8. It is in heaven.

  9. That means this world is not your final home.

  10. Your identity is anchored in eternity.

  11. Your hope is not limited to what you see around you.

  12. Talk to God now about what it means to you to belong to His kingdom.

  13. Jesus is not distant.

  14. He is returning, and our future is anchored in Him.

  15. Repeat this truth as you praise God.

  16. My citizenship is in heaven.

  17. My hope is anchored in eternity.

  18. Jesus, you are my Savior and my King.

  19. Thank you, Lord.

  20. Amen.
