Find Your Joy Again | Guided Prayers

Have you ever noticed that it can be easy to drift away from joy?

Maybe not from our faith or belief in God, but from the joy that can accompany our relationship with Jesus.

In Psalm 51:12, David makes a request for his joy to be restored.

Psalms 51:12

He says, Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit to sustain me.

While we don't need to ask God for salvation again, we can come to him with a request to restore joy.

Take a moment to pause and consider the level of joy you are experiencing right now in life.

Thank God for the gift of salvation.

Praise Him that this gift was not earned, but freely given it.

Bring that honestly before Him.
