Find Freedom From Shame In God | Guided Prayers

Did you know there is a difference between condemnation and conviction?

While the enemy wants us to get stuck in shame, the Holy Spirit convicts us in an effort to draw us closer to Jesus.

Let's read Romans 8:1 as we begin our time of prayer.

Romans 8:1

There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

No condemnation.

The beauty of receiving God's free gift of salvation is being set free from guilt, punishment, and what Romans refers to as the law of sin and death.

Today, as you spend time in prayer, reflect on the freedom in Christ you now walk in.

Start by thanking God for giving you freedom from condemnation.

There is, therefore, now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
