-
The gospel writer Mark records the words of Jesus regarding prayer as this Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it.
-
Faith in prayer doesn't mean pretending everything is already perfect.
-
It means trusting that God is already working.
-
Sometimes doubt can creep in when we don't see immediate answers.
-
It becomes easy to question whether our prayers matter.
-
But God invites us to pray with confidence, believing that He hears and responds according to His will.
-
Faith grows not by seeing first, but by trusting first.
-
Tell God honestly where your faith feels weak or uncertain.
-
Bring to Him the things you've been praying for and ask Him to strengthen your trust in His timing and His ways.
-
Invite Him to replace doubt with confidence in His character.
-
Ask Him to help you believe that your prayers are heard and that He is moving even now.
-
Another way to build our faith is to believe for those around us.
-
Pause for a moment and think of the people in your life who is someone who you know or might suspect is believing God for something.
-
Join your faith with theirs and take a minute to pray for them.
