He Will Make Your Paths Straight | Guided Prayers

Decision making can feel overwhelming when you don't know what direction to take.

But Jesus is not silent, he leads and directs those who seek him.

You don't have to rely on your own understanding.

Yet he offers clarity as you invite him in.

Let's look at Proverbs 3, verse 6 together.

Proverbs 3:6

It says, in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

In other words, put your trust and action in God, and God will guide you when you don't know what to do.

Take a moment and pause to thank God that He guides your path with care.

Reflect on times He has led you before.

Do you think that He can do it again?

Tell God about the decisions in front of you.

Ask Him to guide your thoughts and bring clarity.

Allow Him to align your desires with His will.

Ask Him to remove confusion and replace it with peace.

Now sit quietly and let your thoughts settle.

Allow clarity to begin forming as you wait on Him.

Waiting can be hard, but waiting on the Lord is different.

It brings clarity that we cannot find anywhere else.
