My help comes from the Lord.

When challenges rise, it's natural to look around for solutions.

But true help comes from the Lord.

Steady, faithful, and unchanging.

Jesus lifts your perspective beyond the problems and reminds you where your help comes from.

He's not limited by what limits you.

My help comes from the Lord.

Psalm 121, verses 1 through 2.

Psalms 121:1–2

In a joyful tone, take 20 seconds to thank God that your help comes from Him alone.

Reflect on His faithfulness through past trials.

Tell God where you've been looking for help in the wrong places.

Ask Him to redirect your focus back to Him.

Invite Him to step into your situation and provide what you need.

Ask Him to strengthen your trust in His provision.

Let your perspective shift toward His strength.
