When Heaven Sends Help. Welcome back to another

episode of Pomoja Podcast. Before we begin today's

conversation, let us remember the journey this

series has already taken us through. because

every episode has been building toward this moment.

In episode 1, we exposed something dangerous.

Exhaustion is not always natural. Sometimes it

is strategic. We talked about how fatigue has

become one of the enemy's most sophisticated

weapons against believers. Not always through

obvious sin, but through overload, pressure,

busyness, constant movement, constant demands,

constant noise, until prayer becomes occasional.

The word becomes secondary. Church becomes optional.

Family becomes neglected. and intimacy with God

slowly disappears, not through rebellion, but

through exhaustion. We explored how good opportunities,

career growth, responsibilities, and daily survival

can quietly pull believers away from the very

presence sustaining them, because exhaustion

weakens discernment, and exhausted believers

often begin searching for relief in the wrong

places. That was episode 1, Fatigue as a Weapon,

The Hidden System. Then in episode 2, we went

deeper, because after physical exhaustion comes

something even more dangerous, Spiritual weariness,

the silent drift, the slow fading of passion.

Where people still attend church, still know

scripture, still look spiritually alive externally,

but internally, the fire no longer burns the

same way. We talked about how over -familiarity

with holy things can destroy reverence, how believers

slowly stop guarding prayer, stop protecting

intimacy, stop renewing themselves intentionally,

not suddenly, silently. And we explored the warning

in Galatians. Let us not become weary in doing

good, because spiritual weariness rarely announces

itself loudly. It drifts quietly. You stop praying

the same way. Stop worshipping the same way.

Stop pursuing God with hunger. And before long,

you are surviving spiritually, instead of living

spiritually. That was Episode 2, Spiritual Weariness,

The Silent Drift. And today, we arrive at Episode

3, because after exhaustion, after spiritual

weariness, after prolonged invisible battles,

A question remains. What happens when strong

believers become overwhelmed by warfare itself?

What happens when people love God, remain faithful,

continue showing up, but internally feel exhausted

from carrying invisible battles? Because some

exhaustion does not come from work. Some exhaustion

comes from war, spiritual war, mental war, emotional

war, invisible resistance. Today, I want to speak

openly about something many believers experience,

but few truly understand. Spiritual warfare.

Not fantasy. Not fear. Not superstition. Reality.

Because one of the greatest mistakes believers

can make is assuming that because Jesus won the

victory at the cross, spiritual battles no longer

exist. No. Jesus never denied the existence of

warfare. In fact, He acknowledged it openly.

In Luke 10 19, after sending out the 70 disciples

to preach, heal, and cast out demons, they returned

amazed that demons submitted to them in His name.

And Jesus responded, Behold, I have given you

authority over all the power of the enemy. Think

about that carefully. Authority only matters

where opposition exists. Jesus would never give

authority over an enemy that did not exist, which

means spiritual warfare is real. The attacks

are real. The resistance is real. The battles

are real. Battles against your mind, against

your peace, against your marriage, against your

purpose, against your spiritual life. And many

believers are exhausted today because they are

fighting battles they do not fully understand.

But here is the powerful truth. The victory of

the cross did not remove the reality of warfare.

It changed our position within warfare. That

changes everything. We do not fight hoping to

obtain victory. We fight from victory. Before

the battle even begins, our position in Christ

already guarantees the final outcome. That is

why believers pray with confidence. That is why

we seek God's protection. That is why we dwell

in His presence. Not because we are afraid, but

because we understand that there is an invisible

war constantly happening around us. Known battles.

Unknown battles. Seen attacks. Unseen attacks.

And many times, while you are sleeping, heaven

is fighting battles you never even knew existed.

The Bible says, In camps. That is military language.

A surrounding. A heavenly perimeter. a wall of

invisible protection around the people of God.

And throughout scripture, whenever believers

reached moments of exhaustion, fear, pressure,

or danger, heaven intervened. Sometimes through

strength, sometimes through direction, sometimes

through angels. I remember my own car accident.

My truck lost control and was headed directly

toward an electrical pole. The impact should

have hit my door, the driver's side, my side.

And somehow, at the last second, the truck shifted

forward. The pole struck the passenger side instead.

And even today, I still cannot naturally explain

what happened. But spiritually, I understand

something now. Sometimes heaven intervenes silently.

Sometimes God protects you without announcing

it publicly. And sometimes, what people call

luck, was divine intervention. Many believers

listening to me right now have testimonies like

that. You should not have survived that sickness.

That accident should have destroyed you. That

depression should have buried you. That addiction

should have consumed you. That relationship should

have ruined your destiny. But somehow, you are

still standing. And maybe the reason is simple.

Heaven stepped in. And one of the most powerful

examples in scripture to me is Gideon. Because

Gideon shows us what warfare exhaustion looks

like. When the angel appeared to Gideon, He was

hiding. Fear had exhausted him. Israel had suffered

under Midianite oppression for years. Their harvests

were stolen. Their peace was stolen. Their confidence

was stolen. And Gideon was threshing wheat and

hiding. That is warfare exhaustion. That is what

prolonged invisible battles do to people. Strong

people begin living small. Chosen people begin

hiding. Believers begin questioning themselves.

and heaven stepped directly into Gideon's exhaustion.

What is powerful is this. The angel did not speak

to Gideon according to his condition. The angel

spoke to Gideon according to heaven's perspective.

Mighty man of valor. Imagine hearing that while

hiding in fear. Because sometimes exhausted believers

cannot see themselves correctly anymore. And

divine intervention often begins when heaven

reminds you who you are before the battle is

over. And this pattern repeats throughout scripture.

An angel strengthened Elijah when exhaustion

made him want to die under the broom tree. An

angel strengthened Jesus in Gethsemane before

the cross. An angel delivered Peter from prison.

Because heaven understands something many people

ignore, battles can exhaust even strong believers.

On some of you listening today know exactly what

I mean. There are moments where the spiritual

atmosphere becomes heavy. You feel pressure you

cannot explain naturally. You feel urgency in

your spirit. And something inside you says, pray

now, not tomorrow, not later, now. There have

been nights where I woke up in the middle of

the night, woke up my wife and children, and

we began praying together with authority. Not

emotional prayer, authority prayer. Because spiritually,

you could sense resistance. You could feel the

heaviness. And after praying, Peace would suddenly

return, the atmosphere would clear, and we would

begin thanking God for his intervention. We may

never fully know what battle was happening in

the unseen realm, but one thing was certain,

victory came. Because prayer is not passive,

prayer is warfare. Daniel prayed and angels fought

through resistance. Paul and Silas worshipped

and chains broke open. Peter prayed and prison

doors opened. Meaning prayer moves heaven into

earthly battles. But this is also why believers

become weary spiritually. Long exposure to warfare

can drain people. Even strong believers become

tired. And this is where the solution becomes

important. Not fear. Not panic. Not obsession

with demons. No. The solution is intentional

spiritual living. Being aware of spiritual reality.

Protecting your intimacy with God. Living a life

of prayer. a life of sanctification, a life of

purity, a life of fasting, a life of meditation

on God's Word, a life led by the Holy Spirit.

Because spiritual authority does not come from

religious language, it comes from relationship.

And that is why the story of the seven sons of

Sceva is so important. They tried to cast out

demons saying, In the name of Jesus whom Paul

preaches. And the demon responded, Jesus I know,

Paul I know. But who are you? That statement

reveals something powerful. The spiritual realm

recognizes authentic intimacy with God. Authority

flows from relationship, not performance, not

appearance, not religious talk. Relationship.

It is not enough to know about God. You must

know Him personally, experience Him personally,

walk with Him personally. Jesus said, whoever

dwells in Me and I in him. That word dwells is

powerful, not visiting occasionally, dwelling

continuously, remaining connected to His presence

daily. And today, through the Holy Spirit, God

dwells within us. That is why sanctification

matters. That is why purity matters. That is

why prayer matters. Because the believer becomes

a dwelling place for God's presence. And this

is the encouragement I want to leave with you

today. Yes, the spiritual journey is warfare.

Yes, the battles are real. Yes, believers can

become weary, but we are not fighting alone.

We do not carry this journey by our own strength,

not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit

of God. And sometimes, the reason you survived

was not because you were strong enough, it was

because Heaven intervened. Let's pray. Father,

thank you for every unseen battle you protected

us from. Thank you for every silent intervention,

every unseen victory, every moment Heaven fought

on our behalf. Strengthen every weary believer

listening today. Restore spiritual hunger. Restore

discernment. Restore prayer lives. Restore intimacy

with you. Teach us to remain connected to your

presence. Help us live lives of purity, sanctification,

obedience, and spiritual awareness. And remind

us daily that we do not fight alone. In Jesus'
