  1. Every marriage enters a moment when the warmth

  2. of the house becomes fire, not fire that destroys

  3. but fire that reveals. Some lessons cannot be

  4. learned in prayer. Some maturity cannot be gained

  5. in peace. Some character cannot grow without

  6. pressure. And I remember the day the heat found

  7. me. It was our first real fight. I was angry,

  8. frustrated, overwhelmed. And in that moment of

  9. heat, I did something I never imagined I would

  10. do. I threw my wedding ring. It hit the floor.

  11. And I screamed. You lied to me. Not from hatred,

  12. but from hurt. That day, The house wasn't warm.

  13. It was hot, uncomfortable, confrontational, exposing.

  14. And God allowed it, not to break us, but to build

  15. something in us. In moments like this, God does

  16. something beautiful. He sends mentors. Our pastoral

  17. Godfather couple stepped in, not to take sides,

  18. not to shame us, but to guide us. They sat with

  19. us. They listened. They diffused the fire in

  20. the room, but not the lesson God wanted us to

  21. learn. They showed us how to communicate without

  22. attacking, how to listen without defending, how

  23. to love without conditions, how to fight for

  24. each other, not against each other. Their presence

  25. was a reminder. Mentorship is God's way of guiding

  26. you through the heat when your emotions can no

  27. longer guide you. See, God doesn't only seal

  28. the door. He also sends teachers of wisdom into

  29. the house. Moses had Jethro. Joshua had Moses.

  30. Elisha had Elijah. Timothy had Paul. Ruth had

  31. Naomi. And I had them. Because sometimes the

  32. Holy Spirit speaks. Not through a voice. Not

  33. through a vision. But through people who carry

  34. His wisdom. Mentorship. is the Holy Spirit wearing

  35. skin. The heat wasn't he trying to destroy us.

  36. It was trying to transform us. And mentorship

  37. wasn't a sign of weakness. It was a sign of God's

  38. mercy. The same room where I threw my ring is

  39. the same room where God taught us how to love.

  40. The same heat that exposed us is the same heat

  41. that shaped us. And the same mentors who guided

  42. us became a permanent part of our spiritual family.

  43. Because in the kingdom, You don't grow alone.

  44. You don't heal alone. You don't mature alone.

  45. God surrounds you with voices of wisdom to make

  46. sure you don't run out of the house when the

  47. heat rises. This is Pomoja Podcast, where God

  48. builds us, shapes us, and grows us. Where we

  49. live the life of Christ, together. Be sure to
