  1. Our battle is not physical. It is spiritual.

  2. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood,

  3. but against rulers, against authorities, against

  4. the powers of this dark world, and against the

  5. spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

  6. Yet I do not stand in fear, because Jesus Christ

  7. has already won the victory. He has given me

  8. authority to trample on serpents and scorpions

  9. and over all the power of the enemy And he promised

  10. that nothing shall by any means harm me The enemy

  11. may accuse me oppose me or even seek to sift

  12. me as wheat Just as Satan sought permission concerning

  13. Peter But my Lord has already gone before me

  14. Jesus said I have prayed for you that your faith

  15. may not fail The same Savior who strengthened

  16. Peter is alive today, interceding for me. Jesus

  17. Christ has been exalted above every name. He

  18. is seated at the right hand of the Father, where

  19. he continually intercedes for his people. He

  20. is praying for my perseverance when I grow weary,

  21. for my deliverance when I am under attack, for

  22. my strength in times of weakness. for my wisdom

  23. when I face difficult decisions, and for my victory

  24. until the work he began in me is complete. Because

  25. I know his name and trust in him, he says, I

  26. will deliver him. I will protect him. No weapon

  27. formed against me shall prosper. Every tongue

  28. that rises against me in judgment shall be condemned,

  29. for this is the heritage of the servants of the

  30. Lord. The enemies I see today I shall see no

  31. more, because the Lord Himself fights for me.

  32. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. Even

  33. though I walk through the valley of the shadow

  34. of death, I will fear no evil, for He is with

  35. me. His rod and His staff comfort me. I do not

  36. fight to obtain victory. I fight from victory.

  37. The cross is my victory. The empty tomb is my

  38. assurance. Jesus Christ has disarmed the powers

  39. of darkness, triumphed over them by the cross,

  40. conquered sin, defeated death, and destroyed

  41. the works of the devil. I am more than a conqueror

  42. through him who loved me. If God is for me, who

  43. can be against me? Greater is he who is in me

  44. than he who is in the world. Therefore, I put

  45. on the full armor of God. I take up the shield

  46. of faith, the helmet of salvation, the breastplate

  47. of righteousness, the belt of truth, the shoes

  48. of the gospel of peace, and the sword of the

  49. spirit, which is the word of God. I stand not

  50. in my own strength, but in the power of the Holy

  51. Spirit. I stand under the blood of Jesus. I stand

  52. in the authority of his name. I stand on his

  53. promises. Today, I declare that Christ is my

  54. refuge, my fortress, my defender, my deliverer.

  55. my High Priest, my Advocate, my Shepherd, my

  56. King, and my coming Savior. The battle belongs

  57. to the Lord. The victory belongs to Christ. And

  58. because I belong to Christ, His victory is my

  59. victory. In the mighty, matchless, and victorious

  60. name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
