  1. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I come before

  2. you today, believing that you are still God.

  3. You are God over what I understand. You are God

  4. over what I do not understand. You are God over

  5. what is moving. You are God over what appears

  6. stuck. You are God over what I can change. And

  7. you remain God over everything beyond my control.

  8. Therefore, I declare that my present circumstances

  9. are not sovereign. God is sovereign. What I see

  10. does not have the final word. What I hear does

  11. not have the final word. What people have decided

  12. does not have the final word. What circumstances

  13. are predicting does not have the final word.

  14. God has the final word. And therefore, today

  15. I stand upon two words, but God. When everything

  16. says it is impossible but God When the situation

  17. appears finished but God when every natural door

  18. appears closed but God When I cannot understand

  19. how anything could change but God When human

  20. strength has reached its limit but God When I

  21. have done everything I know to do but God I declare

  22. that as long as God remains God The story can

  23. still change. Father, where something needs to

  24. turn according to your will, turn it. Where something

  25. needs to move, move it. Where something needs

  26. to break, break it. Where something needs to

  27. open, open it. Where something needs to close,

  28. close it. Where truth needs to come into the

  29. light, bring it into the light. Where confusion

  30. has taken over. Bring clarity. Where disorder

  31. has entered, establish your order. Where discouragement

  32. has settled, restore hope. Where fear has been

  33. speaking, let faith rise again. Where tears have

  34. been planted. Father, in your time, bring a harvest

  35. of joy. I declare that what looks like defeat

  36. today does not have the authority to announce

  37. my tomorrow. My current chapter is not my entire

  38. story. My present struggle is not my identity.

  39. My disappointment is not my destiny. My delay

  40. is not automatically denial. My midnight is not

  41. proof that mourning has been canceled. And what

  42. appears buried is not beyond the resurrection

  43. power of Jesus Christ. Therefore, I will believe

  44. again. I will pray again. I will worship again.

  45. I will expect again. I will rise again. I will

  46. dream again. I will move forward again. Because

  47. I refuse to allow one difficult chapter to convince

  48. me that God has finished writing. I surrender

  49. every outcome into your hands. I refuse to manipulate

  50. what I have already placed before you. I refuse

  51. to force doors you have not opened. I refuse

  52. to chase what you are asking me to release. I

  53. refuse to become consumed with proving myself.

  54. I refuse to allow revenge to enter my heart.

  55. I refuse to become bitter because someone misunderstood

  56. me. I refuse to fight spiritual battles with

  57. weapons of the flesh. You are my defender. You

  58. are my vindicator. You are my refuge. You are

  59. my god. So where I need to speak, give me wisdom

  60. to speak. Where I need to act, give me courage

  61. to act, where I need to wait, give me strength

  62. to wait, where I need to walk away, give me grace

  63. to release, and where I have done everything

  64. you required of me. Teach me how to stand still

  65. without becoming afraid, because I do not have

  66. to manufacture the reversal. God knows how to

  67. turn what needs to turn. Therefore, I declare.

  68. What was intended to discourage me will not steal

  69. my faith. What was intended to silence me will

  70. not steal my worship. What was intended to make

  71. me bitter will not poison my heart. What was

  72. intended to make me quit will not determine my

  73. future. What was intended to convince me that

  74. God had abandoned me will become another reason

  75. for me to testify he never left me. I declare

  76. that evil intentions do not possess sovereign

  77. authority over my destiny. Human plans are not

  78. greater than divine purpose. Opposition is not

  79. greater than divine authority. Closed doors are

  80. not greater than divine wisdom. And no circumstance

  81. is powerful enough to remove Almighty God from

  82. His throne. So I will not magnify the battle

  83. above my God. I will not magnify the problem

  84. above my God. I will not magnify the opposition

  85. above my God. I will not magnify what people

  86. said above what God has spoken. My God is greater.

  87. My God is faithful. My God is sovereign. My God

  88. is able. And my God is still writing. Turn mourning

  89. into dancing according to your will. Turn confusion

  90. into clarity. Turn fear into faith. Turn weakness

  91. into dependence upon you. Turn wounds into wisdom.

  92. Turn tears into testimony Turn closed chapters

  93. into lessons Turn wilderness seasons into preparation

  94. Turn what tried to pull me away from you Into

  95. something that drives me deeper into your presence

  96. And if the situation itself does not change immediately

  97. Change me while I am inside it Make my faith

  98. stronger Make my prayer deeper Make my discernment

  99. sharper Make my heart softer. Make my dependence

  100. upon you greater. Make my worship more sincere.

  101. Make Jesus greater in me than he was before the

  102. battle began. Because divine reversal is not

  103. only about changing what is around me. Sometimes

  104. the greatest reversal happens inside me. I entered

  105. afraid, but I will come out trusting. I entered

  106. wounded, but I will come out healed. I entered

  107. depending upon myself, but I will come out depending

  108. upon God. I entered asking, why me? But I will

  109. come out declaring, God was with me. And today,

  110. I release yesterday. I will not spend tomorrow

  111. trying to recreate yesterday. If you restore

  112. what was lost, Father, I will thank you. If you

  113. open something new, I will follow you. If you

  114. close a chapter permanently, I will trust you.

  115. If your reversal looks different from what I

  116. imagined, I will still trust you. Because I do

  117. not need you to return me to where I was. I need

  118. you to take me where you are going. So I declare,

  119. yesterday will not control tomorrow. Past failure

  120. will not control tomorrow. Past rejection will

  121. not control tomorrow. Past disappointment will

  122. not control tomorrow. Past betrayal will not

  123. control tomorrow. Past mistakes will not control

  124. tomorrow. Past fear will not control tomorrow.

  125. Jesus Christ is Lord over my tomorrow. And therefore,

  126. I speak over every place in my life where hopelessness

  127. has whispered, it is over. No, God has the final

  128. word. Where fear says, nothing can change. I

  129. answer, Where disappointment says, stop expecting.

  130. I answer, but God. Where circumstances say, there

  131. is no way. I answer, but God. Where my own understanding

  132. says, I cannot see how. I answer, I do not need

  133. to know how. I know who and where the enemy tries

  134. to use yesterday as evidence against tomorrow.

  135. I declare, God is still writing. I declare that

  136. my tears will not be wasted, my prayers will

  137. not be wasted, my waiting will not be wasted,

  138. my obedience will not be wasted, my faithfulness

  139. will not be wasted, my wilderness will not be

  140. wasted, my midnight will not be wasted, and even

  141. the things I cannot understand today I surrender

  142. into the hands of the God who redeems. Father,

  143. Redeem what can be redeemed. Restore what you

  144. desire to restore. Remove what must be removed.

  145. Expose what must be exposed. Heal what must be

  146. healed. Close what must remain closed. Open what

  147. no man can shut. And lead me forward, not backward,

  148. forward, into your purpose, into your will, into

  149. greater faith, into deeper prayer, into stronger

  150. obedience, into greater intimacy with Jesus Christ.

  151. And I declare today the battle can change. The

  152. direction can change. The atmosphere can change.

  153. The door can open. The answer can come. The tears

  154. can become songs. The prisoner can become free.

  155. The broken can become restored. The discouraged

  156. can rise again. The weary can receive strength

  157. again. The one who almost stopped believing can

  158. believe again. Because my hope is not in circumstances

  159. changing. My hope is in the God who never changes.

  160. And even if I am standing in Friday, Sunday still

  161. belongs to God. Even if I am walking through

  162. midnight, morning still belongs to God. Even

  163. if I cannot see the road, the road still belongs

  164. to God. Even if I cannot understand the chapter,

  165. the book still belongs to God. and even when

  166. I cannot see his hand, I will trust his heart.

  167. Therefore, I will not write the ending. I will

  168. not bury my expectation. I will not surrender

  169. my worship. I will not allow fear to become my

  170. prophet. I will not put a period where God may

  171. have placed a comma. I will keep believing because

  172. there may still be a but God waiting in my next

  173. chapter. So today I declare, my story belongs

  174. to God. My future belongs to God. My family belongs

  175. to God. My purpose belongs to God. My calling

  176. belongs to God. My unanswered questions belong

  177. to God. My victories belong to God. And even

  178. my battles, I place them in the hands of God.

  179. Turn what you desire to turn. Stop what you desire

  180. to stop. Move what you desire to move. and change

  181. in me whatever must change. I surrender, I trust,

  182. I believe, I expect, and I worship, because you

  183. were God before the battle. You are God in the

  184. battle, and you will still be God after the battle.

  185. Therefore, I declare, the enemy may have an intention,

  186. but God, circumstances may have a prediction,

  187. but God, people may have their plans, but God.

  188. The situation may look finished, but God, and

  189. as long as God is still God, the story can still

  190. change. I declare it. I believe it. I receive

  191. it by faith, in the mighty, sovereign, victorious

  192. resurrection name of Jesus Christ. Amen, amen,

  193. and amen. Hallelujah.
