make me who I always meant to be, who you

created me to be. Your problem is that we have

this leash. Now we can't be who we are meant

to be because something is stopping us, something is pulling

us back. And for most of us, the leashes hold

us back is the feeling of inadequacy, the feeling now

I'm not worthy, the feeling of I'm unqualified. Man type

has to be done, but it's not going to be me.

Why because of all the mistakes that I've made, because

I'm unqualified, Something else, somebody else will make that difference.

And we've been praying, you know, maybe you've been praying

know what God is saying? Amen? God made you see

in common? They have the same feeling of being unqualified.

Nobody will say, now, Lord, use me, I'm so qualified

who we are now.

But yes, we are an experience, we are under resource,

It's true to John and it's true for us us

as well. We are really unqualified. But you know what,

it's not the antonyms of all these things. It's not

the white words that makes us qualify. Amen. We don't

earn our qualifications. There's nothing that we can do to

earn or deserve to be qualified. The good news is

that it is Jesus who qualifies us. It's what he

has done for us. It's who he is. It's not

who we are and what we have done, it's who

Jesus is. Amen. Come on, you know, the Book of

Acts tells us the story of how God takes this ordinary,

unschooled and unqualified people and unleash them for God's purpose

and turn the world upside down. Amen. And that's what

we will be talking about, not just for this week,

for the coming weeks, but tomorrow maybe you will be

But you know what, this year, this is a different year.

This is a different time. Twenty twenty two is the

right time for us to look at the things that

makes us uncomfortable, to look at the things that needs

to be looked at, to look at the things that

you've been trying to brush off all your life. Now, no,

somebody will help him. Somebody can take care of him,

not me. I'm unqualified. But you know, it's time to

see that there are people who needs saving, that there

are people who needs healing, that there are people who

needs help, who needs Jesus Christ. You know, it's time

for us to be unleashed. It's time for us to stop,

you know, not giving a care to other people besides ourselves.

It's time that we look past our own needs, our

own preferences, and what we think is necessary, and start

to see those people who are lost, who are broken,

who are in need of Jesus Christ. It's time that

we unleash ourselves. Because I want you to write this down,

these three things of how how the power, the full

force of the church was unleashed. Number one is this

unleashing happens when ordinary people show extraordinary compassion, Just like

see Peter and said John, by just looking at that

persona it wasn't just that beggar who was touched, but

it was also John and Peter. It spoke to them,

they were they were all beggar. Look at us, look

at us, you know, say Acts chapter three, verse six.

It's a story of Babasanata. And then Peter said, silver

and gold, I do not have, but what I do have,

I give you the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

gives credibility not to us, but to the gospel that

we are preaching, to the gospel that we are believing.

And it creates an opportunity to connect to people, to

connect the people to Jesus Christ. That's what we do

here at church. We have blessed serving show kindness. We

call that compassion. That's how we show it. This is

who we will be for twenty twenty two. Everything that

we will be doing, it's about helping other people. It's

about blessing other people. It's about serving other people. It's

about showing kindness and compassion to other people. That's what

it means for us to become unleash. Amen. Maybe you

people who profess that they are following Jesus Christ, but

they're not living the life that they are meant to live.

They're turning their eye away from the people that needs help. Amen.

And you know how we can win people back to

Jesus Christ by showing compassion. Amen. You know it wasn't

Peter and John's qualification that unleash the Gospel. It wasn't

Peter's qualification that made him speak out and three thousands

and five thousand people were saved. It wasn't because of

his pedigree, It wasn't his last name. It wasn't his

education that qualit him and did miraculous things about It

was his small act of compassion. Amen. We are seeing

all the problems in the world, in our country, in

our community, and our family, and we think that we

need to make a difference. That making a difference, we

need power in making difference, we need the right position

that in making a difference, we need to have the knowledge.

You know all those three things. That's the way of

the world. The world thinks that in order for you

to change the world, you need to have power. You

need to have positions. You need to have knowledge. You

know all those three things. What it gives us, It

gives us pride, it gives us indifference. Now, yeah, I

know more than you. You are putting up a wall

That's the way of the world. That's not how Jesus operated.

That's not how the kingdom operated. That's not the way

of the kingdom. The way of the Kingdom and how

Jesus operated is with humility and compassion means I mean,

The first step in unleashing the full force of the

church is unleashing compassion. Can you imagine? Can you imagine

acts of compassion that will create opportunities and give credibility

to the gospel, to what we are preaching, to what

Number two. Unleashing happens when ordinary people start speaking with courage.

speaking with courage. You need to take that next step

had credibility because of his act of compassion. Because most

first with big words, with religious terminologies, with our knowledge,

thinking that that is how we can get people to

listen to us. I remember this one comedian. Every time

you know, not just in our lifetime but ever. And

us speaking in the Gospel. It's not because of our words,

made a big difference that day. Thousands of people were safe.

The same people who crucify Jesus Christ took notice all

of a sudden, something is happening here, something is changing here.

Why because they spend time with Jesus. That's how Peter

and John had the compassion, had the courage to speak up.

Maybe you're saying, pasor and here up, none and here

up to have compassion with other people, especially those people

who persecute you. It's so hard to speak up in

front of many people. It's hard to speak up in

Do you know how how Peter and John made it

easy for them by them spending time with Jesus Christ.

spend more time, spend more time in your devotion, spend

more time in prayer, spend more time being with the

people that God plays in your life and your squads,

being with your leader, being with your pastor talking to them. Amen,

do you know what you would find yourself having this courage.

You will find yourself having the heart to do compassionate
