  1. If I took out a magnifying glass, came over to you and to your house and to your life and to your family

  2. and applied that magnifying glass to you, what would be the biggest things in your life?

  3. If you went through my life about 10 years ago, the biggest things in my life were probably martial arts.

  4. I loved martial arts. I did martial arts. I watched martial art movies. I would talk about it.

  5. I would argue about which martial art was the best. I have strong opinions about that.

  6. We can fight later. That's okay. Not literally. It's okay.

  7. It was important. It was what I was focused on and it was a very large part of my life.

  8. And then I had kids and the martial arts kind of had to be pushed to one side.

  9. The kids became one of the biggest things in my life.

  10. If you stopped in any vicinity near me, I would tell you stories about them.

  11. I would show you photos. I would tell you how funny and cute and silly and how amazing they are at all these kinds of things.

  12. What is your life focused on?

  13. If I took that magnifying glass to your life, what would be the biggest things in your life?

  14. Is it your family? Your friends? Health? Education? Your loves? Your passions? Your hobbies?

  15. When people think about you, what is the first kind of image?

  16. You know, when people are thinking and planning what to get you for Christmas,

  17. I'm hoping there's somebody thinking and planning to get you something for Christmas.

  18. What are they thinking?

  19. Are they thinking, you know, that Tom, do you know what?

  20. He really needs an ugly Christmas sweater.

  21. You know, he really needs Kanye West's new album.

  22. You know, that man needs these things.

  23. What do people think about when they think of us?

  24. What have we turned our lives towards so that when people see us, they see this as the biggest part of our lives?

  25. We all have things in our lives that we magnify because they make us who we are.

  26. They give us meaning and significance.

  27. We can feel valued because I have a job.

  28. I'm the guy who loves martial arts.

  29. I'm the guy with these three kids.

  30. Now, I'm not that unique.

  31. I've got kids.

  32. I'm not that unique.

  33. I'm not unique in that I was into martial arts.

  34. But how do we decide about the things that we choose to magnify in our lives?

  35. How do we decide?

  36. Do we actually sit down and think, I'm going to be this type of person?

  37. Or do we just stumble into magnifying certain things in our lives?

  38. And so if we all do it, a question that we need to ask is, why this thing?

  39. Am I chasing this because it brings me significance?

  40. Is this really what should define who I am?

  41. It's Christmas time.

  42. I'm excited for Christmas.

  43. Is anybody else excited for Christmas?

  44. I'm really enjoying singing with you today, particularly that end of amazing grace where it was just our voices.

  45. It was a delight to sing with you.

  46. And so this season, we're going to spend a little bit of time looking at some of the songs in the lead up to Christmas.

  47. Today, we're looking at a song known as the Magnificat.

  48. It's Mary's song.

  49. And in this song, Mary calls us to make God the largest in our lives.

  50. To magnify him.

  51. All because of God's grace towards us.

  52. This 15-year-old girl living in a backwater town is going to challenge us to make God the biggest thing in our lives.

  53. As we are loved by him, let that be what defines us as people.

  54. So as we have a look at this song, let me pray for us.

  55. Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you, Lord, that we can be gathering, that we can be singing with our voices loudly in praise to you.

  56. Father, as we consider the things that we magnify in our lives, Father, be placing that magnifying glass on us.

  57. Fill us with your spirit, that we would carefully consider what we value in our lives, so that we can value you more and more.

  58. Amen.

  59. We meet up with Mary in the Christmas story after she is pregnant with Jesus.

  60. She has visited her cousin, Elizabeth, who is pregnant with John the Baptist.

  61. And Elizabeth calls her blessed because she carries Jesus in her womb.

  62. She's been chosen by God to carry Jesus.

  63. And responding to all that God has already done in her life, choosing her to carry Jesus, she sings a song.

  64. So please have your Bibles open.

  65. Please be bringing your Bible with you.

  66. Have your phone.

  67. If your phone is a distraction, make sure you put it on airplane mode.

  68. Turn off notifications that might ding in the middle to distract you.

  69. And we're in Luke chapter 1.

    Luke 1 chapter mention

  70. Mary sings,

  71. Mary sings,

  72. Mary starts by singing with all that she is.

  73. She sings with her soul and her spirit.

  74. She is singing from the very depths of herself.

  75. This is not just a polite,

  76. I thank you God for letting me be the mother of Jesus.

  77. But she praises God from the beginning of this song with all that she has to the very depths of her being.

  78. And she glorifies the Lord.

  79. Now I don't often dive too deep into the original words in the Bible,

  80. but I found one word fascinating in this study.

  81. The word for glorify comes from the Greek word megaluni.

  82. There's your new Greek word of the day, megaluni,

  83. which is this idea of magnifying, making something mega.

  84. Megaluni, to make something mega.

  85. And it was translated into Latin as magnificat.

  86. And so that is where we get the name for this song from, magnificat.

  87. And so Mary sings,

  88. wanting to megaluni,

  89. to magnify,

  90. to make God mega

  91. with the very depths of her soul.

  92. But while we have the word magnify here,

  93. this is not like a magnifying glass.

  94. A magnifying glass takes something that is small

  95. and makes it larger.

  96. It megalunizes it.

  97. It makes it bigger before our eyes.

  98. If you remember being a kid with a magnifying glass,

  99. I would always point it at ants,

  100. much to my shame.

  101. And all of a sudden,

  102. this tiny thing would become expanded in your view.

  103. But that is not what Mary is doing.

  104. She is not wanting to make the small God bigger before her.

  105. God is infinite.

  106. He is already mega.

  107. Mary is reflecting on how great he is,

  108. how majestic and awesome.

  109. And she wants God to be mega in her life.

  110. But why?

  111. Why?

  112. Why should God be the biggest thing in Mary's life?

  113. As a young, pregnant, unmarried woman,

  114. there are many other big priorities in her life.

  115. Getting married to Joseph,

  116. building a house,

  117. having food,

  118. having some stability in life.

  119. She's just about to be a new mom.

  120. And I know what it's like to be a new dad,

  121. and that's hard enough.

  122. New mom,

  123. trying to take care of God himself.

  124. There are all kinds of big pressures on her life,

  125. calling to be the most important thing.

  126. And yet,

  127. she wants God to be the biggest.

  128. God to be mega in her life.

  129. She wants God to be the biggest.

  130. God is what she wants her entire life to magnify.

  131. And that's all because Mary is self-aware.

  132. She knows who she is,

  133. and she knows who God is.

  134. And she knows which of these two really should be the biggest.

  135. Mary is rejoiced in God, my Savior.

  136. She doesn't see herself as the offspring of immaculate conception.

  137. Mary doesn't see that she's perfect,

  138. because only a sinner needs a Savior.

  139. But her song also comes from a place of questioning.

  140. God, I want you to be the biggest thing in my life,

  141. but why me?

  142. Of all people.

  143. Verse 48.

  144. He has been mindful of the humble state of his servant.

  145. From now on,

  146. all generations will call me blessed,

  147. for the mighty one has done great things for me.

  148. Holy is his name.

  149. Mary is just another young girl,

  150. in a backwater town,

  151. in a captive nation.

  152. And yet God chose the unworthy.

  153. He was mindful of her.

  154. God has taken out the magnifying glass,

  155. and he zoomed in on this young girl.

  156. The God of the infinite universe,

  157. who is holding all things together by his will,

  158. causing the sun to rise and to set,

  159. holding gravity,

  160. and listening to billions of hearts beat at the same time.

  161. This great God has this young,

  162. insignificant girl in his mind.

  163. God has lifted her up out of obscurity.

  164. And so Mary wants to magnify this God in her life,

  165. to make him mega,

  166. because of God's grace to her.

  167. Grace.

  168. God's unmerited love and favor.

  169. That he would not only be mindful of her,

  170. but that he would choose to give her a crucial role

  171. in the plans for salvation of the world.

  172. This is a song of unmerited grace.

  173. Verse 50,

  174. His mercy extends to those who fear him,

  175. from generation to generation.

  176. She knows her place before God.

  177. This song reveals her humility,

  178. and her lowliness.

  179. And these are both marks of somebody who has stood before God,

  180. fully aware of their sins,

  181. what they deserve,

  182. and how they have received mercy.

  183. She knows that she deserves nothing good from God.

  184. Can you imagine if she was the opposite?

  185. Can you imagine that if Mary was expecting good things from God?

  186. You see that over-inflated person who is full of pride,

  187. where they have become mega in their own eyes.

  188. Can you imagine if Mary had said,

  189. Oh yeah, no, I actually deserve to be the mother of Jesus.

  190. I am going to be the best mother of Jesus.

  191. I'm going to be better than anybody.

  192. You've picked me,

  193. and you're lucky you picked me,

  194. because I'm going to really fix up this whole Israel situation.

  195. God, I deserve your favor.

  196. When we see this kind of arrogance and pride,

  197. it is distasteful.

  198. We can find it repugnant.

  199. Who is this person to speak like that?

  200. And yet we can also struggle to sing a song like Mary's,

  201. where we ask that question,

  202. Who am I before you, Lord,

  203. that you would choose to have favor on me?

  204. At some level,

  205. we can struggle thinking that we deserve good from God.

  206. Mary's song calls us to be in awe of God's gift,

  207. especially because we don't deserve it.

  208. Why would you save me?

  209. God, why have you been mindful of me?

  210. God, you are mighty,

  211. but why are you mighty for me?

  212. Verse 49,

  213. It's not a full stop there.

  214. He has done great things for me,

  215. this little person.

  216. One of my favorite things to do in life

  217. is to look at the stars.

  218. Anybody else enjoy looking at the stars?

  219. I really struggle living in a city looking at the stars,

  220. because there is so much light pollution,

  221. that you look at the stars and it's like,

  222. Oh, look,

  223. I can see five stars tonight.

  224. You know,

  225. I don't know what God was talking about with Abraham.

  226. I can count these stars right now.

  227. One of my favorite things to do

  228. is when I get out of the city

  229. and get far away to actually,

  230. you know,

  231. late at night,

  232. to look at the sky

  233. and just to stand in awe

  234. at the stars.

  235. The reality is

  236. that those stars are all around us right now.

  237. I just can't see it.

  238. And even now,

  239. I can't see it

  240. because there's too much light from the sun.

  241. This awesome and powerful

  242. and mega luni,

  243. this mega God,

  244. is around us at all times.

  245. And he focuses on us.

  246. He is mindful of us

  247. and that Jesus died for us

  248. and yet,

  249. so often,

  250. we can miss out on seeing this

  251. because there is so much pollution around us.

  252. Not light pollution,

  253. but busyness.

  254. Our eyes can be deceived by our own sin.

  255. But Mary's song is a reminder

  256. that God knows us.

  257. He is mindful of us.

  258. And we need to continue to sing this song to our hearts.

  259. To actually take time

  260. to cast our eyes to God,

  261. to go out to the country

  262. as we would,

  263. to look at the stars,

  264. to actually take a moment

  265. and be in awe of God's bigness.

  266. That God would make

  267. this universe,

  268. and we can only see a speck of it,

  269. that it would go on

  270. for infinity.

  271. But God has that much love

  272. for us.

  273. to take a moment

  274. and think,

  275. this God

  276. of the universe,

  277. he is mindful of me.

  278. That Jesus died for me.

  279. That not only is he mighty,

  280. but he is mighty

  281. for you.

  282. How much then

  283. should we want to magnify

  284. this God in our souls?

  285. God's grace causes Mary

  286. to want to magnify him

  287. because he has been

  288. mindful of us.

  289. Mary continues to sing

  290. about how great this God is,

  291. that he lifts up the lowly

  292. and not just those

  293. who are full of pride,

  294. not just the rich,

  295. not just those

  296. who are mega

  297. in their own eyes.

  298. And we see Mary singing

  299. of the justice

  300. that God brings.

  301. This God is great.

  302. He isn't biased.

  303. He treats the lowly

  304. and humble with love

  305. and grace.

  306. He lifts them up.

  307. And now Mary sings

  308. of what God does

  309. with those

  310. who see themselves

  311. as great.

  312. Verse 51.

  313. He has performed

  314. mighty deeds

  315. with his arm.

  316. He has scattered

  317. those who are proud

  318. in their inmost thoughts.

  319. He has brought down

  320. rulers from their thrones,

  321. but has lifted up

  322. the humble.

  323. He has filled

  324. the hungry

  325. with good things,

  326. but has sent

  327. the rich away empty.

  328. God scatters

  329. those who are proud

  330. in their inmost thoughts.

  331. Pride

  332. competes

  333. with God

  334. for glory.

  335. It's a competition

  336. for who is going

  337. to be the greatest.

  338. Pride in our hearts

  339. refuses to acknowledge

  340. that God is sovereign.

  341. And especially

  342. when our eyes

  343. are clouded

  344. with the light pollution

  345. of busyness

  346. and sin

  347. to see God

  348. as great,

  349. pride fills us up.

  350. And when we are

  351. full of pride,

  352. our lives look different.

  353. Mary is singing

  354. comparing

  355. what is going

  356. on in her heart.

  357. She is making God

  358. the greatest

  359. in her soul

  360. and spirit,

  361. whereas the pride

  362. of others

  363. is filling up

  364. their hearts.

  365. The hidden places

  366. magnify themselves.

  367. We all battle it.

  368. We all can have

  369. an inflated sense

  370. of what we deserve.

  371. I think about Christmas.

  372. I've had a number

  373. of conversations

  374. with people

  375. in my own family,

  376. with friends,

  377. about expectations

  378. of what Christmas

  379. Day will look like.

  380. Which family

  381. do we go and see?

  382. What do we do

  383. on Christmas Day?

  384. When do we do presents?

  385. Who's making the food?

  386. Who's making the roast?

  387. Who's bringing this?

  388. And it is just

  389. a time that is fraught

  390. with pride

  391. and comparison.

  392. I have this expectation.

  393. I have to do this.

  394. It has to look like this

  395. or Christmas

  396. will not be great.

  397. It can be a time

  398. of pride

  399. where we think

  400. I am the greatest

  401. and it has to look

  402. like this.

  403. But God

  404. hates pride.

  405. He has lifted up Mary.

  406. She knew her humble

  407. place before God

  408. and yet God

  409. scatters the proud.

  410. It's an act

  411. of judgment.

  412. God did it

  413. when mankind

  414. got ahead of themselves

  415. and built themselves

  416. up quite literally

  417. into the tower

  418. of Babel.

  419. Full of pride

  420. they thought

  421. they could ascend

  422. to heaven

  423. and yet God

  424. scattered them.

  425. When Israel

  426. was full of pride

  427. and thought that

  428. Jerusalem would

  429. never fall

  430. and they continued

  431. to sin against him

  432. God scattered

  433. Israel.

  434. God brings down

  435. those who are wise

  436. in their own eyes.

  437. He sends away

  438. those who are rich.

  439. the call

  440. of Christmas

  441. is our desperate

  442. need for God

  443. to save us.

  444. And he had to

  445. directly intervene

  446. in that situation.

  447. God had to take

  448. off his Godhood

  449. his divinity

  450. and become

  451. a person

  452. to limit himself

  453. to become

  454. a humble man.

  455. And if we attempt

  456. to make ourselves

  457. greater than him

  458. we'll have no part

  459. in his salvation.

  460. The powerful

  461. and wealthy

  462. are inclined

  463. to pride

  464. so God

  465. sends them

  466. away empty.

  467. We continue

  468. to see this

  469. in the world

  470. today how

  471. world leaders

  472. and government

  473. officials

  474. indulge in

  475. luxury.

  476. They give grants

  477. to each other

  478. and money.

  479. They swell

  480. with pride

  481. and can be

  482. intoxicated

  483. with the spoils

  484. of their prosperity.

  485. And Mary sings

  486. that God brings

  487. down those rulers

  488. from their thrones

  489. but she also

  490. calls us

  491. to see

  492. that God

  493. is the greatest

  494. that he should

  495. be the one

  496. that is magnified.

  497. It can seem

  498. like the world

  499. runs on riches

  500. and people's money

  501. but Mary reminds us

  502. that God

  503. is actually sovereign.

  504. God is actually

  505. in control

  506. over all of these.

  507. The great

  508. and rich

  509. and powerful

  510. face the temptation

  511. to lift themselves

  512. up to praise

  513. themselves before God

  514. but this is not

  515. just for those

  516. on thrones

  517. and those

  518. who are mega rich.

  519. Mary's call

  520. is for us

  521. to be hyper aware

  522. to be on guard

  523. that we don't

  524. chase these things

  525. to.

  526. Mary's hymn

  527. is a song

  528. of the powerless

  529. and not the proud.

  530. It's a song

  531. not of expectations

  532. but God's

  533. unexpected grace.

  534. In this whole song

  535. God is the one

  536. who is the subject

  537. of all the verbs.

  538. God is the one

  539. who does the actions.

  540. God is the one

  541. who acts.

  542. Just have a look

  543. with me.

  544. Flick through it

  545. with me.

  546. God is the saviour.

  547. God is mindful

  548. of his servants.

  549. God is the mighty one

  550. who does great things.

  551. God is the one

  552. who extends mercy.

  553. God is the one

  554. who performs

  555. mighty deeds.

  556. God brings down rulers.

  557. God lifts up

  558. the humble.

  559. God fills the hungry.

  560. God sends away

  561. the rich.

  562. God is the one

  563. who helps his servant.

  564. God is the one

  565. who acts.

  566. God is the one

  567. who acts.

  568. God is the one

  569. who acts.

  570. God is the one

  571. who acts.

  572. All religions

  573. in the world

  574. are about what

  575. we do

  576. but the story

  577. of Christmas

  578. reminds us

  579. that it is about

  580. what God has done.

  581. It's not about

  582. what we do

  583. whether I have to be

  584. meditating

  585. to give up

  586. worldly attachments,

  587. act in the right way

  588. to please God

  589. or continue

  590. to go to temple

  591. or church,

  592. follow the right

  593. cultic practices,

  594. to be the sinner

  595. who has to go

  596. from low to high,

  597. from sinner to saint.

  598. Mary's song

  599. flips all that.

  600. Flips the cultural

  601. expectations,

  602. the social expectations.

  603. God is the one

  604. who acts.

  605. He sees our needs

  606. and he starts

  607. a revolution

  608. that reorders reality.

  609. The highest of highs

  610. the great

  611. and mighty God

  612. intercedes

  613. for the lowest

  614. of low,

  615. this young woman

  616. and calls

  617. her blessed.

  618. God ignores

  619. those on thrones,

  620. those who are rich

  621. and important

  622. and he is mindful

  623. of the humble

  624. and lowly.

  625. The almighty

  626. restructures

  627. cosmic reality

  628. for the

  629. un-mighty.

  630. The God

  631. of the magnificent

  632. stands with the

  633. small and weak

  634. and he magnifies

  635. them.

  636. This Christmas,

  637. let's not move

  638. too quickly past

  639. Mary's amazement

  640. that God

  641. would choose her.

  642. God had spent

  643. centuries preparing

  644. for the day

  645. when Jesus would

  646. come and now

  647. he's going to

  648. save the world

  649. using an un-married

  650. young girl.

  651. Mary's words

  652. in that song

  653. should be ours.

  654. He has been

  655. humble of the

  656. mindful state

  657. of his servant.

  658. He has been

  659. mindful of me,

  660. the great one

  661. has done

  662. great things

  663. for me.

  664. He has not

  665. just done

  666. good,

  667. not even

  668. great,

  669. but mighty

  670. things for

  671. me

  672. and for you.

  673. How can we

  674. get to Christmas

  675. and not sit

  676. in this note

  677. of joy

  678. and astonishment

  679. that God

  680. would choose

  681. to bless

  682. me,

  683. that he would

  684. choose to

  685. bless you?

  686. we should

  687. all be like

  688. Mary,

  689. amazed that

  690. God would

  691. work in

  692. us.

  693. We are like

  694. Mary.

  695. Mary literally

  696. received Christ

  697. and carried

  698. Christ in

  699. her,

  700. but for

  701. everyone who

  702. puts faith

  703. in Jesus,

  704. we are like

  705. Mary in

  706. that we

  707. receive Jesus

  708. by the Holy

  709. Spirit and we

  710. carry him

  711. with us.

  712. we should

  713. be floored

  714. that God

  715. would give

  716. us with

  717. all our

  718. smallness

  719. and our

  720. flaws

  721. and our

  722. issues of

  723. pride

  724. this great

  725. gift.

  726. We should

  727. never move

  728. too far

  729. from this

  730. astonishment.

  731. This is the

  732. heart of the

  733. Christian gospel,

  734. that God

  735. would have

  736. grace that

  737. he would

  738. choose me.

  739. When we

  740. are astonished

  741. by this

  742. grace,

  743. it kills

  744. our pride.

  745. it kills

  746. our demands

  747. of God.

  748. It kills

  749. our religious

  750. doing of

  751. things to

  752. please God

  753. and we

  754. are left

  755. in awe

  756. and surprise

  757. and wonder.

  758. Let me

  759. encourage you

  760. to go out

  761. into the

  762. country this

  763. week.

  764. Now I

  765. don't literally

  766. mean go

  767. and find,

  768. go for a

  769. drive out to

  770. Orange or

  771. something,

  772. unless of

  773. course you'd

  774. like to do

  775. that.

  776. Find a

  777. patch before

  778. Christmas.

  779. Find a

  780. place to

  781. sit and

  782. be in

  783. awe of

  784. the God

  785. of the

  786. universe.

  787. To prepare

  788. our hearts

  789. for Christmas,

  790. the reminder

  791. that Jesus

  792. would come,

  793. that God

  794. has done

  795. mighty

  796. things for

  797. me.

  798. So that

  799. we can

  800. magnify

  801. God.

  802. This

  803. Christmas

  804. let's

  805. magnify

  806. God in

  807. our lives,

  808. not just

  809. to have

  810. a nativity

  811. scene in

  812. a small

  813. corner of

  814. the house,

  815. but to

  816. have

  817. Jesus

  818. front and

  819. center in

  820. our lives.

  821. Have you

  822. ever set

  823. something on

  824. fire with

  825. a magnifying

  826. glass?

  827. I know I

  828. certainly

  829. have.

  830. I kind of

  831. feel I need

  832. to go and

  833. find another

  834. magnifying

  835. glass and

  836. show my

  837. kids how

  838. it works.

  839. I don't

  840. necessarily

  841. want to

  842. start a

  843. bushfire in

  844. summer.

  845. There's just

  846. something

  847. satisfying about

  848. starting a

  849. fight.

  850. Anyway,

  851. I can talk

  852. about that

  853. later.

  854. But a

  855. magnifying

  856. glass in

  857. and of

  858. itself,

  859. it has

  860. no power,

  861. no fire,

  862. no flame,

  863. no light

  864. in itself.

  865. But when

  866. you take

  867. that magnifying

  868. glass and

  869. you turn it

  870. on the

  871. right angle,

  872. it magnifies

  873. the sun's

  874. rays and

  875. it ignites.

  876. It causes

  877. a reaction.

  878. Brothers and

  879. sisters,

  880. we have no

  881. power on

  882. our own,

  883. but we

  884. are like

  885. a magnifying

  886. glass in

  887. God's

  888. hands that

  889. he uses to

  890. focus and

  891. direct his

  892. power.

  893. This

  894. Christmas,

  895. as we face

  896. the temptation

  897. to pride,

  898. to greed,

  899. to high

  900. expectations,

  901. let me

  902. call you

  903. to let

  904. God be

  905. the greatest

  906. thing in

  907. your life.

  908. When we

  909. do that,

  910. when we

  911. allow God

  912. to be the

  913. biggest in

  914. our life,

  915. God turns

  916. us to

  917. be like

  918. him.

  919. When we

  920. turn our

  921. face to

  922. him,

  923. God uses

  924. us to

  925. focus his

  926. power through

  927. and so

  928. that when

  929. people see

  930. us,

  931. they don't

  932. just see a

  933. person who

  934. likes martial

  935. arts or a

  936. person who

  937. has three

  938. kids that he

  939. also likes,

  940. but people

  941. see the

  942. great God

  943. of the

  944. universe

  945. and that

  946. it would

  947. cause a

  948. reaction in

  949. people's

  950. hearts,

  951. that love

  952. would flow

  953. out from

  954. us,

  955. mercy and

  956. God's

  957. grace would

  958. extend through

  959. us because

  960. we get the

  961. chance to

  962. magnify the

  963. great God

  964. of the

  965. world.

  966. Turn away

  967. from the

  968. things that

  969. trap us,

  970. turn to

  971. God so

  972. that he

  973. would be

  974. magnified in

  975. us and

  976. through us

  977. to all the

  978. people around

  979. us.

  980. Let me

  981. pray.

  982. Dear

  983. Heavenly

  984. Father,

  985. we thank

  986. you so

  987. much,

  988. Lord,

  989. that you

  990. would be

  991. mindful of

  992. us,

  993. that you

  994. have done

  995. great things

  996. in your

  997. Son,

  998. that because

  999. of Jesus

  1000. we can

  1001. see your

  1002. unmerited

  1003. and undeserved

  1004. grace.

  1005. Heavenly

  1006. Father,

  1007. as we

  1008. head towards

  1009. Christmas,

  1010. end of

  1011. year and

  1012. all of the

  1013. busy things

  1014. that come,

  1015. Father,

  1016. we ask

  1017. that we

  1018. would turn

  1019. our face

  1020. to you,

  1021. that you

  1022. would be

  1023. magnified in

  1024. us and

  1025. through us

  1026. for your

  1027. glory.

  1028. We ask

  1029. this in

  1030. Jesus' name.

  1031. Amen.

  1032. Amen.

  1033. Amen.

  1034. Amen.

  1035. Amen.

  1036. Amen.

  1037. Amen.

  1038. Amen.

  1039. Amen.

  1040. Amen.

  1041. Amen.

  1042. Amen.

  1043. Amen.

  1044. Amen.

  1045. Amen.

  1046. Amen.

  1047. Amen.

  1048. Amen.

  1049. Amen.

  1050. Amen.

  1051. Amen.
