  1. reading tonight from Revelation chapter 21, Revelation 21, read

    Revelation 21 chapter mention

  2. together, the first eight verses.

  3. Let's hear God's word. For those online, the words will

  4. come up and screen. revelation 21:1, And I saw a new Heaven.

    Revelation 21:1

  5. And a new Earth for the first Heaven.

  6. And the first Earth were passed away, and there was no more sea.

  7. And I John saw the holy city. New Jerusalem coming down from

  8. God out of Heaven prepared as a bride adorned for her husband

  9. and I heard a great voice out of Heaven.

  10. Saying behold, the Tabernacle of God is with men and he will

  11. dwell with them and they shall be his people.

  12. And God himself shall be with them, and be their God, and God

  13. shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be.

  14. No More Death, neither sorrow, nor crying neither shall there,

  15. be any more Pian for the former things are passed away and he

  16. that sat upon the throne said, behold I make all things new and

  17. he said unto me. Write for these words are true

  18. and faithful and he said unto me, it is done.

  19. I am Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end I will

  20. give unto him that is athirst. Of the Fountain of the Water of

  21. Life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit

  22. all things and I will be his God and he shall be my son, but the

  23. fearful and unbelieving and the Abominable and murderers and

  24. whoremongers and Sorcerers and idolaters and all liars shall

  25. have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and

  26. brimstone, which is the second death, a man, we know the Lord

  27. and stomp of the soon approved and blessing this reading

  28. official. In precious and infallible word.

  29. I texted Nate is taken from revelation 21:4. and I want us

    Revelation 21:4

  30. to think of the words, Neither sorrow.

  31. You see, this is the third message on the subject, the no

  32. mores of heaven. And here's another thing that is

  33. definitely not find in heaven, neither sorrow, not literally

  34. means no more sorrow. And I ask myself the question as

  35. I looked at those two words, why is there no more sorrow in

  36. heaven? And they was thinking, of

  37. course, of the fact that we live In a beautiful world, a world

  38. that has fallen into and instead of sending a string and yet this

  39. world is a very beautiful place. Let's think of the most

  40. beautiful places in the world that you could visit.

  41. Here's the top of the list. The Giant's Causeway in North

  42. Andhra sure there's no greater place than the Northbound from

  43. coast and the young people are looking forward in the month of

  44. August to go in there. Think of the fairy pools and the

  45. Isle of Skye and Scotland, we're going to revisit the Scotland.

  46. Good Adela Sky. Visit the fairy.

  47. Put what about the Grand Canyon and National Park in the United

  48. States of America? What about Milford saying in New

  49. Zealand? What about the Amazon rainforest

  50. that brother? Bill Woods is experienced and

  51. Pastor? Victor Maxwell mentioned here,

  52. last Sunday evening What about the pyramids in Giza?

  53. Wonderful Construction in the land of one of it.

  54. The Taj Mahal in India. What about Mount few high?

  55. In Japan or Machu Picchu in Peru, where the Victorian Falls

  56. and Zimbabwe in Africa What about all Jerusalem in the land

  57. of Israel. I've been there blown away as I

  58. thought of that ancient silly. What about Antelope Canyon in

  59. the USA? You see, you can visit any of

  60. these places. And I want to tell you all of

  61. them, they are spectacular. They are breathtaking.

  62. When you would be, there you be thinking of your friends, you've

  63. been looking for the Postcard, wish you were here.

  64. Now any of these one places and all of them combined they He'll

  65. into the Shadow. The parent and significance.

  66. In comparing to the glories of Heaven.

  67. What is heaven real? Ali.

  68. I was sitting and they we study in the bedroom for her rules

  69. house. Me.

  70. And I was thinking last date of the death and burial of our dear

  71. friend geum's low. I was thinking of him at 11:20,

  72. because that's the very moment. He Dade Centre de we taxed to

  73. the family. One week and have them tonight

  74. and, you know, was thinking of GM's law could send us a

  75. message, maybe a postcard. If he could get a message out of

  76. Glory, what would it be? Well, surely it would be this.

  77. I wish you were here. I wish you could see this.

  78. This is beyond our wildest dream in imagination.

  79. You see the Bible says in First Corinthians, and in Chapter 2

  80. and in the verse name, listen to the word of God.

  81. This is what it says but as it is written eye hath, Not Seen

  82. Nor Ear, heard neither hath indented into the heart of man,

  83. the things which God hath prepared for them, not love

  84. them. Heaven is a place of no Wars, no

  85. more say no more death, no more sorrow.

  86. And one of the reasons it's beautiful and spectacular.

  87. So different from Earth. Is there's no more sorrow.

  88. That's what we're going to think about, right?

  89. Have 20 minutes, the reality of Sorrow has been removed.

  90. That's the first point when it says, neither sorrow learned.

  91. This the reality of Sorrow has been removed.

  92. There's 101. Sorry. 100 references in the

  93. Bible to the word sorrow. That's a lot.

  94. What is sorrow? The Bible definition, is this.

  95. It means an on easiness or peeing of mind which is produced

  96. by the loss of something good. Produced by a frustrated hope.

  97. Produced by the loss of Happiness produced by the

  98. ability to grave. Now, that's a very good working.

  99. Definition of what sorrow is and every time it's used in, the

  100. Babel 108 references from the first reference Genesis, 3:16 to

  101. the last reference Revelation 21, and for that's the main

  102. thing that we should be thinking about.

  103. And uneasiness or peeing of mind which is produced by the laws of

  104. something good. Produced by a frustrated, hope

  105. produced by the loss of happiness or produced by the

  106. ability to grave You see why? Is there a hundred need

  107. references to sorrow in the Bible if that's the true meaning

  108. and concept and experience of Sorrow, then why is it mentioned

  109. 108 times? I already told you the first

  110. reference is Genesis 3 and verse 16, listen to these words.

  111. And unto the woman, he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow

  112. and thy conception in sorrow. Shalt thou bring forth children,

  113. and thy sorrow shall be to thy. And they desire shall be to thy

  114. husband and he shall rule over thee and unto Adam.

  115. He said, because there was hearkened unto the voice of thy

  116. wife and has eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee saying

  117. Thou shalt not eat of it. Cursed is the ground for thy

  118. sake, in sorrow, shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life.

  119. You see this sorrow? This multiplication of Sorrow to

  120. the woman in childbirth and there's two mentions of Sorrow

  121. here Genesis, 3:16 Genesis 3:17, the very first mention of foot

    Genesis 3:17

  122. and the second mention of it is in connection with sin, you see.

  123. Sorrow is the result of sin. It was part of God's punishment

  124. to to Adam and Eve. They both a dead spiritually.

  125. They both had become Sinners by Nature.

  126. ER, there were also nice Sinners by practice, and, and as a

  127. result of their fallen to a state of sin and mystery God

  128. said to the woman, your sorrow will be multiplied.

  129. In childbirth, and some of you have given birth to Children,

  130. the women folk know the p, and of childbirth, and not only

  131. that, Experienced a time of peeing and anguish, and, and

  132. crying age. But to Adam, the growing was to

  133. be cursed and he was to eat his bread by the sweat of his bride.

  134. And he would have sorrow, even in the labor or off the grind.

  135. And to me, that's a messenger. Sorrow has come into our world

  136. due to sin and the fall into sin.

  137. This biblical, meaning the supplies in the world, because

  138. of sin all the sorrow in the world, from the first mention of

  139. Sorrow to the last. As for a rich, variety of

  140. reasons, can be all Trias back to this ultimate cause to the

  141. fall into sin, you see a New Journey of Life.

  142. Everyone of us Center Center is going to know when experience

  143. sorrow. Man, that is born of woman is of

  144. few days and full of trouble as the Sparks Fly upward and not

  145. trouble will bring sorrow Into the Heart of Mine.

  146. It will be produced by a loss of something good.

  147. They'll be a frustrated, hope along the way.

  148. They'll be a loss of Happiness. They'll be, they experience of

  149. grief that will bring sorrow to your heart and Main turn over

  150. there. To John's gospel.

  151. Look with me for a few minutes at John chapter 16.

    John 16 chapter mention

  152. Lord Jesus. Speaking to his disciples.

  153. He's already said to them, verse 17, then some of his disciples

  154. among themselves. What is this that he saith unto

  155. us a little while and ye shall not see me.

  156. And again, a little while you shall see me.

  157. And because I go to the father, and, and they said, therefore

  158. what is this that he saith the little while.

  159. We cannot tell what he said. You see, here's the eve of the

  160. crucifixion and the Lord. Jesus knows their fears and dice

  161. And he is reformed them in a little while you'll not seeming.

  162. There, wonder what on Earth is happening?

  163. Where's he going on? And then again a little while

  164. you will see me she was going to go away somewhere and he's going

  165. to come back again. What does this all mean?

  166. And they're questioning and here's the the sorrow not of

  167. sin, but here's the sorrow of science.

  168. A little while, you will not see me as a reference to his death

  169. and crucifixion on the cross. And then a little while you

  170. shall see me, I believe is a reference to his resurrection.

  171. And if you look with me at verse 20, we have our John 16 verse

    John 16:20

  172. 20, verily, verily. I say unto you, that ye shall

  173. weep and lament. But the world shall rejoice and

  174. ye shall be sorrowful. But your sorrow shall be turned

  175. into Joy. Ye shall weep and lament ye

  176. shall be sorrowful. But your sorrow shall be turned

  177. into Joy. Here in the Journey of Life

  178. Judas in the disciples entered into the deep valley of peeing,

  179. and woo, and anguish. cruel man, were going to Crucify their

  180. lord. They were going to put him to

  181. death. I trust, you've never seen The

  182. Passion of Christ. I have no desire to, I wouldn't

  183. recommend it. It wouldn't Advocate it, but in

  184. our mind of tried to imagine what brutality and what bharathi

  185. was meted out to Christ and the horrible death of crucifixion,

  186. and I have no doubt that to witness that as the disciples

  187. dead, it would have filled our hearts and Minds with immense

  188. sorrow that they have murdered our Lord to put him to death.

  189. And you think of the impact of the Physical sufferings of

  190. Christ under sorrow that have brought into the hearts and

  191. minds of the disciples. He says, ye shall be sorrowful.

  192. That means filled with sorrow and crais.

  193. Remember is the Man of Sorrows, is I have 53, he is acquainted

  194. with grief. He says, if we use the words of

  195. Lamentations 1 and 12 is an often to you, all you either

  196. pass by beholding, see if there be any sorrow Lake on the my

  197. sorrow which is done unto me for with the Lord have the flicked,

  198. it vein, and the day of his Fierce anger, not only the

  199. sorrow of since, but, but think of the sorrow of the see, if you

  200. are, you think of him and get salmony when he prayed?

  201. And the Bible tells us, he sweated as it were great.

  202. Drops of blood, you think of the sorrow of Christ and cabasa the

  203. Judgment Hall where he's unjustly trade, where he's

  204. beaten, where he's accused for he scourged, Where they plot the

  205. crown of thorns and crush it on to his lovely bride.

  206. And then come from the hair to the sorrow of global growth.

  207. And there they put him to death that horrible death of

  208. crucifixion and he's saying to them without our the world will

  209. rejoice. But ye shall be sorrowful.

  210. You'll see my sorrow because remember, he's the man of

  211. Sorrows and acquainted with grief and the Lord Jesus is

  212. saying. But after that, Your sorrow will

  213. be turned into Joy. You see what's he doing?

  214. He's preparing his disciples for the overwhelming Sorrows of

  215. human life. These next few hours that has

  216. harassed as unjust trial. The beating the mockery, the

  217. scourging, the putting to death, the we world was going to come

  218. crashing die, their hopes and dreams will be shattered the

  219. promised Messiah. Oh, he's now you dead.

  220. And how often is that not a picture of life?

  221. You're we hopes and dreams have been shattered.

  222. Your we world has come crashing Dane.

  223. What do you? Hang your hopes on tonight.

  224. Alexander wait said, thus we often hang heavy weights and the

  225. thinnest of wires, do we not hang our hopes and fragile

  226. things on certain things, transitory things.

  227. We hang our hopes and health, we hang our hoops and wealth.

  228. We hang our hopes and family. We hang our hopes on a few good

  229. meets. We hang our hopes on our homes,

  230. but that's not the real and the proper foundation for Hanging

  231. her hope so, because that's not the real foundation for lasting

  232. Joy. It's totally inadequate.

  233. Jesus said, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy and a

  234. little way you'll still see me and what was not seeing of

  235. Christ. The second time, it was the

  236. doctrine of the Resurrection. One for his death, in a little

  237. while you're not see me, but another little while you will

  238. see me, it's the doctrine of the Resurrection.

  239. And you see, we will have sorrows in this Fallen World and

  240. when our loved ones are taken and death comes unexpected and

  241. were plunged into a state of grief and sorrow on the sting of

  242. grief comes. What would you do?

  243. Could I remind you to expect bereavement and when death

  244. takes, please still be a range of emotions.

  245. One of those emotions as numbness.

  246. That's a common feeling and the early stages there.

  247. So mistake, denial, and disbelief and confusion shock

  248. sadness, anger guilt and despair, we may not even be

  249. prepared for the intense duration of these emotions, your

  250. mood can change all of a sudden you're happy and joyful and the

  251. next you're down. Cask and you're depressed.

  252. That's all normal. That's all hell.

  253. Say, there's there's nothing on scriptural.

  254. There's nothing on spiritual about feeling sorrow, why?

  255. Because Jesus was the Man of Sorrows and acquainted with

  256. grief. Another thing we should do when

  257. we experience bereavement as Have time out for herself.

  258. You'll never stop missing. Your loved one.

  259. You will find it hard to accept. a major loss has come and that

  260. grieving outward is expression of Outlaws, and when you grieve,

  261. you'll experience, Physical difficulty.

  262. Your experience grief psychologically, you know the

  263. experts they talk about four stages of grief, accepting

  264. losses, real to experiencing the pain of grief 3, adjusting to

  265. life, without your loved one for putting energy into a new life

  266. for or something new to maximize their memory.

  267. But I've added a fifth and was this The grief of God's people

  268. is different from the world. You see you over there and first

  269. Thessalonians and 1st Thessalonians, chapter 4 and

  270. verse 13. Paul says this, but I would not

  271. have you to be ignorant Brethren concerning them, which is, which

  272. are asleep that ye sorrow not even as others which have no

  273. hope. Do not sorrow like those who

  274. have no hope. Remember the hoop and Christ,

  275. remember the hope of the Gospel, it's not ungodly to grieve, but

  276. in these stages of grief, let's remember the grief of God's

  277. people as different from the world.

  278. Let me tell you this little story, Campbell Morgan Wells,

  279. preacher Congregational Church when he was 30, there was the

  280. loss of a little daughter in the family.

  281. His wife was heartbroken and so was he 40 years later?

  282. He's preaching. On the subject of Crash, raising

  283. Jairus daughter. He mentioned the loss of his

  284. little girl, despite prayer the little girl wasn't healed.

  285. And he said this, she has been with him and his heart and mind

  286. for all these 40 years. And he said as we measure time

  287. here, I have mr. Every day.

  288. And what has sustained me these 40 years?

  289. Only believe the strength of my redeemer, the security of his

  290. resurrection. The sweetness of reunions to

  291. come I believed not. He wrote in his diary six months

  292. after the little girl died. He was 31 at the time.

  293. Psalm 23 verse 6. Surely goodness and mercy shall

    Psalms 23:6

  294. follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the

  295. house of the Lord forever. And then he wrote after that

  296. verse their new accidents with him, we are all under the

  297. father's government. He felt the strength of that

  298. loss every day for 40 years. And yet he also felt the new,

  299. the sustaining grace of God as he believed in the Redeemer.

  300. The resurrection of the day of reunions, he godly man or not

  301. immune from sorrow, the Lord Jesus was not immune from sorry,

  302. that's why they called him the Man of Sorrows and acquainted

  303. with grief. And you need to fill your mind

  304. with who Christ is and what he's done.

  305. This Resurrection has returned the restoration of all things

  306. and you haven't under your Earth.

  307. There's the sorrow of the word of God, but there's also the

  308. sorrow of the world, a sorrow because of sin, a sorrow that is

  309. where Lee, hi. Many people are too, worldly to

  310. repent. I heard a pretty young woman she

  311. was troubled a bitter said and salvation.

  312. She was troubled about her soul. She wanted to be see if she was

  313. 18. She was attending a Gospel

  314. Mission and one particular night midweek, she was talking to the

  315. preacher and he said about coming and Friday night

  316. mentioned, the young people and those that were taking part and

  317. she said well she would think about it but she wanted to go to

  318. a particular dance and she talked to that preacher about

  319. getting saved and Yet, she mentioned over.

  320. Don't want to go to the dance and the Freddy nature, like a

  321. money obtained, and surely, God wouldn't cut me off.

  322. He, he warned her about putting off the day of salvation, he

  323. stressed to her behold. Now is the accepted time.

  324. Now, is the day of salvation today, if you will hear his

  325. voice Harden, not your heart, he says books, not thyself of

  326. Tomorrow new month wanted a report.

  327. But no matter what he said, she decided Friday night.

  328. I'm going to the dance. She was a beautiful young lady

  329. Carefree. She danced the night away.

  330. Should a good time. Jade.

  331. But eventually she left the Dance Floor, she felt unwell.

  332. Where's the stress? She was thinking, somebody

  333. spiked my drink that. I take some pills that some of

  334. these government wasn't supposed to into headed for the port.

  335. She felt sick and she thought if she got a breath of fresh air

  336. and her friends as she headed to the door, heard a crash, there

  337. was a clatter, she fell in to the broom cupboard number of

  338. buckets, a bucket of water was spelled And she failed into that

  339. bucket. She took a massive heart attack.

  340. You think of her last words to the preacher?

  341. Surely God would not cut me off. And yet it is obtained.

  342. Having spoke to the preacher about her sin, the bitter soul

  343. of a getting saved. While there were sorrow in her

  344. heart for her life state, it wasn't a sorrow under repentance

  345. unto life. Listen to the word of God over

  346. there and second Corinthians chapter 7 and in the verse 9, we

    2 Corinthians 7 chapter mention

  347. read these words written under the pen of the Apostle, Paul by

  348. the Holy Spirit and I Rejoice not that ye were made, sorry,

  349. but the sorrow to repentance for you were made.

  350. Sorry, after goodly manner that ye might receive damage by us.

  351. And nothing sorrow to repentance, there's the sorrow

  352. of The Sinner. I want to move on very quickly,

  353. the river of Sorrow. Has been removed, not only the

  354. reality of Sorrow. But the root of Sorrow has been

  355. removed. For the sorrow stem from well

  356. obvious, isn't it? Stems from death?

  357. Death. Comes we grieve with sorrow.

  358. But in heaven there's no more death.

  359. We've preached a not you can listen to the sermon, it stems

  360. from disappointment, something you believe is going to happen.

  361. Something you believe, even to be the will of God, your prayed

  362. about it, you believe in your heart is going to happen and

  363. then it doesn't work out and you're disappointed.

  364. You experience sorrow. What about stemming from

  365. disillusionment? When something doesn't work, I

  366. hate giving him become better. And you can become angry and you

  367. can turn against God, not turn to him, you can turn against

  368. Jesus Christ, and many people do that.

  369. Here's John 16 in these disciples were confused.

  370. Why? Because it didn't believe that

  371. Jesus Christ was the promised Messiah.

  372. They didn't think that Jesus Christ would come as promised

  373. Messiah to bleed into died in the tree in a little while.

  374. You will not see me. You see, they believed in a

  375. glorious promised Messiah, King of kings and Lord of lords.

  376. Read the land of Israel of the Romans, but they didn't

  377. understand a bit of suffering Messiah.

  378. They hadn't read their Bible, Isaiah 53.

  379. Verse 5 says, he was wounded for our transgressions.

  380. He was bruised for our iniquities.

  381. The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his

  382. stripes We are hated. Who is the, hey, who's the has

  383. asked? The rabbi will tell you the land

  384. of Israel, but it's not. It's a reference to a person.

  385. It's the reference to Christ, but the disciples didn't

  386. understand that. And that's why they became so

  387. disillusioned and despair that it stems from their poverty.

  388. We're living in a fallen world, the whole of creation.

  389. You're well, aware groom's at this moment and time waiting the

  390. return of Christ over there in Romans chapter 8 and verse 20

    Romans 8 chapter mention

  391. and in 22. We read these words.

  392. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not

  393. willingly, but by reason of him have subjected the seamen hope

  394. because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the

  395. bondage of corruption into the Glorious Liberty of the children

  396. of God for. We know that the whole creation

  397. groaneth and travaileth in pain together until my the whole of

  398. creation is groaning and straining waiting for the

  399. Redemption of the body. We're waiting for the return of

  400. Christ we did. For the day of Resurrection.

  401. You and I still live in a fallen world were subject to death
