  1. Good to be with you again this morning and greetings from the Christians who meet in

  2. Fairview Chapel, not too far from here. One of the great dangers I think sometimes of being a

  3. Christian is you think you have all the answers to life and you can carry on virtually on your

  4. own and you don't give it a minute's thought until all of a sudden you kind of stuff up big time and

  5. you get something wrong in life and it's at times like that that you realize actually you can't make

  6. anything of the Christian life unless you really throw yourself on the mercy of God and the power

  7. of his Holy Spirit and I really enjoy this week reading again the passage you've given me. It's

  8. a great passage of scripture, one with a lot of depth to it but one that's really practical and

  9. helpful. I was saying to Graham earlier he was very jealous that I'd been given that passage but I said

  10. to him not to feel too bad because I'm through in Hamilton tonight speaking and they've given me

  11. Genesis 20 to speak on. Now I know from your looks you're thinking what's happened in Genesis 20?

  12. Well what you'll find is a very intriguing story of Abraham meeting up with a king called Abimelech

  13. and the central theme of the story is he passes his wife off as his sister. I've got to talk for 40

  14. minutes on that tonight so anybody who has any suggestions it's not too late there's still a gap in

  15. my in my sermon I'm going to phone the chairman up this afternoon and suggest he picks a couple of really

  16. long hymns to fill in the gaps but so our passage this morning very much more straightforward and

  17. powerful for us. I was really encouraged too when Peter was up earlier flying helicopter because he

  18. talked also about how did he say power like that there you go um and he referred to that period in uh

  19. the experience of the disciples when they'd seen the lord die they'd seen him buried they'd experienced him

  20. alive and then he began for 40 days to teach them and he taught them just two things in these 40 days

  21. isn't that incredible the last 40 days perhaps that he would be with his disciples on earth

  22. he spent two days teaching them firstly about the kingdom of god

  23. and that's really important because that kingdom has started we're living in it and it's stretching out

  24. in front of us and the second thing he taught them was about the holy spirit about god's power

  25. and i want as we go through our passage this morning to think about god's spirit's power

  26. and how it helps us to live as christians for him today so just to get the context before we turn to the

  27. passage we're going to read acts 1 verse 8 you don't need to turn to this you'll know this verse

    Acts 1:8

  28. you will receive power when the holy spirit comes on you what a promise

  29. and you will be my witnesses in jerusalem and in all judea samaria tanzania the ends of the earth

  30. what a challenge so let's turn then to ephesians 3 i have no fancy power point for you so you just

  31. have to listen to me i'm afraid nothing for you to look at on the screen at least i hope not there

  32. you go nothing on the screen for you to look at just me and uh god's god's word let's read ephesians

  33. 3 um let me start at verse 13 um i did have a title actually give me a title the manifold wisdom

  34. of god i'm not sure if i'll bring that in or not other than to say here is the manifold wisdom of god

  35. okay so um there you have title dealt with verse 13 of ephesians 3 i ask you therefore paul writes

  36. not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you which are your glory for this reason i kneel

  37. before the father from whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name i pray that

  38. out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his spirit in your inner being

  39. so that christ may dwell in your hearts through faith and i pray that you being rooted and established

  40. in love may have power together with all the saints to grasp how wide long high deep

  41. is the love of christ and to know this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the

  42. measure of all the fullness of god now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or

  43. imagine according to his power that is at work within us to him be glory in the church and in christ

  44. throughout all generations forever and ever amen power well in a few weeks time there'll be a few people

  45. who have been hoping for power either happy they've got it or disappointed they've missed out on it i guess

  46. we too will be either happy they've got it or disappointed they've missed out on it i do hope by the way that

  47. you'll be voting the right way by which I mean praying there's no political comment in that at

  48. all but we need to pray for things like elections it's important to us my mother-in-law has been

  49. complaining lamentably for weeks now about power different kind of power she's been complaining

  50. about Scottish power anybody here from Scottish power oh there's one person no no she's denying

  51. it she just resigned my mother-in-law's had trouble with her boiler and every time she phones there's

  52. a new drama and it's all the fault of Scottish power well that's not the kind of power that the

  53. apostle Paul here is talking about power is a has been an important word for Paul he's been talking

  54. about power in this letter he's written he's talked about God's incomparably great power kind of hard

  55. to imagine and get your head round doesn't it God's incomparably great power that raised Jesus

  56. from the dead Paul's been talking about it he's just talked also earlier on in this chapter about

  57. how God's power is actually at work in our hearts in the hearts of these Ephesians in your heart and

  58. mind if we know the Lord Jesus isn't that incredible God's power right now today is at work in your heart

  59. and in mine we kind of forget that don't we Paul's prayer comes out of a sense I think that these

  60. Christians he was writing to had got a bit discouraged with life particularly maybe about

  61. what was happening to Paul that they'd heard about his suffering maybe their own and it was getting

  62. them down that kind of happens to us as Christians doesn't it at times we get down we get discouraged

  63. living for Jesus today is sometimes quite hard to do especially when we know in our hearts we've let

  64. God down or perhaps actually we feel sometimes he's let us down now of course that's not the case but

  65. doesn't stop us feeling that way sometimes doesn't it so Paul's prayer here makes the point that

  66. actually discouragement ought not to be what we should feel as Christians because God has given us his

  67. power to live for him and that power as we heard earlier of course is the the presence of his Holy Spirit

  68. in our hearts and in our lives he enters our hearts of course when we we give our lives over to the Lord

  69. Jesus Christ he's given to us his energy if you like his presence and that spirit's purpose is of course to

  70. continue day by day to help us understand more and more of God and to reveal more and more of the Lord

  71. Jesus both to us and also to help us to reveal it to others now our world of course has totally the wrong

  72. idea about power we often see it as something rather negative or overbearing we don't like to think of

  73. something or someone who has power over us but when the New Testament talks about power it's talking about

  74. the tremendous resources of God available to you and I to get things done for God

  75. the English language has great many origins and the word dynamite people say has come from this

  76. Greek word so we immediately think God's power is something that goes bang there I've woken you up

  77. and blows things up and destroys things well of course that's not the idea at all is it

  78. God gives us his power to enable us to live for him and to do what he wants us to do what he has asked us to do

  79. what he has commanded us to do and actually just to help us sometimes day by day live for Jesus

  80. and so as Paul thinks about these slightly discouraged Christians he prays that the power of God's Holy Spirit

  81. would be their very real experience he wants them living beyond their expectation

  82. as I thought about that I did wonder whether our churches today maybe you as an individual need a fresh

  83. realization of that God is at work in your life his power is here in this place do we need that fresh

  84. realization I guess before we are too quick to say yes we need to ask ourselves why is there something

  85. that's stopping God's power either working through us or or working through the church is there something

  86. that's that's just putting a big dampener on how God works is it that we've not left him any room in

  87. our lives to work for you know our lives are so full of other things that are far more important than God

  88. well we've kind of squeezed them out maybe that's the case well as we'll see in a moment Paul will give

  89. us some really important reasons for seeking fresh wind fresh power as as the American pastor Jim

  90. Simbala called it in his book and there's only one real purpose for God's power you know

  91. Paul described it in verse 21 as so there would be glory in his church

  92. Jesus said you'll get this power so that you will be my witnesses

  93. that's why we have God's power oh it's nice to know it's there

  94. but it's not so that we can go around healing people unless you are of course a very talented doctor

  95. in which case God's giving you some gifts there but it's not really for these fantastic experiences

  96. great though they might be you have God's spirit in you so that you can live for Jesus

  97. and when you live for Jesus you will be his witnesses day in and day out

  98. it is isn't it an incredible and humbling thought that the Holy Spirit is the enabling power behind the

  99. witness of the church in the world he is the ability given to Christians for the completion of the great

  100. commission of world evangelization and we've heard a bit about it that's a huge relief it's not down to me

  101. and it's not down to you oh we can do things in the power of God but ultimately it's God's spirit so if we

  102. want to claim this power for ourselves then we better be completely behind the strategy of heaven

  103. which is to win men and women for Christ

  104. let's look at this prayer let's look at verses 16 and 17 as Paul prays here for the power to strengthen

  105. the inner man I pray he says that out of his glorious riches out of God's glorious riches

  106. he may strengthen you with power through his spirit in your inner being so that Christ may dwell in your

  107. hearts through faith

  108. now our culture of course is more concerned with the outer man

  109. gym members keeping fit

  110. anti-aging creams

  111. plastic surgery whatever it might be we've got to look good on the inside it doesn't actually matter if

  112. inside we're rotting away as long as on the outside we're looking good

  113. but that's not God's ambition for us his ambition is that inner man the eternal bit of us

  114. gets stronger and stronger and stronger day by day paradoxically of course as Christians

  115. on the outside we may look terribly weak and rather vulnerable as was in the case of Paul

  116. ill persecuted beaten imprisoned and yet inside he was utterly lion hearted and he would write to the

  117. Corinthian church we do not lose heart he says outwardly we are wasting away and yet inwardly

  118. we are being renewed day by day

  119. why is it the priority of God that the inner man

  120. is strengthened

  121. well says Paul

  122. so that Christ may

  123. dwell

  124. without question I think the most remarkable

  125. fact of scripture is that Jesus Christ himself

  126. through the presence of the Holy Spirit will actually enter a heart and life

  127. settle down

  128. and be at home

  129. there

  130. that's the sense of what Paul means

  131. because to dwell you know is not

  132. what you do as a lodger

  133. or what you do as you rent a room

  134. that's not the sense of what Paul means here

  135. what he means is Jesus Christ has come into a life and he's there to stay

  136. that heart is his

  137. in John 14 we find Jesus talking to his disciples about homes

  138. they had all left their homes for him

  139. he was saying to him that he would shortly leave them and prepare a home for them

  140. meanwhile their hearts

  141. would be the home

  142. for his spirit

  143. oh they find that really hard to understand

  144. until at Pentecost and then they felt that presence didn't they

  145. a tremendous wind

  146. the flames of fire

  147. so demonstrable symbols

  148. God was there

  149. the spirit

  150. had come home

  151. Robert Munger a Presbyterian minister

  152. from a few decades ago

  153. he wrote a wonderful little book entitled

  154. My Heart

  155. Christ's Home

  156. anybody read it

  157. anybody brave enough to put their hand

  158. because you're probably over 50

  159. nobody has

  160. well there you go

  161. My Heart

  162. Christ's Home

  163. in it he pictured his life

  164. as various rooms

  165. so he said Christ came in and I showed him into the library

  166. it was his mind

  167. the control room of the house

  168. and he writes in his book of his embarrassment

  169. embarrassment at Jesus

  170. viewing the books

  171. in his library

  172. the magazines on his coffee table

  173. the films

  174. in his

  175. collection

  176. and he writes

  177. I turned to him and said

  178. Master

  179. I know this room needs a radical alteration

  180. will you help make it

  181. what it ought to be

  182. then he says

  183. we went to the dining room

  184. the place where our appetites

  185. are met

  186. and it dawned on Robert Munger

  187. of all the things he had fed himself on

  188. that were not ultimately satisfying

  189. and in some cases were harmful

  190. and how much he knew then

  191. he needed to feed himself on Jesus

  192. the living room

  193. where he relaxed

  194. put his feet up

  195. he realized how much time he spent

  196. relaxed with his feet up

  197. and how much time he should have spent in prayer

  198. and then he talks most challengingly of all

  199. of the closet

  200. under the stairs

  201. the room is locked

  202. it's dark

  203. and it's where he said

  204. he put things

  205. from his past life

  206. that he found hard to give up

  207. and so he'd locked them away

  208. and he writes in his book

  209. how the Lord came to the room

  210. and asked for the key

  211. and Robert Munger says

  212. you can't go in there Lord

  213. and the Saviour is saying to him

  214. but I need to

  215. it needs cleaned out

  216. and Munger says at that point

  217. he knew he didn't just need to open up

  218. he need to give the title deeds

  219. of the house

  220. to the Saviour

  221. do you see the point

  222. the inner man

  223. is where the Lord Jesus

  224. comes and dwells

  225. and if he's going to come

  226. and he's going to dwell

  227. he's going to own

  228. and we need to give it all to him

  229. there's nothing in there

  230. that we can keep

  231. hidden away

  232. that he doesn't deal with

  233. how much therefore

  234. we need the power

  235. of the Holy Spirit

  236. to strengthen that inner man

  237. to ensure that our hearts

  238. are homes

  239. that Jesus will be at rest in

  240. and that we will be at peace

  241. knowing his presence

  242. the power to strengthen

  243. the inner man

  244. then verses 17 to 19

  245. Paul talks about

  246. the power to love

  247. with that lovely video

  248. at the beginning

  249. it was really clever

  250. Paul here wants us

  251. to know something

  252. that is essentially

  253. unknowable

  254. the amazing quality

  255. and dimensions

  256. of the Saviour's love

  257. we have such a superficial

  258. and small view

  259. of love

  260. even when we grasp

  261. what the Bible says of it

  262. so Paul gives us

  263. a couple of metaphors

  264. to help us understand

  265. what grasping it really means

  266. one is botanical

  267. we've got to be rooted

  268. something is going to grow

  269. really strong

  270. I'm not a gardener

  271. I prefer concrete

  272. but there you go

  273. but if something's going to grow

  274. it needs good roots

  275. apparently

  276. and he gives

  277. an architectural

  278. here as well

  279. he talks about

  280. something that's grounded

  281. that has strong foundations

  282. you want a big building

  283. like this

  284. I guess it has really

  285. strong foundations

  286. you see

  287. when the rubber

  288. hits the road

  289. of our Christian life

  290. or our church life

  291. it's how well rooted

  292. we are

  293. how well grounded

  294. we are

  295. in the love of God

  296. that will help us

  297. and Paul gives us

  298. these limitless

  299. dimensions

  300. of height

  301. and width

  302. and depth

  303. I wanted to break

  304. into that chorus

  305. Jesus love is very wonderful

  306. but I won't

  307. I will empty

  308. the place instantly

  309. but you get the point

  310. don't you

  311. and the reality

  312. is of course

  313. you can get

  314. really low

  315. in life

  316. you can feel

  317. as though

  318. you've committed

  319. the most heinous

  320. of sins

  321. you can feel

  322. as though

  323. your life

  324. has got

  325. just rock bottom

  326. and below rock bottom

  327. and do you know what

  328. the love of God

  329. in Christ

  330. is there for you

  331. or you can have

  332. the most spiritual

  333. high you've

  334. ever had

  335. the greatest

  336. experience

  337. you've ever

  338. had

  339. of Christ

  340. do you know what

  341. there's always more

  342. there's always more

  343. John talks about

  344. Jesus saying

  345. to his disciples

  346. I want to show you

  347. the full extent

  348. of my love

  349. and he

  350. he did it by

  351. you know

  352. by washing

  353. smelly feet

  354. but as a picture

  355. of

  356. of what he would

  357. do on the cross

  358. with arms

  359. outstretched

  360. pinned to a

  361. wooden cross

  362. that's the

  363. extent of the

  364. love of the

  365. Lord Jesus

  366. Christ

  367. I don't know

  368. about you

  369. but

  370. do you know

  371. sometimes I'm

  372. just utterly

  373. speechless at that

  374. that

  375. you know

  376. transcendent

  377. sense of

  378. something that

  379. you really want

  380. to grasp

  381. and yet it's

  382. unknowable

  383. it's too vast

  384. can't understand

  385. it can't get a

  386. head

  387. around it

  388. but you know

  389. when Christ

  390. comes in

  391. and dominates

  392. your life

  393. the one obvious

  394. characteristic that

  395. will be shown

  396. will be love

  397. and just in case

  398. we don't understand

  399. what kind of love

  400. Paul is describing

  401. and why we need

  402. the spirit to

  403. empower us

  404. John would say

  405. this is how we

  406. know what love

  407. is Jesus

  408. Christ

  409. laid down his

  410. life for us

  411. and we ought to

  412. lay down our

  413. life

  414. for our

  415. brothers

  416. but did you

  417. notice something

  418. important there

  419. in verse 18

  420. he says

  421. we have power

  422. he says

  423. but together

  424. with all the

  425. saints

  426. there's something

  427. here you see

  428. about God's

  429. power that

  430. that isn't

  431. individualistic

  432. at all

  433. it's communal

  434. it needs all

  435. of us to

  436. know and to

  437. understand God's

  438. love you can't

  439. do it on your

  440. own

  441. we need

  442. each other

  443. the person to

  444. sit side

  445. needs to tell

  446. you what God's

  447. love has meant

  448. to them this

  449. week because

  450. even if you

  451. felt in a

  452. cold and

  453. difficult place

  454. they can come

  455. and they can

  456. warm your

  457. heart

  458. they might be

  459. able to

  460. demonstrate it

  461. to you in

  462. some way

  463. you see

  464. that's why

  465. church is

  466. really important

  467. for Christians

  468. you think

  469. that's a

  470. terribly obvious

  471. thing to say

  472. but do you

  473. know I get

  474. terribly fed up

  475. with some

  476. folks at

  477. you don't

  478. tell them

  479. that but

  480. do you know

  481. they say to

  482. me I said

  483. to him I

  484. didn't see you

  485. last Sunday

  486. no I was

  487. quite busy

  488. oh that's

  489. funny I

  490. always thought

  491. Sunday was a

  492. day of rest

  493. I was resting

  494. they said I

  495. had a busy

  496. week

  497. do you know

  498. I get cross

  499. I know you

  500. shouldn't but

  501. that's a

  502. daft way to

  503. go on

  504. God has

  505. given us

  506. this vehicle

  507. that we call

  508. church but

  509. he's given us

  510. it as a

  511. community we

  512. need to be

  513. here

  514. there's no

  515. point sitting

  516. in your living

  517. room on your

  518. own relaxing

  519. because you

  520. won't get any

  521. sense of the

  522. love of God

  523. in Christ

  524. that's really

  525. meaningful there

  526. or you might

  527. get a wee bit

  528. of it

  529. but who wants

  530. a wee bit

  531. of anything

  532. would you

  533. not rather

  534. have it

  535. all

  536. John

  537. Stott

  538. wrote

  539. do you

  540. know

  541. it takes

  542. the whole

  543. people of

  544. God to

  545. understand

  546. the whole

  547. love of

  548. God

  549. because as

  550. isolated

  551. Christians we

  552. can only ever

  553. know some

  554. of it

  555. oh and by

  556. the way of

  557. course it's

  558. crucial to

  559. our witness

  560. isn't it

  561. by this

  562. shall all

  563. men know

  564. that you

  565. are my

  566. disciples

  567. that you

  568. have

  569. love

  570. for each

  571. other

  572. I hope

  573. Bellevue

  574. will listen

  575. to the

  576. tape

  577. I don't

  578. suppose they

  579. will

  580. they're

  581. probably

  582. glad to

  583. be shot

  584. of me

  585. for a

  586. day

  587. here's the

  588. last point

  589. verses 20

  590. to 21

  591. it's a wee

  592. doxology at

  593. the end of

  594. Paul's prayer

  595. I don't know

  596. what your

  597. prayers end

  598. up like

  599. mine usually

  600. end up a

  601. kind of

  602. confusion of

  603. words and

  604. I thought I

  605. better get

  606. on I'm

  607. going to

  608. work

  609. Paul has

  610. time to

  611. kind of

  612. give us

  613. this wonderful

  614. doxology

  615. that really

  616. is all

  617. about a

  618. power

  619. to do

  620. so we

  621. thought about

  622. a power

  623. to strengthen

  624. our inner

  625. man we

  626. thought about

  627. a power

  628. to love

  629. here's a

  630. power to

  631. do because

  632. the heart

  633. of Paul's

  634. prayer is

  635. not that we

  636. know something

  637. but that

  638. we do

  639. something

  640. we serve

  641. here a

  642. God of

  643. no limits

  644. now maybe

  645. you're sitting

  646. there and

  647. you're thinking

  648. you know

  649. what I'd

  650. be really

  651. happy if

  652. I could just

  653. accomplish the

  654. things I

  655. know about

  656. the things I've

  657. been praying

  658. about the

  659. things I've

  660. been thinking

  661. about here's

  662. Paul telling

  663. me about

  664. things I

  665. haven't even

  666. imagined about

  667. he wants

  668. us to do

  669. but you see

  670. the point

  671. it's not

  672. about us

  673. it's not

  674. about you

  675. it's not

  676. about me

  677. it's not

  678. about what

  679. we can do

  680. because you

  681. know what

  682. we can do

  683. now that

  684. means nothing

  685. to our

  686. Tanzanian

  687. friends

  688. we can do

  689. nothing on

  690. our own

  691. anything

  692. we do

  693. for Christ

  694. is done

  695. in his

  696. power

  697. at work

  698. in us

  699. and someone

  700. once said

  701. you know

  702. what would

  703. you attempt

  704. for God

  705. if you knew

  706. you couldn't

  707. fail

  708. if you just

  709. knew it

  710. wouldn't work

  711. what would

  712. you do

  713. maybe you'd

  714. go off to

  715. Tanzania

  716. maybe you'd

  717. just talk to

  718. your neighbour

  719. about the

  720. Lord

  721. maybe this

  722. morning you'd

  723. open your

  724. heart up to

  725. the Lord

  726. Jesus Christ

  727. and you could

  728. say come

  729. in

  730. come in

  731. I think

  732. too easily

  733. we allow

  734. ourselves to

  735. doubt and

  736. limit the

  737. power of God

  738. to accomplish

  739. all that he

  740. wants to do

  741. through you

  742. and through

  743. me

  744. we have a

  745. God of no

  746. limits

  747. again John

  748. Stott says

  749. he is able

  750. to do more

  751. than we can

  752. ask or

  753. think or

  754. imagine

  755. for his

  756. expectations

  757. are higher

  758. than ours

  759. and he

  760. does not

  761. give his

  762. grace

  763. in calculated

  764. measures

  765. well

  766. is Christ

  767. at home

  768. in your

  769. heart

  770. have you

  771. made that

  772. commitment

  773. maybe you've

  774. tried you

  775. know maybe

  776. you've

  777. you've prayed

  778. that the

  779. Lord would

  780. come in

  781. and hasn't

  782. really felt

  783. as if he

  784. has

  785. maybe it's

  786. because you've

  787. got a closet

  788. and there's

  789. something in

  790. there that

  791. you've got

  792. buried away

  793. and you need

  794. him to take

  795. ownership of

  796. that as

  797. well

  798. we often

  799. times have

  800. those experiences

  801. in our life

  802. when we

  803. we just need

  804. to get things

  805. right with

  806. God

  807. by his

  808. spirit

  809. he gives

  810. us that

  811. strength

  812. to do

  813. that

  814. are you

  815. willing to

  816. allow him

  817. to fill

  818. your life

  819. what with

  820. love

  821. yeah

  822. what about

  823. this church

  824. is it to be

  825. filled with

  826. the love of

  827. God

  828. such that we

  829. love one

  830. another

  831. such that others

  832. see the love

  833. we have for

  834. one another

  835. and such that

  836. we love

  837. others

  838. who are not

  839. yet part

  840. of Christ's

  841. great kingdom

  842. are we going

  843. to be his

  844. witness

  845. testifying to

  846. his glory

  847. seeking his

  848. grace

  849. may God bless

  850. his word to

  851. us

  852. and I trust

  853. he will bless

  854. all that this

  855. church seeks

  856. to do for

  857. him

  858. let's pray

  859. together

  860. our father

  861. God we

  862. thank you for

  863. the coming of

  864. the Lord

  865. Jesus Christ

  866. we thank you

  867. for the way

  868. he came and

  869. he lived and

  870. he identified

  871. with us as

  872. human beings

  873. we thank you

  874. for the fact

  875. that he died

  876. that he took

  877. my sins on

  878. Calvary he

  879. dealt with

  880. him we thank

  881. you that he

  882. rose and that

  883. now he is

  884. ascended in

  885. heaven he's at

  886. your right hand

  887. and father we

  888. thank you that

  889. we are not

  890. alone he

  891. hasn't left

  892. us that in

  893. our hearts we

  894. have your

  895. spirit father we

  896. claim him we

  897. own him we

  898. ask for him to

  899. come and to

  900. anoint us yes

  901. but to live

  902. within us we

  903. turn over our

  904. hearts and lives

  905. to him as

  906. individuals this

  907. morning yes but

  908. also corporately

  909. as fellowships

  910. whether here at

  911. Brunsfield or at

  912. Bellevue or any

  913. of the other

  914. churches in

  915. Edinburgh father

  916. may they be

  917. spirit filled

  918. and spirit

  919. empowered places

  920. of worship

  921. that this city

  922. this land

  923. might be claimed

  924. again for

  925. Scotland for

  926. God father we

  927. thank you for

  928. the growth of

  929. your church in

  930. other lands we

  931. thank you for

  932. the growth in

  933. Africa for the

  934. growth in South

  935. America for

  936. even that growth

  937. in China and

  938. in other lands

  939. Lord we want

  940. that growth here

  941. we want to see

  942. people streaming

  943. into our

  944. churches

  945. we want to

  946. see people

  947. turning this

  948. land upside

  949. down again

  950. because of

  951. you and we

  952. might have a

  953. part to play

  954. in that

  955. war

  956. release us

  957. we ask

  958. in Jesus

  959. name

  960. Amen

  961. Amen

  962. Amen

  963. Amen

  964. Amen

  965. Amen

  966. Amen

  967. Amen

  968. Amen

  969. Amen

  970. Amen

  971. Amen

  972. Amen

  973. Amen

  974. Amen

  975. Amen

  976. Amen

  977. Amen

  978. Amen

  979. Amen

  980. Amen
