  1. Amen. Can we pray before we see Father breasts the world speak speak speak

  2. to us or Holy Spirit. I pray that you open our ears to hear.

  3. I used to see what you're doing in our time and in our season.

  4. Speak and encourage yoursel God, renew our faith, revive our hope through

  5. your world. In Jesus name and everyone say Amen, you may take your

  6. seat. It's so good to be back here. Thank you so much.

  7. Passon Joel, Thank you for so much. Passon dying. Are these are

  8. amazing? Amazing passons? Can we celebrate them? Please? Yeah? Well,

  9. I wish I was in Uganda. We celebrate our pastors. You are

  10. coming in September. If they don't like you anymore, I'll keep you in

  11. Uganda. That's so good to be here. Greetings from Uganda, Greetings for

  12. my family. I've been here for about two months now, one month to

  13. go go back end of June. I missed my family, but it's one

  14. of those things you've got to go to do for When you sign up for

  15. ministry, you sign up for sacrifice, so it's one of the things.

  16. But gracing for my family. My wife, the same wife I had last

  17. time, was here. She still with me and UH two kids and my

  18. daughter just turned twenty three this uh this last week and my son is seventeen.

  19. Last match, so growing family even Wow this you are an amazing church.

  20. You are as I travel through the US, you are an amazing church,

  21. very very special and very very different. Uh. The way you approach

  22. world missions local to Globo is just amazing. I know a lot of churches

  23. that have kicked missions out of their programs and whatever they do, they want

  24. to focus right building greater churches. But you guys amazing. Thank you pass

  25. a Joel for your passion, for your intesty on missions, world dimissions thinks.

  26. Thanks doing and as this church maybe many of you don't know, but

  27. as being very very instrumental in our minutes back in Africa in helping us to

  28. do a lot of projects that we do for many many years. Supported um

  29. Papa and Mama study for many many years. And now you sent us the

  30. Jefferies as she as you had. They are coming to serve with us and

  31. we are going to put them to work. Thank you so much for sending

  32. them to our way and we are so grateful and all the project that you've

  33. done in Uganda in Africa in general. Thank you so so much. Uganda.

  34. It's just an amazing country we are. Uganda is the size of the

  35. state of Oregon, but now we are forty five media and Ugandans. Yeah.

  36. Also people you come to Compile, you have more people working on the

  37. street than cars. You come here and you're more cars more than people.

  38. That but that's Uganda and so and our under our population to our forty five

  39. million, and fifty percent of that is under the age of eighteen right now.

  40. So we happen to be the second youngest population in the world. And

  41. uh so, we have lots of kids and our ministry is leading involved in

  42. building schools. We have twenty four primary schools right now and each school is

  43. avileging two hundred kids. There are about almost five and five thousand kids that

  44. we minister two every week through out Uganda in our schools. You need to

  45. understand when we talk about school, they come from all kinds of background,

  46. Muslims and they believers whichever. But when they come to our schools, we

  47. opened school in the morning with prayer, we read the Bible, they get

  48. to sing Jesus. We don't care whether you're a Muslim or atheists. Or

  49. whatever you are, you'll go to pray in the name, in the name

  50. of Jesus. And you know how powerful the name is. You can only

  51. pray and say the name a few times before you get addicted and taken over

  52. by the name. So many of those kids that are now born again and

  53. they come through our schools seven years. By the end of seven years,

  54. you know, many of them are spilled the field. They know the world,

  55. they know we teach them out to pray. When you come, we

  56. shall ask our kids to lay hands on you. We now run about in

  57. our fellowship. We run about three hundred six or seven churches in the fellowship

  58. that I lead and are a vileging two hundred people per church. That's almost

  59. ten thousand people with minutes are two throughout Uganda every week. And those churches

  60. are planting more churches, reaching out to their only communities and doing a lot

  61. of work. Feears back this church. Passon, Joe, you got behind

  62. one of our major churches, Passer Helen, a Passer Jacob and Helen in

  63. the cumuland you helped us build the school for that community. It's outstanding.

  64. It's the biggest Christian school in that community. As reaching a lot of kids,

  65. and the well and everything you did in that community who outlasts us all

  66. and many many kids are going to be blessed through generations. The school will

  67. never go away. It would be a blessing to the community for many many

  68. years to come. And so we are not only living for today, but

  69. we are looking to the future. And that's what the church should be.

  70. All of us should be looking to the future for whatever we do. And

  71. so building schools we don't we don't gain even in our organization. We don't

  72. build these schools for profit. We build them to benefit the community, to

  73. educate our people. And so many of those kids have been being educated,

  74. and we are changing a nation. If you give a kid two things.

  75. One, if you give them Jesus and give them education, the sky is

  76. the limit. They can do anything. They can become anything. And so

  77. thank you again, so somnd for getting involved in those projects. And may

  78. the Lord bless you so much. Pass A doing many many years ago uk

  79. him and gave us a teaching and recover life. I see use your teaching

  80. is such a powerful tool in the hands of that is working so much confusion

  81. and so much abuse. But your teaching. I took a free young people

  82. through the teaching and I gave and I set them free to go and now

  83. they're using it. The Universities Mcallary is our biggest university and we have a

  84. fellowship. We have a young man who is a former Muslim that is part

  85. of my pastoral team now. But he the Lord gave him a vision to

  86. go and start a fellowship, not a church, in downtown Comparer. So

  87. they meet every Monday, every Monday night and he gathers people and churched people

  88. from all kinds of background and he prays with him and teaches the world.

  89. And now recently he was able to pay natured through the universities and he's busing

  90. university students into the fellowship every Monday. And guess what, there's just so

  91. much abuse that people don't talk about when you go closer to people, and

  92. there's a coming one on one. That teaching is helping us, our Lord,

  93. So thank you so much for taking time to write them that program that

  94. is setting people free. Amen. Well, um, I need to read

  95. the Bible right yeah, because see some of you looking at me. Is

  96. that in the Bible? No? But it's what the Bible does. But

  97. let's read the Bible. In Matthew twenty eight, verse eighteen. Matthew twenty

  98. eight and verse eighteen, Jesus says, and Jesus came, The Bible says,

  99. and Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, all authority has been

  100. given to me in heaven and earth, God the lafol and make disciples of

  101. all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son,

  102. and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I've commanded you.

  103. And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of

  104. the age. Amen. Now this is one of the most profound scriptures in

  105. the Bible. This is Jesus after res election. You know, if you

  106. last apol, we were able to celebrate Easter, the resurlection of the Lord,

  107. so you know how he suffered. He was chrisified. But on the

  108. third day he came out. And when he came out, he go he

  109. appeared to the disciples. Jesus never appeared to anyone who did not believe after

  110. the res election. He only appeared to those who believed in including his disciples.

  111. And when he met them, he made this profound fundamental statement. He

  112. said, all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

  113. No one in history has ever made such a statement. We had a present

  114. in Uganda. You mean that he tried to be a life present in Uganda.

  115. He lasted eighty years. We have had dictators all over the world that

  116. have tried to rule in their time and controlations, but they are all gone.

  117. No one remembers them. But Jeezus stands up and makes a profound fundamental

  118. statements. All authority, not one here in on earth, but in heaven,

  119. has been given to me. Now for you to understand the power in

  120. that statement, you need to understand this is a military statement their own military

  121. generals can make after conquering territories. If you guys live, are used to

  122. live in a democracy still, I believe you still do. But you also

  123. need to understand. For some of us who come from Africa, we are

  124. used to live in kingdoms and in the kingdom living and the king. Your

  125. opinion doesn't leading matter, doesn't count. It's only in the democracy you got

  126. a voice. You can say whatever you want, whether it will be done

  127. or not. But in the kingdom, the king is your authority and whatever

  128. he says, it goes no question, no debate, no opinion, and

  129. so gee. When Jesus stands up and say all authority has been given to

  130. me, he's making a militarist segment, telling that I have conquered. I

  131. have authority over life, over creation, I am in charge. I am

  132. the king. Anything else is under my feet. I wish you'll wake up

  133. and I understand that this is Jesus swirling in after winning a war, and

  134. he says all authority nonsund not over the US, not over seat. All

  135. authority, including politics, economy, or fears of influence, power belongs to

  136. God. And that's seriality. The church needs to wake up too and understand

  137. we belong to a kingdom that has a king that is in charge of human

  138. affairs. He's not dead, he's known forgotten. He's still in charge.

  139. As as as I move around your nation, I feel the fear, I

  140. feel the darkness, I feel the trained your national is taking. It sounds

  141. like you are going where Africa is coming from. Used to be so dark

  142. in Africa, but Africa is coming out. And for some reason, I

  143. don't know why you your nation is trying to walk back backward. But I'm

  144. telling you, when I read this scripture, I get excited. We are

  145. living in exciting times. The darkness may be covering this nation, but let

  146. me tell you something. God is still on the throne. Jesus still still

  147. has authority and power. No one can vote him out. He has no

  148. term limits on the throne. I'm just encouraging you to wake up because many

  149. of you in the church are walking in fear. You are so scared about

  150. what's coming, about what's next. There is an uncertainty all over the world.

  151. But one thing we are sure a lot. The Word of God is

  152. true. It never changes. Jesus said, Oh, authority has been given

  153. to me. Then he turned to his fible disciples that has been hiding,

  154. that had been hiding in hiding for a few days. Peter, the chief

  155. spokesman, had denied these or three times fifty days before. He turned to

  156. them and said, they are for Go in my name, he says,

  157. in maxis and in my name, go and make disciples. He tells them,

  158. not on only small villages or small town he says, go and disciple

  159. nations. That's a big responsibility right there, to tell twelve former fishermen to

  160. disciple nations. I don't know whether Peter could write and read, but I

  161. guess he did. But it was given as such an assignment to disciple nations,

  162. something bigger than himself. All the apostles, the twelve Apostles, we

  163. know their names, but some of them we don't know what they said.

  164. But Jesus turned to them and tell them trust them because of his power,

  165. not depending on their ability, but his power, he says. He turned

  166. to them and said, all authority has been given to me that in my

  167. name, if you go in my name, you concarnations, and you disciple

  168. them. And these two of guys they believed what Jesus told them. He

  169. saw the record. They went out of Jeosalem and scattered all over the known

  170. world and started preaching the Gospel everywhere. Jesus didn't. Peter denied jes Are

  171. three times in the Gospels, but in the Book of a Chapter two,

  172. the Bible says, when the day of Pentecost had fully come, the Holy

  173. Spirit descended on them, and people started mocking them. Guests who stood up

  174. and spoke boldly. It was Peter. And in first Crusade, three thousand

  175. people got born again. The next time Peter preachers, five thousand get born

  176. again. In less than a month, the church had grown to almost ten

  177. thousand people. Why all authority in heaven was given to the name of Jesus,

  178. that we ever believed in Him shall not plish. And so these guys

  179. believed, and they went everywhere approaching. And so I just want to wake

  180. you up to the reality that we are living in a time when God is

  181. about to burst out on the Church again with an outpouring of we spread upon

  182. each one of us, and we really need to get ready. The darkness

  183. is not just something that should scare us. A darkness should only be a

  184. reminder to each one of us that we need to position ourselves, get ready

  185. weight for the outpouring, and then be ready to be used whichever where God

  186. is calling you to be used. But this is not a time to hide,

  187. This is not a time to run. This is a time for you

  188. to realize either or authority still belongs to the name of Jesus. I know

  189. your nation is changing laws, and but you're reading the Bible staff like this

  190. happened all over history. Remember the Book of Esther. Esther lived in a

  191. country in a time when they wanted to kill all the Jewish people. But

  192. Mordecai reminds Eston says, but you are in the Kingdom for such a time

  193. as this. You are not just a queen. So you can enjoy yourself

  194. and forget your paying and forget where you come from, your position for God's

  195. purposes, and esther to be woken up, because you know, when you

  196. go through so much suffering and you hit the jackpot, you think God did

  197. it for you. But let me tell you something. Everything God does,

  198. it is for his glory. Everything God gives you, it is for his

  199. use. Every blessing, every everything that God will put in your hand is

  200. for the glory of his name. And it's about time the church works up

  201. to this reality that God is positioning you in that job, in that company,

  202. in that home, in that malage, wherever you are, God is

  203. positioning you just use you for His kingdom purposes. And so Essa wakes up

  204. and I like what she said when she was so you need to go in,

  205. and she said I can't, I'm not invited. And mordeca Is said,

  206. well, if you refuse salvation, who come from another source, But

  207. you and your father's house might polish as she wakes up and say, I'm

  208. going to I'm going to go in. If I Polish, I Polish.

  209. That's a kind of faith each one of us needs to build right now.

  210. If I Polish, I Polish need to get ready for that. If I

  211. Polish, I Pelish, you need to be ready. That's what the Great

  212. Commission called us. Peter and his friends were all except one, that we're

  213. muttered that we are killed for the cause of the Gospel, that we are

  214. ready. You read another another character in the Bible, Daniel. Daniel lived

  215. in the kingdom that was so under darkness over a thousand fallen forced gods.

  216. And one day Daniel wakes up and the king comes up with a very weird

  217. idea. He said, I'm going to make us at you and everyone in

  218. this kingdom that he has the sound of a trumpet shall bow down and worship

  219. this idol. A. Daniel says, no, I live for the living

  220. God. I have the King of kings leaving me. I worship no other

  221. god but Jehovah. And he was told him, well, will kill you

  222. if you refuse. Daniel refused, bowed, and his friends a mesad and

  223. bend. They refuse, bow down too the statue, and the king called

  224. the Bible says. The King called the three boys and says, do you

  225. understand what you're doing? Do you understand the power that I have in me?

  226. I can throw you in the funnace and you'll be bad. And the

  227. boys said, oh, King, we totally understand how powerful you are.

  228. But you also need to understand the God that we serve can save us.

  229. How many people believe God can save in every situation, in any situation.

  230. But I like what they added on. Then you said, I but even

  231. if it doesn't, because faith gives you that extra point. Even if it

  232. doesn't, He is able to save. But even if it doesn't, will

  233. not worship another God. That's the kind of faith you need in Washington right

  234. now. You need it you otherwise, you guys, when the fire gets

  235. going, the fearful will lose. The fearful well, never see them again.

  236. I remember sold told in Uganda during he the mean Dada, he said,

  237. we can't have painted costals of Bonn again Christian and destination. And there

  238. all this particular church full gospel. They call it full gospel. They said,

  239. we will continue to fellowship and a solid sold one day a person.

  240. A few if you believers were in the church praying, and the soldiers came

  241. and surrounded the church, and the soldiers said, okay, if you are

  242. born again, come this side. If you are not, come to this

  243. side. And the person was the first to say I am born again,

  244. except on one side, and the majority of the people said I'm not.

  245. They said, well, I will deny Jesus now and repent later when I

  246. go out of the building. Guess what. The soldiers looked at the people

  247. will deny Jesus and told you are the people who are confusing us. So

  248. they arrested all those who deny Jesus and took them to prison and never appeared

  249. again. You need to be strong for your faith and you don't need to

  250. be fearful. This is a time for boldness people. We are getting in

  251. a time where we need to stand up and say he will save us.

  252. But if it doesn't, we will know. We will not bow down to

  253. this stupidly law that they are coming up with. Will not bow down to

  254. whatever they are forcing our kids to do. We refuse in the name of

  255. Jesus. And you need to have that faith. If I polish, I

  256. polish, If he serves, it will save me body. If he doesn't,

  257. I am determined to go all the way. That's the kind of faith

  258. you need to develop in the US. And the time is now, you

  259. don't have a a lot of time is getting darker. But the darkness is

  260. a stage for the show of power. And guess who has the power?

  261. The Church in him. We have the power. The church doesn't lose.

  262. Why because the Master is on the throne. So I just wanted to bring

  263. a challenge to you this morning, also to wake you up and realize that

  264. we are not a people to hide. We are not a people to be

  265. scared of anything. We are not called to fear. We are We've not

  266. been given a spirit of fear. We have Cross sitting on the inside of

  267. us. And he is a Lord of Lord, the master of nature,

  268. the Lula, the king of kings. Every dominion, throne and power is

  269. under him. He has the power and you happen to know him. And

  270. so I want to challenge you that during this next the next month, you

  271. need to start realizing who you are and so doing missions. And as we

  272. use the Great commission Matthew twenty eight eighten go into the world and make disciples.

  273. I believe this is um. We've seen this happen in Africa and it's

  274. been such a It has brought such a fundamental change in many of our communities

  275. all over Africa, everywhere we went. This book that I wrote about my

  276. story, it happens in a small village called Massulater. I lost part of

  277. my family during the civil war there, my sister, my grandfather, my

  278. many other latives that I knew that you were killed during the war. But

  279. the Lord took me back after after Bible college. After I came and lived

  280. with Mama Sudan and Pap around took me through high school, Bible college.

  281. The Lord sent me back to that village, that small community, and told

  282. me go and planty church. And when I went back there with my wife,

  283. everyone who came to our church had the same story like mine. They

  284. had lost their families gone through the war. But the Lord had taken me

  285. out and healed me and sent me back to bring hitting to my people.

  286. And I'm telling you that community there has been changed by the preaching of the

  287. Gospel. It is different. Twenty years later, you go there, you

  288. cannot trace whatever we found there at the beginning God. The gospel is the

  289. power of God to save. And I can tell you individual stories of what

  290. God did. Let me finish with a few as successful stories. When I

  291. when I just went in through that village, there was one evening I was

  292. in my house and I got a knock on my door and there was this

  293. lady with two kids. She had just lost a husband to suicide. He

  294. found out he had AIDS and he couldn't live with it, so he took

  295. his own life. And say a few weeks later, this one woman walks

  296. to my house and she knocks on my door in the evening and told me,

  297. do you have Jesus? I said yes, and she told me I

  298. want you Jesus. So she got born again and she started coming to chat.

  299. A few months down the road, she got very, very sick,

  300. and she's at the point of death. She went. She goes into Comma

  301. and her family, the girls around and they said things they're not supposed to

  302. say during her time in Comma. When she came out, she knew what

  303. they had said. She called me and told me, when I die,

  304. I'm not leaving my kids without my family. I'm giving them to you.

  305. She died a few weeks later, and I took the two kids, a

  306. boy and a girl, and I took them in my house. Me and

  307. my wife, we raised those two kids. We took them to school.

  308. Well, they grew up and received a great education. Right now they the

  309. girl is married with three kids. And the boy, the young man Isaac,

  310. he just found an American girl, got married and now they live in

  311. Roseberg, Roseberg, Oregon. And he's a worship leader. Before he left,

  312. Uganda was our main worship leader. And Uganda he did music in school

  313. and he's a very talented young man. He has recorded worship music. You

  314. can find his musical Apple Music, and you can enjoy his worship. But

  315. when he first came to me, he was just an orphan total opened,

  316. no further, no mother, and I had no idea that it will turn

  317. out to be such an instrument and instrumental person in our ministry. He's now

  318. writing music that we're using even in our mean in our men in our churches

  319. who to worship the Lord. And so when you support mission causes like this,

  320. you never you you will never put faces on the way like that.

  321. But they are faces behind and they are individuals, they are real people behind

  322. what you give, and you will never see everywhere every kid getting water from

  323. that world. But they are hundreds of kid that will come to draw water

  324. from those worlds and they will be thankful that you gave. And so I

  325. just want to encourage you that this thing is real. And when you give

  326. the money to us, to our organizers, and we just don't just give

  327. away the water that give. We give you water, and we give you

  328. Jesus. We take you to school and we preach Jesus because it's not just

  329. about giving. It's the mainly cause saving souls. Because everything else will pass

  330. away by one thing will remain the people that we bring to the Kingdom who

  331. be with us in heaven. So day when everything is said and done and

  332. we gather in heaven, that would be hundreds of Africans. And I can

  333. tell you right now that you Americans, I will never come to your corner

  334. during worship because the way you worship, you stand the suit during good music.

  335. Africans who we dance, we raise hand. We need the space for

  336. worship. So I told myself doing worship in heaven, I'll go to the

  337. African side. But I can't wait pass a jeer when we get to heaven.

  338. All these kids would be hanging around you and saying, oh, I

  339. went to the school you build. I drank from the well you dug.

  340. I went to school because of what everything you did is because you gave that

  341. I made it to heaven. There are many stories that I can't tell you

  342. right now. Now we can give you a financial countability for what you give,

  343. but spiritual countabilities why you need to go to heaven. There will be

  344. hundreds of people from Korea, from England, You, Ganda, Vietnam,

  345. all these nations will be presented here. Let me tell you something, people,

  346. the Kingdom of God is so civil, alive and kicking. And I

  347. want to encourage use this morning. If you, if you you you you

  348. are still doubting that you need to give to missions. This is the reason

  349. why we exist at the church, to build the kingdom, not only here

  350. in Fife, but all over the world. Because Jesus said, go,

  351. and he told them in the Book of Arcs one eighty said first in Jailousalem,

  352. then you dare, then Samaria, and to the utter ends of the

  353. world. He sent them everywhere, and so this is what we live for

  354. the only reason why we're here. The Church is to build the Kingdom,

  355. whatever it takes. The only reason why we exist as the church is to

  356. build the kingdom. And the way we build the kingdom we give to missions.

  357. We come to mission. Those of you that have been on a mission

  358. field, I can tell you your life has never been the same. When

  359. I walk into the church, I can tell who has ever been on a

  360. mission field and who has never been. There's always a difference. So that's

  361. all I had to say today. If you need, if you can't buy

  362. a book, just speak a copy and take it and read. I hope

  363. the book blesses you. Back passenger
