  1. Word. We thank you that you are present in your

  2. word to inspire to enthuse the You know the word enthusiasm,

  3. It means you know that it comes from in Theosism. Enthusiasm

  4. comes from in theos God in you, God in you.

  5. Enthusiasm comes from God. When God gets in you, it

  6. lights you up. You are enthused. When God is in you,

  7. as you welcome, as you allow, as you receive from God,

  8. then a passion, a flame, a fire comes alive within

  9. you that nothing else can compare to. So God, we

  10. just receive in Theosism. We receive enthusiasm today, Holy Spirit,

  11. we welcome you life, eat up our hearts, light up

  12. our hearts. We give you the praise for it in

  13. Jesus name. Everybody said, we we spoke a little bit

  14. about royalty last week, and I want to we'll just

  15. spend a couple of minutes on that royalty royalty versus religion,

  16. or royalty versus slavery, or royalty versus performance orientation. And

  17. I had a couple of stories on that that for

  18. the at the risk of telling too many stories of

  19. which usually I'm just absolutely dry on stories. But then

  20. Holy Spirit sometimes gives me these stories and I'm like,

  21. thank you, Holy Spirit, I needed that. But I'll tell

  22. you story, and tell you a quick story that'll lead

  23. you to another story. They're both voting stories, which is odd.

  24. But that's good. Good, that's good. When we had a

  25. labrador for seven years, every story was a lab story,

  26. remember that, Remember Lily the lab We had so many

  27. lab stories. It was good, it was wonderful. But this

  28. one here, this one here is a story about we

  29. had a we had a doctor associate. And this doctor

  30. treated me and many of the family members and so

  31. and it wasn't like a health doctor. It was you know,

  32. I don't know, I don't want to tell too much

  33. of the story, but something to do with helping you

  34. look better. That kind of a doctor, right, And so

  35. then we spent a lot of time at this doctor's office.

  36. And then one of our kids became best friends with

  37. their kids. Well, this doctor is super successful and extremely wealthy,

  38. owns twelve or twenty homes all over the place, and

  39. where they would go and lived in a big mansion

  40. on South Hill with a swimming pool. And then they

  41. also had a lake house and I live in my

  42. lake house. They just had it as an extra house

  43. and so you know, back in the day, the kids

  44. were younger, and I was spending enough time at this

  45. office that there was some association going on, and he

  46. was a believer, Like they were really strong believers. And

  47. so one day they invited us to the lake house.

  48. So Joel and I they were invited us to the

  49. lake house. Well, you know, we love that lake, lake taps,

  50. We loved the lake, but we didn't you know, I

  51. think we had jet skis at the time, but we didn't,

  52. you know, I mean, we were more like po folks,

  53. you know, he po folks, So we were, you know,

  54. po folks. So they're so poor that they're missing the R, right,

  55. they can't even afford the R. They're just po folks.

  56. So yeah, that's a Joe Simms joke right there. So

  57. the invited stuff at the lake house, well just somehow,

  58. and I don't know if this has ever happened to you,

  59. but I'm suspecting it has. Is that we have religious

  60. things that are trying to quench our royalty all the time,

  61. and trying to quench the fullness of what we have

  62. possess and have received and who have made the bee

  63. in Christ. All the time. We have religious stuff grappling

  64. at us. But then we also have our own stuff.

  65. We've got like our first atom stuff, the old creation

  66. stuff that's trying to pull us down as well. And

  67. that stuff is also trying to tell us that we're inferior,

  68. that we're worthy of rejection, that we don't fit, that

  69. we're So it's not just you know, the qualit before

  70. God stuff, but we also have the qualified among men stuff,

  71. if you know what I'm talking about. And usually when

  72. we feel like we're qualified in our audience of relationships,

  73. we feel better about ourselves. Anybody feel better about yourself? Okay,

  74. one honest person, but okay, but the truth of the

  75. matter is the supreme qualification is with him, right. Anyway,

  76. these folks invited us to go out on the late day.

  77. I don't know what I did wrong, but I felt like, Hey,

  78. this is cool, Like something is buddy here. You know,

  79. I could just sense something was really budding, you know,

  80. you ever since something is really budding about the but

  81. about the bloom. I'm like, oh, this is so cool.

  82. And so we went to their lakehouse, special lake house,

  83. and they invited us even for food, and you know,

  84. there was food, and then we went down on the

  85. boat and we went for a tour around the lake.

  86. And I don't know what I did wrong, but whatever

  87. I did, like they were, they were they were casting

  88. the net, you know, kind of a thing they were.

  89. They were kind of you could tell. It was like

  90. a friendship interview. You ever been on one of those?

  91. You been on a friendship interview? I failed. I turned

  92. in my application, I went for the interview. I failed.

  93. I don't know what I did. You know, my lovely

  94. wife and I we've talked about this, you know a

  95. few times since since, like I don't you know, we're

  96. done talking about it now, of course, but you know,

  97. but back in the day when this happened, it was like,

  98. I don't know, you know, did I talk too much?

  99. Was that I was nervous? I was nervous. You ever

  100. been nervous? I was nervous. I don't know. If I

  101. talked too much, told too many dumb jokes? Was I

  102. too goofy? Was I just not cool enough? You know,

  103. you gotta flex your chest sometimes a little bit, you know,

  104. you know, act more cool. I don't know. Sometimes I'm

  105. bad at cool. I'm good at goofy, but bad at cool.

  106. So I don't know. It could have been that I

  107. was bad at cool and to goofy, But that was

  108. like the interview was over and it was kind of

  109. a you know, we got in the car and drove away,

  110. and that was kind of at the end. We were

  111. never invited to the lake again. The fact is, I

  112. don't know if we've ever even had a conversation, you know,

  113. you know, I mean it was just like, okay, well,

  114. glory and what we have to know and does this

  115. happened to you? You failed the interview. What we have

  116. to know is that Father still has poured out every

  117. blessing on us, that he still calls us royalty, whether

  118. we measure up with man, whether we rasure up with religion,

  119. whether no matter what our history has been, whatever our

  120. family has been, whatever, it doesn't you know, I don't

  121. know what it was that day, the shorts, the hair,

  122. you know, I don't know what it was. But here's

  123. the beautiful thing. We've still been blessed with everything we

  124. need in Christ Jesus. We still have been brought into

  125. heavenly places. In Christ Jesus. We are still we are

  126. still a walking open heaven. You're a walking open heaven.

  127. You're a walking revival. You're you you. We we still

  128. have to know that we are royalty. We are royalty.

  129. I was thinking coming into the ordination. I was thinking

  130. of Ephesians chapter four, because I was going to read

  131. a little portion of that. How when he ascended, he

  132. gave gifts to men, and then he called them to

  133. be apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to equip the

  134. people for ministry. So I was thinking on that, and

  135. I started with Ephesians for one as a prisoner for

  136. the Lord. This is just a couple of verses where

  137. he starts this, But you have to realize that he

  138. Ephesians four is the breakpoint in the six chapters. Ephesians

  139. is six chapters, and Ephesians four is actually the beginning

  140. of the second half of the book or the letter,

  141. and he actually shifts into a new dimension, and so

  142. it's totally different than the first part. And this is

  143. how it starts. As a prisoner of the Lord, I

  144. urge you to live a life worthy of the calling

  145. you've received. I urge you to live a life worthy

  146. of the calling you've received. Well, he spends the first

  147. three chapters telling us and the Ephesians Church. How amazing

  148. we are. He's telling us in chapter one, verse three,

  149. that we're blessed with every spiritual gift in Christ Jesus.

  150. He tells us in chapter three that God will do

  151. abundantly be on what we ask or think. He tells

  152. us in chapter three, and it's now through the Church

  153. that the mystery of God will be disclosed and made

  154. known to principalities and powers and authorities in the heavenly places.

  155. He's telling us all through. He's telling us in chapter

  156. two that we've received grace and that he's broken down

  157. the dividing wall between jew and gentile, and those who

  158. didn't have any promises have been brought into the promises

  159. of God, and we gentiles have been made partakers of

  160. the promises of God. I mean, he's telling us for

  161. three chapters all this amazing stuff, and then he's exhorting us,

  162. and he's also praying that we would come to know this. Right,

  163. there's a giant prayer in chapter one and in chapter

  164. three that we would come to know the hope of

  165. our calling and the power. Do you remember what the

  166. first one was in chapter one? The inheritance we have

  167. in the Saints. That's why it's good when we hear

  168. one another sharing and testifying, and when we love on

  169. one another, because we're actually one family, and there's an

  170. inheritance we have toward one another in the Saints. So

  171. the inheritance we have in the hope of our calling

  172. and the power to us who believe, which is the

  173. same power that raised Stries from the dead. So he's

  174. praying that we would come into that knowledge, and he's

  175. praying that the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation will

  176. visit us so that we'll come to know that stuff,

  177. because if we don't know it, and if we don't

  178. come into the understanding of it, we may not touch

  179. verse one of verse four, that we will begin to

  180. live a life worthy of the royalty we've been called to.

  181. You are called a royalty. You are not a Walmart

  182. shopper in your pajamas. God bless you if you try

  183. that one time, Heaven help you. But just don't let

  184. that be your identity. Church. You are the head and

  185. not the tail. You are above and not beneath. You

  186. lend and you don't borrow. You are the supreme. You're

  187. the kings of the nations and the kings of the earth.

  188. You are the priests of God, meaning people find Christ

  189. through you. You represent Christ to them. We don't have

  190. a priesthood. We have one priest and a giant priesthood.

  191. We're different, we're different. Some churches are still reaching into

  192. the old system and they have a priest or, a father,

  193. or a rector or somebody. They have something up here,

  194. and so all of the lay people they lay around,

  195. they're called laity, and they're just dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb,

  196. sheep dumb. And then we have the clergy in salvations

  197. for the clergy, and the clergy is really they're the

  198. cool ones. They're the anointed ones. That's not the New

  199. Testament Church, that is not the New Testament. The New

  200. Testament is. You are all anointed. You are all the ministers,

  201. you are all the called of God. You are all

  202. a royal priesthood. You all carry Yeshia in your gut

  203. and in your gizzard. You are all a walking revival,

  204. and you are in open heaven wherever you go. Heaven

  205. is not a place you're going to, It's an atmosphere

  206. you carry. Every one of us. Do that, anyone on

  207. this platform or in this ministry that leads is an equipper.

  208. They aren't one. We don't. I can't dispense any more

  209. grace than anybody else in this building, because we're all

  210. dispensers of grace, because we're all equal partakers of grace.

  211. But we have to come to that knowledge. We have

  212. to knowledge or we will not walk worthy of our calling.

  213. And he exhorts us for the next three chapters. He's

  214. exhorting us to walk worthy. That's just the beginning of

  215. us walking. He starts that way second half, to walk

  216. worthy of our royal calling. That we are no longer slaves,

  217. We're no longer performers. We're no longer getting our identity

  218. out of performance. We're not getting our identity out of

  219. what somebody says, or if they don't want to take

  220. us on another boat ride or not. Our identity is

  221. secure in the Beloved, It's secure in his purchase of

  222. our salvation. It cannot be taken away from us, he

  223. says in Roman chapter eight. Not height, nor depth, nor persecution,

  224. nor famine nor peril. There is nothing that can separate

  225. us from the love of God. There's nothing that can

  226. separate us from the love of God. Which is fir

  227. established who we've become in Him, and that we are

  228. full part takers now of everything everything in Christ Jesus.

  229. But knowledge is key. You're you're really not here today.

  230. You're not really here today to get more holy You're

  231. not here today to get a deeper revival. You're not

  232. here to really today to get more glory. You're not

  233. here today to get some this dispensing from us that

  234. you don't already possess. You're here today primarily to get knowledge.

  235. You're here today primarily to get knowledge, because you already,

  236. if you're in Christ, you possess all things already. You

  237. just don't know you possess it. You don't know what

  238. you already have. We assemble many times the a major

  239. focus of our assembly is that we would receive more knowledge,

  240. because knowledge is central. Knowledge is critical. And when we're

  241. worshiping the Lord and the Holy Spirit starts. Because because

  242. when you're worshiping, what happens. The Bible says, when you worship,

  243. and this is what happened with David, who was a

  244. precursor to the Salvation. We experience what happened in Zion,

  245. and why we have the psalms, Why do we have

  246. all these prophetic psalms, all these crazy, crazy, crazy amazing psalms.

  247. Why do we have those? Because in Zion, where they

  248. brought not animal sacrifice, but the sacrifice of their lips

  249. and the sacrifice of their instruments, then God would minister

  250. to them and minister through them, because as it says

  251. in the psalms, they would assind with a shout, they

  252. would ascend with the clap, they would ascend with praise,

  253. they would ascend with the worship. They would go. And

  254. what happens with us is we come up into the

  255. place where we're already seated in Him. When we worship,

  256. we come up into the place where we're already seated

  257. in Him, and we're able to receive what's being spoken

  258. over us in that atmosphere, so we're getting knowledge. That's

  259. a part of why it's so rich to worship is

  260. because worship and praise brings you up to where you're

  261. already at so you can hear what's already being said

  262. that you weren't hearing that you need to hear, and

  263. it's the release of the prophetic promises over your life.

  264. Because God's not done talking. The canon was not the

  265. ceiling of God's voice. We didn't close the writing of

  266. the cannon, the canonizing of scripture. We didn't close the

  267. canonized in scripture. And then some ecclesiastical denomination somewhere shouted, Okay,

  268. you're done. You can't talk anymore. We forbid you to talk.

  269. That isn't what happened. God still talks, the Holy Spirit

  270. still leads, The sons of God are led by the

  271. Spirit of God, and knowledge is central. Let's go to

  272. second Peter. I'm gonna close just a moment. I'm working

  273. on my first closing. We've got a keyboard coming. I

  274. can't close without a keyboard. Keep preaching, he'll get trip

  275. him on the way. Just keep preaching until he gets

  276. on the platform. Sorry about that rope on your leg.

  277. Tewod Peter. Chapter one, Simon, Peter, are a bond servant

  278. apostle Jesus Christ to those who have received of faith

  279. the same as ours, by the righteousness of our God

  280. and Savior of Jesus Christ. So we've received this salvation,

  281. this faith, we've received by His righteousness imputed to our

  282. spiritual account. Right then he goes on. Grace and peace

  283. be multiplied to you. They knew about math two thousand

  284. years ago. Multiplication not just simply added to your life,

  285. but grace and peace be multiplied, exponentially, poured out upon you.

  286. Let grace and peace be poured out multiplied to you

  287. in the knowledge of God, Oh, in the Oh, in

  288. the knowledge of Oh, in the knowledge of God. Knowledge

  289. is connected to grace and peace. Grace is unmerited favor

  290. and deserved favor, unearned favor. But grace is also the

  291. power to accomplish God's will, no matter how big that

  292. word or will is over you. So grace grace be

  293. multiplied to you. Peace is shalom. Shalom be multiplied to you.

  294. Shalom is nothing lacking and nothing missing, is what shalom is.

  295. Shalom only exists in its fullest expression, where there's nothing

  296. lacking and nothing missing. And that's what the word means.

  297. Grace and peace be multiplied to you. But how in

  298. the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. Why

  299. Because everything that we've become is hidden in him, and

  300. he's the fountain head of the new creation of whom

  301. we've become. Seeing that His divine nature has granted to

  302. us everything pertaining to life and godliness, how many things.

  303. Notice that it's granted. It's not going to be granted.

  304. You already have everything you need for tomorrow. You already

  305. have everything you need for Tuesday. You already have everything

  306. you need for Wednesday. You have everything you need for.

  307. Every difficulty coming, every trial coming, every problem coming, every

  308. bill coming, you already have everything you need. He's granted

  309. to us. His divine power is granted to us everything

  310. pertaining to life, life, and godliness. Well, I just want

  311. to be more godly. Well I just want more life. Hey,

  312. let's have both through the true knowledge. We go back

  313. to knowledge. Through the true knowledge, that means there can

  314. be Leviathan, there can be twistings, there can be lying knowledge.

  315. There can be twisted knowledge, there can be distorted knowledge,

  316. there can be there can be deceiving knowledge. We have

  317. to have the true knowledge. If we don't have the

  318. true knowledge, then we aren't going to have everything granted

  319. to us. But it's not his problem. He granted it.

  320. Where it's us we're missing it. You ever miss it

  321. through the true knowledge of Him who called us by

  322. his own glory and excellence. Verse four. Now look at this,

  323. for by these he has granted to us his precious

  324. and magnificent What promises, oh, oh, my goodness, promises are

  325. how we acquire or lay hold of, or come into

  326. the understanding of the knowledge by these he has granted

  327. to us his precious, magnificent promises, so that by them,

  328. by the promises which define the knowledge which we must have,

  329. by them you meet, you may become partakers of the

  330. divine nature. Are you lacking some of the divine nature?

  331. Are you? Are you falling short? Are you needing more?

  332. Are you desiring more of a man manifestation? Well, he's

  333. not going to give you more of the divine nature.

  334. He already gave you all of the divine nature. What

  335. you're lacking is the knowledge of the promises. As you

  336. acquire the knowledge of the promises, then you immediately and

  337. simultaneously come into receiving, partaking of, and manifesting the divine nature.

  338. And then theology is going to come along, and religion

  339. is going to come along and saying WHOA Now, well,

  340. now be careful, you're going to have valleys. You're gonna

  341. they went through a wilderness for forty years, You're going

  342. to go through a wilderness and you've got some valleys

  343. coming up, and you've got some dry times and some discouragement,

  344. and there's going to be some really hard stuff that

  345. comes your way. So you just might as well expect

  346. that because they went through that, uh and and they

  347. they had a big wilderness and there's going to be

  348. a lot of stuff like that. So just prepare, prepare

  349. like that. But then they these people have not read

  350. the Bible. Not only do you become a particular of

  351. the divine nature, but you escape the corruption that is

  352. in the world. I know, it's hard to believe in it.

  353. You can't even believe. It's so good. This is so good,

  354. you can't even believe it because people have told you.

  355. People have even told you that, I hope you didn't

  356. come to the Lord to get out of troubles, right,

  357. people have told you that, I hope you haven't come

  358. to the Lord, because if you came to the Lord

  359. expecting a better life, that's a bad motive to come

  360. to the Lord. Like life is still going to be

  361. hi double toothpicks. But at least you've got the peace

  362. of God in your heart. That's what you've been told

  363. for hundreds of years. But that says right there. Not

  364. only do I become a partaker of the divine nature.

  365. I escape the corruption that is in the world through

  366. deceit or lust. Send with me. I know we got

  367. to close. I'm just telling you the Bible is going

  368. to scare the crid right out of all those lives

  369. that you've been heard listening to, and all of that

  370. stuff that's told you that you are not royalty, that

  371. you are not set apart, that you're not a partaker

  372. of the goodness of God. The word of God is true.

  373. The word of God is true, and the Word of

  374. God is declaring this over you today, that you are royalty,

  375. that you are sons and daughters of God, that you

  376. who have given your heart to Him, you have trusted

  377. him for salvation. You're leaning into him. You're recognizing, in

  378. counting your old life as put to death with Him

  379. and the Cross, you have already come into resurrection, and

  380. you are living with Him, victorious over sin, over corruption,

  381. over the curse, over darkness, hopelessness, fear, over depression, over performance,

  382. and the demands of religion destiny theme. Would you come,

  383. just spend a couple more minutes with us at the front,

  384. If you're here today giving your life back to the Lord.

  385. If you're here today you've been just like overwhelmed with

  386. falling short in performance. If you're here today needing just

  387. the encouragement of the spirit of God on you, and

  388. if you missed just being prayed for, we want you

  389. to come and just be ministered to. As we're closing today,

  390. we've got those ordination placards to sign. We've got lunch

  391. for you today. You don't need to us out of here.

  392. We've got everything covered. This is like Fred Meyram. This

  393. is like one stop shopping right here. Pharmacy is right

  394. around the corner. If you need a little anointing oil,

  395. they'll give that to you instead of aspiring. Okay, so
