  1. You guys are awfully kind, awfully kind. That we have

  2. a Jesus who shed his love abroad for us by

  3. dying on the cross is the most tremendous thing ever.

  4. And that we're loved by him, we are so well

  5. cared for by Him, and that we have an awesome church.

  6. Do you know, There's been lots of goofy stuff happened

  7. in the past ten years in the body of Christ.

  8. And you know, one of the things I love about

  9. this church is that the leaders of this church there's

  10. such a purity of heart, Like you know, nobody's perfect, right,

  11. but there's such a purity of heart. And this is

  12. a good a good place to be. It's a safe

  13. place to be. And so I just love our pastors

  14. Dwayne and Joel and everybody else, including you know, Frank

  15. and Angela and Rome.

  16. I mean, we just this is a wonderful.

  17. Church filled with really dynamic, powerful leaders of God. And

  18. so I consider it that being said, if you if

  19. you feel like you're from a really strong team, uh,

  20. if you have the opportunity to be at batuh, then

  21. I that it that means something because it's coming from

  22. wonderful people. Do you get what I'm saying, so I

  23. appreciate the opportunity to be here because you guys are

  24. getting Pastor Dwayne is my favorite preacher to listen to,

  25. and so anytime you're preaching in front of somebody who's

  26. your favorite, it always makes you feel a little funny,

  27. you know.

  28. So I'm gonna first start off by giving you.

  29. I'm gonna give you a story of two contrasts, Okay

  30. and I. I have an opportunity to to in my vocation,

  31. to interact with a lot of different people, people that

  32. are professionals, people that lead things, people that run things.

  33. And I I had the opportunity over the past twenty

  34. years to get to know two gentlemen, and they're kind

  35. of like leaders in there in their industries and professions.

  36. And both of them are really, like I would call them,

  37. remarkable individuals. They are really truly what I would call

  38. possibility thinkers. Like these are people who, like I would

  39. equate them to like an Elon Musk, you know, you

  40. know you, whatever your perceived ideas are about him. The

  41. guys like, we're going to put people on Mars, and

  42. we're going to do this, and we're going to send

  43. up rocket ships and when they come back down, we're

  44. going to catch the the propulsion canisters with something called

  45. a chopstick. I mean, the guy's amazing, like him or not.

  46. And you know what's amazing, This guy doesn't like he

  47. doesn't there's no quid in him.

  48. Right.

  49. And so these people that are like this, that are

  50. in the in the business world, the professional world, the

  51. leading things, frequently they have this character stick about them

  52. that I would call like it's like they have a

  53. spirit of possibility on them. Okay, they have a spirit

  54. of possibility on them. And and I happen to know

  55. two of these people closely. Most of my friends are

  56. all Christians.

  57. The two people. However, because I have a large.

  58. Portion of my life that's dealing in a professional and

  59. leadership community, I get a deal with other people who

  60. don't know Jesus. Okay, I prefer the knowing Jesus people better,

  61. but there's room for both. And so so there's a

  62. lot of conversations I have on a routine basis with

  63. people that that oftentimes as they're talking, you know, it's

  64. whatever is in our heart that comes out of our mouth, right,

  65. And so I'm talking with individuals and oftentimes in conversation.

  66. One of the things that happens is.

  67. That I realize while dialoguing that there's a lot of

  68. people who have a walk around conversation that tends to

  69. include a large amount of discontent or what I would

  70. call being downcast, okay, being discontent or downcast, maybe even

  71. like a little bit of like mild depression, okay.

  72. And I find it day in and day out.

  73. And it's interesting because I have a lot of conversations

  74. with Christian people. I was talking with a gentleman in

  75. my office some time ago, and he was telling me.

  76. He was like, hey, Doc, I came to your church

  77. and you weren't there.

  78. I said, I'm sorry, I was gone at a conference.

  79. But he came here to the healing nights and the

  80. baptismal tanks, and he was telling me about it, and

  81. so I'm ready for him to give me like a

  82. really awesome testimony. And anyhow, we're chatting and he says, well,

  83. I ca to your church and I went down in

  84. the tank and and then I got up, and I'm

  85. expecting something real positive.

  86. And then he says to me, and nothing happened, and and.

  87. So then he starts off with a dialogue about how

  88. if it was the Lord's will, he would have gotten healed,

  89. but but it clearly wasn't the Lord's will. He actually

  90. said to me, I just really came expecting the Lord

  91. to zap me, he said, I wanted the Lord to

  92. zap me. Okay, So this was this gentleman's perspective. And

  93. so usually in conversation with people, I usually don't like

  94. to like, if we're having a dialogue and we disagree

  95. on something, I'm probably not gonna say to you, get

  96. behind me, Satan.

  97. I typically don't do that.

  98. However, that was what rose up within me while having

  99. a dialogue with the individual, and you're I'm serious. This

  100. actually is this all that every time I have one

  101. of these, This is what rolls around in the back.

  102. Of my head. This is how I think.

  103. And so however, I would never want to purposefully offend,

  104. and so I realize something in a dialogue with this individual.

  105. This is somebody that loves Jesus. This is somebody that's

  106. walked with Jesus for over forty years. This is somebody

  107. who's a good husband, a great parent, a good grandparent.

  108. They love the Lord. They're going to be in heaven. Okay,

  109. good person. However, I realized in my dialogue with him

  110. that he has a lot of worldview that's being shaped

  111. out of Matthew twenty four. In Matthew twenty four, there's

  112. passage of scripture like in verse nineteen where it says

  113. that it wouldn't be good for you to be a

  114. nursing mother or be pregnant, because there's this terrible day coming,

  115. and the day of distress is going to be so

  116. dreadful and horrible it will be unequaled from the beginning

  117. of the world until now. And I realize that this

  118. gentleman who loves Jesus, his worldview is this. He's actually

  119. looking forward to an upcoming event where this is what's

  120. going to happen in his mind.

  121. And I kind of want to just sit him down

  122. and say stop it. That actually already happened.

  123. It was in eighty seventy and that's not the purpose

  124. of today. But nonetheless, what I'm going to share with

  125. you is that oftentimes what we have is that in

  126. Protestant and Evangelical communities, we have a very large amount

  127. of Christian people whose worldview is being eclipsed or shaped.

  128. Their hope is.

  129. Being eclipsed because they are viewing forward or looking forward

  130. to something occurring which actually isn't even coming up. And

  131. I think that a lot of Christians have been so infused,

  132. if you will, bathed in saturated in this worldview that

  133. I think that there's a lot of people, not probably

  134. not none of you in here, because Pastor Duane does

  135. such a great job at winning victorious eschatology, but there

  136. could be a person or two in this room that

  137. still has that worldview. And what I'm going to share

  138. with you is that it won't breed what it's supposed

  139. to do. What do I mean by that? If people

  140. in the world think that all things are possible but

  141. they didn't know that that was actually a scriptural verse

  142. and the rest of it says with God, all things

  143. are possible with God right yes, for him who believes.

  144. So.

  145. Christian people oftentimes don't have this worldview, but the unbelievers do.

  146. And that's not a thing. It's not a good thing.

  147. If doc if a bunch of people I know have this,

  148. anything's possible, We're gonna find a way in a solution

  149. for this. They're solutionaries. They are problem solvers. There's you

  150. can't get them down. There's no quit in them people.

  151. And then all of a sudden, the body of Christ,

  152. due to a belief on Matthew twenty four, is actually

  153. functioning with a low level of possibility. And I don't

  154. believe that that's God's design. So I'm gonna give you,

  155. I'm gonna I'm gonna give you a little story right now. So, uh,

  156. it was roughly it was the end of June or

  157. beginning of July. What happened is, Uh, I had a problem.

  158. And the problem goes like this.

  159. It first starts with my two sons, who haven't probably

  160. unhealthy infatuation with late eighties and early nineties two stroke

  161. stand up jet skis, and so my I two boys

  162. are they love this stuff and they think it's the

  163. coolest thing ever. And so they probably spend way too

  164. much time on Craigslist and offer up than they ought to,

  165. but they do nonetheless, and they they're one of their

  166. things is to try and find the Holy Grail. When

  167. I say the Holy Grail, the Holy Grail is a

  168. two stroke jet ski that is probably hot pink. It's

  169. probably shar Truce and and neon green. It's it's late eighties,

  170. early nineties, those of you who are old enough to

  171. remember that time. What happens is they'll find these things

  172. and somebody's had it in their garage. It's been in

  173. there for like thirty years, and they'll find them and

  174. they'll start sending me pictures constantly, Oh look at this, Dad,

  175. look at this.

  176. Oh, this one's incredible.

  177. And so they they already each have had the Holy

  178. Grail experience. Both of them have these stand up jet

  179. skis and and but they decided that they wanted to

  180. find a sit down. So they've been on this mission

  181. and eventually got the heavens opened up and on Craigslists.

  182. God used through Craigslist the desire of their hearts to

  183. be fully Yes, Pastor Dwayne knows this, fully, the desires

  184. of their heart were fully manifested. One evening where this

  185. thing shows up. They get on they're sending me the

  186. pictures and I'm like, if that's what it is, you

  187. need to go get that right now. And it like

  188. literally was I'm not gonna say it's free, but it's

  189. like these people were not charging enough. And so they

  190. go and they get this thing, they bring it back.

  191. It's like it literally looks like it rolled out of

  192. somebody's garage. It's been in a time capsule for thirty years.

  193. It's that awesome. So we go out to the lake.

  194. They're riding their stand up jet skis. I'm sitting on

  195. the sit down. I don't do anything like crazy or

  196. dangerous because I don't want to injure myself, okay, and

  197. so I lead.

  198. It relatively safe life.

  199. And I'm on the jet ski and I'm kind of

  200. turning it and I'm giving it some throttle, and next

  201. thing you know, it throws me off and I'm out there.

  202. Literally, I'm not even doing anything.

  203. I'm watching them, Like Lane's like jumping his jet ski

  204. off of wakes of boats and he's porpoising on one

  205. foot and doing these tricks and stuff like I can't do.

  206. I can't even like, I can't do any of that.

  207. I don't even do anything. I'm sitting on this thing.

  208. I'm literally it's this is terrible. I'm sitting on this thing.

  209. I'm barely doing anything. I fall off and I hit

  210. the bones in my hand right here on what I

  211. think is probably it happened quick, but I think it's

  212. the rear view mirror very hard plastic and so I

  213. fall in the water.

  214. I get up.

  215. When I get out of the water, I'm realizing my

  216. hand's in a lot of pain. And then I'm operating

  217. the jet ski and I'm realizing that as I'm operating it,

  218. there's vibration from it and it's going into my hand,

  219. and the vibration is really irritating my hand, and my

  220. hand is swelling up real bad fast, and it's disc

  221. and I'm remembering when I was in school. I'm remembering

  222. when I was in school something called a tuning fork.

  223. A tuning fork is a tool that people will use.

  224. They'll vibrate it and if you put it on a

  225. broken bone, it'll light somebody up, it'll like send them

  226. through the ceiling. And I'm experiencing this and I'm thinking

  227. tuning fork vibration from throttle and I'm like, oh my gosh,

  228. you've got to be kidding me. You've got to be

  229. kidding me. So long story short is that I end

  230. up going in. I have some images taken. My hand

  231. is in a spleeker cast and my vocation every day

  232. is to serve people and to help them with my hands.

  233. How do you do that? If you don't have one.

  234. It's a bit of a problem. And so the long

  235. story short of it is that I've got a significant

  236. issue going on. I'm talking to doctors and they're giving

  237. me a progn for how long it's going to take

  238. for this thing to recover. And I'm really it's not

  239. going well with my soul.

  240. Okay.

  241. Literally, I'm going to the office in the morning and

  242. I'm like, I don't even know what the heck I'm

  243. going to do today. I can't function with one arm,

  244. but I guess I'm going to figure out how. Like

  245. it was like super, it was not good.

  246. And so.

  247. Let me share you a little something with you first

  248. and foremost. I think all of you know this already,

  249. but believe it or not. If you know Jesus, he

  250. has a calling for your life. He has a mission

  251. for your life. He has a vision for you. He

  252. has something that for you in your day and in

  253. your season you are supposed to accomplish that will bring

  254. blessing to mankind, It will bless those around you, and

  255. it will bring the Kingdom to come to pass on earth.

  256. I'm telling you, every single Christian, this is you. Raise

  257. your hand and say this is me. Okay, So here's

  258. the deal. The devil is a sneaky stinker, and he

  259. is going to realize that God wired you a certain

  260. way and that there's an anointing on your life to

  261. do a certain thing. Okay, there's an anointing, a gifting,

  262. a wiring that he has enabled, Like there's a grace

  263. for you to do a certain thing, and you can

  264. do it in a way other people can't do it,

  265. and God put you here for that, and your true

  266. fulfillment only comes when.

  267. You're walking that out. Okay.

  268. And so what happens is that I've got an anointing

  269. on my life to help people, and I do it

  270. with my hands and my wrists, and now all of

  271. a sudden, the thing that I need is messed up.

  272. The devil goes after people differently.

  273. So if you are a if you're a worship leader,

  274. if you're a pastor, he's probably coming after your voice.

  275. He's coming after your vocal cords. Why because he's trying

  276. to shut you up. Because God wants you to open

  277. up your mouth and he wants you to preach the word.

  278. He wants you to sing the new melody unto him.

  279. He wants you to.

  280. Bring people into relationship jasmine with him as you open

  281. your voice, and he's going to attack you in the

  282. area of your anointing. This is how he works. But

  283. guess what, who are you hidden in? And who's Christ

  284. in the Father? And do you know that because he's

  285. in the Father and you're in him, that you have

  286. overcome the devil.

  287. That's a scripture. You have overcome the devil and he

  288. actually cannot beat you. He cannot beat you.

  289. So the devil is looking to attack the anointing to

  290. try and get you off of the call of God

  291. on your life. And anybody who walks with the Lord

  292. for a little while, you're going to run into this,

  293. if you haven't already or multiple times, you're gonna run

  294. into this. And so what happens is that all of

  295. a sudden, I'm in this place where I'm up in

  296. the morning, I've got my I'm getting ready to open

  297. my Bible, and I actually am planning on reading a

  298. certain thing, but it just falls open. And I felt

  299. like that was strange how that happened. And right in

  300. the middle of my Bible, the Lord some of us

  301. are slow, and so the Lord's got to slap you

  302. a couple of times. He's got to like do this,

  303. he's got to get a hold of your attention. And

  304. so he brings me to Psalm forty two, verse eleven.

  305. It says, why my soul, are you downcast? Why so

  306. disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I

  307. will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God. I'm

  308. gonna go down to verse forty three, three through five.

  309. It says, Oh, your light and your truth, let them

  310. lead me. Let them bring me to your holy hill

  311. and to your dwelling place. Then I will go to

  312. the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy. And

  313. upon the liar, I shall praise you, Oh God, my God,

  314. Where are you in despair?

  315. Or why are you in despair? Oh my soul? And

  316. why are you so disturbed? Within me?

  317. Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him the

  318. help of my countenance and my God.

  319. Well, so what happened is the Lord kind of woke.

  320. Me up to the fact that my countenance was becoming downcast.

  321. And the reason my countenance was becoming downcast is because

  322. what happens is that if you've got something that the

  323. Lord's got you to do, you're calling your mission, the

  324. thing he's wired you for, He's anointed you for this thing.

  325. And then all of a sudden, you got a problem

  326. that is derailing that or throwing that off track. You

  327. know what happens to you. You start to get downcast

  328. in your soul. I have a colleague of mine, a

  329. friend does the same thing as me, mentor of mine.

  330. He broke his wrist. And when he broke his wrist,

  331. he had a surgery. He didn't heal up well from it,

  332. he had to retire early. This is rolling in the

  333. back of my mind. That's how the devil will work.

  334. He will get in your head and he will start

  335. to say, but what about so and so. Look what

  336. happened to them. Their whole track record was derailed. That's

  337. how he works. And if we don't realize that, we

  338. can succumb to it. All of a sudden, I'm realizing this.

  339. Is coming on me.

  340. I'm relatively optimistic, like I'm a kind you can't really

  341. get hit me down kind of person, And all of

  342. a sudden, I'm realizing, what in the heck are you doing?

  343. What are you doing? I had a friend text.

  344. Me saying, hey, we were hanging out the other day,

  345. Are you okay?

  346. And I'm like, okay, now, I know I got a problem.

  347. I know I got a problem now because my countenance

  348. is not what it's supposed to be.

  349. Proverbs thirteen twelve. Hope deferred.

  350. Makes the heart sick, but desire fulfilled is a tree

  351. of life.

  352. So what happens is that.

  353. Your heart is made healthy when you are able to

  354. apply the anointing and the grace that God has on

  355. you to fulfill his mission, his calling, and his will

  356. for you.

  357. And that's where your fulfillment comes from.

  358. It's because you're in Him, but that's how you fulfill it.

  359. Does that make sense? Fulfillment comes when you're on the plan.

  360. He tells you to do something, you do it, you

  361. see the fruit and you're like, oh, thank you, Lord,

  362. that's so nice of you, thank.

  363. You for including me. And so this is first John

  364. one five.

  365. This is the message that we have heard from him

  366. and declare to you. God is light and in him

  367. there is no darkness at all, no darkness.

  368. I would call it, what's no darkness? No darkness is

  369. like zero darkness? How much? So no darkness is what percent?

  370. Uh darkness? Zero? Zero percent darkness?

  371. So that means that there can be zero percent darkness

  372. for you, there's no darkness at all. All of a sudden,

  373. I'm realizing the Lord's slap. He's like getting a hold

  374. of me, and he's realized. He's making me realize that

  375. I'm becoming downcast. He's making me realize that this is

  376. not who I am. I'm starting to function, not how

  377. I am, And all of a sudden, I'm like, I'm

  378. not okay with this, And you have to get a

  379. little bit like if you don't get ticked off with

  380. the devil and say I've had enough, I refuse to

  381. participate in this.

  382. I'm done.

  383. If you do not do that, you are going to

  384. have a problem in life. You are going to have

  385. a problem in life. And what I'm going to tell

  386. you is that I got to this point where i'd

  387. already heard the Lord tell me when this happened to me.

  388. In not too many days from now, I'm gonna heal you.

  389. Problem is I'm like nine days in or something like that,

  390. and I'm having tremendous pain, like it's difficult to pay

  391. attention pain. I've got this spleika cast on. This person's

  392. telling me how long it's supposed to take me to heal.

  393. I don't like the prognosis I'm hearing. I'm not liking

  394. what I'm feeling. Do you see what I'm saying? And

  395. I'm like, I've had enough. And so I started walking

  396. around all day morning, middle of the day, during the day,

  397. and I just started saying, I'm not okay with this.

  398. And I started saying, thank you Jesus that by your stripes,

  399. I have been healed. And surely you took up my infirmities.

  400. I thank you that you carry my pains. I started

  401. walking around and saying, I thank you that your word

  402. is like health and healing to all of my flesh.

  403. All of my flesh includes my wristbones.

  404. I started walking around and I started saying Psalm one

  405. oh three, I thank you for healing all of my diseases.

  406. I started declaring and forcing the Kingdom to come on

  407. my wrist.

  408. And I'm telling you, within three.

  409. Days, within three days, the Lord did something supernatural that's

  410. not supposed to occur like in the timeline that it

  411. occurred in Okay, And.

  412. I found myself able to use my hand again.

  413. And then not long after that, I'm one hundred percent

  414. well and I'm able to take care of people.

  415. I have full use of.

  416. Both of my hands and my wrists to fulfill the

  417. calling that.

  418. He has for my life.

  419. And what I'm here to tell you is that sometimes

  420. if people got in the tank once and then they

  421. said it must not have been his will, they're not

  422. familiar with Matthew eight Versus one through three.

  423. In Matthew eight versus one through three, somebody comes.

  424. To Jesus and they say he's leprosy needs healing, and

  425. he says.

  426. You know, if it's your will, you could heal me.

  427. And do you know what?

  428. Jesus replies, This is recorded, It's in red. It's recorded

  429. for you and me, for all humanity, for all time.

  430. And do you know what it says. It says, Yes,

  431. it is my will. Go now be healed in my name,

  432. and then he commends the person for their faith. I'm

  433. paraphrasing all of this, but go look it up Matthew

  434. eight verses one through three, and what you're going to

  435. see is the answer to the question of is it

  436. his will that you be healed? Is yes, it is

  437. my will. It's a done deal. He's answered the question.

  438. So what happens if we were dealing with a problem

  439. and we don't see something coming to pass.

  440. This happened with a lady.

  441. Who came to Jesus in a Matthew fifteen twenty one.

  442. This is not on the slides, but in Matthew fifteen

  443. twenty one, this person comes to Gay. She's got a

  444. demon possessed child. She needs healing for the demon possessed child.

  445. She comes, She's a Canaanite woman, she's from Tire and Sidon.

  446. She comes to him and.

  447. She's basically kind of like trying to nab him to

  448. get his attention and saying, I have a demon possessed

  449. a child. I need you to heal her. And Jesus

  450. ignores her. You can go read this. Jesus ignores her,

  451. and then what happens the disciples actually say, Lord, do

  452. you want us to get rid of her?

  453. She's annoying you? Like, what if that happened to you?

  454. Would you become offended if you didn't get the answer

  455. the first time on day one when you start praying?

  456. And so then what happens is that she goes back

  457. to him and she says, Lord, I know you can

  458. heal me, and he responds with well, I'm actually here

  459. for the lost sheep of Israel, not for you, because

  460. you're a Canaanite woman. And she then says she gets

  461. down on her knees and she says, but Lord, you

  462. can heal me. I need your help. And do you

  463. know what he responds to her. He says, well, it

  464. wouldn't be good for me to give the children's bread

  465. to you. The children's bread isn't for dogs, it's for

  466. the children, because she's a Canaanite, not a Jew.

  467. Do you think she could have become offended? Do you

  468. know what she says to him?

  469. Well, Lord, I'm more than happy to eat the crumbs

  470. that come off of your table. And you know what

  471. he says, my daughter, your faith has healed you and

  472. made you whole. Go now be made well. So do

  473. you realize that she had to pursue Jesus a multitude

  474. of times when initially she thought he wasn't even giving

  475. her the time of day. Many Christian people pray one

  476. and stop, and then all of a sudden he got

  477. in and out of the tank and it didn't happen.

  478. So he concluded it wasn't God's will for him to

  479. be healed. No, it's God's will for him to be healed.

  480. We got to keep at it. So here's what I'm

  481. going to tell you.

  482. I did this.

  483. Oh wow, Okay, Okay, first John one, we just discussed it.

  484. There's no darkness in him at all. That word darkness

  485. means skotia. Okay, scotia. Scotia means dimness. It means obscurity.

  486. It means darkness. So obscure is like if you have

  487. glasses on and there's stuff on your glasses and you

  488. can't see good. Dimness is like the lights are too

  489. low so you can't see. Okay, to obscure or blind,

  490. this is the plan of the demonic realm. It's to

  491. get in your head, and it's to dim your thinking.

  492. It's to dim your vision, and it's to obscure what

  493. it is that you're seeing, so that you can't see

  494. the vision anymore.

  495. What's the purpose of the dimness. It's to blind you

  496. to the Word of life. Okay.

  497. This is first John one seven out of an amplified Bible,

  498. so I don't know that we have that. So you're

  499. just gonna listen to me when I tell you this verse.

  500. But if we really walk in the light that is

  501. live each and every day in conformity to the precepts

  502. of God, as He himself is in the light. We

  503. have true, unbroken fellowship with one another. He with us,

  504. we with Him, and the blood of Jesus cleanses us

  505. from all sin by erasing the stain of sin, keeping

  506. us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations,

  507. all its forms and manifestations. Okay, So most people I

  508. think sin is adultery or murder. Sin is to miss

  509. the mark. It's the archer pulling back the bow and

  510. missing the mark.

  511. On the target. Okay.

  512. And so to truly walk with Christ is to take

  513. ourselves off of the throne of our own life and

  514. push through to attain the higher calling, no matter what

  515. it takes to bring the fulfillment of our life mission

  516. and our life calling. This is what Jesus says whenever,

  517. and and this is all throughout the Old Testament. He

  518. in the Old Testament, if you go look at your concordance,

  519. there is a word named not.

  520. Saul, and it means to deliver.

  521. So in the in if you go back and you

  522. look at this word in the Old Testament, a lot

  523. of times God delivers the people out of their distress. Right,

  524. he delivers them out of their distress. He does it

  525. again and again and again. That word no Saul is

  526. to deliver, to snatch away, to defend, to escape, to preserve,

  527. to recover, to bring you back what was stolen from you,

  528. to rescue you, to surely take you out, to escape

  529. without fail. What if there's an escape without fail every

  530. single time for you, no matter what. Hope springs eternal

  531. Romans fifteen thirteen. May the God of all hope fill

  532. you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him,

  533. so that you may overflow with hope by the power

  534. of the Holy Spirit.

  535. That's Romans fifteen thirteen.

  536. If hope isn't overflowing, our joy and peace levels will

  537. be low. It's when we don't see like God sees,

  538. that hope is low. Sight becomes dim and darkness attempts

  539. to overcome us. If hope is it not beaming out

  540. of us, our countenance will show it.

  541. You got to look at your countenance. Listen to this.

  542. As long as trepidation fear over the future is larger

  543. than our reality of existing in Him, we will not

  544. be expectantly looking forward, not expressing the joyful expectation of good.

  545. When we operate outside of in Him, it leaves us down,

  546. prone to despair and lacking hope. Many too far, many

  547. two Christians have adopted a woe is Me perspective and

  548. they're walking in it. I found that trying to come

  549. on me, and the Lord lifted me out. Do you

  550. know it's your job to stir your own spirit. It

  551. is not the responsibility of Pastor Dwayne and Joel Wolf.

  552. It is not the responsibility of the pastoral staff here,

  553. the elders, the Franken angela Roman. It is actually not

  554. the responsibility to stir you up. It's yours in your

  555. most holy faith. And what I'm going to share with

  556. you is the Lord I started doing what I was

  557. telling you in a very short period of time. I

  558. had to turn around like crazy. It was a supernatural

  559. miracle of God. What if I didn't do that? Could

  560. my future have been derailed? Might I then adopt a

  561. woe is me?

  562. Perspective?

  563. Might I despair? Might I just decide that I'm going

  564. to walk the rest of my life in darkness, dimness,

  565. and obscurity. This is Ephesians one eighteen. You could pull

  566. that up for me. I'm going to speed up. So

  567. when I was going through this season, I was camping

  568. in Ephesians one, three, four, And do you know in

  569. these verses, let me read this to you. I pray

  570. that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so

  571. that you will know the hope of His calling, which

  572. are the riches of His glory, of his inheritance in

  573. the Saints. He wants our eyes and heart to be

  574. enlightened to his hope, the riches of his glorious inheritance.

  575. I was camping in these verses and Ephesians. And do

  576. you know that in those few chapters Ephesians one through four,

  577. one through three, one through four, sixteen times in there

  578. it talks about you're in Him, in Christ, in Christ,

  579. in Him, in Christ, in Him, in Christ in Him.

  580. It keeps hitting you and again and again and again

  581. and again. And it's because in Ephesians two twenty two

  582. it wraps it up in telling you why in Him

  583. you are being built together to become a dwell in

  584. which God lives by his spirit.

  585. You're the dwelling of the Spirit in Him.

  586. The Lord gave me this, and I think that this

  587. is applicable for some of you, So listen to this.

  588. If our eyes are aren't open or are dim in

  589. their capacity to see the hope, if our eyes are

  590. not open or are dim in their capacity to see

  591. the hope to which He's called us, we diminish being

  592. built together as a dwelling for the spirit. And if

  593. we're diminished in the dwelling, we're diminished in the capacity

  594. to work out the calling. Ephesians three ten says his

  595. intent was that now through the Church, the manifold wisdom

  596. of God would be made known to the rulers and

  597. the authorities in the heavenly realms. Do you realize how

  598. crazy of a statement that is? Do you realize how

  599. crazy it is? His intent was that his multifaceted manifold

  600. wisdom would be made known to the rulers and the

  601. authorities in the heavenly realms.

  602. When I compute that in my brain, who's.

  603. Responsible for that is the Father, the Son, and then angels.

  604. But he says it's his intent that it's.

  605. You you would make the manifold wisdom of God known

  606. to the rulers the authorities.

  607. This is paradoxic. This messes you up.

  608. You start thinking about this too much. It's illogical and

  609. destiny team. I'm gonna have you come up for my

  610. first closing. I get that from you.

  611. That's a joke. It's supposed to be funny. You're supposed

  612. to laugh at that. I believe that the Lord.

  613. Wants to do something here this morning. He told me

  614. to do two things, and we're going to do those

  615. two things. I believe it's the Lord's desire that the

  616. countenance of the church would align with overcoming and would

  617. not just be changed temporarily temporarily, but that we would

  618. have a countenance that would be like so tied to

  619. being in Him that we wouldn't ever even want to

  620. take a day or two of the risk of not

  621. being in Him. That we would wake up in the

  622. morning for the rama word. Thank you last week, awesome job,

  623. Pastor Dwayne. We wake up in the morning for the

  624. ram a word, because without the ram a word, we're

  625. just a person with a mess risk who is wondering

  626. how their future is going to turn out. And I'm

  627. telling you, I believe so. Number one, I believe that

  628. the Lord is here to heal this morning. What he's done.

  629. He's no respector of persons what he does for me.

  630. He's going to do for you what he did for

  631. my friend who dealt with seeliac disease for fifteen years.

  632. He's going to do for you what he did for

  633. multiple people this morning. He's going to do for you.

  634. So if you're in here and you have a problem

  635. in your body, I want you to come up here,

  636. and I want you to I don't care if you've

  637. been prayed for fifty times. I want you to get

  638. up here, and I want you to have agreement come

  639. from those people in our Destiny team, and I want

  640. there to be a declaration for healing and recovery for

  641. your body, because I think that the Devil's been trying

  642. to take the kids out, God's kids out, and we

  643. do not want to participate. We do not want to

  644. participate with Popper living, Popper thinking, and we don't want

  645. to let any royalty leak. As Pastor Dwayne was talking about,

  646. and as King's kids, we get the actual bread, the

  647. real bread from heaven, and we also get the bread

  648. of healing. And so if you have a problem in

  649. your body, you guys can start playing.

  650. I'm wrapping up. I'm so sorry if you.

  651. Got a problem in your body. I want you to

  652. come up and I want you to get prayed for

  653. for healing.

  654. Number two.

  655. If you are in here and you have been derailed

  656. at some point and you know that God called you

  657. to do something, prophetic words destiny are all over you,

  658. and you know that there's been something that's hindered that,

  659. and the train got off track, it got derailed, and

  660. now we're at a place where we just know we're

  661. not where we're supposed to be.

  662. I believe that this is a morning where the Lord.

  663. Is trying to call us back to remove the thing

  664. that inhibits the destin and he wants to restore hope

  665. to his church, that hope would be so abounding we

  666. would make our joy complete in him, because hope is

  667. just it's a brook running over outside of our innermost being.

  668. You see what I'm saying. You cannot get those people down,

  669. and you cannot get them off of their calling and

  670. the mission and the vision that the Lord has for them.

  671. You can't do it because the devil's really got no

  672. power unless he can get us thinking dim and walking

  673. in the darkness.

  674. And there is no darkness for you and me who

  675. are in Christ. Jesus.

  676. What would it look like if the church we're living

  677. in a perspective of no more down, no more gloom,

  678. no more dread, optimism for the future, all of God's

  679. prophetic words and giftings coming to pass in our lives.

  680. What would it look like if the church would say,

  681. I agree, I partner with that. What would that look like?

  682. I'm telling you He's coming quicker if that happens. Do

  683. you know He's waiting for that. The earth is waiting

  684. for it, It's groaning and travailing for it. All of

  685. Heaven's yearning for it. We got the earth yearning, We got.

  686. The heaven earning. Guess what the variable is.

  687. Stand up with me if you would, I believe this

  688. this morning, we're gonna we're gonna pray for people, uh

  689. for their for to have God restore the thing that

  690. the devil tried to steal from you and and and

  691. provide a timely escape if you're in.

  692. A present situation.

  693. Okay, I also believe He's gonna heal a whole bunch

  694. of people this morning. And so I want you to

  695. come forward in great faith and say, yes, Lord, thank

  696. you for your calling, your gift.

  697. You're healing.

  698. We receive your bread and those of you who are

  699. in here the rest of us. If that's not for you,

  700. I want you to do this with me. We're just

  701. gonna collectively start doing this. We're gonna shake off hopelessness.

  702. Take your hands and do this. We shake off hopelessness.

  703. We say that hopelessness has no rule, it has no rain,

  704. has no rain over us. It cannot affect us, it

  705. can do nothing to us. We just cast off, We

  706. dismiss hopelessness.

  707. In the name of Jesus.

  708. We say, hopelessness has got nothing on the King's kids,

  709. hopeless this has got nothing on the royal ones.

  710. Hopelessness has got nothing on the victorious ones.

  711. Hopelessness has got nothing on the overcoming ones.

  712. That nothing can get you down.

  713. Nothing then gets you off of your destiny, off of

  714. His fulfillment and plan for your life. And we say

  715. we agree with that. In the name of Yeshiah. Is

  716. this
