  1. All right, hallelujah, all right, all right, that was for

  2. those wonderful, mighty men on that video, right, hallelujah. I

  3. love it when the men are stepping up and leading

  4. the way.

  5. Amen. So the men of New Horizon are mighty.

  6. Amen, hallelujah. Well, y'all came to church on the right day.

  7. I always say that when I'm up here because I

  8. get to share with you, right.

  9. I don't always get to come up here, but typically

  10. I am going to talk. Today.

  11. We're gonna have a real fun recap on some of

  12. the mission's outreaches that we have been doing here around Horizon.

  13. And we have had a very busy year so far,

  14. and it's just dawning on me that we did not

  15. put together a recap today of our La Dream Center

  16. trip that we took with the youth.

  17. What were we again?

  18. Oh my goodness.

  19. Yeah, in June we took a trip with a bunch

  20. of kids down there and had a wonderful time.

  21. So we'll have to tell you more about that later.

  22. But today I'm going to share with you a little

  23. bit about what's going on in missions around here at

  24. the Horizon. We are a mission driven church and we

  25. love souls. God is after souls one hundred percent, and

  26. it's our part to do the giving, the going, and

  27. the doing.

  28. He's the one that gives the vision.

  29. He does all of the mighty workout there and changing

  30. lives and that kind of thing, and we get to

  31. be a part. He doesn't just do it without us.

  32. We get to do it with him. And that's the

  33. cool thing. And so today we're gonna do a little

  34. bit more mobilizing helping you see what we have.

  35. Done already, and it's going.

  36. To be a lot of fun today during worship and

  37. just kind of as the day has been progressing, I

  38. have had just a strong feeling that the Lord wants

  39. to make sure that every single one of us know

  40. how important every single soul is. That every single soul,

  41. whether they are young, whether they are old, whether they

  42. have different skin colors, all the different nations, all the

  43. different tribes, all the different tongues, whether they are sitting

  44. in a pile of dirt with no shoes on and

  45. it flies all over the place and kind of smelly,

  46. or if they're sitting in the most highest places of

  47. power in the world. God loves them. They are a

  48. soul that bears the image of him. They are a

  49. soul that He has created and made, and He loves

  50. every single one equally. Romans ten. I want you to

  51. turn to Romans ten. I'm gonna give it to you

  52. in the passion. So if you could put it up there,

  53. I would love it. Let me see, maybe I can

  54. open it up here.

  55. Is it up there?

  56. Okay, so you guys can all follow along with me.

  57. Hold on just a second here, because I want an

  58. extra verse here. I'm gonna go a little bit farther

  59. than what's up there Romans Chapter ten, Versus thirteen. And

  60. it's true, everyone who calls on the name of the

  61. Lord will.

  62. Be rescued and experienced new life.

  63. When before this was written, the people of God were

  64. kind of relegated to the Jews, and the gentiles really

  65. didn't have access into the things of God. But things

  66. changed when Jesus Christ came onto this earth, when he

  67. walked as we walk, and he died on the cross

  68. for every single soul.

  69. And now it is written that everyone, everyone who calls

  70. on the name of the Lord will be saved.

  71. Everyone will will be rescued and experience new life. But

  72. how can people call on him for help? If they

  73. have not yet believed, And how can they believe in

  74. one they have not yet heard of? And how can

  75. they hear the message of life if there was no

  76. one there to proclaim it? And how can them message

  77. proclaimed if messengers have yet to be sent.

  78. That's why the scriptures say, and here's my added one?

  79. Or did it get added up? There? It got at it?

  80. Did it get added?

  81. That's why the scriptures say, how welcome is the arrival

  82. of those proclaiming the joyful news of peace and of

  83. good things to come?

  84. How beautiful?

  85. Other translations say, are the feet of those who bring

  86. the good news? I am here to say today that

  87. anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will

  88. be saved.

  89. But there is a problem. There are so many people

  90. in this world.

  91. They do not know the story of Jesus, do not

  92. know the life that's available to them, and they are lost,

  93. lost in sin, lost in witchcraft, lost in brokenness, lost

  94. in the mess that this world wants to hand us.

  95. And he is saying God to say, I want to

  96. partner with you.

  97. I'm waiting for a people.

  98. I am waiting for a people to partner with him

  99. who are willing to step up and say I will

  100. be a messenger for you. I will be one that

  101. will go I will make my feet beautiful and be

  102. the one that will walk into places around this world

  103. no matter where you walk.

  104. Some of you walk into places I don't walk.

  105. Well, let me just tell you you are a proclaimer

  106. of the message of Christ wherever you go. And we

  107. are called not only to proclaim the message of God

  108. here in Fife, which we are doing. And you're gonna

  109. hear a little bit more about that in just a moment,

  110. because I'm telling you what. This church can't keep silent.

  111. This church will not stay silent. This church will not

  112. stay in these four walls. Come in, sit down, sing

  113. a song, be good, and.

  114. Walk out that door. This church is one.

  115. That's about ready to burst out of it seams any

  116. person that walks in here. My goal for you is

  117. to get so inspired that everywhere you walk.

  118. That you start to talk. Ooh, I like that.

  119. Everywhere you walk with them beautiful feet of yours. You

  120. need to start talking, talking, proclaiming the love of Jesus.

  121. Just the other day Dwayne and I went to we.

  122. Were kind of you know, you can do this when

  123. you're when you get old, and don't have kids to

  124. cook for whatever, I don't feel like cooking. Let's go

  125. out and we could do that a lot more than

  126. if you have went back when we had little kids.

  127. Oh no, we never they never saw the inside of

  128. a sit down restaurant.

  129. Because whenever we did, we left it just a disaster.

  130. It was so funny. But uh, anyway, so back on track.

  131. Here, him and I went out to a Mexican little

  132. place downtown Auburn.

  133. There wasn't anybody else in the restaurant.

  134. They had piles of food and nobody to sell it to,

  135. and so we were talking with them and having a

  136. great time, and we got to you know, we kind

  137. of were establishing a relationship, and as we were eating,

  138. I thought we need to pray for these people. So

  139. I said, come on, Duayne. We went up to the

  140. counter and there's nobody around. There wasn't a lot to lose, right,

  141. and so I said, hey, can we pray with you?

  142. And that lady got so excited. Her face lit up

  143. and she looked at her her colleague, the guy that

  144. she was working with, and she said, see, she said

  145. that morning when they had come to work, they had

  146. been low on customers. And she had told the gentleman

  147. that was working with him with her, we need someone

  148. to come in here and pray for us.

  149. Can you believe that?

  150. Here?

  151. Am I send me to every Mexican restaurant because the

  152. food was wonderful and we got to pray for those

  153. people and it was so fun.

  154. But you know what, it took a couple of things.

  155. It took some feet willing to get out there and

  156. a mouth willing to talk.

  157. Will you join with me? Will you be a missionary

  158. every day of your life when you wake up in

  159. the morning, don't just say ho hum.

  160. I want you to say, come on, God, where to today?

  161. Amen?

  162. Praise the Lord? Okay, So you know this is a

  163. time and a day.

  164. Something shifted a couple of weeks ago when a certain

  165. fellow was assassinated. The word of the Lord has gone

  166. forth like never before. The proclamation of the Gospel has

  167. been like nothing before. So many believers have thrown off shame, fear,

  168. and trepidation, and they have gotten bold and audacious.

  169. And I want to say to everyone sitting.

  170. In this room, forget about fear, forget about how you

  171. have been in the past. I want you to be

  172. willing to step up and share the good news everywhere

  173. you go.

  174. Amen.

  175. Well, just a couple of weeks ago, a team of

  176. nine of us went to Uganda and I wanted to

  177. share a little bit of a video here of our

  178. time that we spent there.

  179. Have you noticed my skirt? It twirls really good. If

  180. I get going, it'll fly up over my face. We

  181. better not do that, right.

  182. This is a karamode skirt from the Kara Carama Jung tribe.

  183. I always get it mixed up on my tongue. The

  184. Krama Jung tribe is way up north in Uganda. It

  185. took us twelve hours to drive their people, twelve hours

  186. stuffed in a van, and most of that time it

  187. was a dirt road. A lot of time was spent

  188. on you know this guy? Sorry, yeah, for twelve hours.

  189. But once we got there, it was amazing.

  190. We pulled into I'm gonna give you a little little

  191. bit of understanding in context and you'll hear more on

  192. the video. We pull into this town and it's the

  193. center of witchcraft worship for the region. People from Kenya,

  194. of people from the Congo, all over Uganda come to

  195. this certain little town that somehow we decided to go

  196. visit right at the beginning of their three week festival

  197. where they met in a big grove of trees.

  198. You're gonna see the trees right there to do their

  199. blood animal sacrifice. And here we walk in. Hello.

  200. We got a message the night before from gal here

  201. at the church, and she said, what I see is

  202. a golden dome of protection around you.

  203. I didn't even know I needed to be protected at

  204. that point.

  205. A golden dome of protection over you, and that there

  206. are golden angels standing and all this stuff about gold.

  207. Little did I know as well, And little.

  208. Did she know that in this area they have discovered gold,

  209. and this tribe now is sitting on gold and they're

  210. trying to figure out what to do with this gold.

  211. This tribe is very, very backward. In fact, even the

  212. Ugandans don't like to go into this tribe because they're

  213. and they call them savages.

  214. It's crazy.

  215. And we drove right into the middle of it, right

  216. through the grove and found a little church meeting under

  217. a tree, and we.

  218. Shared the gospel. People of God. You look at your

  219. feet right now.

  220. My guess is if we took all your shoes and

  221. socks off, it wouldn't be a pretty sight. I don't

  222. know about you, but sometimes feet are funny. But you

  223. know what God says about your feet, They are beautiful,

  224. especially when you're carrying the good news of Jesus.

  225. Amen. Okay, let's get to that video and let's enjoy.

  226. I keep my mic up because I might want to

  227. jump in and chat, but don't turn off the video.

  228. I'm just going to talk over the top of it. Okay,

  229. So let's have some fun. This is our trip. This

  230. one's on tarmac, though it's not dirt.

  231. Everybody, every Yes, we had a lot of time just

  232. singing songs.

  233. Hello, this is Pastor Joel and I had the privilege

  234. and honor of leading this spectacular team to Uganda.

  235. One of my personal highlights was the last day that

  236. we were out.

  237. In Karamojo and we were driving into this town center

  238. called knock up here Pirit, which is known to be

  239. the center of six districts around for witchcraft and worship

  240. of evil and just horrible things. There is a grove

  241. they call it a shrine, and that's where people over

  242. the following three weeks were going to gather and begin

  243. to do animal sacrifices and pray to their gods.

  244. We drove right.

  245. Into the center of that town. There was a little

  246. church that met under a tree, and we met the pastor.

  247. We joined into their service. Every team member was able

  248. to give their testimony. Each testimony was sharpened by the

  249. Holy Spirit. Everyone sitting there under that tree was listening

  250. with great attention and an amazing response. The gospel was planted,

  251. and we believe that that tree is going to become

  252. a church on actual church building, and it is going

  253. to be a light that shines in the darkness.

  254. To remind you Jesus is here.

  255. So my story, yeah.

  256. Hi, I mean Angelillis And one of my favorites experiences

  257. was being in room but they as they were building

  258. this stage, I sat and the children just surrounded me

  259. and I was able to bless them and talk with them.

  260. And then as they lined up, I was able to

  261. pray and bless them each again, and one just really

  262. stopped and covered his face and wept and it was beautiful.

  263. I'm Sandy. And one of the other projects we did

  264. in Musuk was with the partnership with my three sixty project,

  265. we were able to purchase one hundred and twenty five

  266. pairs of shoes that grow with the small children two sizes,

  267. and so we had the delight to wash their feet,

  268. give them brand new socks, and then put the shoes

  269. on them. We were also able to provide crocs for

  270. the older kids and foo flip flops for all of

  271. the teachers, So in total, over two hundred pairs of

  272. shoes were given out that night.

  273. That's them dancing with their new shoes. They couldn't after

  274. we passed them all out, the music flipped on and

  275. they all started dancing and couldn't hold still.

  276. This is Connie McDonald and I'm happy to share with

  277. you what I did on the mission trip that I

  278. just came back from. And I was working with the

  279. women in the Women's Empowerment Center and the three sixty

  280. Project making shoes for children. I'd done that before, but

  281. this year was even more special because I had a

  282. relationship already with these ladies and they knew me, they

  283. trusted me, and it was suggested that lunchtime we do

  284. a time of speaking into their lives of the prophetic Word,

  285. and that was just marvelous. It encouraged the women so much,

  286. and it was it was more than just touching their

  287. lives in a physical way. It was touching their lives spiritually,

  288. and I believe that it'll have impact on their future.

  289. So it was a wonderful time.

  290. Hi.

  291. I'm Stephanie, and I got to go on the trip

  292. to Uganda and for our outreach, we went to the

  293. northeastern part and we went to three cities and did

  294. a feeding.

  295. Program for the villages.

  296. And so we were in the tiny and a rupa

  297. and knackau peri pirit and the people would come from

  298. all over and there were so many kids and they

  299. would bring their plate and for some of the people

  300. it was their only meal at the day or possibly

  301. a few days, and so watching them receive the food

  302. and then eat the food and then come and say

  303. thank you and wave and just show so much gratitude

  304. was incredible.

  305. It was an amazing experience.

  306. I'm Terry.

  307. I got to go on the Uganda trip. I was

  308. sent here to weld the bunk beds at a primary school.

  309. They were all rusted, they were junk. We showed up,

  310. no one was there, electricity wasn't on. They turned the

  311. electricity on and these children just started coming out of

  312. the woodwork. First they were watching Before long they were helping.

  313. After a while, we even had children wearing goggles and

  314. helping us hold things while we checked and welded, And

  315. it just shows that God loves the children. And if

  316. you get a chance to come to you Ganda, it

  317. would change your life.

  318. Hi, I mean, I guess I want to tell you

  319. about my experience on the mission trip to you Gonda.

  320. The first thing that was really impactful for me was

  321. that being really needed on the crew of people finishing

  322. the slab for the sanctuary floor. There were guys that

  323. could shovel cement and place it, but not too many

  324. that who could finish it a little bit do some

  325. of them there, and I have quite a bit of experience,

  326. so that gave me a lot of joy. The other

  327. thing that really found amazingly joyful was the kids response

  328. to seeing themselves on my selfie function on my phone.

  329. I'd show them the phone with the selfie function and

  330. they'd see their face and they giggle and laugh, and

  331. then they'd get pulled out of the way because their

  332. brother or sister wanted to see it, and then their

  333. friend wanted to see themselves, and it was just a

  334. tumultuous time of joy and laughter.

  335. And fun beautiful.

  336. Hi.

  337. I'm Joe.

  338. Hey.

  339. It's been a great couple of weeks in Uganda. I've

  340. been here on this mission trip. Pastor and I have

  341. spoken at the Pastor's Conference for Yukon, and on Tuesday,

  342. when I spoke, the power of God fell many many pastors.

  343. About eighty percent of the congregation raised their hand at

  344. the altar call to be restored. They've felt frustrated, they

  345. felt lonely, they felt abandoned, and they felt like they

  346. wanted to quit, and we were able to pray with

  347. them and the power of the Holy Spirit hit them

  348. and we believe their lives have been changed forever. So

  349. if I can do anything, I want to encourage you

  350. to come out and be part of this. This is

  351. the greatest thing you can do with your life.

  352. God bless you, Sandy again, and I wanted to honor

  353. our team.

  354. They were amazing.

  355. No matter where we went and no matter what was

  356. happening around them, they would find someone to stop and

  357. pray for, whether it was a small child, a teacher,

  358. or someone they haven't even met in the market.

  359. But they were very good at.

  360. Just finding the people who needed encouragement and doing whatever

  361. was necessary to provide that WI.

  362. Thanks for sending us. Let's go next time.

  363. Amen. There you have it. Isn't that fun.

  364. At the end there when you saw us praying over

  365. a couple kneeling down. That is the little pastor couple

  366. from the Congo that we raised money for them to

  367. be able to build their church. Do you remember that

  368. a couple months ago we got to meet them. Sweet

  369. sweet couple, Sweet sweet couple. The other picture, I don't

  370. know if you noticed when I was kind of knelt

  371. down and kind of showing my hair to some of

  372. the kids up in the Caramel John area up in there.

  373. White people are not frequent.

  374. Let's just say I didn't see one other one while

  375. we were there, so we were kind of novel and

  376. scaring the kids.

  377. They would look at us and I would go like that,

  378. and they would run away, especially when they were little.

  379. So this one little girl that was in that picture,

  380. I kept trying to get her to come back and

  381. letting her touch my hair and all that, and finally

  382. she got happy and laughed at me. So yeah, that's

  383. part of the fun. So lots of great time there.

  384. As you could see.

  385. We did hands on, we did ministry, we did everything.

  386. We're starting to work on our dates for this coming

  387. year for missions trips. Who wants to go with us?

  388. Who wants beautiful feet?

  389. That should be everyone? Okay, so very quickly, ushers, if

  390. you would come forward. I failed to do this at

  391. the very beginning. But if you are new here at New.

  392. Horizon and don't know all the things that we do

  393. for missions around here, I have a missions magazine to

  394. give to you.

  395. It's the same one we did last spring. So if

  396. you got it back then don't worry about it.

  397. But if you are new, I would love for you

  398. to raise your hand and the ushers will get you

  399. one and make sure that you know all of the

  400. things about what we do here at New Horizon, meet

  401. all of our missionaries that we support. You're monthly giving

  402. into our Pledge, into our our Missions Fund is absolutely

  403. vital to these missionaries that are out there.

  404. It keeps them on the field.

  405. Also, you are giving every month through our Missions Pledge

  406. helps us sustain our local missions. It's very very important.

  407. You're going to see some more about that in just

  408. a moment, and I'm going.

  409. To give you an opportunity to take.

  410. Part and get on our missions pledge team and give

  411. on a monthly basis.

  412. And I really appreciate that. Pastor Dennis, would you come

  413. up here.

  414. I want to welcome him back to the stage. Pastor

  415. Dennis runs all of our local missions and he's got

  416. a lot to share with us. And then you have

  417. a very special treat coming as well a testimony.

  418. So here you go, come on, praise the Lord, give

  419. it up for Jesus.

  420. Yes, thank you.

  421. Father.

  422. Hey, so let's just let's just bless right now. Let's

  423. just pray really quick. Let's bless all those people that

  424. were impacted by our team. So, Father, we just blessed

  425. those people right now. Lord that this is an eternal

  426. impact that each and every child, each and every minister,

  427. each and every pastor have received Lord Jesus and the city,

  428. and that the entire country of Ugana will be transformed

  429. by the power of the Gospel in Jesus name.

  430. Everyone said, Amen.

  431. So I get to share with you some exciting things

  432. about some of the things that God is also doing locally.

  433. Amen. And so we're going to.

  434. Start off by giving you a quick recap of the

  435. back to school event. I know there's a ton of

  436. you here that made the back to School event possible,

  437. just really quick. We raised about six thousand dollars to

  438. be able to supply back to school supplies, backpacks, food

  439. and everything. So please, if you had any anything to

  440. do with the back to school event at any capacity,

  441. would you just raise your hand. I want to see

  442. you if you were involved. Come on, look at that.

  443. Look at all those hands. Come on, give it a

  444. give it up for them. We actually have a team

  445. called the Dream Team that came together to be able

  446. to make the back to School event happen a man.

  447. Another thing is the food bank ministry. We have a

  448. food bank ministry here every Thursday from one to three

  449. pm where we serve food and provisions to all of

  450. the people in the community that come. And so that

  451. happens every Thursday from one to three that's when we're

  452. actually serving, but serving actually begins even sooner. So like

  453. our truck driving that goes to pick up the food

  454. leaves here like around nine to thirty in the morning.

  455. And so it's happening.

  456. This is happening right here, and you can get to

  457. be a part of it as well. And so our

  458. food bank team is anybody here ever served in the

  459. food Bank team raise your hands.

  460. Come on, come on, come on, come on.

  461. Yes, yes, yes, yes, praise the Lord.

  462. Listen to the thread that's happening here. There's great things

  463. that are happening, and they all happen through there's a

  464. common denominator.

  465. Okay.

  466. And so another thing that we do as far as

  467. outreach is we have the opportunity of making sack lunches.

  468. Has anybody here been able to make sack lunches before?

  469. For the outreach ministry? Hands hands, hand.

  470. Give it up, give it up. I have a quick

  471. check this out.

  472. Check this little quick snapshot of the sandwich sack lunches.

  473. Look at that.

  474. Right here in our foyer Saturday morning before the rest

  475. the other part of the outreach ministry. Ministry goes out

  476. to bless people.

  477. All ages. But I don't remember that sounds like Debbie.

  478. She will not miss one of these.

  479. Everybody say hello, everything here.

  480. And so Nina, Nina, Nina guests to lead this. Let's

  481. give it up for Nina. Come on, somebody, Nina wave

  482. your hands so people could see you. Thank you so much.

  483. And so every Sunday, so right now, because there is

  484. some renovations that are happening at the Tacoma Rescue Mission.

  485. Our shuttle service, which is another expression of outreach, is

  486. not currently functioning because there's a housing situation happening at

  487. the Tacoma Rescue Mission, so we don't get to bring

  488. those people to be part of the Sunday service experience. However,

  489. the Sack Lunch Ministry is still full time going and

  490. we still make the sandwiches and we still give.

  491. Them out an outreach.

  492. So if you want to be a part of that,

  493. that's another opportunity that you have for local missions. Another

  494. great thing that's happening is Beyond the Walls. I don't

  495. know if you guys have heard, but God is on

  496. the move and there's another opportunity you will see in

  497. the next couple of slides here Beyond the Walls with

  498. Lindsey and Delano. Check this out. A mama with a baby.

  499. Jesus says it forgives. Can we pray for you?

  500. Come on?

  501. Look at that young people coming together, mom's dads coming together,

  502. preaching the gospel at the Puyalla Fair, preaching the gospel,

  503. praying for people, and their testimony of this is like

  504. everyone is so eager to receive prayer.

  505. People are like yees, pray for me. Yes, everywhere they.

  506. Go, come on, yeah, don't mess with our kids at

  507. our event.

  508. Come on.

  509. And in the Capital Olympia, everywhere we go, we are

  510. walking posters of the Kingdom of Heaven. Even if you're

  511. walking and going for a stroll with your family at Dashboint,

  512. come on, somebody, yeah, point rusting, you're in. So many people,

  513. so many people, they just see that Jesus is King

  514. and they're like, yeah, go ahead and pray for me.

  515. You don't even have to approach them and ask them.

  516. They just come to you and they want to be

  517. prayed for. Come on, God is on the move and

  518. so and then along with that, we have an amazing, spectacular,

  519. awesome team. Okay, I cannot name all of the people

  520. that from our church go out every single Saturday. I

  521. think we have a couple of pictures of what happens

  522. and every Saturday here in Tacoma in a place where

  523. you probably don't want to find yourself around this place,

  524. you know, in the wrong time, by yourself, because it's

  525. it's really it's really a tough situation.

  526. But check this out.

  527. So Tony Bradshaw, where's Tony Bradshaw, right here. Tony Bradshaw

  528. is the lead for Outreach UH in the Tacoma area

  529. along with Leonard White. And if you could see these

  530. photos right here, there's food, there's people, there's volunteers that

  531. are serving food.

  532. Look at those mighty men right there. Come on.

  533. And this happens every single Saturday. Look at that meal

  534. talking about good food. Passa Joe, yes, yes. And so

  535. there's all these things that the Lord is doing through

  536. different connections, So not just our church, Like God has

  537. blessed us with the opportunity to be there for many

  538. years now right in this specific area. And what the

  539. Lord has done is he's added more and more people,

  540. not just from our church, for other ministries that are

  541. coming out and they're literally bringing food, bringing resources, bringing

  542. all of the things that we need to be able

  543. to be most effective in everything that we're doing out there.

  544. People are being saved, people are being healed, people are

  545. being restored. Hope is being restored in the lives of

  546. so many people. And all of this happens through our generosity,

  547. through our giving. Pastor Joe talked about giving, going and doing,

  548. and I'm telling you God is on the move, and

  549. there's so many things that He's able to do through

  550. us when we say yes to him.

  551. Amen.

  552. So really, I know, maybe once before during or twice

  553. before during our outreach event like the Thanksgiving community dinner

  554. or Christmas event that we do. Those are other expressions

  555. of outreach that we have here for you to be

  556. able to be a part of as well. And we've

  557. had the opportunity to hear some of the testimonies of people, Okay,

  558. that the Lord has completely restored that are here with us,

  559. that our leaders in our community that are leading men's group,

  560. that are doing amazing things.

  561. I mean, even we can go back.

  562. To like Frank and Angela and how Frank has been

  563. completely restored straight from renal like his past life to

  564. being a mighty man.

  565. Of God hallelujah, being.

  566. Restored, having a beautiful family, to event a man that

  567. has a full time job is on her own doing

  568. great things for the Lord. Tony Bradshaw as well, we

  569. got the opportunity to meet him out in the streets.

  570. The Lord brought him.

  571. Literally he thought he was lost and he saw Frank

  572. out there.

  573. He was walking down the street. He's like, Hey, what's up.

  574. I'm kind of lost. I'm not sure where I'm going, but.

  575. The Lord connected him with Frank out there while he

  576. was working. Come on, while you are working, God is

  577. bringing people to you to be able to speak about

  578. the good news. Next thing you know, the Shutdow Ministry

  579. showed up a man and you know, he thought he

  580. was going somewhere else and the Shadow brought him to

  581. this church.

  582. He's like, didn't I see you before?

  583. Yeah?

  584. I know you.

  585. I saw you before too. He didn't even know he

  586. was coming here. And the Lord has planted him here.

  587. He's doing amazing things through him. He's now the lead

  588. for the Outreach ministry. They just launched another campus. Hello, somebody,

  589. another campus in another part of town that they've been

  590. scouting and looking at a man and praying. And the

  591. Lord is keep just keeps bringing other churches and other

  592. ministries into what God is doing through them.

  593. Amen.

  594. So this is what we are all doing together, because

  595. whether you're going out there or not, you're giving Amen.

  596. You're praying for these people, for our teams to be

  597. able to do what we do for His glory. Last update,

  598. This Sunday, we had Hamburger sell Hamburgers and chips and

  599. it was delicious.

  600. I enjoyed with the whole thing.

  601. Anybody got to participate on the yummy burgers.

  602. Oh the bacon, hallelujah.

  603. Okay, we repent Lord, Okay, but it was delicious, It

  604. was amazing, It was awesome. And guess what you helped

  605. us to raise not almost a little bit above nine

  606. hundred dollars for outreach ministry. And you're wondering what kind

  607. of things, you know, are we doing. We're not just

  608. giving you know, money out there for no reason. One

  609. of the quick testimonies, you know what will people are

  610. out there serving right there are eminent needs that ray

  611. that are you know, that are present. And one of

  612. the one of the people I know this quick testimony,

  613. one of the people a man that experienced brokenness in

  614. his life. It was a commercial driver, commercial driver, so.

  615. He's got a CEO.

  616. And everything coming out of state, got into a bad

  617. situation and never got the opportunity to renew his license

  618. to in the state of Washington.

  619. He couldn't he couldn't work, his.

  620. Family was falling apart, a whole situation, and all it

  621. took aside of just loving on him Saturday after Saturday

  622. and praying for him Saturday after Saturday and showing up

  623. and loving them and showing the love of Jesus to

  624. these people. You build a relationship because they are just

  625. like you and I. We're looking for relationship and the

  626. right relationship, right, a relationship that's.

  627. In alignment with God.

  628. Guess what one hundred and fifty dollars is all it

  629. took outside of you know, prayer and everything else to

  630. be able to get this man his Washington State CDL.

  631. And now this man has back.

  632. Is back on his feet, he's working as a truck driver.

  633. God is doing amazing things.

  634. So what I want, what I want us to do

  635. today is think about this.

  636. Think about this. You may not have the opportunity.

  637. To travel thirty hours to Uganda, whatever it takes to

  638. get there. You may not have the ability to fly

  639. down to Los Angeles' Dream Center and all the youth

  640. that went to the Mission Strip skid Row looking at

  641. the same thing, but in a large scale of the

  642. same things that we experience here.

  643. Praying for people.

  644. The young people from this church led people to the

  645. Lord pray for healing. People were healed and restored. Yes, yes,

  646. come on, God is on the move. So I'm gonna

  647. ask Tony Bradshaw and Jewels to come up to the

  648. platform here with me really quick, and let's give it

  649. up for.

  650. Them as they come up. God is so good. God

  651. is so good.

  652. So, like I said, you know Tony and Leonard White,

  653. they lead outreach ministry here in the Tacoma area. There's

  654. another part of town where they're scouting and there and

  655. they you know, they've been going out there on Mondays

  656. as well to serve people. And God is doing amazing things.

  657. And so I also want to ask you to pay

  658. attention and place pay close attention to the testimony because

  659. the same thing that God has done for Tony Bradshaw,

  660. the same thing that God has done in my own life,

  661. the same thing that God has done in your own life.

  662. Has anybody ever been set free of any addictions in

  663. the house?

  664. Hello?

  665. Somebody?

  666. Yes, God is still in the business of restoration, a

  667. man of making things new and whole. So we're gonna

  668. have Jewls share today her testimony.

  669. Amen. And I don't know if you ever remember seeing

  670. this young.

  671. Lady right here before, but wait till you hear what

  672. God is doing in her life.

  673. Amen. Thank you.

  674. Hi, I'm a little nervous, okay, sorry, My name is

  675. Julia Juliano.

  676. Most know me as Jewles.

  677. Most people knew me as a woman coming to church

  678. and living in my car with my three year old child.

  679. I was homeless. Wonder who is that woman? Why is

  680. she in the car, how did it happen? And who

  681. was she before? Wow, I'm just gonna kind of go

  682. from the heart. Well, I am a mother of three,

  683. I was a homeowner. I had a family. I had

  684. a white picket fence. I had a good life. Then

  685. one day somebody said, hey, I know you had a

  686. weight loss surgery. Do you want to try drugs so

  687. you can lose that weight faster?

  688. I said yes.

  689. My life took a shift. I went in the wrong direction.

  690. I was living a sinful life. I started staying away

  691. from my home, my kids, my family, my friends, everybody

  692. that respected me. Because I was ashamed of who I've became.

  693. I started living the street life, living in motels. I

  694. lived at the Glacier Motel for two years. I actually

  695. got pregnant out on the streets. I was doing many

  696. things I shouldn't have done. I ended up getting clean

  697. and sober for about a month. One would take my kid, giving.

  698. Birth to my son. Shortly back out to the streets.

  699. Living in a motel, I was doing things the wrong way.

  700. One day, I sat there in the motel room, laying

  701. on that floor, drooly, looking at my son. What am

  702. I doing with my life? Not only was I crying

  703. out to God. I need to change my life. I

  704. need to do something different. Right then and there, I

  705. sat there and thought, you know, I have Kyler that

  706. needs me, but I have two other children at home

  707. that I can't go back to that need me as well.

  708. I need to straighten up my life. Oh man, where

  709. am I going?

  710. Okay? Sorry?

  711. I ended up in my car. I had a friend

  712. come over and pack up my motel room. I could

  713. not say goodbye to anyone. I didn't want to say

  714. goodbye to anyone because it was time.

  715. For me to go.

  716. It was my time. I'm sorry, I'm gonna cry.

  717. Who okay.

  718. I started staying in the rescue mission parking lot. I

  719. started staying in the backside a pilot one of the

  720. roughest parts of Tacoma. If you don't know where it is,

  721. it is definitely rough. With my three year old son,

  722. I was crazy off my rocker, mind you. I just

  723. cut drugs, cold turkey and was living in my car.

  724. I would eat breakfast and dinner at the Rescue Mission

  725. and one day I went in with my tray of foods.

  726. Someone was helping with Kyler and this man walked up

  727. to me. Tony Bradshaw said, Hey, do.

  728. You want to come up to me?

  729. Come with me and do a Bible study. I said, well,

  730. what do I have to lose? I have everything in

  731. my car. I've lost everything. Why not I need to

  732. After this Bible study that we did, I felt so great.

  733. He goes, you know what, I have a church called

  734. New Horizon. I will come pick you up on Sunday.

  735. I'll take you to it. I said, no, I'm not

  736. going to leave my car. Everything I own is blindings

  737. are in there. I don't want anyone to steal everything

  738. I own and take my car.

  739. I'll drive.

  740. I ended up coming to church October twenty twenty four,

  741. where everybody started praying for me.

  742. Well, the prayers were answered.

  743. Soon I got accepted into the Adam Shelter by the

  744. Rescue Mission for two and a half months, but short.

  745. That was lived.

  746. I left on Christmas back into my car. Yet I

  747. continued keeping my chin up and nose clean. I since

  748. then everybody was praying with me, hugging with me, crying

  749. with me. Power of prayer is will, it is real.

  750. If you're faithful to God, he will answer. I am

  751. happy to say today not only am I thankful for

  752. going to the feeds that they fed on Saturday, where

  753. it helps my son and I eat, which is great,

  754. so majing outreach.

  755. Today.

  756. I'm clean and sober for thirteen months and it has

  757. been a life journey. Three months ago, I got a

  758. call from the Pierce County Housing Authority and I am

  759. proud to say that Kyler and I now have stability.

  760. We no longer live in our car. We have a

  761. two bedroom apartment here in Fight.

  762. But because of New Horizon and all.

  763. The support, I greatly appreciate it. In all the prayers,

  764. I am continuing my face with God and I continue

  765. going forward.

  766. Thank you.

  767. Sorry, Come on, come on, come on.

  768. Waa God, Waa God, Yay.

  769. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, Thank you Jesus, thank you Lord, thank

  770. you Father God. Yes Lord, hallelujah. Hey listen as the

  771. band comes up, come on, come on, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.

  772. Tesus hallelujah Jesus, come on, come on, yes, praise and

  773. praise Im for here is gone. Come on, yes, you

  774. see this beautiful young lady here she has not only

  775. her son still with her, has her secure place where

  776. she's living. She also has access to being able to

  777. see her daughter, a menage. Her relationship with her family

  778. is being restored. Hallelujah. Come on, somebody. God is on

  779. the move. I'm telling you, God is on the move.

  780. Everyone on your feet, Everyone on your feet. Let's stand

  781. up for just a moment. Come on, come on, let's

  782. stand up for just a moment.

  783. Come on.

  784. Yeah, Father God, we thank you, We thank you, We

  785. honor you, we glorify you, we magnify you, Father God,

  786. we thank you, Lord Jesus.

  787. Even right now, even right now, you.

  788. May not have experienced homelessness yourself. You may not have

  789. experienced living in your car, being in in drug addiction

  790. to the point where you lose everything, where you're on

  791. your face on the floor in a place that's dangerous,

  792. that is unsecure, that is not safe, and you're.

  793. Crying out to God, the Lord.

  794. I'm done, I'm done, I can't no more. Maybe that's

  795. not you, but maybe you have a neighbor, maybe you

  796. have a son, a grandson, a stepchild, anything. There's somebody

  797. that you know, somebody that God.

  798. Has brought you to.

  799. So that you could be able to minister deliverance to them.

  800. The same God that rescue Tony from living in the

  801. streets just down the street from here, on the other

  802. side of the freeway, he restored his life. I don't

  803. know where have you been, what addiction God has set

  804. you free from, or what addiction or what situation you

  805. want God to bring you from, and just experience complete deliverance.

  806. We serve Amighty God. We're not making stories. We're not

  807. hearing stories. Oh how cute stories. Oh the hairs in

  808. my hands stood up, Oh what a cute, beautiful story. No,

  809. this is the power of God moving in front.

  810. Of us right here.

  811. Yes.

  812. In Africa too, Yes, in Mexico too. Yes, in California also, Yes,

  813. in Thailand. Yes, in Texas and wherever the Lord has

  814. put us to minister to and to plant seas and

  815. to see his kingdom come.

  816. Yes.

  817. It's so real. It's so real. It's in front of

  818. our eyes reel. It's like we can touch it. Real,

  819. the hand of God, the move of God happening right here,

  820. right now. Whoo Jesus, oh God.

  821. Pastor Joe said, we're called as a house to give,

  822. to go and to do.

  823. This might be your first time here, or you might

  824. be coming here for a little bit.

  825. You've been watching.

  826. Online figuring out if you're gonna come ever.

  827. And be a part of this house. Guess what.

  828. God is calling you, and he's inviting you to be

  829. a part of what He is doing. We believe in

  830. the transformation not only of the city of Fife, but

  831. we live. We believe in the transformation of our entire

  832. nation and nations of the world.

  833. We will not stop.

  834. Unto every tongue and every tribe, unto everything in the

  835. world is covered by the glory of God. That's the

  836. invitation for you and I. That's what God is calling

  837. us to do right now. Jule's daughter today came up

  838. even received prayer today for the first time received prayer.

  839. God is on the move.

  840. Yes, yes, yes, yes, come on, Josie saying yes He's

  841. got us here.

  842. Oh what a God.

  843. So if you would just lift up your hands today

  844. with me hold a basha. Blessed are the feet of

  845. those that proclaimed the good news. Blessed are the feet.

  846. Beautiful are the feet. Father, We say yes to you today.

  847. Father, we repent.

  848. We repent for looking the other way. We repent for

  849. being quiet. We repent for not going, for not doing,

  850. for not giving.

  851. We repent, Lord, We turn our hearts.

  852. We turn our hearts.

  853. Away from a hearten and noe of a heart. We

  854. turn away from that right now, and we turn to

  855. Yogad and we say, Lord, here I am, send.

  856. Me, here, I am, Lord, send me, send me, Send me.

  857. That's your finance, because where your heart is, that's where

  858. your treasure is.

  859. Where your treasure is, that's where your heart is.

  860. Also, So if it's in the finances where God is

  861. calling you to go, then.

  862. We thank you God that you've.

  863. Given us soft hearts, that we no longer have hard hearts,

  864. that we have soft hearts that respond to you. That's

  865. saying yes to you, and we're gonna give. If God

  866. is calling you to go, to do praying consistently daily

  867. for the pastors that are being persecuted right now as

  868. we're gathered here in this beautiful building. They're being persecuted.

  869. There's wish craft that's happening, there's their lives are at risk.

  870. They can't even build a church because they'll they'll destroy it.

  871. They have to hide, They have to figure out how

  872. they're gonna how they're gonna eat, how they're gonna feed

  873. their families. However, God is calling you today to do,

  874. to go, to give.

  875. I just thank God.

  876. That we are a people of soft heart, that we

  877. no longer have the heart and hearts. But it's so

  878. easy to respond to hear his voice, to hear his calling,

  879. and to go to do and to give.

  880. That the story of.

  881. Tony Bradshaw, that story, the story of Julia Julie how

  882. we lovingly call her, the story of Yvonne, the story

  883. of many people here today. It won't be once. Oh yeah,

  884. that one story on that this is the new normal.

  885. That more people keep coming, that more people are being restored,

  886. that more people are being healed, that the men that

  887. we are mending the broken, that the broken are being

  888. mended in Jesus' name. Hallelujah.

  889. This is that new normal.

  890. Hallelujah. We see your kingdom come. We say, your kingdom come.

  891. We pull your Kingdom.

  892. Of God right here, right now, violently.

  893. Your will is being done.

  894. Hallelujah. We are people.

  895. Cad to restore every person, restored lives, restored life, restored, restored,

  896. to restore lives.

  897. And to bring glory to God. Onto the whole earth.

  898. Onto the whole.

  899. Earth, not just fife, not just my neighbor, not just

  900. my sister, not just my father, not just my brother.

  901. Come on, onto the.

  902. Whole earth is filled with His glory.

  903. Home, the whole earth filled with your glory.

  904. Come on, come on, come on.

  905. Just let your spirit cry out. Come on, let your

  906. spirit cry off.

  907. Feel, feel, feel the way, feel the calling of God

  908. upon your life.

  909. The whole earth must be filled with.

  910. The glory of God.

  911. Come on, come on.

  912. Cry out to him.

  913. Say Lord, here I am Lord, Send me, Send me Lord, Yes, Jesus, Yes, Jesus.

  914. I wanted to close our eyes, lift up our hands,

  915. and let's just pray for the common denominator in all

  916. of these things that I mentioned locally, even internationally, the

  917. common thing. The common denominator is volunteers, is the people

  918. that respond to God's calling and say, yes, Lord, I

  919. will go, Yes I will give, Yes I will do.

  920. We can't have the same impact if it's just me

  921. or if it's just you. If you notice every single

  922. thing that we've mentioned that we've gone. It takes an

  923. entire team. It takes an entire team to be able

  924. to accomplish and to see the fruition of what is

  925. in God's heart. And so today we're gonna invite you to,

  926. with your hands extended, just receive, just receive from the Lord.

  927. What is God telling you to do today? Father, We

  928. say yes to you. Father.

  929. Our hearts are soft, no longer herd. We say yes

  930. to your word. We say yes to your will. We

  931. say yes, by the God, we will do, We will go,

  932. We will give.

  933. Lord.

  934. Yes, Lord, we say yes because we want the restoration

  935. of all people, every nation, every tribe, every time. Yeah,

  936. we want to see the manifest glory of God, not

  937. just here in our building, in our church, but beyond

  938. the walls, hallelujah, in our cities, in our schools, in

  939. our workplaces, Father.

  940. God, and the schools.

  941. Lord, in the universities, Father God, in every area and

  942. the media, Lord, in every area of influence.

  943. Father God.

  944. Yes, yes, Lord, we say yes.

  945. We will go, We will do, We will give hallelujah.

  946. We received a mandate from you, Lord, and we thank you.

  947. Put your hands together for Jesus hallelujah,
