Putting All Your Trust In God

That's how tan my sermon is putting all our trust in God for

Salvation. Let's pray, Lord, thank you for

So when this this verse is telling us that were kept by

God's power, not our power, not our works, not anything else but

heaven. And we all know that we're not

justified freely by his grace through the Redemption that is

yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of

Works, lest any man should boast, this is probably the

clearest verse. That tells us all we have to do

is believe to be saved. And there's no Works involved.

I also want to notice where it says the gift of God, and the

gift of God is eternal life, and that brings me to my next point,

which is salvation is eternal go to John 363, 36 36.

John 3:36 says he that believeth on the son hath everlasting life

and he that believeth not the son shall not see life but the

wrath of God abideth on him. And this verse does it say

believeth he that believeth on the son will have everlasting

life next year or in a few days? No, it says he will have that

right away. an example of that is in Luke 24, I mean 23:23 Luke

23 verses starting at verse 42 says, and he said unto Jesus,

this is talking about the thief on the cross and he said unto

Jesus, Lord, remember me, when thou comest into came like

Kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, verily,

I say unto you. I say it's V today that shall be

with me in Paradise. Now, did the thief had to get

down from the cross and go do a bunch of works and be baptized

or, you know have to live a good life.

No. All we have to do is just

Believe that he was God, he would get salvation away and he

got his eternal life right away. And would you said we will have

eternal life right away. He was lying and we can show

that we can look at that. And Titus 1:2 I just wanted to
