  1. Welcome to NECF. We're thrilled you're here.

  2. Make sure to stay with us till the end, where

  3. we'll share some great resources to deepen your

  4. faith. Now, let's dive into this week's sermon.

  5. Look at verse 15, Ephesians chapter 5, verse

    Ephesians 5:15

  6. 15. I want you to walk with your Bible. I mean,

  7. I want everybody to open his Bible because...

  8. I believe that you should be looking at your

  9. Bible. Don't just be walking. Don't just be walking.

  10. That's the essence of Bible teaching. That's

  11. the essence of Bible teaching, that to also study

  12. the Bible together. And so study means to pay

  13. attention, to pay attention to detail, to pay

  14. attention and be focused. Look at verse 15. See

  15. then that you walk circumspectly. That word means...

  16. to walk carefully, not as fools, but as wise,

  17. redeeming the time because the days are evil.

  18. Therefore, do not be unwise, but understand what

  19. the will of the Lord is. That word redeeming

  20. the time means make most of every opportunity.

  21. That means the time there is opportunities. You

  22. understand? Now, we're here in Cyprus. We have

  23. an opportunity. You are here in the church, you

  24. have an opportunity to study the Word, to pay

  25. attention to what you are taught. He said, redeeming

  26. the time, which means that the way to redeem

  27. the time, because when last year, if you were

  28. 16, this year you are 17. And that means 17 will

  29. never come again. But how to redeem opportunities

  30. is to make most of the opportunities. I have

  31. talked to so many of us that are here. Some of

  32. you may not have liked the courses you are taking

  33. now in school, you are studying, because they

  34. forced it on you. Daddy and mommy said, if you

  35. don't study engineering, I will not pay your

  36. school fees. So you have no choice than to study

  37. what they have imposed on you. But one thing

  38. that... And not a lot of young people need to

  39. understand is that whether you are an adult or

  40. a young person, you have to understand that somebody

  41. will take decision for you. Oh, are you getting

  42. me? Are you getting me? Now, are you the president

  43. of your country? So that means somebody is taking

  44. decision on your behalf and is going to affect

  45. you. So don't always look at it as if, you know,

  46. the way we used to paint it in the sand. This

  47. is what I want to do. Yes, it's good that parents

  48. allow us to make our choices. But sometimes when

  49. you don't have a choice, what I'm trying to say

  50. is that in life, it's a reality. We're not saying

  51. that it's good for a curse to be imposed upon

  52. you. We're saying that is a reality. It happens

  53. in life. Some decisions are made, not without

  54. you. Whether you like it or not. He knew man

  55. would fall. Man would die. But he needs to be

  56. rescued. You do understand what I'm saying? We

  57. say that word Ezar means a savior, a rescuer.

  58. Ezar, E -Z -E -R. It's a rescuer. So when Jesus

  59. took on flesh, are we together? When he took

  60. on flesh, that is Ezar coming to help man. That

  61. is Ezar coming to help man. Did you understand

  62. what I'm saying? He rescued man from darkness.

  63. He rescued man. So that word means rescuer. It

  64. means a deliverer. One who saves you. One who

  65. takes you from darkness and from death. And we

  66. saw. That the woman is not man's Ezzah. Because

  67. the woman that is coming to a man's life, or

  68. a man coming to a woman's life, you know, we

  69. always describe it in the other way. But it's

  70. both coming to each other's life. Are we together?

  71. So, when they come to each other's life, when

  72. a woman comes to a man's life, she is not coming

  73. as a savior. You understand what I'm saying?

  74. She is not a rescuer. She's not coming to save

  75. the man from darkness. Except you are darkness.

  76. I know and I know. When I married my wife, I

  77. was in the light. And I'm still in the light.

  78. And I'll continue to be in the light. You understand?

  79. You remember Ephesians 5? It says you were in

  80. darkness, but now you are light in him. So my

  81. wife did not come to give me light. And God did

  82. not institute the marriage to bring... people

  83. into light. I know some people say, I am with

  84. him because I want to convert him. Thank you,

  85. Holy Spirit. God has not put marriage as a means

  86. to bring people into light. So the woman is not

  87. coming to rescue the man from darkness. No. There

  88. is nowhere, at no point, that the scripture teaches

  89. that the woman is man's Ezzah, is man's helper.

  90. So helper in that context, helper in this text

  91. is not literal. It's not saying that she is your

  92. house help. Do you understand what I'm saying?

  93. I know this teaching is spoiling some men's strong,

  94. strongest scripture in their arsenal in bringing

  95. their wives into subjection. When the wife want

  96. to complain and say, don't you know that? He

  97. say, I want to remind you what the Bible says.

  98. He say, you are my helper. Did you realize that?

  99. Brother, don't you think you are wicked? That

  100. her father took her to school, pay her school

  101. fees. She went to the university, got degree.

  102. Her degree was not in Kuchino. And then you carried

  103. her and said she must continually cook for you.

  104. How about now? Don't you see that your heart

  105. is terrible? Okay, wait. Give birth to a child.

  106. Give birth to a daughter. Train her. Which one

  107. is it? Medicine. Train her in medicine. I think

  108. here we pay about 13 ,000 euros, right? Or thereabout.

  109. That's about 22 ,000, 22 million, probably thereabout

  110. in Nigerian, whatever, Naira. Are we together?

  111. A year. And you do that for five, six years,

  112. right? When you are finishing, that means you

  113. must have paid up to about 70 something thousand

  114. euros, right? Are we together? Doctors in the

  115. house, right? Imagine you paid that money, you

  116. understand? Some of you, even to help your roommates,

  117. you say, brother, the Lord will help us. Now,

  118. somebody trained his daughter with such money.

  119. And you will carry her and keep her in the house

  120. to be cooking for you. Didn't you see the way

  121. your heart is? And you will not do the same.

  122. So the point I'm trying to say is that there

  123. is nowhere in scripture because the water helper

  124. tells us of a message of salvation. Remember,

  125. he said, in the day you eat it, you will die.

  126. And he said, and the Lord said, the next scripture.

  127. I don't want a man to be in that position. He

  128. said, I have already made a provision for his

  129. rescue. And I am his helper. Are we together?

  130. I used to like that song. My, my helper. My.

  131. It's just that the other line, that's just the

  132. problem. Maybe you have to adjust that. That

  133. word. There is something that makes me come into

  134. your. Where have you been? That's just the line

  135. that is. Where have you been? You understand?

  136. Since the day we received him, we have come into.

  137. And we have been there. We will remain there

  138. forever. Glory to Jesus. You have not gone anywhere.

  139. Not there is something. You are already there.

  140. So adjust that line. But else, I love this song.

  141. You know what I'm trying to say? So the point

  142. I'm trying to point out is that marriage is a

  143. union. It's a mutual union. Oh, let me say it

  144. again. Marriage is a mutual union. It means a

  145. symbiotic relationship. It's not a commensal

  146. relationship where only one benefits. It's not

  147. also parasitic where one is harmed. No. It's

  148. a symbiotic relationship. So the man helps the

  149. woman. The woman helps the man. If you are using

  150. that word literally, it's not just one way. You

  151. come together to be a team, to be able to do

  152. greater things so that when you get married,

  153. you become better, both of you. You do that in

  154. business. When two people join hands to come

  155. together, they join thinking, they join energy,

  156. they produce a better thing than each one of

  157. them will have done it. Are we together? Marriage

  158. is a union where we both help each other. Are

  159. we together? Therefore, woman is not the help

  160. of man. Glory to Jesus. Now look at verse 21.

  161. And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall

  162. on Adam, and he slept. And he took one of his

  163. ribs and closed up the flesh in its place. Then

  164. the rib which the Lord God had taken from man,

  165. he made into a woman. And he brought her to the

  166. man. I want you to pay attention, please. Note

  167. something in verse 21. Particularly, took one

  168. of his ribs. In verse 21. And then the rib which

  169. the Lord God had taken from man, he made into

  170. a woman. Verse, note that word. The reap which

  171. the Lord or which the Lord had taken. Verse 22.

  172. You know, people have used this verse also to

  173. take it very literal that and they call the woman

  174. the missing reap. Meaning that the man has one

  175. reap missing because God took it and from the

  176. woman. So the woman is one reap. The man is left.

  177. with 23 rips, that this one is missing. And I

  178. have checked. I had to go online again. I become

  179. foolish for just a few seconds. I said, let me

  180. check, you understand? I know this is, Pastor,

  181. anything is possible. Pastor Emma recently, he's

  182. had to become pharmaceutical, international relations.

  183. So there is nothing that you cannot create. Hallelujah.

  184. But paucococci is a red anatomy. You understand?

  185. Now you understand that first and foremost, I

  186. check to find whether there is any normal human

  187. being. You understand? First, any normal man

  188. that has an incomplete rib. You understand? And

  189. I have found none. Then I check, okay, let me

  190. check any woman. Any normal woman that has only

  191. one rib and I couldn't find. Okay. And then I

  192. check, I discover that every, regardless of sex,

  193. every person, male, female, have 12 pairs of

  194. ribs. That's 24, right? 24. The exception is

  195. abnormal. What is abnormal? Maybe you had an

  196. accident and then some, the curse just broke

  197. someone's. Or? You went for cosmetics these days.

  198. Hey, Jesus. There is a cosmetic surgery they

  199. do these days that they remove your lips to make

  200. your waist align. You know what I'm saying? I

  201. saw one woman, she removed six of her lips. What

  202. is it? That she wants to make herself happy.

  203. She's on YouTube. That she wants to look... Oh,

  204. Jesus. She wants to look like a cartoon. That's

  205. what will make her happy. You see this place

  206. very thin. If it is that one, that's artificial.

  207. It's not normal. Or a side accident, or you have

  208. a genetic disease, you understand. Or sometimes

  209. even can be removed surgically for any kind of

  210. maybe disease, when maybe you have discomfort

  211. around this area there, so they have to remove

  212. it to help you feel, I mean, to relieve you from

  213. the pain. But besides these cases I've mentioned,

  214. normal human beings come with complete rifts.

  215. Then that means, how did it happen? Is it mutation?

  216. When God removed that of Adam, and then over

  217. there they give birth, then there's mutation,

  218. and then the other one grows back. Or what? I

  219. don't understand. So what I'm trying to say,

  220. I want you not to throw away your brain when

  221. you are reading the scripture. Do you understand

  222. what I'm trying to say? Yes, don't throw away

  223. your brain. You need to ask questions. Remember,

  224. don't forget. When you are reading. That Adam

  225. didn't read anatomy. And I mean Moses did not

  226. read anatomy. Moses is a prophet. And the goal

  227. of Moses is not to give you a textbook of anatomy.

  228. That's not his goal. Because you know Moses is

  229. a prophet. And you know his goal. What God called

  230. him. Then you have to be careful how he writes.

  231. You have to pay attention because you can't just

  232. assume that's what he meant. No. Just like I

  233. gave you an example with Jesus. You know why

  234. he's here or not. You know what he's about to

  235. do. So when he was teaching and he uses parables

  236. and he writes in that pattern, you don't think

  237. that he's teaching people how to do business

  238. when he gave the parable of the talent. He said,

  239. this is the business secret of the Bible. The

  240. business secrets from Jesus himself. However

  241. now, that is not how to study the Bible. Go back

  242. to that verse. Look at that verse. Let me just

  243. do some things in that verse. Verse 21. Are you

  244. there? And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to

  245. Adam. I mean to fall on Adam. To fall on Adam.

  246. What is that reap? And he slept and he took one

  247. of his reaps. What is this reap then? If it is

  248. not biological, if he's not talking about literature,

  249. what is it? What is Moses trying to communicate?

  250. Now, the first thing, you know, every teaching

  251. we teach you, we also teach you how to read Bible.

  252. When you encounter this kind of a thing, all

  253. the first thing, I think I taught you during

  254. the catatismus, one of these catatismus, I think,

  255. no, the last, no, not this last, the 2024, the

  256. 2023. When Pastor Olu was here, you understand.

  257. I say, how to know that you have accurately divided

  258. the word of truth? You have to subject it through

  259. some certain principle. You understand? One of

  260. the principles, when you are juggling, you are

  261. trying to understand the meaning of the word.

  262. We just did that in the cell with the issue of

  263. water and the spirit. Are we together? One of

  264. the things we did was to follow through John.

  265. And look, how did he use water? Are we together?

  266. From chapter 3, we look at the context of discussion,

  267. and the context includes a number of things.

  268. One is to look at the immediate context. What

  269. is the major theme discussed there? The theme

  270. discussed is being born again, which means being

  271. born of what? Of the Spirit. And how will you

  272. do that? How will you be born by the Spirit?

  273. By faith. Did you understand what I'm saying?

  274. That is the theme. nowhere physical water is

  275. mentioned. Then that means, and that's the only

  276. place he said water and the spirit. And John

  277. was writing it to say to us that Jesus was saying

  278. it as a further explanation. Because in verse

  279. 3, he told him that except you are born again,

  280. you will not see the kingdom. And the man didn't

  281. understand and took it literally. Although he

  282. was a Pharisee, although he was a teacher of

  283. the law, he never understood what born again

  284. means. He thought that a man would be born twice,

  285. meaning he has to go back to his mother's womb.

  286. You understand? And then he asked Jesus, what

  287. do you mean? And then Jesus said, no, no, no,

  288. no, no, no. This is what I mean. And then he

  289. reiterated himself. In verse what? Verse 5. That

  290. means whatever he's saying in verse 5 is not

  291. different from what he was saying in verse 3.

  292. And then he further verse 6, verse 7, and then

  293. continues. When you move to chapter 4, you saw

  294. Jesus with the Samaritan woman, right? And then

  295. they were talking about there was literal water

  296. there. But he uses that also figuratively. He

  297. said, I will give you the living water. Will

  298. you mean? Jesus is talking about that. The woman

  299. also did not understand. She has to begin to

  300. ask, you don't have the, you don't have anything

  301. to draw the water. How are you going to give

  302. me? Then Jesus began to explain further. When

  303. you read chapter 7, again he talks about water.

  304. He calls it the living water. What we are trying

  305. to say is that if you follow the author, you

  306. will know what he means. Now again, what we will

  307. do, we will follow Moses. How did he use the

  308. word reap? Are we together? Are we ready? Okay,

  309. let's follow Moses. Let's look at how did he

  310. use the word reap in his writings. Hallelujah.

  311. Exodus chapter 25. Exodus 25. So just follow

    Exodus 25 chapter mention

  312. me quickly. Exodus 25 verse 18. Sorry, verse

    Exodus 25:18

  313. 8 to 14. Exodus 25. Verse 8. And let them make

  314. me a sanctuary, that I might dwell among them

  315. according to all that I saw you. That is the

  316. pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of

  317. all furnishing, just so you shall make it. Verse

  318. 10. And they shall make an ark of acacia wood,

  319. two and a half cubits. Shall be its length. A

  320. cubit. And a half. Its width. And a cubic. And

  321. half its height. Verse 11. And you shall overlay

  322. it with pure gold. Inside. And outside you shall

  323. overlay it. And shall make on it. A molding.

  324. Of gold. All around. Look at verse 12 please.

  325. And you shall cast. Full. Of the gold. That word

  326. sight is the same word as rip. The word there

  327. in Hebrew is selah. S -E -L -A. Selah. S -E -L

  328. -A. That's the word in Hebrew. So that word sight

  329. is the same word selah. Let's continue. He said,

  330. and two rings on the other side. And you shall

  331. make pole of acacia wood and overlay them with

  332. gold. You shall put the pole into the rings on

  333. the side of the ark. That the ark will be carried

  334. by them. Now look at that word. He said the rings,

  335. verse 14. That word sides. Sides is also means.

  336. The rip. What can you see here? That means we

  337. see now here in this text, rip. Rip as what?

  338. Side of an ark. The rip here is what? The sides

  339. of what? An ark. Look at Exodus 26. Exodus 26.

  340. Look at verse 20. And for the second side of

  341. the tabernacle. Now look at that what side again.

  342. Is the word to reap. Which is selah. Side of

  343. the tabernacle. The north side. There shall be

  344. 20 boats. Look at verse 26. Verse 26. So Exodus

  345. 26. We read verse 20. Now 26. And you shall make

  346. bars of acacia wood. Five of the boats of one

  347. side. That word side again. Is the word what?

  348. Reap. Selah. Look at verse 27. What do you see

  349. again here? That means here, reap is what? The

  350. site of what? The tabernacle. Are we together?

  351. Oh, are you with me? Sight of what? The tabernacle.

  352. Look at chapter 27. Chapter 27. Chapter 27, verse

  353. 7. The pole shall be put in the rings, and the

  354. pole shall be on the two sides of the altar to

  355. bear it. Two sides of the altar. That was sight

  356. again. That was sight again. Here we see is a

  357. sight. of the altar. Side of the ark, side of

  358. the tabernacle, side of the altar. Look at chapter

  359. 30 verse 4. Chapter 30 verse 4. Chapter 30 verse

  360. 4. We're still in Exodus 30 verse 4. Two gold

    Exodus 30:4

  361. rings you shall make for it. On the molding on

  362. both sides you shall place them on it. two sides.

  363. Now that word side, again, both its sides. Sides.

  364. You shall place them on its two sides and they

  365. shall be holders for the poor witch to bear it.

  366. So we see side. Reap a side, O Selah. Chapter

  367. 36. Chapter 36. Verse 25. And for the other side,

  368. that word side is Selah, of the tabernacle. Move

  369. to verse 31 of that. Exodus 36. And he made bars

  370. of acacia wood, five for the boat on one side

  371. of the tabernacle. One side of the tabernacle,

  372. verse 32. Five bars for the boat on the other

  373. side of the tabernacle. Now, you could see that

  374. in all these verses, verse 31, verse 32, verse

  375. 25. Again, what do we see? Reap of Selah. As

  376. what? Sides of the tabernacle. Sides of the tabernacle,

  377. verse 37. Sorry, chapter 37. Next is chapter

    Isaiah 37:3

  378. 37, verse 3. And he casts for it four rings of

  379. gold, for gold to be set in its corners, in two

  380. rings on one side. That word side again is rip.

  381. And two rings on the other side of it. Again,

  382. we see sides. Look at verse 5 of that chapter

  383. 37. Are you there with me? He said, and he put

  384. the pole into the rings at the side of the ark

  385. to bear the ark. That side again. 27, verse 27.

  386. Verse 27 of chapter 37. He made two rings of

  387. gold for it under its molding. By two corners.

  388. By two corners. On both sides. As holders for

  389. the pole. With which to bear it. Look at chapter

  390. 38. 38 verse 7. 38 verse 7. Then he put the pole.

  391. Into the ring. On the side of the altar. With

  392. which to bear it. He made the altar hollow. With

  393. both sides. Of the altar. That word sight again.

  394. What can we see here? That means Selah. As all

  395. we are. This is. They enter in all Moses writings.

  396. You understand. These are places Moses used the

  397. same word. With that word he used in Genesis.

  398. We see it as the sight of a building. Of a tabernacle.

  399. The sight of an ark. Sight of the altar. Sight.

  400. So in all these instances, Moses taught rips

  401. in reference to building. Moses taught what?

  402. Rip in reference to what? Building a tabernacle.

  403. Because all these things we talk about is about

  404. the building of a tabernacle. Are we together?

  405. The building of a tabernacle. Now, I want you

  406. to note something again because we are trying

  407. to look contextually. Why will Moses be using

  408. this same word? That's the question I want to

  409. ask now. Why would Moses be using this same word

  410. in reference to a tabernacle? Why would Jesus

  411. be using a lot of parables with agriculture?

  412. Are you together with me? Are you together with

  413. me? Because the choice of Christ to use more

  414. of agriculture to speak about what he wants to

  415. speak is in reference to his audience. Oh, are

  416. we together? Oh, are we together? Amen. I want

  417. you to note Moses' choice of what? Moses' choice

  418. of even the issue of tabernacle was because of

  419. the experience of the Israelites. The issue of

  420. tabernacle is not a strange thing to Israel.

  421. Are we together? The children of Israel are conversant

  422. with tabernacle, with temples in Egypt because

  423. that is where idol worship takes place. Are we

  424. together? Idol worship takes place where? In

  425. a tabernacle. So when Moses was using to build

  426. a tabernacle, he didn't choose that because he

  427. just wanted to choose that to communicate the

  428. gospel. Because I think we did hypodigma, right?

  429. When we are dealing with Leviticus, the gospel

  430. in Leviticus. We even studied the issue of in

  431. Hebrew and we saw that the tabernacle. was a

  432. hypodigma, was an example, was a pointer. Are

  433. we together? To the building that God will do.

  434. Are we together? Amen. So when Moses make a choice

  435. to build the tabernacle and to describe it, he

  436. is speaking from a point to make his audience

  437. have a connection to what he's saying. So note

  438. this one, that the deliverance. Let me tell you

  439. one thing. Tabernacle, the knowledge of the tabernacle

  440. or temple emanates from Egypt because Egypt is

  441. a place of idol worship. That's where they knew.

  442. So most times when we describe the exodus of

  443. Israel from Egypt, we describe it as if God is

  444. just saving them from oppression. But it's not

  445. just oppression. Yes, it's oppression. But equally,

  446. God was saving them from idol worship. Because

  447. when he told Moses, he said, go and tell Pharaoh

  448. that I want my people to go and serve me. Are

  449. we together? Hallelujah. So God was not just

  450. only saving Israel from oppression in Egypt,

  451. but he was saving them also from idol worship,

  452. from idol worship. Hallelujah. He was saving

  453. them from idol worship. Now, let me give you

  454. just an introduction of something. Look at Exodus

  455. 12. I want to just show you that Egypt, about

  456. tabernacle and idol worship, Israel lent it from

  457. where? From Egypt. So when Moses was speaking

  458. using tabernacle, they understood what Moses

  459. was communicating. They understood what Moses

  460. was communicating. Exodus chapter 12, verse 12.

    Exodus 12:12

  461. For I will pass through the land of Egypt. On

  462. the night, and I will strike all the firstborn

  463. in the land of Egypt, both man and beast, and

  464. against all the gods of who? The gods of Egypt.

  465. And I will execute the judgment. I am the Lord.

  466. The gods of Egypt. The gods of Egypt. The gods

  467. of Egypt. Look at Joshua 24. Joshua 24. Joshua

  468. 24. Look at verse 14. 24 verse 14. Now, therefore,

  469. fear the Lord. Serve him in sincerity and in

  470. truth. And put away what? The goat which your

  471. father served on the other side of the river.

  472. In where? Oh, talk to me. In where? In Egypt.

  473. That's where they learned it. That's where they

  474. learned it. Look at Ezekiel 20. That's where

  475. I will stop. Look at Ezekiel 20. Ezekiel 20.

  476. And we shall continue from there. All glory to

  477. Jesus. What I'm trying to say is that when you

  478. see Bible writers use things, it is not accidental.

  479. They don't just choose what have hazardly. They

  480. choose it deliberately. Are we together? That's

  481. what we're trying to communicate. Are you in

  482. Ezekiel? Ezekiel 20. Look at verse 5. Let me

  483. read quickly here because I want you to see.

  484. so much here before we close excuse me verse

  485. five say to them so says the lord on the day

  486. when i choose israel and raise my hand in an

  487. oath to the descendants of the house of jacob

  488. made myself known to them in the land of egypt

  489. i raise my hand in an oath Verse 7. With the

  490. idols of Egypt, I am the Lord your God. But,

  491. verse 8, they rebel against me and will not obey

  492. me. They did not all cast away the abominations

  493. which were before their eyes, nor did they forsake

  494. the idols of Egypt. Then I said, I will pour

  495. out my fury on them and fulfill my anger against

  496. them in the midst of the land of Egypt. But I

  497. acted for my name's sake, that I should not be

  498. profaned before the Gentiles, among whom they

  499. were, in whose side I had made myself known to

  500. them, to bring them out of the land of Egypt.

  501. made them to go out of the land of Egypt and

  502. brought them into the wilderness and I gave them

  503. my status and showed them my judgment which even

  504. man does he shall live by them moreover I also

  505. gave them my sabbath to be a sign between them

  506. and me that they might know that I am the Lord

  507. whom sanctified them. Yet the house of Israel

  508. rebelled against me in the wilderness. They did

  509. not walk in my status. They despise my judgment,

  510. which if a man does, he shall live by them, and

  511. they greatly defile my Sabbath. Then I said,

  512. I will pour out my fury on them in the wilderness

  513. to consume them, but I acted. For my name's sake,

  514. that it shall not be profane before the Gentiles,

  515. in whom side I had brought them out. So I also

  516. raise my hand in an oath to them in the wilderness,

  517. that I will not bring them into what? Into the

  518. land which I had given them flowing with milk

  519. and honey, the glory of all the lands. Verse

  520. 16. Because they despised my judgment and did

  521. not... But I said to them, to their children

  522. in the wilderness, I said to their children,

  523. he said, do not walk in the status of your father,

  524. nor observe their judgment, for nor defile yourself

  525. with their what? With their idols. Now, when

  526. Moses make a choice to build a tabernacle and

  527. to use the word to reap and to describe, sorry,

  528. he was not describing anatomy. He was describing

  529. and using things familiar to his audience. using

  530. things familiar to his audience to communicate

  531. something. Are we together? So even the Israelites

  532. were delivered from Egypt. Even though they were

  533. delivered from Egypt, they were still not free

  534. from what? For their idols. They were not free.

  535. They were not free. That thing they have imbibed

  536. was following them. When we come, we will see

  537. some of the trouble that they had in the wilderness.

  538. And then the idea is that we are following gradually.

  539. to come to understand what was Moses communicating

  540. when he used that the Lord took a rip, took a

  541. rip and built into a woman. What did he mean

  542. by that? But one thing I want you to understand

  543. is that at this moment, that Moses was not communicating

  544. by logic. Are we together? That that word rip

  545. is a term in building and the building is about

  546. the tabernacle. And he... The tabernacle is about

  547. what they are familiar with. And he's using that

  548. to communicate the plans of God for their life.
