  2. your life, you still question God's calling upon

  3. your life. Please speak to any of the pastors.

  4. If sometimes you feel you are not called, if

  5. any of such thoughts comes to you, please speak

  6. to any of the pastors. They will guide you in

  7. divine understanding. They will guide you in

  8. divine understanding. If by any chance as well

  9. you have been trusting God to walk in the gifts

  10. of the Spirit, and doubts are arising or you

  11. are exercising and it looks like it's not functioning,

  12. please also talk to any of the pastors. I believe

  13. that there will be laying of hands for impactation

  14. much more so that we can be able to work in these

  15. things in abundance. Hallelujah. All right, so

  16. let's continue from where we stopped. Let's continue

  17. from where we stopped. Thank you, Jesus. Thank

  18. you, Holy Ghost. Thank you, Holy Ghost. Thank

  19. you, Holy Ghost. All right. John chapter 16,

    John 16 chapter mention

  20. where we were before we started. John chapter

    John 16 chapter mention

  21. 16. I said that there are things we have accredited

  22. to the Holy Ghost, but it's not what the Holy

  23. Ghost do. Because we did not quite pay sufficient

  24. attention, right? We did not pay sufficient attention

  25. to what? To scriptures, right? We didn't pay

  26. sufficient attention to it. So now that we are

  27. paying sufficient attention, what does the scripture

  28. say about convicting the world of sin? Does the

  29. Holy Ghost convict? So that word convict is actually

  30. electro. Electro, actually. I'll spell it. E

  31. -L -E E -L -E G Eleg E -L -E -G C -H -O E -L

  32. -E -C -H -O. Thank you, Holy Ghost. Thank you,

  33. Jesus. E -L -E -C -H -O. And I've given us the

  34. different variations, right? That it means to

  35. shame. It means to find fault. It means to reproach.

  36. It means to make people feel sorry for themselves

  37. or feel sorry of themselves. I start again. Electro

  38. have variations of meaning, right? Electro have

  39. variations of meaning. And one is to feel ashamed

  40. of themselves, to find faults, to reproach, to

  41. make them feel sorry for themselves, right? So

  42. this is the meaning. Do you have this translation?

  43. Literal emphatic translation. Do you by any chance

  44. can pop that up? And contemporary English version.

  45. I want to see how these two versions give expression

  46. to or explain this verse. Maybe because it became

  47. very difficult actually. to find uh in type uh

  48. what you call translations that actually render

  49. it in a way that aligns with the communication

  50. of that verse so it's a literal emphatic translation

  51. means makes emphasis on the literal right a contemporary

  52. english version contemporary english we want

  53. to see if it pops that up so while you're looking

  54. for that i've given the meaning so It means the

  55. world, if we take this meaning, it means that

  56. the Holy Ghost will be making the world ashamed.

  57. The Holy Ghost will be showing the world its

  58. faults. The Holy Ghost will be making them feel

  59. sorry, which is incorrect on two bases, right?

  60. I want to show us two bases by which such interpretation

  61. would be incorrect. we head into what the correct

  62. interpretation is. So there are two bases upon

  63. which this is incorrect to say that the Holy

  64. Ghost will shame the world. So first, the first

  65. basis is just to look at the text like that first.

  66. Okay? Please, if you find that contemporary English

  67. version or literal emphatic translation, let

  68. me know if you find it. You couldn't find it?

  69. Okay, it's fine. It's okay. They are the ones

  70. that actually gave something very close, quite

  71. close to it. Right? So, yes, thank you for staying

  72. on this verse. And when he comes, he will convict

  73. the word of sin. So let's start. Of righteousness

  74. and judgment. Stop there. Just this is a contradiction

  75. in the sense that you can be convict of sin.

  76. Now, can you also be punished and shamed for

  77. righteousness? You cannot be shamed and punished

  78. for righteousness. It means two things. Something

  79. is happening there. They're punishing you for

  80. sin. You did the right thing. They're punishing

  81. you. You don't know what to do. Right? Of judgments.

  82. So you cannot be convicted of sin. And at the

  83. same time, you are convicted of righteousness.

  84. Right? So something must have to be explained.

  85. And of judgment. Now, go further. Let's see what

  86. I say. Concerning sin because they do not believe.

  87. Okay? Right? So, no, stay on that one. Concerning

  88. sin that they do not believe. Okay, if someone

  89. does not believe, we can take that. Now, go to

  90. the next one. Maybe because of unbelief, they

  91. will be shamed. Concerning righteousness because

  92. I go to the Father and you will see me no longer.

  93. To convict the word of righteousness. Right?

  94. To punish them because of righteousness because

  95. Jesus is going to the Father. He does not align.

  96. Right? So to punish them because of righteousness.

  97. In fact, the world does not have this information.

  98. You have to give this information to them because

  99. this was told to the disciples. Right? So it

  100. means that there's something more. The last one

  101. that talks about judgment. Okay. Concerning judgment

  102. because the ruler of the world is judged. Right?

  103. So it seems that there's a little bit of contradiction

  104. here. So on the first basis is that the statement

  105. itself does not align. to use shaming, the Holy

  106. Ghost shaming, or to use shame, or to use punish,

  107. right? To punish people because another person

  108. is punished, right? So concerning judgment, you

  109. want to punish them because it's like you want

  110. to punish the world because the God of the world

  111. is punished. So you want to punish the world

  112. alone. You want to shame the world. So it's not

  113. something that aligns. Now, that's on the first

  114. basis. Now, the second basis is that it contradicts

  115. the character of the Spirit. From Genesis to

  116. Revelation, this statement contradicts the character

  117. of the Spirit. And there has been no other part

  118. of the Scripture that gives such a pattern that

  119. the Holy Spirit punishes. Okay? So it contradicts

  120. the character of God. Contradicts the character

  121. of God. So where do we see The character of God.

  122. John 3, 16 and 17. Let's see. Especially 17.

  123. For God so loved the world that he gave his only

  124. begotten son, his only son, that whosoever believes

  125. in him should not perish, but have what? Eternal

  126. life. Right? Verse 17. What did he say? Everybody,

  127. can we read together? So God did not send his

  128. son to earth to condemn the world. So can we

  129. say shaming is condemnation? Yes. Convicting

  130. someone is condemnation? Yes. Can we say that?

  131. Yes. Finding reproach, making them feel sorry

  132. for themselves is condemnation? Yes. So here,

  133. foundationally, it does not align. James 1 verse

    James 1:5

  134. 5. James 1 verse 5. I think we probably read

    James 1:5

  135. that. James 1 verse 5. Quickly, please. If anyone

    James 1:5

  136. of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God. Who gives

  137. generously to all without what? Reproach. That's

  138. another word for that convict. Reproach. And

  139. it will be given to him. Say, God gives generously

  140. to all without reproach. Right? Finding faults.

  141. Pastor told us in most of our teachings, you

  142. find fault is not something, God does not find

  143. fault in man. He doesn't find fault. Right? All

  144. right. That's all for that. John 5, 45. John

  145. 5, 45. I said, do you think? that I will accuse

  146. you to the father. Do not think rather, do not

  147. think that I will accuse you to the father. There

  148. is one who accuses, even Moses, on whom you've

  149. set your hope. Next. For if you believe Moses,

  150. you believe me. For he wrote of me, right? He

  151. wrote of me. So he's saying that I do not, Christ

  152. is saying, I'm not coming to accuse you. Right?

  153. I'm not coming to accuse. Accusation is found

  154. when a man holds the law and does not see Christ.

  155. That is when a man is accused. So it's in their

  156. unbelief. But God does not accuse men. Also,

  157. again, if you read John 15. From that verse 18,

  158. and you read it until where it says convicts

  159. the world, right? You will see that it looks

  160. like a revenge. Oh, so when the world has dealt

  161. with the believers, then the Holy Spirit will

  162. now punish them, shame them, right? Since the

  163. believer cannot do anything, hands over the world

  164. to the Holy Spirit. Revenge is not a character

  165. of God, if that's another thing you want to check.

  166. It's not a character of God, right? But God takes

  167. care, right? For example, we've seen that scripture

  168. that says that he visits the sins of the fathers,

  169. right? From one generation to another. And visiting

  170. the sins, we said is that God is taking care

  171. of the issue of sin. Hold on to that one, right?

  172. Because that's the foundation that we should

  173. have. So it means that God does not visit generation

  174. to generation of sin, but rather from one generation

  175. to another, forgiveness is made available. That's

  176. what God does. If you use that and bring it here,

  177. you will get it, the right interpretation. So

  178. let's bring it. Let's bring this foundation and

  179. just use it. on that basis to just check. So

  180. he said he would convict the world of sin. First

  181. of all, we have to change the word convict. I'm

  182. going to show you why. I'm going to show you

  183. why. It's because convict is elegatio, right?

  184. There is a correct use or the right use of the

  185. word or the right translation of the word in

  186. 2 Timothy 3 .16. 2 Timothy 3 .16. So 2 Timothy

  187. 3 .16. He said, all scriptures is breathed out

  188. by God and profitable for words. It's profitable

  189. for words and for reproof, right? Reproof is

  190. elegachos. You just add S. That's the difference.

  191. So the one that says convict is elegacho. This

  192. one is S. How can the difference be two? And

  193. this one means to provide sufficient evidence

  194. pertaining a matter. It is not to shame. So the

  195. doctrine is not for shaming people. Right? So

  196. reproof here is to provide sufficient evidence.

  197. So it means that the choice of words of the translators

  198. must have been influenced by probably, you know,

  199. like I said, they read the context and they gave

  200. an interpretation to the context. themselves.

  201. So, elegatio and elegatios, what is the difference?

  202. It's the same word, right? The same word. So,

  203. here, it says to give evidence. So, from here

  204. now, we now know that that elegatio means to

  205. give sufficient evidence of something. Right?

  206. Can we carry this reproof and put it there and

  207. say, reproof the word of sin, elegatios? Yes.

  208. Right? So, what would that mean? What would that

  209. mean? What would to reprove the word? Now we've

  210. adjusted it to reprove, right? Some scriptures

  211. use convince. Does anybody's version use convince

  212. here instead of convict, right? Some people use

  213. convince. So we can bring in convince too. We

  214. can bring in reprove too, right? Because both

  215. of them would reflect to give sufficient evidence

  216. about the matter. Okay? So to give sufficient

  217. evidence about a matter. So you should write

  218. it down. Provide sufficient evidence regarding

  219. a matter. To give enormous evidence of the core

  220. of the matter. To give enormous evidence of the

  221. core of the matter. Another one to add to it

  222. is by that to establish the truth of the matter.

  223. To establish the truth of the matter. So let's

  224. go back to John 16. In this John 16, now we'll

  225. now see. Let's now start beginning to work on

  226. it. So nevertheless, I tell you the truth. It's

  227. the advantage that I go. If I do not go, the

  228. helper will not come. But I will send you. But

  229. if I go, I will send him to you. Verse 8. And

  230. when he comes, he will reprove the world concerning

  231. sin. It will reprove. It will convince the world

  232. concerning sin. Now, when an evidence is given,

  233. right? When a doctrine is taught, let me give

  234. you an example. When we come here and we sit

  235. down, we teach doctrine, we explain the scripture.

  236. What is the essence of it? It's for you to believe,

  237. right? is for you to believe. When a doctrine

  238. is taught and explained and explained. For example,

  239. we're going to teach on speaking in tongues.

  240. It's for you to believe it so that you don't

  241. doubt it. Right? When we talk about the things

  242. of the spirit, we teach it, teach it. So, it's

  243. for you to believe it so that you don't doubt

  244. it. Good. So, now, we can say that to give evidence

  245. concerning sin. So, the point is, does it mean

  246. that it would explain sin to them? No. That's

  247. not what it means. to give evidence concerning

  248. sin. The question is, what will be the truth

  249. about sin when Jesus Christ resurrects? What

  250. will be the truth about the sin when Jesus Christ

  251. resurrects? That is, has been dealt with. Do

  252. you get? So, the truth about sin when Jesus is

  253. raised will be that sin has been dealt with.

  254. That is the established matter at resurrection.

  255. Right? So the established matter that the Holy

  256. Spirit will give sufficient evidence to the world

  257. about is that he will show them that sin has

  258. been dealt with on the basis of Christ's death.

  259. and resurrection. Don't forget the saying, I

  260. will go, I will go, I will go. You must add that

  261. I will go to the explanation of this thing that

  262. is happening. So when I go and I come to you,

  263. means I'm raised, right? The world will know

  264. that I have given them victory over sin. They

  265. just need to believe. Right? So the established

  266. truth about sin at the resurrection is that It's

  267. solved. It's solved. Right? And give them evidence

  268. concerning righteousness that they can receive

  269. it. So the Holy Spirit does not convict the world

  270. of sin, convict, but convince them of what Christ

  271. has done to sin. So the Holy Spirit will give

  272. evidence, sufficient evidence pertaining all

  273. Christ has done to sin. How he has made righteousness

  274. available so that they can believe. Therefore,

  275. the convincing of the word, the convince of the

  276. word of what Jesus did to sin, right? Is the

  277. appropriate explanation of the space. So the

  278. Holy Spirit convinced them, explains to them.

  279. What does he explain? He explains, what would

  280. the Holy Spirit explain? So you need to write

  281. this, add this to it. That the Holy Spirit will

  282. explain the suffering. and the glory of Christ.

  283. Please write it, right? The Holy Spirit will

  284. explain the suffering and the glory of Christ.

  285. The suffering and the glory of Christ. The Holy

  286. Spirit will explain the suffering and the glory.

  287. You know why? Because the world could not comprehend

  288. that as a path to salvation. They couldn't imagine

  289. that it is the death and resurrection of Christ.

  290. that will bring eternal life. At that point,

  291. it's only the Spirit that reveals these things,

  292. right? The Holy Spirit will reveal it, will explain

  293. it to them. Good. So, he said, I go to my father

  294. concerning all of this. Now, how does the Holy

  295. Spirit do this? How does the Holy Spirit do this?

  296. Right? To an unbeliever, how does the Holy Spirit

  297. convince them of what Christ has done? The Holy

  298. Spirit, Convince the world through the preaching

  299. of the believer. Don't forget chapter 15, verse

  300. 26 and 27. You will witness after the Spirit

  301. has witnessed unto you. So it means that the

  302. Spirit witnesses to the apostle, the apostle

  303. witnesses to others, right? That is how the Spirit

  304. witnesses to others. So the Spirit witnesses

  305. to others through... Our witnessing, right? The

  306. spirit witnesses to others through our witness.

  307. So it conveys the word of sin, right? Regarding

  308. sin by our preaching, by our preaching. Glory

  309. to God. So the witnessing of Christ is actually

  310. what the spirit would do. The witnessing of Christ

  311. is what the spirit would do. Hallelujah. So we

  312. have been able to go through that and all of

  313. that. Now, how do we see this in the entire picture

  314. of the Bible? Is that from Genesis as we check

  315. across, right? From Genesis as we check across,

  316. we see that it has been about passing this message

  317. from generation to generation until the fulfillment

  318. of it. And now that is fulfilled, we would carry

  319. on. So what is God doing on earth today? What

  320. is God doing on earth today? He's changing men

  321. through me and you. The Spirit is changing lives

  322. through myself and you. When we go to preach,

  323. when we go to witness, right? And it's not just,

  324. he said, signs and wonders will follow our witnessing.

  325. So all of that is what the Spirit is doing on

  326. it, walking through us. Hallelujah. All right,

  327. let's go to 1 Corinthians now, teaching 1 Corinthians

  328. 12, to go into the gift of the Spirit, right?

  329. The gift of the Spirit, much more. Just to highlight

  330. something, because I know someone is thinking,

  331. What about when I sin and something is telling

  332. me that what I've done is bad. I've done something

  333. very terrible. I don't feel good about it. What

  334. is speaking? Is that not the Holy Spirit? Right?

  335. Is that a question in someone's mind? Is that

  336. a question? Do you feel that way when maybe you

  337. do something wrong? Do you feel like, and you

  338. feel very remorse? Right? I'm looking for Paul's

  339. writing. What works and what functions in that

  340. time, right, is your conscience. Paul will say,

  341. if our conscience judges, he said, God is what

  342. is greater than our conscience, right? It means

  343. the Spirit is greater. Than your conscience.

  344. So. When you are judged by your conscience. You

  345. should go back to the spirit. To know what is

  346. yours. In Christ. I just feel like you address

  347. that. Okay. You will say. Paul will say. If our

  348. conscience judges. Right. God is greater than

  349. our conscience. Right. So when you feel. When

  350. you feel sorry. Right. By your conscience. By

  351. your morality. By everything. Your knowledge

  352. is functioning. To tell you what you have done

  353. is bad. When you come to the spirit. Do you know

  354. what is yours in spirit? Forgiveness, redemption

  355. by his blood, right? Grace to walk in righteousness.

  356. So it's not, you know, it's not like the Holy

  357. Spirit is the one convincing you. It's because

  358. all the body of knowledge you have settled in

  359. your mind tells you you have done something wrong.

  360. You judge it. And when you come to the Spirit,

  361. God is greater than all. You have to go in God,

  362. in the Spirit, and you grow. Otherwise, that's

  363. why, you know why people find it hard to forgive

  364. themselves? You know, they do something very

  365. terrible and they're like, I can't forgive myself.

  366. I'm like, hey, does forgiveness even come from

  367. me in the first place? You know, people do that

  368. and you tell them, forget, you are angry. They

  369. just feel down. It's because they don't know

  370. the place of God. They don't know the place of

  371. the Spirit. Because it's in the Spirit. Romans

  372. 8, there is what? There is now no condemnation

  373. to them who are in what? Christ. There is now

  374. no condemnation. You are in Christ. So that is

  375. what you have to tell yourself. Come back to

  376. what the Spirit says about you. Then your consciousness

  377. would be healed. Did I say that? Yes. Your consciousness

  378. would be healed. Your conscience would be healed.

  379. Right? your conscience will be healed. There

  380. is healing. There is healing. Alright, so 1 Corinthians

  381. 12, I think that's where we are going. 1 Corinthians

  382. 12. So to introduce, right, the things of the

  383. Spirit. Now concerning spirituals, brothers,

  384. I do not want you to be uninformed. You know

  385. that when you were pagans, we were led astray

  386. to mute idols. However, you were led. Therefore,

  387. I want you to understand. So can you shout, I

  388. want you to understand. I want you to understand.

  389. Say, I receive understanding. I receive understanding.

  390. So Paul wants us to understand things concerning

  391. spirituals. He doesn't want us to be ignorant.

  392. So we have to check one after the other. So again,

  393. the word spirituals is nomaticos, right? Nomaticos,

  394. and we had that before. And we can divide it.

  395. We can divide it into two, right? We can divide

  396. it into two. The pneuma there means spirits.

  397. And the tiko there means the things. Means things.

  398. Right? Means things. Concerning spiritual. So,

  399. pneuma means spirit. The tiko there implies the

  400. things. And it reflects in different ways. Okay?

  401. So, first, things of the spirit. Right? The things

  402. of the spirit. Right? The things of the spirit.

  403. Things in the spirit. of the Spirit, things in

  404. the Spirit, and things by the Spirit. Right?

  405. Things by the Spirit. So, demonstration is by

  406. the Spirit. I come to you not in the eloquence

  407. of war, that is by the Spirit. Right? What we

  408. are doing here, we are doing it in the Spirit.

  409. This conference is In the spirit. Right? We are

  410. in the spirit of God. The scriptures are of the

  411. spirit of God. That is why the law is spiritual.

  412. It's of the spirit. It is not away from the,

  413. it's not something anti -spirit. The law is of

  414. the spirit. It's given by the spirit. Scriptures

  415. is of the spirit. Right? They are inspired by

  416. the spirit of God. Right? So, those are the,

  417. he's talking about the things of the spirit,

  418. in the spirit and by the spirit. Right? Things

  419. in the spirit and by the spirit. So those are

  420. the things we're going to discuss. Now let's

  421. go to a little bit to backtrack. Acts chapter

    Acts 2:38

  422. 2 verse 38. Acts chapter 2 verse 38. Acts chapter

    Acts 2:38 Acts 2:38

  423. 2 verse 38. And Peter said to them, repent and

  424. what? Be baptized. Every one of you in the name

  425. of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins

  426. and you will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

  427. You receive what? The gift of the Holy Ghost.

  428. Now, in this place, it's not talking about gift

  429. of the Spirit. Okay? So be careful when you see

  430. gifts, gifts here and there, gifts, you know,

  431. you have to read it very well. Right? Gift here

  432. means that the Holy Spirit Right? It refers to

  433. the Holy Spirit, the gift cells, the nature of

  434. the gift, which is to give freely. Like freely

  435. given. Let me put it that way. It refers to the

  436. Spirit is freely given. So, receive the gift,

  437. the Holy Spirit. So, remove off. Right? Maybe

  438. some of the off, off, off are causing so many

  439. challenges. Actually, the off is not there. You

  440. can remove the off. So receive the gift, the

  441. what? The Holy Spirit. So the Holy Spirit is

  442. given, is nature of it, right? Is given freely.

  443. The gift there, right, is the word doron, D -O

  444. -R, right? Doron. Which means to be offered freely,

  445. to be given freely. The gift there is doron,

  446. which means to be offered freely, to be given

  447. freely. So the Holy Spirit is the gift. The gift

  448. is the Holy Spirit, right? The Holy Spirit is

  449. the gift and the gift is the Holy Spirit. All

  450. right. Still under scripture, still under scripture.

  451. So the giving of the Holy Spirit here is salvation

  452. to them. So Peter just finished preaching and

  453. they were... They were in unbelief. I said, okay,

  454. what can we do to be saved? He said, believe,

  455. right? And you will receive the Holy Spirit.

  456. So, it's not believe and receive. It's actually,

  457. you will receive the Holy Spirit if you believe

  458. what I've said. And that's salvation for them.

  459. Now, the word receive there, the word receive

  460. is the Greek word, is the Greek word lambano.

  461. L -A -M -B -A -N -O. Lambano. Lambano, which

  462. means to take hold of what is provided. So something

  463. is provided freely to take hold of it is lambano.

  464. Right, you will see it used in Acts. Luke 24,

  465. 47, right? Luke 24, 47. I think that should be

  466. it. We can confirm that. All right. So Peter

  467. is teaching them, right? That the promise of

  468. the father has been given. Therefore, they need

  469. to receive it. They need to take hold of it by

  470. believing, right? They need to take hold of it

  471. by believing. And it's free. So they needed not

  472. to do. anything than to receive because it's

  473. free, right? It's a free gift. They needed not

  474. to do anything than to receive. So let's go back

  475. to 1 Corinthians 2 and continue on the journey.

  476. Just wanted to clarify that and we'll proceed.

  477. 1 Corinthians 2. Now the next word we should

  478. examine is actually the word ignorant. Right?

  479. It's the word ignorant. It's the word ignorant.

  480. Why we are examining it is because we need to

  481. know you can identify your state as we are proceeding.

  482. Right? You can identify where you are about your

  483. belief, about the things of the spirit. Okay?

  484. That's what this session, this particular session

  485. is about. I want you as I proceed in explaining

  486. step by step the things, identify where you are

  487. and when the word of God comes to correct it,

  488. You receive what? The correction, right? You

  489. receive the understanding. You receive the evidence,

  490. right? You receive the evidence. So this one

  491. says ignorance. The word is A -G -N -O -E -O.

  492. A -G -N -O -E -O. Which is to be ignorant means,

  493. right? Ignorant means to refuse to recognize

  494. actually. To see, but refuse to recognize. So,

  495. to refuse to recognize things pertaining to the

  496. things of the Spirit. So, a believer can be saved

  497. and refuse to recognize the things pertaining

  498. to the Spirit. My scripture is uninformed there,

  499. but I think ignorance stays. So, you can be a

  500. believer and you are ignorant. You don't know

  501. it. You even see it. But you say, no, it does

  502. not exist. Right? You say, no, these things don't

  503. exist. So that is ignorance. So he's telling

  504. them, don't be ignorant about these things. Of

  505. course, this church, their issue is not even

  506. not knowing because they came out superb in all

  507. gifts, right? But they had a problem with regards

  508. to how the conduct of the Spirit. So the word

  509. is to be ignorant. So a believer can be. So you

  510. need to be cautious to take yourself away from

  511. that. A believer endured by the Spirit should

  512. not be ignorant of the things of the Spirit.

  513. Right? A believer indwelled by the Spirit should

  514. not be ignorant on the things of the Spirit.

  515. Should not be ignorant on the things of the Spirit.

  516. And that's what we are going through this teaching.

  517. Now, it's a therefore, verse 3. Therefore, I

  518. want you to understand that no one speaking in

  519. the Spirit of God says Jesus is our cause and

  520. no one says Jesus is Lord except in the Spirit.

  521. Right? In the Holy Spirit. So here is laying

  522. a foundation that first, Know that when somebody

  523. says Christ Jesus is the Lord, it means the person

  524. has believed. So believing comes. Then the gifts.

  525. Believing. So just establish believing. Jesus

  526. is Lord. You can add the scriptures here. Romans

  527. 10. I don't know if I'm moving too fast. Romans

  528. 10. You can add Romans 10 to that. Romans 10.

  529. Let's see. Romans 10 from verse 9 and 10. You

  530. can add Romans 10 verse 9 and 10 there. You can

    Romans 10:9

  531. put Philippians 2. Of course, in many cross references,

  532. you will not find Philippians 2. Romans 10 verse

    Romans 10:9

  533. 9 and 10. Philippians 2 verse 9 and 10 as well.

    Philippians 2:9

  534. Philippians 2 verse 9 and 10. It's talking about

    Philippians 2:9

  535. people who, say, who profess their faith in Christ.

  536. People who believe and profess their faith. Because

  537. if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is

  538. the Lord and believe in your heart that God raised

  539. him from the dead, you will be saved. Next. For

  540. with your heart one believes and is justified

  541. and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

  542. Philippians 2. Therefore God has highly exalted

  543. him and bestowed on him the name that is above

  544. every name so that at the name so that at the

  545. name Of Jesus, every knee should bow in heaven

  546. and on earth and under the heads and every tongue

  547. confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord to the

  548. glory of the Father, right? The whole context

  549. of that is believers coming to give glory to

  550. God by coming into faith, right? They come into

  551. faith. Good. So back to Philippians, back to

  552. our key scripture 12. So ignorance, we've passed

  553. that. Now we are in... Believing. So being born

  554. again comes. So the moment someone is born again,

  555. he can walk in the things of the spirit and should

  556. not be ignorant. Should not be ignorant. So four,

  557. verse four. He said, now there are varieties

  558. of gifts. Yes. Now this is where gifts is. This

  559. gift here is not the same thing as Doron. The

  560. gift here is charisma. Okay. The gift here is

  561. charisma. It means something that can be expressed.

  562. Right? The gift here is the word charisma. It's

  563. a diversity of gifts, diversity of charisma.

  564. Something that can be expressed. So you start

  565. with something that can be expressed. Charisma.

  566. A supernatural endowment. You need to get this

  567. one so that you would not... that the gift of

  568. the Spirit is something that will be added into

  569. you. No. As you have believed and you have received

  570. the Spirit, as you are born again, right? Born

  571. into the supernatural, it's inside. You get it.

  572. It's inside the supernatural. It's inside the

  573. Spirit. So, the gift here is supernatural endowments.

  574. Ability given to someone because of where they

  575. are, because of who they are, rather. Because

  576. of who they are. Ability given to someone because

  577. of who they are. So it means it is part of that

  578. person. It's like your talent. It's part of you.

  579. It's like your inherent ability. So the things

  580. that we'll be listing are not things that are

  581. strange to you. Are not things that you should

  582. be looking for outside. They are things that

  583. are within you and would be made available to

  584. people through you. Do we get it? Right? So they

  585. are ability inherent in persons. Two key things.

  586. It is not applied for and it is not learned.

  587. This will help you in praying in tongues. This

  588. is what I'm saying now. That it is not applied

  589. for, right? You apply to be trained, right? Or

  590. learned. No. It is exercised because it's inside

  591. of you. It's like someone, let me use very, let

  592. me go into the natural a little bit. Physical

  593. and useful. Someone that has big stomach, right?

  594. Are they going to import packs and fill the place

  595. up? No. The packs is there. It's just underneath.

  596. So if you have big stomach issue, you have hopes.

  597. You have some hopes if you got big stomach. It's

  598. just underneath. You just need to work it out.

  599. Right? So nobody's going to import it. No, it's

  600. there. You just need to. So the things of the

  601. Spirit, the gift of the Spirit is inherent in

  602. you. It is there. You don't need to apply for

  603. it. You don't need to learn it. You only exercise

  604. it. It is in the exercising of it that you see

  605. the great demonstration of it. It is exercising

  606. of it that you see the great demonstration of

  607. it. 2 Timothy 1, 6 -7. 2 Timothy 1, 6 -7. 2 Timothy

  608. 1, 6 -7. For this reason, I remind you to do

  609. what? To fan into flame the gifts of God, which

  610. is what? In you through the lane of hands, right?

  611. So fan into flame, fan into flame, right? Fan

  612. into flame that gift of God, which is inside

  613. of you. Fan into flame. So it's inside of you.

  614. So it's inside of me. It's inside of me. And

  615. I give expression to it. Okay. So the Holy Spirit

  616. is freely given. Therefore, the abilities, therefore

  617. the gifts and the abilities in the Holy Ghost

  618. is freely given. Right? The Holy Spirit is freely

  619. given. Therefore, the gift and the abilities

  620. in the Holy Spirit is freely given. It's freely

  621. given. It is available. To all believers. It's

  622. freely given and it is available to all believers.

  623. So you have the spirit. Then you have the abilities

  624. of the spirit, the gift of the spirit. Then you

  625. can exercise it. You can exercise it. Nothing

  626. is to come upon you before you give expression

  627. to that which is inside of you. Now the next

  628. word we need to check is diversities. Diversities,

  629. right? Diversities. Diversities is the word diuresis.

  630. Diuresis. I think this was the word that was

  631. used in Acts chapter 2. Thank you. So diuresis.

    Acts 2 chapter mention

  632. It implies varieties and different forms. Varieties

  633. and different forms. Numerous. More than one.

  634. So diuresis. D -I -A -I -R -E -S -I -S. D -I

  635. -A -I -R -E -S -I -S. D -I -A -I -R -E -S -I

  636. -S. I mean, the word dia is already there telling

  637. you it's multiple, right? It's multiple. It's

  638. in versions. It's in versions, yes. So it implies

  639. varieties, different, numerous. Therefore, the

  640. gift of the Spirit are varieties, right? And

  641. that is why it was the listing that followed,

  642. right? After that verse, the gift of the spirit

  643. are varieties. The spirit is one has varieties

  644. of gifts. You will see that it said there are

  645. varieties of gift, but the same spirits, the

  646. same spirits, the same spirits. So can you pray

  647. in tongues? Yes. Because you have the same spirit

  648. in you. Can you function in the miraculous? Yes.

  649. Because you have the spirit in you. Can you heal?

  650. Yes. Because it is of the same spirit. That same

  651. spirit. So, variety means it's not one. So, it

  652. means that a believer can flow in tongues. Right?

  653. A believer can give what? Interpretation of tongues.

  654. Right? A believer can prophesy. Right? Yes. A

  655. believer can give expression to supernatural

  656. faith. You know? I think, I don't know. Someone

  657. was telling me recently that there's somebody

  658. that, I think it was Mariah, that someone has

  659. a particular kind of faith. Like their faith

  660. is so strong. I'm like, you know, it's by the

  661. Spirit that is in them. We all have it. We give

  662. expression. And I asked the person, I said, what

  663. does the person do? He said, the person always

  664. believe whatever comes by the Spirit. Just believe.

  665. Whatever sees that. He wants the Spirit to take

  666. over in a situation. He believes that, like,

  667. just, the person goes beyond all the natural

  668. and the physical things that happen and say,

  669. no, this is how this thing will be. And the person

  670. doesn't doubt. That's an expression. That's an

  671. expression that allows it regularly, you know,

  672. and people will not be saying, ah, this guy said

  673. this thing, he believed it and it happened. Oh,

  674. this person said, because they are giving expression

  675. to it. So they are divested. So you can walk

  676. in any of it, any of these gifts, right? The

  677. walkings of miracles, The faith, discernment

  678. of spirits, right? We can walk in these gifts.

  679. So, the next one that we need to see is the same

  680. spirit. The same spirit. The same spirit, right?

  681. The same spirit. Don't forget this same spirit.

  682. Where did we start tracing the spirit from? Genesis.

  683. The same spirit. The same spirit. Now we come

  684. to the gift of the same spirit is giving us.

  685. Right? The same spirit. So he said, the same

  686. spirit, right? The same spirit, the same pneuma,

  687. right? The same pneuma, which is, of course,

  688. the same spirit in John 14. So let's write, 1

  689. Corinthians 2 .12, to emphasize the same spirit,

  690. it reflects the spirit of God at work in us.

  691. 1 Corinthians 2 .12. We see that as the same

  692. Spirit of God. 1 Corinthians 3 .16 It says, Now

  693. we have not received the Spirit of the world,

  694. but the Spirit who is from God. I like this,

  695. right? The Spirit who is from God. The Spirit

  696. who is from God. That we might understand the

  697. things that are what? Freely given to us by God.

  698. This is what we are doing today. We are understanding

  699. the things that are freely given to us. By God.

  700. Because we have what? We have received the Spirit

  701. of God. Only the Spirit understands the things

  702. of the Spirit. And it's the one that explains

  703. it. So we have seen this. Now that's 1 Corinthians

  704. 3 .16. Quickly. 1 Corinthians 3 .16. Do you not

  705. know that you are the temple and that God's Spirit

  706. dwells in you? So the Spirit that is in the believer.

  707. So not other spirits. Not something else. Nothing

  708. external. So something from within. So when I

  709. want to function in tongues, it's from what?

  710. It's from within. When I want to function in

  711. tongues, it's from within. I don't wait or sing

  712. some song, sing some song, sing some song, wait,

  713. sing some song, drum, drum, drum, drum, wait.

  714. Then all of a sudden, I go unconscious. Ah, no,

  715. it doesn't work like that. Right? It's from within.

  716. From the abundance. of the indwelling, then you

  717. begin to prophesy, you begin to speak in tongues,

  718. you begin to do all that is found in that same

  719. spirit. All right, 1 Corinthians 6, 17, the spirit

  720. that brought us into union with Christ. 1 Corinthians

  721. 6, 17 to 20, actually. 17 to 20. But he who is

  722. joined to the Lord become one spirit with him.

  723. flee from sexual immorality. Every sin and person

  724. commits outside the body, but the sexual immorality

  725. person sins again in his own body. Or do you

  726. not know that your body is a temple of the Holy

  727. Spirit within you, whom you have from God? So

  728. that same spirit is from God. You are not your

  729. own. 20. For you were bought with a price and

  730. glorified God in your body. So that same spirit

  731. that is ours from God. 1 Corinthians 2 of 3.

  732. 1 Corinthians 2 of 3. The same spirit that we

  733. receive from salvation, right? Therefore, I want

  734. you to understand that no one speaking, right?

  735. This is one of God ever says Jesus is a cause,

  736. right? No one can say Jesus is Lord. It means

  737. that someone who is saying, who is believing

  738. Christ, believe Christ through the spirit, right?

  739. They believe Christ through the spirit. So the

  740. word spirit, the word same day is actually autos,

  741. right? A -U, normal autos that you know, A -U

  742. -T -O -S, right? It's autos. And it reflects

  743. the same over and over again. You can just put

  744. this scripture, Acts 2 .36. It's using also the

  745. reflection of the same man, Jesus, the same person,

  746. Jesus, that same Christ, right? So if all gifts

  747. are from the same spirits and all believers have

  748. the same spirits, all believers can function

  749. in all the gifts. If all... If, sorry, if all

  750. gifts, yes, are from the same spirit, right?

  751. And all, if all gifts are from the same spirit

  752. and all believers have the same spirit, then

  753. all believers can function in all gifts. If all

  754. gifts are from the same spirit, then all believers

  755. that have the same spirit can function in all

  756. the gifts. See this? It's one that will clear

  757. us in many ways. All right. Let's see. So go

  758. to 1 Corinthians. Go to just that same chapter,

  759. verse 11. 1 Corinthians 2 of 11. 1 Corinthians

  760. 2 of 11. It says, but all these, okay, all these

  761. are empowered by one and the same Spirit who

  762. apportions to, each one individually as he wills.

  763. We'll come to as he wills, right? It means that

  764. this same spirit helps every believer to function

  765. as they desire to function. Okay? So here we

  766. always say that when people read it, they say,

  767. oh, the spirit is the one that wills and decides,

  768. right? So the spirit decides what it will give

  769. you. Right? The spirit will decide. But this

  770. is actually talking about the believer, that

  771. the believer, right, is empowered by the same

  772. spirit as a desire. So you can desire to speak

  773. in tongues. You can desire to prophesy. You can

  774. desire to walk in healing. You can desire to

  775. walk in the miraculous. You can desire to prophesy,

  776. to speak, to do all of these, right? You can

  777. desire to walk in word of wisdom, word of knowledge,

  778. discernment, as you will. Ask your will because

  779. the Spirit is inside of you. So all this is being

  780. worked in on. Now this next one is what we should

  781. check. It said varieties of service, right? Varieties

  782. of service. Varieties of service. Of course,

  783. we already know what variety is, which is diuresis.

  784. So it's talking about varieties of service. It

  785. means that these gifts are given They are administered

  786. in diverse ways, right? Varieties of service

  787. means these give are administered in diverse

  788. ways, right? Healing, word of wisdom, word of

  789. knowledge, right? So if you are healing someone,

  790. that is, of course, most of them, some of the

  791. time they go together, but when you are healing

  792. someone, right? There's a way you administer

  793. healing. You pray in tongues, right? You prophesy.

  794. So there are ways by which these gifts are administered.

  795. Because the administration is the word diakonia,

  796. which we know is ministering to people. It's

  797. service to people. It's ministering to someone.

  798. So you need to know how all these gifts are administered.

  799. Now that you know that you have them in you,

  800. you need to understand how they are administered.

  801. You need to know how they are administered. You

  802. need to know how they are administered. Another

  803. word is the Lord, the same Lord, right? The same

  804. Lord, we should check that as well. We've seen

  805. administration, which I just touched upon briefly,

  806. is diakonia. Diakonia means different ways of

  807. ministering to people, right? Different ways

  808. of ministering to people, right? Ministries.

  809. So let's take the word, the same Lord. It's the

  810. same varieties of services, but the same Lord.

  811. The same Lord simply means, right? Same Lord

  812. simply refer to the fact that we are in the same

  813. family. We are under the same authority. We are

  814. in the body of Christ. We are in the same family.

  815. We are under the same authority. We are in the

  816. body of Christ. You know, the same Lord, under

  817. the authority in the same family, we are in the

  818. body of Christ. So it's referring to the body

  819. of Christ, right? It's referring to the body

  820. of Christ. So, it's referring to the body of

  821. Christ. If you read, how do we know? If you read

  822. verse 12 of that chapter 12, It says, for just

  823. as the body is one and has many words, members,

  824. and all members of the body, though many, one

  825. is it with Christ. Same Lord, same Christ, same

  826. spirit. Verse 12 of chapter, body in the body

  827. of Christ. So under the same authority, under

  828. the same Christ, right? That is what's reflected.

  829. So it means that nobody prophesying should prophesy

  830. anything that is outside Christ. Right? It means

  831. that anybody prophesying, anybody walking in

  832. the things of spirit can only function within

  833. that that is available in Christ. Right? You

  834. function within that. So what you say, what you

  835. prophesy, what you administer to people. is what

  836. is found in Christ, right? Is what is found in

  837. Christ. So varieties of administration, but one

  838. Lord. One Lord means we all function in Christ,

  839. not outside Christ, not outside the authority

  840. of what Christ has done. The next one is the

  841. varieties of activities, which is the word operations

  842. in some books, right? Varieties of activities.

  843. excuse me, varieties of activities, which is

  844. operations. That word operation is important

  845. because we are going to explain, right, the three

  846. operations of the things of the spirit. We're

  847. going to explain the three operations of things

  848. of the spirit. We're going to see them, how they

  849. function. It's actually enajima, right, enajima,

  850. which comes from enagio, operation, E -N -E -R.

  851. The varieties of activities, right? In other

  852. things, it gives operation. So, E -N -E -R -G

  853. -E -M -A. E -N -E -R -G -E -M -A. E -N -E -R

  854. -G -E -M -A. Which refers to the active working

  855. out of these gifts. Right? The active working

  856. out of these gifts. How do you... How do you

  857. function in tongues? What do you do when you

  858. function in tongues? We do what? We speak. Exactly.

  859. We speak. So you can also, you are murmuring

  860. in tongues. You are still groaning. You have

  861. not entered. You have not entered tongues. You

  862. are still somewhere. You know, you are groaning.

  863. Tongues, you must say. So that is how that operates.

  864. That's how that functions. So how is tongue active?

  865. It's active in such matters. It's energy. We

  866. see that in that. So let's see. Varieties of

  867. everybody. The same Lord empowers them all. Empowers

  868. them all. It means everybody. It means everybody,

  869. everybody is empowered. But before we go to this,

  870. before I go to empower them all, let's talk about

  871. the operations, actually. The operations is very

  872. important. So let's write it down. How do we

  873. function? How are we active? How do we work in

  874. these things? How do we make them... So you will

  875. not say that you want... How do you know you're

  876. working in it? Maybe that's another way to put

  877. it. How do you know you're working in it? How

  878. to work in it? How are they active? How are they

  879. effective? Right? So first, Tongues. Write it

  880. down. Tongues, interpretation of tongues and

  881. prophecy. Put them together. Tongues, interpretation

  882. of tongues and prophecy. Tongues, interpretation

  883. of tongues and prophecy. Are activated through

  884. all trances. All trance. So we call them the

  885. all trance gifts. So they are effective. By all

  886. trans. You've never seen, you'll never see a

  887. prophet that is keeping quiet. So you cannot

  888. say you are prophesying and you're keeping quiet.

  889. You'll never say, you'll not say you are praying

  890. in tongues and you're keeping quiet. You'll not

  891. say you are, you are interpreting tongues and

  892. you're not saying anything. Right? So it's by

  893. all trans. It's all trans. This is how we operate

  894. in this thing. Right? So this is how we operate.

  895. Now the next one is, Word of knowledge, word

  896. of wisdom, and discernment of spirits, which

  897. you have seen. You will see that those listings

  898. started from eight. Word of wisdom, word of knowledge,

  899. discernment of spirits. And scriptures will say,

  900. test every spirit. You discern your discernment

  901. of spirits. Word of knowledge, word of wisdom.

  902. The assignment of spirit. We're going to teach

  903. them in detail. We take them gradually. These

  904. ones are called revelational gifts. They operate

  905. by revelation. So there's a revelation granted

  906. unto you to give a word of wisdom to a brother.

  907. Then you give the word of wisdom. There's a revelation.

  908. By the spirit, you receive a revelation. By the

  909. spirit, you can tell which spirit is of God,

  910. which spirit is not of God. By revelation, you

  911. know. Word of knowledge, right? Things happening,

  912. things taking place, circumstances around, you

  913. know by the Spirit. You have not been there,

  914. you have not been, but by the Spirit you know,

  915. you have this knowledge, right? You have this

  916. knowledge. It is supernatural. It is supernatural.

  917. You can be somebody, that's why when we minister

  918. to each other, what we do sometimes, we give

  919. word, after we pray in tongues, right? We give

  920. interpretation. Then we give word of knowledge.

  921. Sometimes we perceive, right, people having problems

  922. in different areas of their life and we share

  923. with you. That's where you say you're having

  924. this problem, right? And we give you the comfort

  925. of the spirits. Sometimes it comes as, it comes

  926. as word of wisdom, right? Word of wisdom, yes.

  927. It comes at that. So we tell you what to do.

  928. Okay, this is the circumstances and you tell

  929. us, okay, sir, this is the situation I find myself

  930. and that's true. Then do the simple word that

  931. helps you out of that. Because all the gifts

  932. of the Spirit are supposed to help you out of

  933. trouble. They're supposed to edify you. We're

  934. going to come to that. It is the word to profit

  935. with all. Right? So, all these gifts is for profiting

  936. of the recipient. Right? It's for the profit.

  937. So, the word of knowledge and the sign of Spirit,

  938. they are revelation. You see something. You know

  939. something. It comes to your mind. you function

  940. in it. The third one, the third one, which we

  941. call the power gifts, the third one, which we

  942. call the power gifts, they are actually workings

  943. of miracles, workings of miracles, gifts of healing,

  944. and gifts of faith. Workings of miracles, gifts

  945. of healing, and gifts of faith. They are power

  946. gifts, right? They are power gifts. They are

  947. power gifts. So this is how they function. So

  948. in this ones, right, of course you can, it's

  949. sometimes, most of the time they walk with altruism,

  950. but you're healing someone, you're laying hands

  951. on someone and the person is healed. You find

  952. someone in trouble and you're believing and having

  953. faith alongside, holding their hands that they

  954. will come out of this in faith in God, walkings

  955. of miracles. So this is how they function. These

  956. are the operations of it. So we have the three

  957. different operations of the things, of the gifts

  958. of the spirits. It's given to every man. Every

  959. man. It means that every man has it. Every man

  960. does what? Has it. Every man has this in them.

  961. Every man has this. Let's go back to the scriptures.

  962. Verse 7. It said, To each is given the manifestation

  963. of the Spirit for common good. Right? So, because

  964. of the way it follows the listing. Right? Because

  965. that verse, It's followed by the listing of the

  966. gifts. We assume it's actually demonstration,

  967. but it's not demonstration, right? It's not demonstration.

  968. It's phanerosis, right? Which is another word

  969. to explain the indwelling. It's phanerosis. It

  970. means to open up, to lay bare, right? To make

  971. available. It's another phrase that expresses

  972. the man. So, and you will see that it is manifestation,

  973. not manifestations, right? It's not a plural.

  974. Anyway, you see, at least within this context,

  975. it keeps it as the manifestation of the Spirit

  976. in a man is given for another man to profit.

  977. It means for the benefit of another man. Why?

  978. Because you yourself have received the benefit

  979. of the Spirit. Therefore, All that will benefit

  980. from you. Right? He said, for each is given the

  981. manifestation of the Spirit. The revelation of

  982. the Spirit that is in them for common good. Right?

  983. It's given for common good. It's the same thing

  984. as Ezekiel 36, 26. It's the same thing as John

  985. 14. So, it's only explaining that now that you

  986. have the Spirit working these things. Right?

  987. Hence, it is when you receive the Holy Spirit,

  988. you walk in these things that I'm listing. And

  989. it's saying that this list is for those that

  990. will receive it. It's for those that will receive

  991. it. So, is the manifestation right? Is it demonstration?

  992. No, it's not demonstration. Let's go to demonstration

  993. 1 Corinthians 2 and see. 1 Corinthians 2. 1 Corinthians

  994. 2 from verse 1. He said, and when I came to you,

  995. brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the

  996. testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom,

  997. right? For I decided to know nothing among you

  998. except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. And I

  999. was with you in weakness and in fear and more

1000. trembling. And with my speech, my message, were

1001. not implausible words of wisdom, but the demonstration

1002. of the Spirit, which is power, so that your faith

1003. might not rest. in the wisdom of men, but in

1004. the power of God. My not resting words, in the

1005. wisdom of men, but in the power of God. So Paul

1006. is saying that, you know, as I preach the gospel,

1007. right? In my speech, I do not come in just the

1008. preaching of the gospel, but the preaching of

1009. the gospel is followed by the demonstration of

1010. the things of the spirits, which is powerful.

1011. So here is actually demonstration. Over here

1012. is demonstration. Paul is demonstrating. As he

1013. is preaching the gospel, as he is explaining

1014. to them, he is demonstrating the abundance of

1015. the power of God. So is there demonstration?

1016. Yes, there is demonstration. The reason why we

1017. explain scripture like this is that we want to

1018. use the right scripture to explain the right

1019. practice. Do we get it? We try to use the right

1020. scripture to explain the right practice, right?

1021. So there's demonstration of things of spirit,

1022. right? Demonstration of the things of the spirit.

1023. Praise God. So it's given to every man, to prophets.

1024. Now, this one is the one that's, I think we have

1025. been talking about it for a while, but we need

1026. to talk about it now. When you receive, when

1027. you are functioning in the gifts, Right? When

1028. you're functioning in any of the gifts, when

1029. you're functioning in any of the gifts, you are

1030. not ministering to yourself. Okay? You are not

1031. ministering to yourself. You are ministering

1032. to somebody. The recipient is the person that

1033. will receive. Then somebody else will now come

1034. and what? Minister unto you. That is why in chapter

1035. 14, it says, verse 26, When them brethren, when

1036. you come together, each of you has something

1037. to give. Do you get it? So everybody come because

1038. we have something to give, right? This is not,

1039. you know, they say we have come to a generation

1040. where everybody comes to church to just receive,

1041. right? You receive from your pastor. You receive

1042. both financially and spiritually and economically

1043. and politically and in all forms, educationally.

1044. You just want to receive. Now minister to your

1045. pastor, spiritually too. You still want to be

1046. laid out on you. Ah, no, no. It doesn't work

1047. like that. We all, when we come together, we

1048. do what? We have something to give. He said,

1049. each of you has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation,

1050. a tongue, an interpretation. Let all things be

1051. done for building up. We are building each other

1052. up. Right? So it is to give. So I cannot say,

1053. I want to minister to myself. Right? That's not

1054. a practice we see there. Okay. So the recipient

1055. is the one, right? That's will receive. The recipient

1056. is the one, right? So the word profit with all

1057. is some Pharaoh, right? Some Pharaoh. Some Pharaoh

  1058. is the word S U M P H E R O. S U M P H E R O.

  1059. S U M P H E R O. So when we begin to receive

1060. teachings in this direction, we should know that

1061. we want to some Pharaoh, right? We want to do

1062. it. Give something to each other, common advantage.

1063. So you must be prepared to give. Regularly when

1064. you say the believers meeting, you must set your

1065. heart. I'm going to pray in tongues. I'm going

1066. to give an interpretation. I'm going to prophesy.

1067. I'm going to walk in healing. I'm going to walk

1068. in faith for my brother. I have the word of wisdom

1069. regarding my sister. I have the word of all.

1070. I have the signing of spirit. I discern for them.

1071. I walk in the things of the spirit. This is how

1072. you come. You don't just come. You have to prepare

1073. your mind. You have to prepare your hearts. that

1074. this is what you want to do. That is why he says,

1075. as you will. He giveth every man as the man wills.

1076. So the Spirit allows you to function in those

1077. things because you have willed. You have set

1078. your heart to function in interpretation of tongues.

1079. You have set your heart to prophesy to someone

1080. as you will. So, it is for the common good. The

1081. common good there is used because you give me

1082. and I give you. Right? That's why we hold each

1083. other to. This is where the practice is, right?

1084. We hold each other to. Minister to somebody that

1085. the person must minister to you back. That is

1086. the common good. That is the common good. Every

1087. man that has believed the gospel can give the

1088. things of the Spirit, can minister the things

1089. of the Spirit. So, let's see. Other scriptures

1090. that use the word the prophet without. Other

1091. scriptures that use the word the prophet without.

1092. We'll just write it down. We'll just write it

1093. down. We'll just write it down. We'll do a few

1094. little bit of practice before we go for break.

1095. We'll do practice now. We have thoughts and therefore

1096. let it be. There's more teaching coming. This

1097. is just introduction to the gift of the Spirit.

1098. So, Mediatim is introduction one and two. All

1099. these things that I've been saying since morning.

1100. It's just introduction. So, when Pastor Kirsten

1101. comes, we'll take it up again. Alright, so. And

1102. other scriptures that we can find some fair.

  1103. 1 Corinthians 6, 12. Right? Everything is loveful

1104. to me, but not everything is expedient. 1 Corinthians

  1105. 6, 12. Right? 1 Corinthians 7 .35. 1 Corinthians

  1106. 7 .35. 1 Corinthians 10 .23. 1 Corinthians 10

1107. .23. All right, good. So this is actually, now

1108. for demonstration of the spirit, can you write

1109. this down? The demonstration of the spirit. Can

1110. you write it down? Can I write the Greek quote

1111. down? Then we find where it's used. Apodexis,

  1112. A -P -O, right? That word demonstration, which

  1113. is different from manifestation. A -P -O -D -E

  1114. -I -X -I -S. A -P -O -D -E -I -X -I -S. So this

1115. is demonstration of the power of God. It means

1116. that Paul was doing something that is visible.

1117. Okay? Something that is visible. Something that

1118. is observable. Something that can be seen in

1119. the physical. Right? Something that can be acknowledged

1120. in the physical. That's the demonstration of

1121. the Spirit, right? Something that can be acknowledged

1122. in the physical. So now we can see, right? We

1123. can see after this introduction that the same

1124. Spirit from Genesis dwells in us, right? The

1125. same Spirit from Genesis dwells in us. We all

1126. have the same Spirit and this Spirit functions

1127. through every one of us. We can walk in all the

1128. gifts, right? We can walk with, do we agree on

1129. that? We saw that from the scripture. We are

1130. under the same authority of Christ to function

1131. and minister what is in Christ to each other.

1132. Are we together? Yes, we can minister what is

1133. in Christ to each other. We can minister. As

1134. I minister, I minister to my brother for his

1135. edification and somebody minister to me for my

1136. what? Edification. Glory to God. Can we be on

1137. our feet? Let's do this now. A little bit of

1138. practice. A little bit of practice. Let's just

1139. hold each other. Let's hold. Just pick one person.

1140. Pick one person. Quickly, quickly, quickly. Let's

1141. minister to one another. Now, I've told you the

1142. gifts. I've told you the gifts. As you desire,

1143. I want you to desire. I want you to desire. Just

1144. hold one person. Hold one person. Desire this

1145. gift. As you desire, the Spirit will give you

1146. To function in these things, right? Let's hold

1147. each other quickly. As we desire. As we desire.

1148. As we desire. So we start. How do we do it? We

1149. start by praying in tongues, right? We start

1150. by praying in tongues, right? Ultrons. The ultrons

1151. of tongues is supernatural, right? It guides

1152. us to flow in what? In the gift of the Spirit,

1153. okay? It guides us to flow in the gift. So when

1154. you see that, when the message is preached, one

1155. of the first signs is what? Tongues. It just

1156. flows, right? It's the space of the believer,

1157. right? So we will pray in tongues now and we

1158. will minister to each other. So you know the

1159. gifts, right? You know them in your mind. You

1160. have the power gift, which is healing faith,

1161. right? You have walking of miracles. You can

1162. desire that and you can walk in it. We have the

1163. Ultron's gift. You have tongues. You have interpretation

1164. of tongues and we have prophecy in there. You

1165. can desire that. We have revelation, word of

1166. wisdom, word of knowledge, right? And the sermon.

1167. You can have that. You have it in you. Rather,

1168. you can walk in that. You can flow in that. Can

1169. we begin to pray in tongues? Thank you for listening

1170. to today's sermon. Your journey matters to us.
