1 Corinthians 12:1–11

to 11. 1 Corinthians, we are still talking about

the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Amen. And then

we appreciate all the pastors. Pastor Fred. Pastor

Chidi. Pastor Victor. Pastor Emmanuel. Pastor

Ifein. Amen. Yes, and Pastor Koston. We appreciate

all of them for all the efforts for putting up

this gathering. Amen. How many of us have been

blessed so far in this meeting? Praise God. Hallelujah.

Yes. You know, after the first day I turned and

I told Pastor Ima, okay, after service, after

everything, you know, we're at the back. I told

him, I said, yes, we're online. Praise God. Amen.

We appreciate God for the opportunity that the

pastors have given us to be taught and to be

trained. Hallelujah. to be equipped in this season.

Amen? Praise God. And I also appreciate the pastoral

for the opportunity and privilege to also be

here. Amen? Yeah, so 1 Corinthians 12, verse

1 Corinthians 12:1–7

1 to 7. He said, now concerning spiritual, what?

Gifts. Praise God. Let me just do something here,

please. Don't worry, they will bring the light

back. So now, concerning what? Spiritual gifts.

Brethren, I will not have you ignorant. Amen?

Yea, know that ye were gentiles, carried away

unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. Wherefore,

I give you to understand that no man speaking

by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed,

and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord,

but by the Holy Ghost. Now there are diversities

of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are

difference of administrations, but the same Lord.

And there are diversities of operations, but

it is the same God who worketh all in all. But

the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every

man to profit with all. For to one is given by

the Spirit the word of wisdom, to another the

word of knowledge by the same Spirit, to another

faith by the same Spirit, to another the gifts

of healing by the same Spirit, to another the

working of miracles, to another prophecy, to

another. discerning of spirit, you shall have

what you say. You know? Yes, by discerning of

spirit to another diverse kinds of tongues, to

another the interpretation of tongues. 11. But

all these worketh that one and the self -same

spirit dividing to every man severally. As what?

As he will. Hallelujah. Praise God. And during

Pastor Emmanuel's teaching, what we saw, he was

able to tell us the different diversities. Amen?

and their operations. Thank you, sir. Right?

And then in a way of classification, amen, just

to be able to help us. Praise God. And those

classifications have been done based on how the...

Okay. Please. Yes, but it will keep doing that

because the generator is not. Amen? Hallelujah.

Yeah, so we said the gifts are so classified,

right? Why? Based on their operation. We have

started the teaching, actually. The gifts that

Pastor Emmanuel started talking to us about are

classified based on their what? Operation. And

when we say based on operation, we mean how they

function through the recipient of the Holy Spirit,

who is the believer. Hallelujah. Amen? So these

gifts, right? They have been classified based

on their what? Operation, or you can say based

on how they function. Through who? Through me.

Hallelujah. Through me that I have the Spirit

of God. Amen? So now, we have utterance gifts,

right? I remember when I was teaching on different

kinds of meetings, and then we thought about

the Holy Ghost meeting. And we say one of the

things, or some of the things that we see in

the Holy Ghost meeting first. is that the word

of God is taught. Amen? And that is what we've

been doing from Monday till now. Amen? Secondly,

we now say we see the demonstration of the things

of the Spirit. Amen? Yes. So, thirdly, what again,

thirdly? Let me see whether we can remember.

Let me not say them all. Hmm. You're taking favor

upon this thing. Okay. Thirdly, needs are met.

Amen? Yes, so thirdly, we see needs are met.

Spiritual needs are met. Natural needs are also

met. Amen? It's a Holy Ghost meeting. Everything

is possible. Hallelujah. Then fourthly, we see

men are edified. Amen? Men are built. Hallelujah.

Then the last. Somebody should tell me the last.

Ah! Somebody should tell me the last. Ah? Ah?

Yes, we live rejoicing. Hallelujah. Even though

we've been limited for this whole week, on Saturday

we'll close down this place. But we'll not bring

it down. Amen. Yes, five of them in a Holy Ghost

meeting like this. We see the teaching of God's

word. Amen. The demonstration of things of the

Holy Ghost, which has been happening from Monday

till now. Amen. We see needs are met. We see

the saints. We all of us are edified. Amen. And

then lastly, now we leave what? Rejoicing. Praise

God. Hallelujah. The heavy meeting as we're walking

out of this door. After a while, boy, every day

we live rejoiced. I don't know about you, but

there is no meeting. From Monday till now, I've

been living this place rejoicing. Praise God.

I've been living this place charged up. Amen?

And I said something, I was here today before,

during the teaching. I think during Pastor Victor's

teaching, you know, I was saying that, you see,

the believer is not only to be a... Ah, Holy

Spirit, remind me. I use electricity to... To

put the thing. Not transformer. Conductor, right?

Yes, conductor is a transfer current. Yeah, good.

The believer is not only supposed to be a conductor.

Only. The believer is supposed to be also a capacitor.

Right? Yes. Capacitors. You know what capacitors

do? They do what? They do what now? They store

Tadis. Yes. Praise God. Yeah, we're sorry, we're

not all engineers. Sorry, sorry. Yeah, medical

by chemist, sorry. Amen? Yeah, you know, it was

out of his teaching that Jesus just hit me. That

every day, I know I am not empty of touch. The

Holy Ghost in me is not reducing. The power of

the Holy Ghost in me is not what? Reducing. I

am always on charge. I am always full of power.

This consciousness must be, must fill you up.

I am always on charge. You are always ready.

Tell yourself, I'm always ready. When it comes

to spiritual things, I am always ready. Yes.

It's a consciousness. Pastor Imam Hamad something.

He said you are always spiritual. You don't become

spiritual on a Sunday morning and on a Monday

morning you are out of the spirit. No. You know

sometimes we make a joke and say I am in the

spirit. Please don't pull me out of the spirit.

Let me say this. Very heavy and strong is extreme.

The believer can never be pulled out of the Holy

Ghost. Hallelujah. You can never be what? Pulled

out of the Holy Ghost. And the Holy Ghost cannot

pull, and we cannot pull the Holy Ghost out of

you. Let me say it now, so that because what

I'm about to say now is going to prepare somebody's

heart. No amount of sin you will commit in this

heart, you will kill. take blood and drink it,

ice it and drink. Eat human meat. It will not

release the Holy Ghost out of you. I'm telling

you this by the Spirit of God. So probably maybe

you're feeling, oh, I think, why I cannot play

in tongues is because, you know, yesterday I

just went and I took a small shot of a white

label or red horse or red label. I think, you

know, the scripture says I should not be filled.

with so much wine, but with the Holy Ghost. But

I now, yesterday, I was filled with the wine.

So, you know, when you are filled with wine,

you cannot be filled with the Holy Ghost. So,

I tell you, I have a problem now in this service.

No. So, if you are here, don't condemn yourself

that why the things of the Spirit is not flowing

through your life, you are not seeing it, is

because of your limitations. This is by the Spirit

of God. Now, I'm saying it to somebody now by

the Spirit of God. Amen? You see, the things

God has done, your works cannot make them perfect.

All the things God has done, Jesus, the price

he has paid, you cannot work to be able to qualify.

You say, sir, you know what? Throughout this

week, I've been fasting so that I can qualify

for a prophetic word. So that I can qualify.

You know, I know they will ask us to give a what?

An interpretation of the word. So what I'm going

to do is, I'm going to fast. I'm going to fast.

In fact, all the food I'm doing, I've been piling

them up now. If you check my fridge, day one,

day two, day three, day four, till day seven.

You know, I want after. Then I can come back.

But for now, throughout the week, I am on it.

Because I need a word. I must give a word. Rest

has come to you. Let me say this now. Hallelujah.

I said something here that somebody said some

time ago. He said, eat, sleep, and what? And

prophesy. You know, in a way, it looks like,

what are you trying to say? It just defies your

work. It defies human effort. What Jesus has

done for you, human effort cannot give qualification

for it. You can only respond to that by faith.

This morning, every morning, I do my best to

follow the Baba. I mentioned his name here. You

know, this morning they brought a woman. And

then the man was praying. They brought a deaf

boy, one year, among many miracles. The boy was

deaf, one year, deaf. He has never heard. You

know, this Baba just came and said, you know,

he has been deaf by a spirit. It's a spirit that

made him deaf. He's going to hear right now.

The mom, the mother's mom, the father, the mother's

father, all of them, the other daughters, they

were there. You know, the Baba just came to the

child and put his hand in the ear and just say,

ear open. You know, the one -year -old boy started

hearing noise around and holding his ear for

the first time. Boy, tears just started gathering

in my eyes. He called many cases. A man, I'm

saying this now because something is going to

happen here. You know, he called a man and the

man has been complaining. I don't know how the

Baba knows names of so many diseases. But he

has been calling names. He was there, he called

the name by the spirit. The man came out. And

then he called the man after he prayed for the

man. The man fell under the anointing. He brought

food for him. He said, eat the food. He ate the

food and his throat was cleared. You see, the

power of the Holy Ghost is not to be used tomorrow.

It's not to be used next year. The manifestation,

all the things that we are discussing is our

reality now. This is our life. This is our song.

This is our what? This is our reality. We are

not saying something for the future. We're saying

something where? Now. That healing can take place

when? Now. Through our hands. Man of God taught

us on laying of hands. That I will hear a case.

Far, far, far from here to one village in Nigeria.

And I will tell them by the Spirit. Can you just

lay hands on the person? I believe. You can have

it. But the things of the Spirit, we are not

believing. In fact, you can be seated here and

take loads and take loads throughout this meeting,

but you have not believed it. You'll never see

its workings. Never. I choose to believe the

things of the Holy Ghost. I choose to believe

the power of the Holy Ghost. I choose to believe

the manifestation of the Spirit of God. Can we

just pray in the Holy Ghost? Can we just pray

in the Holy Ghost? These things are happening.

I look forward. You know, I was there on my bed

this morning. I was watching this, Baba. With

the eyes of faith, I say, no, I'm going to move

to places. I will lay hands and many eyes will

open. Many ears will open. I will see people

baptized with the Holy Ghost. My eyes begin to

see conferences, meetings, and I'm ready. Everywhere

I go, I am open. I'm flexible to the flow of

the things of the Holy Ghost. So can you just

open up your mouth in the Holy Ghost? Can you

open up your mouth in the Holy Ghost? Please

don't be limited. Don't be limited. Don't be

limited. This is one of the things that we came

here to do. By the Spirit of God. By the Spirit

of God. We are changing things. By the Spirit

of God. We are causing a turnaround. By the Spirit

of God, we take over cities. By the Spirit of

God, Pastor Victor, we replace. We bring great

joy to cities. Oh, no company. No two or three.

No five, ten, ten people. No, no, no, no. Individually.

We take off cities. We bring joy to systems.

Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, make our

life what it ought to be. Flow through us. Make

our life what it ought to be. Make our lives

what it ought to be. Make our lives what it ought

to be. You are flowing through our hands. You

are flowing through our lips. You are walking.

You are seeing through our eyes. You are hearing

through our ears. You are bringing perceptions

to our hearts. Thank you, Holy Ghost. In Jesus'

name. So, utterance gifts, these are gifts that

say something in or by the Spirit. Utterance

gifts, they are things. We are still on the classification.

Ultron's gifts are things that are said in or

by the Spirit. Amen? Hallelujah. So, please,

while we are making much more emphasis on the

Spirit, the Spirit, the Spirit, the Spirit, the

Spirit, the Spirit, the Spirit, it's because

you are spiritual. Hallelujah. And the Spirit

of God is indwelling you. Amen? So, on that,

we have tongues. Interpretation of tongues and

prophecy. Tongues, interpretation of tongues

and prophecy. Don't get tired of writing. Don't

get tired of reading the Bible. That's why we

are here. Amen. I was not happy. I was telling

Pastor Iman, is Pastor Iman fine? Other people

that were invited to come here, they refused

to come. The only thing they know how to invite

us is concerts. They will invite us for concerts,

but they will never come to a teaching session

like this. Immediately I know when they saw that

flyer 9 to 5, they wondered what are they going

to do. They have not even sent us a feedback.

We will not make it. How is this honoring? Even

to say we will not be able to be around or we

will send one person. They did not. The pastorate

know what to do with them. So under our transcript,

we have tongues, interpretation of tongues and

what? Prophecy. Tongues, interpretation of tongues

are what? Why do you think we call them author's

gifts? Because they do what? Because they...

They are altered, yes. One more. Please, when

you respond, it makes us flow fast. Okay, you

have spoken, right? Yes, so they involve speaking.

Your tongue... Your lips will be used. Amen?

And in fact, why we are starting with Ultron's

gifts? Because all other gifts take precedence

from Ultron's gifts. Amen? All other gifts will

find their expression through Ultron's gifts.

So when we say healing, for example, when you

come to heal the sick, you know, and then the

person goes, I can't walk. I can't walk. All

trans gifts is involved. Hallelujah. Speakings

are involved. Gift of faith. Speakings are involved.

Praise God. Walking of miracles. Speakings are

involved. Amen. So all that we're going to, we're

going to start with all trans gifts because we're

going to talk about other gifts too. Amen. But

all of them, you understand why they take precedence

all from these ones. Praise God. So don't joke.

Don't joke with tongues. Interpretation of tongues

are what? and prophecy. I'm not saying that these

ones are more greater than the others. Amen?

Praise God. Hallelujah. But I'm just saying that

all other ones will also find expression when

we have a proper understanding of this. Hallelujah.

Praise God. Don't we now have revelational gifts?

These gifts, they are gifts that see or perceive.

Perceive things. Gives that see, perceive, hear

things by the Spirit or in the Spirit. Hallelujah.

So for example, in a meeting like this, you know

when we're praying for people for direction?

I was still picking things by the Spirit of God.

I was receiving lots of promptings. One of the

things I received or I heard by the Spirit in

my heart, right? Which is a revelational gift,

is that... Spirit of fear in someone's heart

is banished. Hallelujah. I received that here

when I was standing. Amen. And when I came to

pray for people here, I had in my spirit, as

you lay hands on them, you're going to have,

you will know now, know by the Spirit many things.

So some of the things you're going to say to

them or some of the things I will give you that

you're going to say to them will be in the direction

of what they are trusting me for. Hallelujah.

Revelational gifts. So these gifts, they see,

they perceive, share things by the Spirit of

God. Amen? Are we there? So under these gifts,

we have word of knowledge, word of wisdom, discerning

of spirits. Don't worry, we're going to teach

all these things. See, the things of the Spirit

can be learned, they can be taught. Hallelujah.

And then they can be practiced. Glory to God.

Word of knowledge, word of wisdom, discerning

of spirit. Now we have the power gifts. The power

gifts, they relate to doing things. Doing things

by the spirit of God. Doing things by the spirit.

Doing things, the power gifts. They relate to

doing things by the spirit. Actions. Let me use

this word. Actions of the spirit. Hallelujah.

So we see gifts of healing. working of miracles,

and then gift of faith. Amen? Gift of healing,

working of miracles, and then what? Gift of faith.

So these are all the classification based on

operation in the recipient who is the believer

of the Holy Ghost. Amen? So now, we are starting

with Ultron's gifts in detail now. Tongues. You

can write tongue. Tongues. During my NYC, one

of the people that we are privileged to lead

us, one of those nights he came, he saw us, we

were praying in tongues, Pastor Victor's family

house, we call it family house. It seemed like

my own. Whether you want to catch fire or not,

fire must catch you. Because, you know, I would

really encourage people here, if you're an Nigerian,

please, don't run away from NYC. Right? Yes,

try and go and do it. Your life will change.

It's already changed now, but it will change

more. You know, if you think you read books,

you'll find people that are books themselves.

If you think you pray, oh boy, you'll find people

that their life is prayers. I know what I'm...

He knows, Pastor Victor knows. Some of us that

have been in family house, they know. So one

of these nights, you know, you will be sleeping

and snoring. Somebody will enter that, we call

it a hall in the house, actually. The person

will pray, will pray, Sir, as the person is coming

back from PPA, he's praying and praying till

morning. You even open the door and check it.

You will go back to your room. you will come

back and meet them there still praying. I know

people in that family house that not once, not

twice, they came back from the gate, they set

the whole house on fire. Everybody was praying

from the gate. So praying in tongues is not show

there. And you are not trying to show. You know,

just by this action, somebody just joins you.

And I will say this now by the Spirit of God.

Now, if you are here and you don't pray in tongues,

once you see we say, pray in tongues, don't begin

to analyze. No, no, do what? Join. Hallelujah.

Everywhere you see a manifestation, a display

of the things of the Spirit, before you start

analyzing it, do what? Join it. You know, this

morning as I saw Baba was healing. Strange case

is all. I say, ah, I can do this. I started saying,

I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.

I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.

You know, the more I'm watching, the more I'm

watching, you know what is happening inside me?

I'm trying to look for the next sick person.

That's what will begin to happen. See, if you

are here and we are praying in tongues and these

things are not happening like that inside you,

you're not paying attention to what we are doing.

If Pastor Victor comes up, And then you begin

to see 10, 10 sick people. Blind eyes are open.

And the hairs on your body don't rise. And you're

beginning to, your faith is being stirred up.

And you're saying, I know I can do this too.

The Spirit of God dwells in me. You're not paying

attention. You know, one night, for whatever

reason, I know I encountered one of the videos

as I was watching. I was crying. I just shared

it to a couple of us in this church. You know?

And I didn't know. One of them is Brother Kunda.

I just say, just watch this. You know, I didn't

know that season, you know, he has been reading

books on healing and the rest. So I saw healing,

I'm like, oh, is this more? Your environment,

when it comes to the things of the spirit, listen

to this now. Your environment. will contribute

to how fast you grow in the practice of the things

of the Spirit or is going to limit the practice

of the things of the Spirit in your life. If

the only people that surround you don't honor

the things of the Spirit, very soon you will

despise it. So please, you see, when we say pray

in tongues, don't begin to wait. Just jump. Hallelujah.

Do what? Yes, just jump. Praise God. So tongues.

What is tongue? That's right. Tongues. Mark chapter

Mark 16:15

16 verse 15. Pastor Victor laid a good foundation

on this. We're going to build also on it. Amen.

So don't be tired. We're going to read lots of

scriptures. Mark chapter 16, verse what? Verse

15, and I read, And he said unto them, Go ye

into all the world and preach the gospel to every

creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall

be saved, but he that believeth not shall be

what? 17. And these signs shall follow them that

what? That believe. In my name shall they what?

Cast out devils. They shall speak with what?

With new tongue. See if it's your Bible on the

line, the word new tongue. When we say something

is new, even though we're economy to deal with

it, but let me say it now in passing. When we

say something is new, what do we mean? When we

say something is new now, okay, let's assume

you have been using this one shirt for a long

time and it has become uniform. You know, one

of these days, you know, You know, I used to

use many clothes for a long time. You know, the

day, the one month, my wife knows, Pastor Chili,

the brothers I stayed with know, the pastors.

When I buy new things, I don't keep them, I use

them immediately so that you will know me with

them very fast. You know, when my captivity was

changed and was turned, So that one month, two

weeks, I just went and then changed my wardrobe

small. So for almost one month straight, every

Sunday I was changing clothes. You know, all

the sisters, because of the person's costume,

you're looking fine. Sir, sir, what's happening

now? Everybody was like, ah, sir, we like the

way you're looking. Ah, sir, sir, sir. Of course,

God bless you. I suddenly became blue. Yes! I've

been using one suit like that, one black suit.

I did not miss it. I used it black. Became cancer

looking like white, white. You know, I was going

to Nigeria and I told myself, I just woke up,

I was angry. I said, if all these clothes don't

leave this wardrobe, my mindset will not change.

I went home. I got clothes. I got clothes. I

got clothes. I came back. We had an argument

with Pastor Victor one time. He encouraged me

to change my clothes during PhD. Long time. I

said, no, it's not by dressing. You know, I thought

they were still encouraging ourselves those times.

I told him, I said, no, no, no. He said, no,

where we're going, sometimes I say, no, no, no.

I still remember the trouser and the shirt. But

you see, the new Jesus is talking about is not

this kind of new. Hallelujah. The new Jesus is

talking about that you're going to see new tongues,

which means it has never existed before. From

Genesis to now, the only time it's going to happen

is at my resurrection. No man has ever spoken

in tongues. No man has ever seen such a sign.

Hallelujah. But at my resurrection, this sign

will be made available for the believer. Praise

God. So what is sign? What is sign? The Greek

word for sign means, S -E -M -A -I -N -O. Actually,

let me just tell us it's Semyon from the root

word Semyon. Semyon is S -E -N -E -I -O -N. S

-E -M -E -I -O -N from the root word Semyon.

S -E -M -A -I -N -O. Semyon from the root word

Semyon. That's a Greek word for sign. And what

does that mean? It means mark. It means token.

It means to indicate, to signify, to make known,

to distinguish a thing or a person from others.

Hallelujah. Means a mark. Seneon from Seminole

means a mark, a token to indicate, to signify,

to make known. To distinguish a person or a thing

from what? From others. In fact, let me add this

to our definition. With exclusive characteristics.

With exclusive what? Characteristics. That word

sign is a strong word. is used for uncommon events

beyond the common cause of nature. Very strong.

That's why you saw, you heard and you saw Pastor

Victor had to put so much stress on the matter

of laying on of what? Of hands as a sign. Hallelujah.

Why? Because it's not physical. Amen? One of

the things that we establish from that teaching

is that laying on of hands is a supernatural

what? It's a supernatural activity. Praise God.

Likewise, write it. Speaking in tongues, speaking

in new tongues is a supernatural activity. Praise

God. Hallelujah. It's a supernatural activity.

So we say that these signs could distinguish

a person, right? From others or a thing. We say

they are used for uncommon events. That is events

that are beyond the common course of nature.

That is why you see we say they are supernatural,

what? Activities. They are beyond natural. So

the next time you're praying in tongues, in the

next minutes we're going to do it, don't see

yourself as you're doing a natural thing. Hallelujah.

There's something supernatural that you're doing.

And you know something? In a way of encouraging

you? There is nothing supernatural that does

not have effect on the physical. I tell you this

now. Nothing supernatural, spiritual, that does

not have effect on the what? On the physical.

Praise God. So, signs. Signs are circles of miracles

or wonders by which God uses. To validate the

believer. They are what? Tokens of signs and

what? And wonders. God used them to be able to

what? To validate the believer. That's why I

said exclusive what? Characteristics. Distinguishes

the believer from unbeliever. Praise God. So

when we read Matthew chapter 12. Let's open to

Matthew 12 · chapter mention

12. So we'll just see where, just two, three

scriptures, because I've already made emphasis

on that. Matthew chapter 12, verse 38. See what

Matthew 12:38

the scripture says. Then certain of the scribes

and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master,

we will see a sign from what? From thee. They

want something exclusive. They want something

that goes exclusive, that goes beyond the common

cause of nature. They want something to indicate.

They want an indication, amen? He said, but he

answered and said unto them, an evil and adulterous,

what? Adulterous generation, secret after what?

A sign. And there shall no sign be what? Given

to it but the sign of what? Prophet Jonah. Every

time you see sign, it's written in the scripture,

it's indicative. So when you hear a sign, you

say, let's read that mark again, so that we'll

put it in context now. When you hear, for example,

the scripture, we'll say, you said, in my name,

they cast out what? Devils. They indicate something

supernatural. Hallelujah. You say, how is it

that you cast out a spirit by another spirit?

You are using the spirit of Beelzebub. They know

that the spirit of Beelzebub is not a natural

spirit. Hallelujah. And for Christ to cast out

devils, he must be operating from a supernatural

realm. The believer always operates from the

supernatural realm. You can never know him from

the natural. Hallelujah. That is why all things

are possible for the believer. All things. All

things. Can you say all things are possible with

me? Because I have the Spirit of God in me. Yes,

that's your reality. Another reference again,

Matthew 26, 48. Sign. Sign. Matthew 26, 48. And

I'll just give us one and then we add it as just.
