Welcome to NECF Sermons. Each message here is
-
designed to uplift and strengthen you in your
-
walk with God. Don't miss out. Stay with us until
-
the end for a rewarding experience. Let's dive
-
right in. Hallelujah. 1 Thessalonians 2, verse
-
12. Fortunately or unfortunately, I don't have
-
a screen here. And my neck is very stiff that
-
it can't be turning. So I want to get a mic and
-
be reading the screen. All right? So it will
-
be fast. 1 Thessalonians 2, verse 3. No, no,
-
chapter 2, verse 12, where we read. It says that
-
you... will walk worthy of God who calls you
-
into his kingdom, into his own kingdom and glory.
-
Hallelujah. God has called us into what? Into
-
his own kingdom. The Bible says that he has translated
-
us from what? From what? From the kingdom of
-
what? Darkness. With which we were in the kingdom
-
of darkness. And he has translated us into what?
-
Into the kingdom of what? His dear son. Hallelujah.
-
Which is the kingdom of God. Amen. And this has
-
been our subject of focus this year. Manifesting
-
the kingdom of God. And I'm going to continue
-
from the series we've been having in Catholicism
-
about manifesting the kingdom of God. And our
-
key text, who can remind us of our key text from
-
Catholicism? Huh? We forgot Matthew 16? What?
-
Matthew what? 16. Okay. From verse 13. So let's
-
read together. Matthew 16. From verse 13 to 19.
-
He asked Nthai Kupe, who to make thee that I,
-
that I, sort of, that I. So they said, so take
-
John Devati, so Meliah, and honest Kirinoya,
-
or what do you put me? Take then, for who do
-
you say that I am? I won't be to our side and
-
stay, though I'm in Christ, the so -called inimigo.
-
You don't have to say that to me. Bless the game,
-
Spangun Patila. Bless you, Nthai Kupe. Hallelujah.
-
So, previously we've discussed a lot of issues
-
from verse 13. We've looked at verse 13. We've
-
looked at the context of the scripture from verse
-
13. And then we've seen the question that Jesus
-
asked them. And we've also dwelled on the answer
-
that was given by Peter. And we also discussed
-
what it means to be blessed in verse 17. And
-
we also learn, in case you have not been with
-
us, you can go back to our teaching in Catholicism.
-
We looked at what it means to receive revelation,
-
what it means to be revealed the truth. And we
-
also discussed the rock in verse 18. You know,
-
the rock on which Christ is building his church.
-
And then the gates of Hades shall not prevail
-
against it. So we're going to begin to look at
-
some issues from verse 19. It says, And I will
-
give you the keys of kingdom of heaven. And whatever
-
you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. And
-
whatever you lose on earth will be loosed in
-
heaven. And for us to just have a recap of some
-
of the things that we've been discussing. Right
-
from the cell meetings, we talked about heaven,
-
right? I think this year we started with the
-
concept of heaven, trying to understand what
-
heaven is. Now in verse 17, not in verse 17,
-
he says, my father, who what? Who is in heaven?
-
Jesus answered and said to him in verse 17, blessed
-
are you, Simon Barjona, for flesh and blood has
-
not revealed this to you, but my father, Who
-
is where? Who is in heaven? Which means that
-
this father that brought about the revelation
-
of who Christ is, lives where? He is in heaven.
-
My father who is in heaven. Matthew chapter 6
-
verse 9. Matthew chapter 6 verse 9. Matthew chapter
-
6 verse 9. Just want to remind ourselves, have
-
a recap of what this heaven is. Matthew chapter
-
6 verse 9. In this manner, therefore pray, our
-
Father in where? In heaven. Hallelujah. Hallowed
-
be your name. Which means that God dwells where?
-
God dwells in heaven. The Father dwells in heaven.
-
My Father, in verse 17, what he says, our Father,
-
Matthew 6, verse 9, refers to God. Who the Bible
-
tells us is what? This Father is what? He's invisible.
-
Okay? God is what? God is invisible, but he lives
-
in heaven. God is invisible, but he lives in
-
heaven. John chapter 1 verse 18 talks about the
-
God that is invisible. John chapter 1 verse 18.
-
No one has seen God, right? No one has seen God
-
face to face, physically. But Jesus declared
-
him less. John 4, verse 24. Yes. God is spirit.
-
So if we will have a relationship with this God
-
who is spirit, who is invisible, what will happen?
-
We must worship him in what? In spirit. Hallelujah.
-
Colossians 1 verse 15. Colossians 1 verse 15.
-
Colossians 1 verse 15. Talking about Jesus being
-
the what? Being the image of the Father who is
-
invisible. Invisibility here means that we can't
-
see with the physical eyes. Doesn't mean that
-
he does not exist. He exists, but he's not visible
-
to the natural eyes. He lives in the invisible
-
realm. 1 Timothy 1 verse 17. 1 Timothy 1 verse
-
17. Yes. Invisible one. Talking about God. God
-
is invisible. So from the text we read above
-
or here, we'll just read. It says we can understand
-
that God lives in heaven. Amen. It says my father
-
who is in heaven. We can put it as my father
-
who is invisible, God who is invisible. Now the
-
word invisible we've learned from church here
-
several times does not nearly mean, you know,
-
it does not exist. Hallelujah. It's not merely
-
the unseen or out of sight, but the word invisible
-
here means spiritual. Amen? It doesn't just mean
-
that he's unseen with the physical eyes, but
-
what it means on the other end is that God's
-
word is spiritual. Hallelujah. It reflects the
-
idea that God is spiritual. Now, it is important
-
to remind us again, That the word heaven does
-
not refer to what? It does not refer to a geographical
-
location. We've said this before, isn't it? Now,
-
when we talk about heaven, we're not referring
-
to a physical place. Because oftentimes when
-
we are taught about the idea of heaven, what
-
we quickly think is a physical place where the
-
roads are tasked with gold. Where there are fiscal
-
structures and mansions, everybody has a house
-
and apartments. Where we have cars. Where we
-
have, you know, material things. No. This heaven
-
is immaterial. It's not referring to what? A
-
geographical location. Because God's kingdom
-
or God's heaven or where God lives is not like
-
It's not like the way the world, it's not the
-
kingdom of God. It's not like the way the world
-
describes. It's not like the way the world perceive
-
a kingdom. Hallelujah. So, in verse 19, what
-
does the word kingdom mean? What does the word
-
kingdom mean? That's what we're going to focus
-
and dig more. Now, the word kingdom, we explained
-
previously as well that the word kingdom refers
-
to It's from a Greek word. What? Basilia, right?
-
A noun, Basilia, in Greek, which means dominion.
-
It means royal power or rule. And we say that
-
this should not be confused with an actual kingdom.
-
Because the moment we talk about kingdom, what
-
comes to our mind is maybe a kingdom, the United
-
Kingdom, a fiscal kingdom, or maybe a kingdom
-
in your country, in Nigeria, a kingdom. It shouldn't
-
be confused with a fiscal kingdom. But rather,
-
the right of authority to rule. That's what we
-
call kingdom. The right of authority to rule.
-
And we also said that Basilia is from the root
-
word, what? Basilius, right? Which means a leader
-
of people. A prince, a commander, a lord of the
-
land, or a king. So the phrase, and I will give
-
you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, can be
-
put as, and I will give you the keys of the dominion
-
of heaven, or, and I will give you the keys of
-
the authority of heaven. Hallelujah. Now, it
-
is important for us to note that the word keys
-
here, It's used as a metaphor for what? For access.
-
This is a revision for us. It's used as a metaphor
-
for what? For access. Keys is from the Greek
-
word kles, K -L -E -I -S in the Greek, which
-
metaphorically can also be referred to as power
-
or authority. Since the keeper of the keys has
-
the power or the authority to open or shut. So
-
metaphorically, the word keys refers to power
-
and authority. Hallelujah. So kles, which is
-
a noun, we said also that it is derived from
-
another root word, kleo, k -l -e -i -o, a verb,
-
meaning to close, to shut or to shut up. Now,
-
with the understanding we've garnered from this
-
explanation of the word, we've seen the kingdom
-
of heaven will be referred to as the authority
-
of heaven and not just a physical place. Hallelujah.
-
Now, if you can remember very well, what I just
-
did now, right, is also read from what we did
-
in cell meeting. the first cell meeting of the
-
year or second cell meeting there about of the
-
year. Now let's study further on the kingdom
-
of heaven. My goal is for us to understand deeper
-
what the kingdom of heaven is. For us to have
-
a better understanding of what the kingdom of
-
heaven is. And with the understanding that we
-
will have about the kingdom of heaven, we will
-
be able to manifest the kingdom of heaven. Hallelujah.
-
Now, Let's go again to one of the scriptures
-
we've been dealing with in the cell meeting,
-
Matthew 24. Please, I want you to be attentive
-
and follow what we are going to do. It's going
-
to be a bit rigorous, but it will help us so
-
much in the few times that we're going to have
-
in the weeks coming ahead. Matthew 24. Matthew
-
24, from verse 1 to 3. If you've been very active
-
in the cell meeting, you should be familiar with
-
this text. You should be able to teach this text
-
and explain it because we'll spend over a month
-
here, right? Matthew 24 from verse 1 to 3. Then
-
Jesus went out and departed from the temple and
-
his disciples came up to show him the buildings
-
of the temple. And Jesus said to them, Do you
-
not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to
-
you, not one stone shall be left here upon another
-
that shall not be thrown down. Verse 3. Now as
-
he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples
-
came to him privately saying, Tell us, when will
-
these things be? Which things? Is it the destruction
-
of the temple? I was thinking it's the end of
-
the world. I was thinking it's rapture. When
-
will these things be? How do we come to a conclusion
-
that is concerning the temple? Because of the
-
conversation in context, right? Very good. When
-
will these things be? Tell us, when will these
-
things be? And what? What will be the sign of
-
your coming? Is this not rapture? Is this not
-
the end of the world? What will be the sign of
-
your coming and of the end of the world? All
-
kingdoms, instead of the word age, it is world.
-
Hallelujah. Now, pay attention to what we're
-
going to do. The KJV uses the word end of the
-
world or end of the age. As we have always learned,
-
words in the Bible must be defined within the
-
context of their application in the scriptures.
-
For us to give meaning to sentences, to phrases,
-
we don't impute meaning to words. But rather
-
we look at context, right? And then we can arrive
-
at the meaning of that word or phrase or sentence.
-
So this means we should always consider context.
-
of scripture to explain or give meaning to words
-
or phrases from scripture. We don't just assume
-
the meaning of words. You see, many of our misapplication
-
of scriptures is because we give the scriptures
-
its own meaning. We don't allow the passage to
-
explain itself. We don't allow, you know, the
-
Bible to give us a meaning because Within the
-
context of the usage of that word or phrase,
-
we'll have the meaning of that text, of that
-
word, of that text or that phrase, whatever it
-
is. So the end of the world in verse 3, which
-
is where I'm going to focus on. In the second
-
meeting, we'll be dealing with the coming, right?
-
And also, which one again? These things, we've
-
been dealing with the first part of the question.
-
When will these things be? We've dealt with it.
-
And then the second one is what? The coming,
-
right? Now, let me steal from what we will do
-
ahead and then explain the idea about the kingdom
-
of heaven. Now, the end of the world is very
-
important in explaining the kingdom of heaven.
-
Are we together? It says the end of the world.
-
The end of the world. When? When will this be?
-
And when will be the sign of your coming? and
-
of the end of the world. End of the H in the
-
New King James. Now, the end of the world in
-
verse 3 does not refer to the world being terminated
-
or destroyed because most times when we read
-
this text, we conclude that this text is talking
-
about the destruction of the world, when the
-
world will be destroyed. As it is in our own
-
language today, when we hear the word end, what
-
quickly comes to our mind is what? Maybe a termination
-
of a process, right? Or the world is going to
-
finish. Let me use that word. It's going to finish.
-
If it's something that can finish anyway. So
-
the word N, as used in Matthew 24, verse 3, is
-
translated from a Greek word. Let me spell it
-
for you. It's the word suntelia. S -Y -N -T -E
-
-L. Let me spell it again. S -Y -N -T -E -L -E
-
-I -A. What does it mean? It means completion.
-
It means consummation. It also means the fullness
-
of time. Okay? It means completion. It means
-
consummation. It means the fullness of time.
-
So the term world as used in this text, because
-
we're going to look at the end of the world,
-
the end of the age, the end of the world, right?
-
So the term world here is used to describe time
-
and activities, especially activities on the
-
earth. Time and activities on the earth. Hallelujah.
-
That is why the New King James uses ages instead
-
of world as used in the Old King James, it uses
-
ages instead of world. For example, 1 Corinthians
-
10 verse 10. 1 Corinthians 10 verse 10. 1 Corinthians.
-
Help me so we can save time. 1 Corinthians 10.
-
Verse 10. Yes. 11. Okay. Look at verse 11. He
-
said, now all these things happened to them as
-
examples, and they were written for our admonition,
-
right? For our encouragement, for our admonition,
-
upon whom the end of the age has come, which
-
means that the end of the world, if you read
-
from the Old King James, that's what the age
-
is here, replaced with the world. The end of
-
the world has come, which means that in our time,
-
what has happened? The end of the world, what?
-
It's happening. Oh, it has come. Amen? So are
-
we in the end of the world? Huh? Are we looking
-
forward to the end of the world? Okay. Say no,
-
say yes. Hold that thought. We'll unravel it.
-
Paul says they were written for us upon whom
-
the end of the ages has come, meaning unto those
-
who are living in the fulfillment. All right?
-
In the fulfillment of this reality. Now, read
-
the same passage. There's a translation I saw.
-
The Berean Standard Bible, BSB. Can I get that?
-
Who is on the screen? There's a translation called
-
the Berean Standard Bible, BSB. This same text.
-
Berean Standard Bible. Someone should help me
-
with the phone. Yes, you can read it. Yes. On
-
whom what? The fulfillment. So they removed the
-
word end and replaced it with what? Fulfillment,
-
right? Fulfillment of the ages has come. Alright?
-
Read it in TPT. TPT did a little bit of justice,
-
Pastor Victor, to this verse. We can say thumbs
-
up for TPT. Yes. Yes, you see? For we live in
-
a time. What is that time? The end of the world.
-
For we live in a time when the purpose of all
-
ages past is now completed, completing its goal
-
within us. Hallelujah. So it's completing its
-
purpose within us. Here's another example in
-
Hebrews chapter 9 verse 24. Hebrews chapter 9
-
verse 24. Hebrews 9 verse 24. What are we trying
-
to explain? We're trying to explain what the
-
end of the world means. Okay? It's very important
-
in helping us understand the kingdom of heaven
-
so we can manifest the kingdom of heaven. Hebrews
-
9, Hebrews 9, verse 24 to 26. Hebrews 9. No one
-
is helping me to read, okay. To 26. 26. Okay,
-
see, when did Jesus appear? Huh? Jesus appeared
-
when? No, now, look at this verse. There's no
-
2000 here. Okay, look at verse 26. Am I fast?
-
Okay, let's look at verse 26. He then will have
-
had to suffer often since the foundation of the
-
world. If it's your Bible, underline foundation
-
of the world. So now there are two things I want
-
us to emphasize. If there is an end of the world,
-
there should be a foundation of the world. Are
-
we together? He then would have had to suffer
-
often since the foundation of the world. But
-
now, once at the end of the world, he had appeared
-
to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
-
So Jesus put away sin by the sacrifice of himself
-
when? The end of the world. End of ages. Jesus
-
put away sin at the end of the world. And as
-
I said, another phrase for us to note, often
-
used by Jesus and other writers of scripture,
-
is that word foundation of the world. So we have
-
two crucial words. Number one, the foundation
-
of the world and also what? The end of the world.
-
So have we all understand what the end of the
-
world is? It means fulfillment, right? It means
-
fulfillment. that it means accomplishment. Alright?
-
So, the foundation of the world, what does it
-
mean? Matthew 13, 34. Matthew 13, verse... Yes.
-
Continue to verse 35. Hallelujah. Things were
-
kept secret from where? From the foundation of
-
the world. Hallelujah. Things were kept secret
-
from where? From the foundation of the world.
-
Matthew 25, 34. Matthew 25, 34. He says, Then
-
the king will say to those on his right hand,
-
Come. You blessed of my father. Inherit what?
-
The kingdom prepared. On the land prepared. If
-
it's your Bible, on the land prepared. Prepared
-
for you from when? From the foundation of the
-
world. The kingdom was prepared from the foundation
-
of the world. John chapter 17 verse 24. He was
-
loved before the foundation of the world. Luke
-
11, 48 to 51. So what is the foundation of the
-
world? Jesus was loved before the foundation
-
of the world. Jesus was not loved in the foundation
-
of the world, but before the foundation of the
-
world. So you can be asking, what is the foundation
-
of the world? Luke 11, 48. Luke 11, 48 to 51.
-
Luke 11, 48. To fifty one. Fifty. 51. Hallelujah.
-
So with these texts, right, where were the prophets
-
killed? Foundation of the world, right? Are we
-
moving together? blood of the prophets was shed
-
from the foundation of this world, which refers
-
to a period between Genesis and where? And Malachi.
-
And we can say including the time of John the
-
Baptist too, right? Because he lived in that
-
era. So we can call that era the foundation of
-
what? Of the world. And Matthew 13, 34, is referring
-
to a text in the Old Testament, what we call
-
the Old Testament, Psalm 78 verse 2. Psalm 78
-
verse 2. Yes, I will open my mouth in a parable
-
and utter dark sayings of old, dark sayings of
-
old. The word old is translated from the Hebrew
-
word qedem, q -e -d -e -m, q -e -d -e -m. And
-
it means Before now, it means at first or at
-
the beginning. So, the foundation of the world
-
will refer to a place in the Bible. Alright?
-
It will refer to a place in the Bible. It will
-
refer to a part of Scripture. Okay? Let's move
-
on. I've given us a clue, but let's move on.
-
Hebrews chapter 4, from verse 1. To give us clarity,
Hebrews 4 chapter mention
-
Hebrews chapter 4, from verse 1. 1 to 4. Let
Hebrews 4 chapter mention
-
me read this one. Hebrews 4, from verse 1 to
-
4. It says, The gospel was preached to us as
-
well as to them, but the word which they heard
-
did not profit them, not being mixed with faith
-
in those who heard it. For we who have believed
-
do enter that rest, as he has said. So I swore
-
in my wrath they shall not enter my rest, although
-
the works were finished from where? From the
-
foundation of the world. For he has spoken in
-
a certain place of the seventh day. And God rested
-
on the seventh day from all his works. Hallelujah.
-
So, we can see clearly that the Hebrew writer
-
is explaining. Where is he explaining? He's explaining
-
Chapter 2. So can we go to Genesis chapter 2?
Genesis 2 chapter mention
-
We have a goal. And I want you to be patient
-
and follow. Now Genesis chapter 2. It says, Hallelujah.
Genesis 2 chapter mention
-
So we can see here clearly that the writer of
-
Hebrews is explaining Genesis 2, verse 1 to 3,
-
as the foundation of the world. Okay? And we
-
also saw from Luke 11, 49 to 51, That Jesus mentions
-
the characters in the foundation of the world.
-
The prophets, they were killed. Where were they
-
killed? They were killed in the era of the foundation
-
of the world. Therefore, the foundation of the
-
world mentioned in both Hebrews and the one we've
-
seen in Luke refers to the book of Genesis. Okay?
-
It refers to the book of Genesis, pointing to
-
the book of Genesis. Where God's work began.
-
Amen? It is pointing to what? To what we call
-
the Old Testament Scriptures, where the work
-
of God began. So, foundation refers to the beginning
-
of the work, as seen in Genesis, where God began
-
a work. Hallelujah. God began a work in Genesis.
-
God began a work in Genesis. The word foundation,
-
as we see in the New Testament, Hebrews 11, 11,
-
precisely. Hebrews 11, 11. Let's explain that
-
word foundation. Yes. I read, By faith Sarah
-
herself also received strength to conceive seed,
-
and she bore a child when she was past the age
-
because she judged him faithful who had promised.
-
So the word foundation is the word katabole.
-
I'm not Greek, so pardon me. Let me spell it,
-
K -A -T -A -B -O -L -E, noun. It refers to conceive,
-
conception. It is used for conception. As we
-
see in the case of Sarah here, it says strength
-
to conceive seed. That conception there is the
-
word foundation. So it's not foundation as foundation
-
that women use on their faces. All right? It
-
can mean conception. Okay? It means to start
-
something or conception. We've seen it can, it
-
will mean to two things. Number one, starting
-
something, starting a work. And it also means
-
conception. As we can see used in Hebrews 11
-
verse 11. Now, this word foundation is used primarily
-
in building construction of a house. All right?
-
It's used primarily for what? For building construction
-
of a house. Now, in building a house, the foundation
-
gives you what? What does the foundation give
-
you? It gives you an idea of what you want to
-
build. Isn't it? The foundation gives you the
-
structure of what will be built. It provides
-
the destination of what you're going to build.
-
It provides the purpose. It gives you the plan
-
of what is going to be established, isn't it?
-
The foundation of a house gives us the intent
-
of the kind of house that is going to be established,
-
is going to be built. So Jesus, while on the
-
cross, said, it is finished. He says it is finished.
-
And while he was raised from the dead, he began
-
his teaching from the foundation. Now we're trying
-
to link the foundation to what? To the end of
-
the world. Hallelujah. Jesus began his explanation,
-
began his teaching from where? From the foundation,
-
from the conception, from the idea, when the
-
idea started, from when God began the work. Luke
-
24, 25 to 27. Luke 24, 25 to 27. Yes. Beginning
-
at Moses. Hallelujah. And all the prophets beginning
-
at Genesis. Beginning from where? From the foundation.
-
Beginning from where the idea was conceived.
-
Okay? And the prophets. He expounded to them
-
in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
-
Now, let's jump to verse 44. He said to them,
-
these are the words which I spoke to you while
-
I was still with you. All things must be what?
-
Must be fulfilled. So what was fulfilled? What
-
was fulfilled was what was established from the
-
foundation. And we see Jesus coming to establish
-
what was. initiated from the beginning. Hallelujah.
-
So these things are the words I spoke to you
-
while I was still with you, that all things must
-
be fulfilled, which were written in the law of
-
Moses and the prophets and the Psalms concerning
-
me. Verse 45. And he opened their understanding
-
that they might comprehend the scriptures. Hallelujah.
-
So all the writers of the Gospels, Matthew, Mark,
-
Luke, and John, you know, they began their writing
-
from this foundation. Have you noticed that?
-
For example, now in Matthew chapter 1 verse 1,
-
let's look at Matthew chapter 1 verse 1. This
-
information is crucial for us, so bear in mind.
-
Okay. Matthew chapter 1 verse 1. It says the
-
book of what? The genealogy of Jesus Christ.
-
The son of David and of Abraham. Where are these
-
characters found? Huh? They are found where?
-
In the writings of Moses, right? That is what
-
we call the foundation. So that is where they
-
began the writings of what Jesus will do. That's
-
where they trace the origin of what Jesus will
-
do or what Jesus has done. Mark chapter 1 verse
-
1 also in his writing started from that particular
-
beginning. What we call the beginning. Mark chapter
-
1 verse 1. Mark chapter 1 verse 1. Yes. The beginning
-
of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the son of God,
-
as it is written in the prophets. All right.
-
Which prophets? The prophets that were in what
-
we call the Old Testament scriptures. Right.
-
So we can say that the foundation started from
-
Genesis to the writings of the prophets. All
-
right. Till. Where we see the fulfillment in
-
what Christ has done. John chapter 1 verse 1.
-
Also, John started from the foundation. John
-
chapter 1 verse 1. Yes. In the beginning. All
-
right. Referring to where? Genesis chapter what?
-
Chapter 1 verse 1, isn't it? And for Luke, Luke
-
started in Luke chapter 3. He gave us a context
Luke 3 chapter mention
-
of his writing, even though he was writing to
-
an individual, but the context of what he wrote
-
was in Luke chapter 3, verse 23. Continue, you
-
see? Yes. So when you read down, you see the
-
genealogy of Jesus Christ. Trace back to who?
-
Trace back to verse 38. Read verse 38. And the
-
Son of God. So, going back to the beginning of
-
everything. Therefore, everything we teach, alright,
-
must have its root from where? From the beginning,
-
from Genesis. Now, there is always a building
-
concept in the Bible. Alright? There's always
-
a concept about building. When I mean building,
-
I mean construction in the Bible. You will see
-
it throughout the Bible. The foundation is Genesis.
-
And the end of that building is what we call
-
the end of the world. Hallelujah. Let me repeat
-
that sentence again. I said in the Bible, there's
-
a building concept. And the foundation is in
-
Genesis. From the Old Testament Scriptures. Okay?
-
The foundation is in Genesis. And the end of
-
that building is what we call the end of the
-
age. The end of the world. The end of the world.
-
That should give you a little bit of hint of
-
what Jesus will explain today. to the disciples
-
in Matthew 24 verse 3. When do we ask him, when
-
will the end of the world come? Are we together?
-
So, therefore, the end of the world has a positive
-
connotation and not a negative one. Alright?
-
So when we talk about the end of the world, we're
-
not referring to something dangerous. Okay? We're
-
not looking for, you know, we've watched so much
-
movies of, what do we call it? Destruction. Of,
-
give me a word, please. I might get it right.
-
You know, when COVID came, they say, ah, we've
-
come to the end of the world. And then some people
-
thought that the vaccine was CCCs. That when
-
you receive it, you will take the number of the
-
beast. Some of us collected. Some of us did not
-
collect. Eh? You have the booster. Okay. And
-
we are still here. Hallelujah. There was a prophecy,
-
I think, someone prophesied that the war would
-
end today. Is it today or yesterday? September
-
2020, 25. And today is, And it has come and it
-
has passed. And the world has no end. And oftentimes,
-
whenever they want to explain this, they go to
-
Matthew 24. Hallelujah. To try to explain the
-
concept of rapture. And we've taught you that
-
in the Bible, you read from Genesis to Revelation,
-
you will find the word rapture. Which means that
-
it is coined from somewhere and from something.
-
Hallelujah. This explanation, right, is very,
-
very fundamental in helping us understand the
-
concept of the kingdom of God. Now, when we begin
-
to build from here, we'll begin to see God's
-
plan from the foundation. Hallelujah. On Wednesday,
-
please come prepared. We're going to see from
-
the foundation. To Abraham. Abraham saw a land.
-
Amen? What is that land? In Hebrew, we see that
-
it was a city. And obviously we know there is
-
no Jerusalem here. What did Jacob saw? Jacob
-
saw a house. Is that construction? Does land
-
look like construction? Does a house look like
-
construction? Amen. And all these things will
-
give us a concept of what the kingdom of heaven
-
is. And Moses will construct a temple. All right.
-
Is that construction? Amen. Now I'm trying to
-
give us an idea of how God communicated the concept
-
of the kingdom of heaven from the foundation
-
to where? To the end of. The completion of the
-
work of establishing the kingdom. Hallelujah.
-
So this background will set us in the good order
-
to understand what the plan of God is. To understand
-
how God walked through seasons and generations
-
to bring about the manifestation of his plan.
-
We will see the culmination, how the plan of
-
God was executed. And we will see our place in
-
the plan of God. And how we can manifest the
-
kingdom of God. Hallelujah. So do we know what
-
is the foundation of the world? Help me so that
-
I will know that I have achieved something today.
-
Do we know the foundation of the world? Do we
-
know the end of the world? Let's rise on our
-
feet and pray. We appreciate you being here today.
