Working of Miracles

we've heard, God's work are visible. Hallelujah.

Greater works are what? They are visible. And

this morning we'll be dealing with one of those

works of God that are visible. Thank you choir

for bringing us to that song today because it

aligns so well with what I want to teach. So

while God is invisible, Only made manifest, made

seen through Christ. The works of Christ, the

works of God are very visible. Okay? The works

of God, they are what? They are visible. And

this year we say the theme of the year is greater

works. So we can say there will be great visibility

this year. Hallelujah. There will be great what?

Visibility this year. Greater works will be seen

amongst us. So in the line with the theme of

the year and from what we have been teaching

from Catechismos last year, our Believers Conference,

the topic for today is working of miracles. walking

of miracles. Because the walking of miracles

is a greater walk that the believer would do.

As we have received the Spirit of Christ, we

have the Spirit of Christ in us, the believer

who do it will walk out miracles. So the topic

is... a working rather, working of miracles,

working of miracle. In our last teaching, we

highlighted that healing is a miracle, right?

I don't know if, I mean, a couple of us listened

to the message before we came to church, right?

We should have done that because that was shared.

Healing is a miracle, but there are other miracles,

right, that are not healing. Did we clarify that?

So we are building on that today. The other miracles

that are not healing. So we call it, as we're

saying in 1 Corinthians 12, verse 14. Let's open

1 Corinthians 12:14

our scriptures to 1 Corinthians 12, verse 10.

1 Corinthians 12:10

1 Corinthians 12, verse 10. 10, please. It said,

1 Corinthians 12:10

to another, the working of miracles. to another,

prophecy, to another, the signing of spirits,

to another, diverse kinds of tongues, to another,

the interpretation of tongues. But all this worketh,

that one, and self -same spirits, dividing to

every man, or every man, yes, severally, as he

wills. So the working of miracles comes from

the Spirit of God. that dwells in the believer.

The walking of miracles comes from the Spirit

of God that dwells in the believer. So every

believer can walk in the walking of miracles.

We need to first establish that. That every believer

that has the Spirit of God can walk. In the working

of miracles. And it is expected that when we

go to preach. The signs and wonders should follow.

Let's go to John. John 14. Because our key scripture

is 1 Corinthians 12. From verse 1 to 11. And

we can go to John chapter 14. John chapter 14

scriptures down. 1 Corinthians 12 verse 1 to

1 Corinthians 12:1–11

11. John chapter 14 verse 1 to 14. John 14, I'll

John 14:1–14

read from verse 11. It said, Believe me that

I am in the Father, and the Father in me. Or

else, believe me for the very works sake. You

see the word works sake there, right? Verily,

verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on

me, the works that I do, shall he also do, and

greater works than these shall he do. Because

I go unto my father. Part of what Jesus is saying

here that the believer will do is also the working

of miracles. It's part of the great works that

the believer will do. So let's go into the study.

Let's go much more into the study. Just the same

way signs or just the same way healing. are seen

as signs that points to the message of Christ.

Okay? The same way healing is seen as a sign

that points to the message of Christ, the walking

of miracles is also a sign and wonder that points

to the message of Christ. So we're just establishing

some things that we already know to put them

ahead first. First, every believer can walk out

miracles. The same way healing is a sign. The

walking of miracle is also a sign and a wonder

that points to the message of the gospel. If

you have this background, there will be more

clarity as we go. It authenticates the message

you are receiving. And in a way, the same way

healing is expected to take away unbelief, the

same way healing is expected to take away unbelief

from a man, when the walking of miracles, when

the walking of miracles is made manifest, it

is to take away unbelief. It is to take away.

unbelief. So when there's a working of miracles

that is taking place somewhere, it's actually

to make people be strengthened in their faith

and for those that have not believed to come

to the knowledge of Christ. So these three things

are the foundation upon which this teaching will

be. First, that every believer is able to work

out miracles because they have the Spirit of

God. Second, the same way it's a sign and a wonder

that points to the gospel, the same way miracles

also points to the gospel. Now, what is working

of miracles? Let's dive into it. What is working

of miracles? Let's go back to 1 Corinthians 12.

1 Corinthians 12, verse 10. And we would unravel

1 Corinthians 12:10

it from there. Working of miracles. Now, the

word working, we should write down. It's actually

the word energima. The word working is the word

energima itself. And it's spelled as E -N -E

-R -E -N -E -R -G. E -N -E -R -G -M -A. I need

to confirm that. I need to confirm that. E -N

-E -R -G -M -A. Doing a little bit of study this

morning. You know, these things are not our language.

We have to always confirm. Yes. E -N -E -R -G

-E -M -A. Yes. E -N -E -R -G -E -M -A. So energema.

It means to put something in operation. To put

something in effect. Right? To put something

in operation. To put something in effect. It

means for something to be active. Active. To

put something in effect. To put something in

operation. To make it active. Sometimes the scriptures

use the word to rot. It means to work out something.

To rot. W -R -O -U -G -H -T. To rot. To make

something active. To put something into action.

To put something into action. And the word miracles

is dunamis. It's dunamis. In many areas you would

find the Bible is translated as power. Right?

But in this context, the word miracles is used

for it. And there's a reason for that. Miracles

is dunamis. D -U -N -A -M -I -S. Which refers

to power and ability. Right? Which refers to

power and ability. So, The word working there

that started it, that said working of miracles,

was put there to show you that it is active,

actually. There are places where the Bible used

the word dunamis, but it's referring to what

is residing in you, right? The power that you

have within you. It will tell you, for example,

Ephesians will say that you are strengthened

with power through the spirit of God in your

inner man, right? So power that resides. Here

it's saying that that power that resides in you,

is at work, is active, is visible. Do we get

it? That power that is in you is visible, is

at work, is effective, is showing forth. So therefore

we can say, the word I've said, the word working

gives it the context, which is making it active

and effective and in action. We can therefore

say, That the walking of miracles is actually

showing abilities. It's the show of abilities

that resides in the believer. Walking of miracles

is the show of the ability that resides in the

believer. It's a show of ability that resides

in the believer. It is actually operating in

your ability. So from your own end, it's operating

in your ability. When we see it, what has been

put in effect through you, we see it as, wow,

this is a show of what is inside of him. So it

is a show of abilities and it's available to,

again, to all believers. It is available to all

believers. Now let's see Acts chapter 2 verse

Acts 2:22

22. Acts chapter 2 verse 22. as ye yourself also

Acts 2:22

know. Ye yourself also know. So what do we see

here? We see that Christ himself worked out miracles.

While he was going about preaching, miracles

and signs and wonders were accompanying the teachings

of Jesus. Working miracles, it became a normal

place, or it's a place of, We find it regularly

when Christ is teaching, in his meetings, when

he's passing by. We find it regularly. Matthew

Matthew 11:1–5

11 verse 1 to 5. It came to pass when Jesus had

made an end of commanding his twelve disciples,

it departed hence. to teach and to preach in

their cities. Now, when John had heard in the

prison that the works, the works of Christ is

sent to of his disciples, you see, so John heard

of the works of Christ and said unto him, art

thou he that should come or do we look for another?

And Jesus said unto him, go and do what? Show.

John, again, those things which ye do hear and

see. The next. The blind receive their sight,

and the lame walk, and the lepers are cleansed,

and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up,

and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

So, the confirmation that he is the Messiah is

the works. He said, go and tell John. What you

hear, the message, and what you see, to know

and be assured that I am He. It's the same thing

if you go to Acts, it said, it was approved of

God, means it was declared of God. Go back to

Acts 22, yes, 22, thank you. It was declared

of God. Right? It's not like Jesus did the signs,

then God approved him. No, it was actually declared

of God by the miracles and signs which God did

through him. So the message of God, the message

of Christ with the signs and wonders, reveals

Christ. The message of God with the signs and

wonders reveals Jesus, reveals God. Let me say

this. The character of God can be known in the

preaching of the gospel and in the walking of

miracles. The character of God can be known in

the teaching, in the preaching and in the walking

of miracles. There's a reason why I'm emphasizing

this because at the end, we are going to check.

Some actions in the Old Testament that looks

like they worked out miracles, but do not reflect

the character of God. Right? Things that happen

in the Old Testament that looks like they worked

out miracles, but do not reflect that. So miracles

must reflect the character of God. Miracles reflect,

they teach the character of God. So Jesus was

telling John the works he was doing, which is

working of miracles and the preaching of the

gospel. Acts 10 verse 38. Acts 10 verse 38. Our

Acts 10:38 Acts 10:38

God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy

Ghost and with power who went about doing good

and healing all that were oppressed of the devil.

For God was what? was with him so again here

we see right jesus going about doing good healing

all that we're oppressed so it's a common thing

in his meeting so should it be a common thing

in the believer's life yes that's the answer

it should be something common among us something

regular among us the workings of miracles so

that we can Walk as Christ walked. So it's something

that is regular in his meetings. And that is

why we are taking time to teach, to understand,

and we can walk properly in it. We are taking

time to teach. So can you say, in my life, the

walking of miracles is regular. In my life, the

walking of miracles takes place always. Amen.

Good. Acts chapter 6 verse 8. Acts chapter 6

Acts 6:8 Acts 6:8

verse 8. And Stephen was full of faith and power

and did great wonders and miracles among the

people. We will not just be full of faith alone.

We are full of power and we will do. Can you

see that it is also active? The faith is active.

The power that is resident in a believer must

be active. The faith is active. The power that

is resident in a believer must be active. It

is not passive. It's not something that is just

there. You know, that is lying there. It is not

just to be in you, but to be made manifest, to

be seen. To be revealed because it reveals the

character of God. In fact, it reveals the goodness

of God. It reveals the goodness of God. Now,

I've defined that character, right? The goodness

of God. Miracles reveals the goodness of God.

It reveals the goodness. That is why it should

be a thing of joy for you that you want to walk

in those things. You want to cast out demons.

It should be a thing of joy. That you want to

heal the sick, it should be a thing of joy. That

you want to put circumstances in the natural

in order for God, it should be a thing of joy.

Because it shows the goodness of God to man.

It shows the goodness of God to man. 1 Corinthians

1 Corinthians 2:5

2 verse 5. Now see what Paul says. Now start

from verse one, please. And I, brethren, when

I came to you, came not with excellency of speech

or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony

of God. The testimony of God is actually talking

about the preaching of the gospel, right? That's

the testimony of Christ. For I determined not

to know anything among you, save Jesus and him

crucified. And I was with you in weaknesses.

and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech

and my preaching, now clarify, was not with enticing

words of man's wisdom, but in what? In the demonstration

of the Spirit and of power. The demonstration

of the Spirit and of power. That your faith should

not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power

of God. Do we see that Paul shows in his preaching

the demonstration of the Spirit and of power?

For what purpose? What is the purpose? That the

faith of men would not stand in the wisdom of

men, but in the power of God. So Paul, as an

example, also walk, right? In the demonstration

of power. So it's also called the demonstration

of power. Okay. You can also call the walking

of miracles. The demonstration of power. The

demonstration of the power of God. Making the

power of God. Visible. Right. Making the power

of God visible. Let's go to Galatians 5 .3. A

lot of scriptures. Necessary. For our edifying.

Galatians 5. As if I testify again to every man

that is circumcised, that is adept to do the

law. Next verse. Galatians 5 .3. Excuse me just

a bit. Can you start from verse 1? Verse 1. The

scriptures I'm looking for are 3 verse 5, right?

Okay, I'm reading something else. Sorry. 3 verse

5, not 5 verse 3. Okay, good. Thank you, sir.

He said, So let's read from verse 1 to give you

the context. Verse 1. evidently set forth, crucified

among you. This only would I learn of you, receive

ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by

the hearing of faith. Are ye so foolish, having

begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect

by the flesh? Have ye suffered so many things

in vain, if it be yet in vain? So what is Paul

emphasizing here? Of course, we know the story

of the Galatians and how they brought the issue

of circumcision to them. And they added that

as a layer, right, to their salvation. to be

able to say, oh, you have to be circumcised before

you are saved. Paul is now explaining that, that

the one that ministered to you, the Spirit, right,

and worketh miracles among you, does he do it

by the law or by faith? Is it that the person

brought out the law, you know, the law of Moses

in the sense of it, and begin to work out those

miracles according to the law of Moses, or the

working of miracles is by faith? It's a rhetorical

question, actually. It's not for them to answer.

It's trying to tell them that the workings of

miracles is by faith. Just the same way salvation

is by faith, all that comes in it is by faith.

Right? All that comes in salvation, which includes

the working of miracles, is by faith. So when

you want to work in miracles, You don't need

formulas. Hallelujah. You can write it down.

When you want to work in miracles, you don't

need formulas. The working of miracles does not

come by formulas. It comes by faith. It is not

magic. It is miracles. It does not come by formulas,

but it comes by faith. So do we all have faith

in the house this morning? Yes. So it means we

can walk in miracles because we have faith. We

can give expression to miracles because we have

faith. 2 Corinthians 12 verse 12. The walking

of miracles here is referred to as mighty deeds.

So truly, the signs of an apostle were wrought.

You see, that's the word wrought, right? Were

worked out among you in all patience, in signs

and wonders and mighty deeds. Still referring

to miracles. So the signs of an apostle were

worked among you. So here, miracles refers to,

is explained as mighty deeds. So they are mighty

deeds. They are mighty deeds. Now, just add the

scriptures we already read this morning. Ephesians

Ephesians 1:9

1 verse 9. 19 rather. Ephesians 1 verse 19. Ephesians

Ephesians 1:19 Ephesians 1:19

1 verse 19. Maybe we should touch upon that a

little bit. He said, but also in that which is

to come. You can stop there. You can stop there.

He said, the exceedingly great, the greatness

of his power towards us who have believed. So

the power of God is at work in us that have believed.

And this took place through what took place in

Christ. It took place through what took place

in Christ. And look at verse 21. 1 Corinthians

1 gives us, you know, what can happen in miracles.

It's a far above all principality and power and

minds and dominion and every name that is named,

not only in this world, but also in that which

is to come. So we see here that that which is

worked in Christ, made available to us, puts

us above principalities and power. So when we

talk about casting out devils, it's the working

of miracles. And it is because of the great power

of God, the exceedingly great power of God that

is at work in us. Above principalities and power,

above might and dominion, above every name. So

we can cast out there, he's already telling us

where we are seated, where we are as believers.

So we can write again that working of miracles,

okay, working of miracles, we're trying to really

understand this so that we can work in it in

abundance. Working of miracles, occurs when we

alter the physical or natural order of things.

That is why we say it's visible. Walking of miracles

occurs when we alter the physical and natural

order of things. So it means that when a miracle

takes place, we can see it. We can point to it.

We can talk about it. We can point to it. We

can talk about it. The casting out of devils,

we can talk about it. We can see it. We can see

a change in a man that has been delivered from

devils. So first we can say that when we see

people manifesting the devil in the body, we

cast them out. We cast the devil out, right?

So a person can be delivered from devil. So I'm

talking about a person now, an individual can

be delivered from devil. And that is a miracle,

right? That is one. So a person can be delivered

from devil and that's a miracle. A circumstances

or circumstances can also be delivered from devil.

That's another one we need to know. It's not

just someone just casting out demons. But in

certain circumstances around us, we can deliver

those circumstances away from the hand of the

devil. Situations I'm talking about. Right? I'm

talking about situations. We can rebuke the devil

in certain circumstances around us. And this

should be regular in our life. Don't take every

circumstance as just, oh, that is the way it

should be. No. The believer must be discerning.

So know circumstances when you need to cast out

the devil from that circumstance. The believer

must be discerning. So know when you need to

cast out the devil in certain circumstances.

You know, we'll come to that scripture. When

Paul was preaching and someone was... saying

a word that seems so nice that these are the

servants of the living God, right? Maybe in this

generation, someone can say, oh, that's a good

hype and it's contributing to the sermon, right?

As good as that statement was, it was the greatest

distraction to the message of the gospel that

day. It was not something that was being prophesied.

It was not something that was being spoken. To

edify people. Rather, it was a distraction that

people will not hear what the apostle was teaching.

Praise God. So circumstances as such, you can

cast the devil out of such circumstances. We'll

see more as we go and we check the scriptures.

So we can say, miracle happens in a person and

in circumstances. We can say that. It happens

in a person and in circumstances. It happens

in a person and in circumstances. Luke chapter

8 As believers, we must be sensitive. Luke chapter

8 Go to verse 26 And they arrived at the country

of the gatherings, which is over Galilee. And

he went forth to the land. There met him out

of the city a certain man, which had devils long

time, and wear no clothes, neither abode in any

house, but in tombs. Can you see that the devil

was physically manifesting in the man? Physically

manifesting. When Jesus saw, when he saw Jesus

rather, he cried out and fell down before him.

And with a loud voice said, what have I to do

with thee, Jesus? Thou son of God, most high.

You see, they know how to say thou son of God,

most high. They know how to say this is the servant

of the most high God, but they do not believe

in what God is doing. Right? The devils know

this information, but they do not believe in

what God is doing. So you have to be discerning.

So someone says, oh, because he said, Jesus,

thou son of the most high God, does that mean

he has prophesied Jesus and believed Jesus? No.

He's just saying who Jesus is. Does he believe

in what God is doing? Does the devil believe

in what God is doing? Are they partakers in it?

No. what God is doing, they don't want to be

part of it. So mentioning that he's the son of

God does not mean the devil believed. No. Now

he said, I beseech thee, torment me not. For

he had commanded the unseen spirit to come out

of the man. For oftentimes it had caught him

and it was kept bound with chains and in fetters

and it broke the bands and was driven of the

devil's into the wilderness. And Jesus asked

him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion,

because many devils were entering to him. And

they besought him that he would not command them

to go out into the deep. And there was there

an herd of many swine feeding on the mountain.

And they besought him that he would suffer them

to enter into them. And he suffered them. Then

went out the devils out of the man and entered

into the swine. And the herd ran violently down

a steep place into the lake and they were choked.

So he cast out the devil from a man. Now we can

read from verse 22. Now, just a little bit to

backtrack on that same chapter. This one took

place in a man. From verse 22 is a circumstance

that was brought under the control. And now it

came to pass on a certain day that he went into

a ship with his disciples and he said unto them,

let's go over onto the other side of the lake

and the launch fort. But as they sailed, he fell

asleep and there came a storm of the wind on

the lake and they were filled with water and

were in jeopardy. And they came to him and awoke

him saying, Master, Master, we perish. Then he

arose and rebuilt the wind and the raging of

the water. And they ceased and there was a calm.

They ceased and there was what? A calm. That

is a circumstance. Right? That is a circumstance.

So we see Jesus' miracles in people, on people

and also in circumstances. in circumstances that

are unpalatable in our lives, unpalatable to

situations and what God is doing through us.

So let's deal with three other things. I think

these are the three other things we'll deal with

that will continue on Wednesday. Can you just

take one minute to pray? Just pray in your heart

that you rebuke the devil in every circumstances.

Before we continue teaching, just pray. Those

circumstances in your life, that you feel there's

an oppression of the devil, can you say, I rebuke

you this circumstance? I cast out the devil in

this circumstance in my life. When I approach

this place, it's as if things don't align. Say,

I rebuke the devil in this area. Every circumstance,

they become obedient to the power of God in me.

When I get into any space, that space becomes

obedient to the power of God in me. When I get

into any environment, that environment becomes

obedient to the power of God in me. When there

are people that are possessed with demons and

devils, And they want to misbehave. When I get

into that space, that devil is cast out. In the

name of Jesus. Wherever I step my foot, oh, in

the name of Jesus, that place becomes obedience

to the power of God that is at work in me. It

says, and the shadow of Peter was carrying out

miracles. That the handkerchief of Paul was doing

great miracles. So henceforth, I walk in miracles.

Whether I'm at work, I'm in school, I'm on the

street, I'm in my house. Whether I'm asleep or

awake. I walk in divine miracles. Even in my

dreams, I walk in divine miracles. Circumstances.

They become obedient to what I say. In the name

of Jesus. Amen. Let's continue. Let's continue.

You can write miracles. Miracles. Thank you,

Jesus. Miracles are spiritual, supernatural,

and spectacular. Miracles. are spiritual, supernatural,

and they are spectacular. They are spectacular.

You can put the scripture down. 1 Corinthians

1 Corinthians 12:1

12 verse 1. 1 Corinthians 12 verse 1. That is

1 Corinthians 12:1

actually the beginning of the conversation. or

the teachings on the working of miracles, of

course, the gifts. He said, now concerning spiritual,

brethren, I would not have you ignorant. So whatever

Paul will be talking in this chapter is about

what? Spirituals, right? It's about spirituals,

things regarding the spirit, things regarding

the spirit of God, right? So the foundation of

this discussion itself is spiritual. So, miracles

are spiritual. Now, they are also supernatural

because there is something that supersedes or

overrides the natural. Something overrides the

natural. We're going to see it. So, it is supernatural.

It means that there is something beyond the natural.

Acts chapter 3, verse 7. Acts chapter 3, verse

Acts 3:7 Acts 3:7

7. And he took him by the right hand and lifted

him up. And immediately his feet and his ankle

bones received strength. That is supernatural.

Do you get it? That is divine strength. It's

not medicine. That's not science. That's not

a knee transplant. A knee replacement. Right?

It's not knee replacement. It's not vessel replacement.

That is supernatural. That strength is supernatural.

It's been hanging on there. For a long time.

Right? Maybe some people will be helping him

to shift. Shifting him here and there. It means

that some people have actually been lifting him

up and nothing happened. People might have been

helping him to move around. They've been lifting

him up and nothing happened. That strength did

not come. But when Peter took him by his hand.

Say, when I take someone by their hand, miracles

will happen in their life. Hallelujah. Glory.

He said, when he lifted him up, immediately a

divine strength came upon him. Now, at this point,

if they stop here, you know, it will not be complete.

Now, let's look at the next verse. Just go to

the next verse. And he limping up, stood and

walk and entered with them into the temple. Now,

this is the spectacular because people started

seeing, right? People started observing. He entered

into the temple and walking and leaping and praising

God. Now, go to the next verse. And all the people

did what? They saw him walking and praising God.

This man that we have given a tag. and named

him according to his location or named him according

to his circumstance, he's praising God. That

is spectacular. Something we see visible. Not

just a strength that would happen to a man and

the man would sit down there. No, a strength,

a divine strength that happens to somebody and

we see them in the physical. totally different.

What was impossible before became possible because

of the power of God. So miracles would be seen

amongst us. Amen. So miracles, they will be seen

amongst us. They will be seen in our meetings.

So this is the wonder. This is the visibility.

The supernatural becomes visible for people to

see. It becomes visible for people to see. We

are spiritual. We are the supernatural. It becomes

spectacular when people begin to see it. This

is the power of God. It is possible. It is possible.

We can work in it. We can work in it. Now, another

thing that we will see is that miracles, because,

you know, let me put it this way. It's a gift,

right? Both believers and unbelievers, it works

on them. So miracles work on both the believer

and the unbeliever. Right? It works both in the

believer and the unbeliever. Or maybe because

we've positioned it to, it's not just casting

out demons. There's a scripture we read, when

Paul was delivered, when prayer was made for

Peter rather, when Peter was delivered, it was

actually a miracle. Prayer was made for him and

a miracle happened. Acts chapter 12. Acts chapter

12. So, both the believer, in this context, we

see a believer, even an apostle, right, had a

miraculous escape from prison because the power

of God was at work. Let's read from verse 1.

It says, Now, about that time, Herod the king

stretched forth his hands to vex Satan of the

church, and he killed James the brother of John

with a sword. And because he saw it pleased the

Jews, he proceeded further to do what? To take

Peter also. Then were the days of the unleavened

bread. And when he had apprehended him, he put

him in prison and delivered him to four quotations

of soldiers to keep him, intending that after

Easter to bring him forth So the people. Peter

therefore was kept in prison. But what? But prayer

was made without ceasing of the church unto God

for who? For Peter. So they prayed that Peter

will be delivered. Let's continue. And when Herod

would And behold, the angel of the Lord came

unto him, came upon him, and a light shined in

the prison. And he smoothed Peter on the side

and raised him up, saying, Arise quickly. And

his chain fell off from his hands. And the angel

said unto him, Give thyself and bind on thy sandals.

And so did he. And he said unto him, Cast thy

garments about thee, and follow me. And he went

out and followed him, and wished not that it

was true which was done by the angel, but thought

it was a vision. And when they were past the

first and the second word, they came unto the

iron gate. that leadeth into the city which opened

to them of his own accord. Then went out and

passed through one street, and forthwith the

angel departed from him. And when Peter was come

to himself, he said, Now I know of surety that

the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered

me from the hand of who? Herod. Can we just pray?

Can we just close our eyes and just pray once

again? Can we just pray? That when I pray, miracles

happen. When I pray, miracles take place. And

you just pray. That every time I pray, I see

miracles and wonders and signs taking place.

In the name of Jesus. When I pray for my brother,

when I pray for my sister. Oh, wherever location

they find themselves. In the name of Jesus, miracles,

signs, and wonders happens in them. Miracles,

signs, and wonders happens in them. In the name

of Jesus. When I pray for my brother, when I

pray for my parents, when I pray for my children,

when I pray for my family members. Oh, from here,

miracles, signs, and wonders will take place

wherever they are. In the name of Jesus. There

is no limitation to the power of God. Distance,

time, space are no limitation to the power of

God. This is a believer receiving deliverance.

Can you also pray? Can you pray for yourself

as well? That when prayer is said for me, Miracles

happen in my life. When prayers are made for

me, miracles happen in my life. There are people

praying for you. There are people praying for

me. That when these prayers are made, the manifestation

in miracles is seen in my life. No power can

oppose the power of prayer in my life. In Jesus'

name. John 6, verse 1. John 6, verse 1. Unbelievers

that received the miraculous. And after these

things, Jesus went over to the Sea of Galilee.

which is the sea of Tiberias. And a great multitude

followed him because they saw his miracles, which

he did on them that were what? Diseased. First

stop here. Now, these people that were diseased,

most of them were unbelievers. They never, you

know, believe the message Jesus was preaching,

but they received the miracles because it is

the power of God. And the great multitude followed

him, and because they saw his miracles which

he did on them, that we are deceased. And Jesus

went up into the mountain and sat with his disciples.

Next. And the Passover, a feast of the Jews,

was nigh. And Jesus then lifted up his eyes and

saw a great multitude, or great company, come

unto him. And he said unto Philip, When shall

we buy bread that this may eat? And he said to

prove him, for he knew himself what he would

do. So Jesus knew he was going to perform a miracle

there, right there. Philip answered him, Two

hundred penny worth of bread is not sufficient

for them, that every one of them may take a little.

One of the disciples, Andrew, Simon, Peter's

brother, said unto him, There is a lad here which

hath five belly loaves and two small fishes,

but what are they among so many? And Jesus said,

make the men sit down. There was much grass in

that place, in the place. So the men sat down

in the number about 5 ,000. And Jesus took the

loaves and he had given things. He distributed

to the disciples and the disciples to them that

were sat down and likewise of the fishes as much

as they would. Next. And when they are filled,

He said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments

that remain, that nothing be lost. Therefore

they gathered them together and filled twelve

baskets with the fragments of the five barley

loaves, which remained over and above unto them

that had eaten. Stop. So here, the feeding of

the 5 ,000 is miraculous. to many unbelievers.

So the unbelievers can partake in the power of

God through you. Right? We see the healing of

the man at the temple. There was no message preached

to him. Right? He was in fact asking for alms.

But rather, he received healing. Received healing.

Alright, we can put these other scriptures down.

We can put that down. We're going to come back

to this scripture on Wednesday. This particular

one. But let's put the scriptures down. Matthew

The one we actually read. Acts 8 verse 6. The

Acts 8:6

scriptures, right, they reveal that when the

miraculous happens, okay, when the miraculous

happens, It causes wonders. So we're going to

check the word wonders before we close, right?

When the miraculous happened, it causes wonders.

So signs, we dealt with signs in the previous

teaching, right? Now we just talk briefly on

wonders. It causes wonders. The word wonders

is actually the word teres, T -E -R -A -S. T

-E -R. Which means to evoke or refers to to evoke

amazement. To evoke an amazement. It means that

it evokes something that makes people begin to

ask, how did this happen? By which power? Do

you remember this statement? By which power is

this being done? That is why when they found

out and they searched, they could not find the

power. They said it's Beelzebub. When they searched

Jesus and they could not understand the power

by which he did it, it was because they were

in wonder. The Pharisees. The way, the way, the

way, how did it take? So they only, because they

have to explain it. You know, the Pharisees,

they like to have answers to everything. So they

wanted to explain, they said, no, this must be

Belzebul. That is the cause of a wonder. Do you

also remember Simon the Sorcerer, right? When

he was with Philip, he was wondering, how is

Philip doing these things, right? So after he's

wondering, what did he do? What did he offer?

He offered money. He said, maybe it's by money.

If I give Philip some dollars, maybe I can receive

the power of God. Unfortunately, it doesn't work

like that. So wonder is something that evokes

an amazement, that makes people ask questions,

that makes people say, How has this taken place?

And what is the response? Who knows? What is

the response to that question? The message. The

message. The response to this wonder and amazement

and wondering to the Pharisees is the message.

If only the Pharisees understood the message

of Christ. If only Simon the sorcerer understood

the message of Philip. So when there is wonder

and amazement, it's not entertainment. It's not

to clap. It's not to say wow. It's to, from that

point, to begin to teach about Jesus. So when

you carry out a miracle, we're going to stop

here. When you perform a miracle, a miracle is

wrought through you. is to begin to preach the

message of Christ. You tell the person, you see,

this miracle that just took place now, it is

by the Spirit of God. It is the power of God.

It is what was given when Christ rose from the

dead and He ascended into us. We are teaching.

It is what is given to us when we believe the

death barrier resurrection of Christ. You are

teaching. And you tell them, you can receive

the same power if you believe the message of

Jesus. So wonder and amazement would point us

to the message of Christ. So it's not for entertainment.

It's not for show off. It's not, you know, next

on Wednesday, we are going to treat about, you

know, some statements, some statements like if

I be a man of God, you know, I need to do miracles

and things like that. We're going to touch upon

those statements because it is not for exhibition.

Like, oh, okay, let's just do it. It has a purpose.

So any miracle that is not directed to the message

of Christ, then you put a question on it. Stay
