  1. Welcome to NECF sermons. Each message here is

  2. designed to uplift and strengthen you in your

  3. walk with God. Don't miss out. Stay with us until

  4. the end for a rewarding experience. Let's dive

  5. right in. Hallelujah. Praise God. Galatians chapter

    Galatians 3:8

  6. 3 verse 8. Galatians chapter 3 verse 8. Galatians

    Galatians 3:8 Galatians 3:8

  7. chapter 3 verse 8. And we say, And the scripture

  8. foreseeing that God will justify the hearing

  9. through what? Through faith preached before the

  10. gospel, right? Unto Abraham saying, Indeed, shall

  11. all the nations be what? Be blessed. Hallelujah.

  12. So what God told Abraham that we read in Genesis

    Genesis 12 chapter mention

  13. chapter 12, Genesis 14, Genesis 17. The scripture

  14. calls that what? The gospel. Hallelujah. And

  15. the scripture didn't only call that the gospel,

  16. but the scripture says that what? That the hidden

  17. will be justified through that. Hallelujah. And

  18. that in itself, it says, in thee shall all the

  19. nations be what? Be blessed. The hidden being

  20. justified, all nations being blessed, is called

  21. the what? The gospel. And then we now also learned

  22. about The giving or the sacrifice that Abraham,

  23. God spoke to Abraham in Genesis 22. Amen. And

  24. then to go offer Isaac. Hallelujah. And then

  25. we learn in Hebrew that Hebrews will bring a

  26. revelational knowledge to us saying that that

  27. was about Christ. Praise God. So all the events

  28. that we've been learning so far about the name

  29. of Jesus, we are learning now, we are coming

  30. at this place where we see that is found in what?

  31. In resurrection, because the communications of

  32. Jesus in Matthew 28, Luke 24, in Mark, in John,

  33. all those communications were communications

  34. after the resurrection. Amen. So he will tell

  35. them that go into the whole nations of the earth

  36. and preach in my name. Hallelujah. And we say

  37. that in my name, figuratively, onoma means what?

  38. Authority, office, function, right? And then

  39. etc. So what we are saying now is that what Christ,

  40. was giving or what Christ was communicating,

  41. he was communicating his what? His resurrection.

  42. In Luke 24, the scripture says that ought not

  43. the, what the prophets have spoken, sorry, ought

  44. not Christ to have what? To suffer and enter

  45. into his glory, right? And then another place

  46. in 44, Luke 24, 44, 45, it says, for it behooved

  47. Christ, right? To suffer, to die, right? To be

  48. buried and to be raised, the what? The third

  49. day. Hallelujah. And this is fulfilled what the

  50. promise or what the scriptures have spoken. Praise

  51. God. So now, all these things that we are saying,

  52. right, is about, I remember saying something

  53. that all that we've been learning, we have never

  54. seen where we see the emphasis on the humanity

  55. of Jesus only. His giving of birth. Hallelujah.

  56. But rather, we see the revelation behind the

  57. communication about Christ, His dead burial and

  58. what? His resurrection. Hallelujah. So, the name

  59. of Jesus, right, is a product of his what? Resurrection.

  60. Hallelujah. He's a product of his what? Resurrection.

  61. Prior to now, we've not had Jesus, right? All

  62. we see that he will do with his disciples that

  63. we'll learn, the scripture will say that, and

  64. he called his disciples to himself and gave them

  65. power. Amen? When he was alive, the scripture

  66. will tell us that, can we just go to, I think

  67. Luke chapter... It's not in study, but let's

  68. look at it because I mentioned it now. Is it

  69. Luke chapter 10? Matthew 10, right? Okay, I'm

    Luke 10 chapter mention

  70. mixing it. Matthew 10. Help us, give us Matthew

  71. 10. Matthew 10. I think Luke has his own rendition

  72. to Matthew 10. Give us, please. Very fast. And

  73. when he called his 12 disciples, he gave them

  74. what? He gave them power against unclean spirit

  75. to cast them out. and to heal all manner of sicknesses

  76. and all manner of disease. Can you see? Now,

  77. the names of the twelve apostles were these,

  78. the first Simon, da -da -da -da -da -da. There

  79. are five now. Go to five. These twelve, Jesus

  80. sent forth and commanded them, saying, Go not

  81. into the way of the Gentiles and into any seed

  82. of Samaritans, enter ye not, but go rather the

  83. lost sheep of the house of Israel, as ye go.

  84. Do what? So, prior to now, before Jesus' resurrection,

  85. what will we see? he will do with his disciples

  86. is that he will call them and give them what?

  87. Power. You will never see before resurrection,

  88. Jesus giving people say, go and heal, go and

  89. preach in my name. Hallelujah. However, there

  90. was another situation from this where they saw

  91. some people preaching and casting out devils

  92. in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. Praise God.

  93. So, but that's now. That event is not that they

  94. were preaching and casting in the name of who?

  95. Jesus. Glory to Jesus. Hallelujah. So now we

  96. now see the same thing that we are reading in

  97. Matthew chapter 10. Jesus did not change the

    Matthew 10 chapter mention

  98. communication after his resurrection. The only

  99. thing that is now happening that is different

  100. is that now Jesus will know or he knows that

  101. he will not be around again in humanity form.

  102. Amen. So what he will do, he will now. Give the

  103. power to everyone who believes. To them that

  104. believe in my what? In my name. In my humanity,

  105. my power is limited to 12. In my resurrection,

  106. my power is what? Unlimited to the whole nations

  107. of the earth. Let me repeat myself. In my humanity,

  108. my power is limited to what? To myself. and to

  109. twelve and as many that are with me. Hallelujah.

  110. But in my resurrection, my power is unlimited

  111. to the nations of the earth. So we see Galatians

    Galatians 3:8

  112. chapter 3 verse 8 will now tell us that what?

  113. The gospel was preached to Abraham, right? And

  114. that gospel is that indeed all nations of the

  115. earth will be what? Will be blessed. Hallelujah.

  116. Glory to Jesus. Good. So now, that's where we

  117. now stop. 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 1 to

    1 Corinthians 15:1–4

  118. 4. The gospel now. So the death, burial, and

  119. resurrection of Jesus now in the Old Testament

  120. is also called what? The gospel. And if you observe

  121. in our cell meetings, we have had gospel in Deuteronomy,

  122. gospel in Numbers, gospel. Have we done that?

  123. Gospel in Genesis. Hallelujah. And when we check

  124. all those, if you go back to check your notes,

  125. you realize that the emphasis of those teachings

  126. were the death, burial, and resurrection of who?

  127. Of Jesus. Hallelujah. Glory to Jesus. 1 Corinthians

    1 Corinthians 15:1–4

  128. chapter 15, verse 1 to 4. See, see the same thing

  129. now that we are learning. Moreover, brethren,

  130. I declare unto you the gospel, can you see, which

  131. I preach, what? Unto you, which also ye have

  132. received, and wherein ye, what? Ye stand, by

  133. which ye also are saved. If ye keep in mind,

  134. so which means, the gospel I preach to you, you

  135. receive the gospel. Hallelujah. Go to verse 1.

  136. He said, I declare unto you, the what? The gospel

  137. and you also have what? Have received it. Praise

  138. God. So which means that faith now in what? In

  139. that which was preached to them. So if we stop

  140. here, it means the same thing that happened to

  141. Abraham is the same thing that happened to them.

  142. God spoke the gospel to Abraham. Abraham received

  143. it and it was imputed unto him as what? Righteousness.

  144. Paul preached the gospel to them and they received

  145. it. And it is accounted unto them as what? As

  146. righteousness. Glory to Jesus. Is it clear, everybody?

  147. Next verse now. And he said, By which also are

  148. ye what? Saved. If ye keep in memory what I preach

  149. unto you, unless ye have believed in what? In

  150. vain. Next verse. So I deliver unto you first

  151. of all that which also I what? Received. What

  152. has he received? How that Christ did what? Died

  153. for our sins. So what Paul is saying is that

  154. The gospel I preach unto you is that what? Christ

  155. died for our sins according to what? Can you

  156. see he said according to what? The scriptures.

  157. So which means when Paul preached to them, at

  158. that time, there was nothing called Corinthians.

  159. There was nothing called Matthew, Mark, Luke,

  160. John. The gospel that Paul was preaching to them

  161. was from Genesis to what? To Malachi. So that

  162. day, Paul opened Genesis to Malachi and he preached

  163. the resurrection of Jesus to them. Hallelujah.

  164. And they received it and they became saved. Amen.

  165. Hallelujah. And from the reading of the scriptures,

  166. he said Christ's works died for our sins. Are

  167. we all here? Next verse now. According to the

  168. scripture. And that he was what? Buried and that

  169. he rose again the third day according to... Does

  170. this also look like Luke 24? Hallelujah. For

  171. it behooved Christ to what? To suffer, to die,

  172. be buried and be raised. After what? The third

  173. day. So and that he was buried and that he rose

  174. again the third day according to the scriptures.

  175. Verse 5 now. And that he was seen of Cephas,

  176. then of 12. Next. After that he was seen of above

  177. 500 brethren at once, of whom the greater part

  178. he made unto his presence, but some are fallen,

  179. what? Asleep. Next verse. We stop at 7. So, Paul

  180. was talking about his experience now. Glory to

  181. Jesus. Hallelujah. But you see, Paul's experience

  182. was subjected to scriptures. According to what?

  183. The scriptures. That what I saw, the encounter

  184. I had with Jesus, That encounter is translated

  185. as what? Salvation. According to what? The scriptures.

  186. Glory to Jesus. So we see the resurrection. So

  187. the scriptures is talking about the what? The

  188. death, the burial, and the resurrection of who?

  189. Of Jesus. And when we call that, is that what?

  190. It's called the gospel. Hallelujah. Glory to

  191. Jesus. Glory to Jesus. So which means that when

  192. we go out to preach, we are preaching nothing.

  193. What are we preaching? Christ died. He was buried.

  194. And he was raised. According to what? The scriptures.

  195. That's the theme of the gospel. Nothing missing.

  196. Nothing broken. Nothing added. Nothing reduced.

  197. Same gospel from the beginning to end that saves

  198. people and still saving people till now. Glory

  199. to Jesus. Hallelujah. Amen. Then now. 1 Corinthians

    1 Corinthians 15:12–21

  200. chapter 15 verse 12 to 21. 1 Corinthians 15.

  201. 1 Corinthians 15. Verse 12 to 21. See what the

  202. scripture says. For since by one man came dead,

  203. by one man also what? Am I reading the place?

  204. Sorry. Now if Christ be preached that he rose

  205. from the dead, now how says someone among you

  206. that there is no resurrection of what? Of the

  207. dead. That's him. But if there be no resurrection

  208. of the dead, then is Christ not what? Rising.

  209. Hallelujah. Now, we are discussing this now.

  210. If you are in the cell meeting, you know we are

  211. discussing this also. Amen? So the proof that

  212. there is a resurrection of the dead, right, is

  213. that Christ was raised from what? From the dead.

  214. 1 Thessalonians chapter 4 will tell us that what

    1 Thessalonians 4 chapter mention

  215. has happened to Christ is already a token, is

  216. a testimony, is a sign that that is the same

  217. experience that will happen to everyone that

  218. is asleep in Christ Jesus. Amen? Good. So, for

  219. till now. And if Christ be not risen, then is

  220. our preaching what? Vain. So which means? Paul

  221. is saying that our preaching is not vain because

  222. we know that Christ has what? Has reason. And

  223. he says, and your faith is also what? Vain. And

  224. he knows also that your faith is not vain because

  225. Christ is reason. Hallelujah. 15. Yea, and we

  226. have found false witness of what? So if Christ

  227. has not reason, if there was nothing called resurrection

  228. of Jesus, then every one of us that we are sitting

  229. right now. We are enjoying false witness what?

  230. Teachings. Hallelujah. So which means that Abraham

  231. was a false witness. Moses a false witness. David

  232. a false witness. Jeremiah a false witness. Ezekiel

  233. a false witness. Hallelujah. Nehemiah a false

  234. witness. Every one of them in the scriptures

  235. what? False witness. Isaiah a false witness.

  236. Because we understand. That dead burial and resurrection

  237. of Jesus is from where first? According to what?

  238. The scriptures. So it means the scriptures bore

  239. a false witness about who? Christ. If there was

  240. no resurrection of Jesus. And that means that

  241. now, what happened to Abraham, that righteousness

  242. that was imputed to Abraham will not happen.

  243. Hallelujah. Amen. And also today, that if we

  244. preach the gospel, when we preach the gospel,

  245. and someone hears the gospel and is saved, that

  246. person cannot be called he is saved again. Because

  247. there is no resurrection of what? Of Jesus. That's

  248. what Paul is saying. But you see, Paul is saying

  249. that, how is it that some of you will say there

  250. is no resurrection of the dead? Now we already

  251. have an evidence. And that evidence is that Christ

  252. has what? Has risen. And that is the same thing

  253. that we preach. That is the same thing that you

  254. have received. And that means that your faith

  255. is not also in what? In vain. That is the same

  256. thing he's saying there. 15. Yea, and we have

  257. found false witnesses of God, because we have

  258. testified of God that he raised, can you see?

  259. That he raised who? Raised up Christ, whom he

  260. raised not up. If so, be that what? The dead

  261. rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not

  262. Christ what? Raised. And if Christ be not raised,

  263. your faith is what? In vain. So which means that

  264. if there is no resurrection, then there will

  265. not be what? The saving from sin. You remember

  266. in Matthew chapter 1, we say his name shall be

    Matthew 1 chapter mention

  267. called Jesus for he shall save his people from

  268. their sins. So which means that if there is no

  269. resurrection of Jesus from the dead, then there

  270. will not be any idea of people are saved from

  271. sin. So which means people will continue to remain

  272. in their what? In their sins. That's the communication

  273. he's saying. So what Paul is saying to them?

  274. is that the evidence that Jesus has been raised

  275. from the dead is that what? Our sins have been

  276. dealt with. Glory to Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

  277. I stop at what? Verse what? Verse 17. Good now.

  278. 18. Then they also which are fallen asleep in

  279. Christ are perished. 19. If this be, if this

  280. life, if in this life only we have hope in Christ,

  281. we are of all men most miserable, but how? But

  282. now, is Christ risen from the dead? become the

  283. first fruit of them that what? That slept. Hallelujah.

  284. Glory to Jesus. So we have evidence. So the end

  285. of every believer is not this. Hallelujah. So

  286. if today I'm put down in the grave, that is not

  287. my end. Because I already have an evidence. There

  288. is a first fruit evidence for me. Glory to Jesus.

  289. Hallelujah. And what Paul will call that? He

  290. calls that the gospel. He will call that what?

  291. The gospel. So the resurrection of Jesus is vital

  292. when it comes to the name of Jesus. The resurrection

  293. of Jesus is important when it comes to the what?

  294. To the name of Jesus. So important. Why? Because

  295. the resurrection of Jesus is the point or is

  296. the main message about the gospel. The main message

  297. about the gospel. So what are we seeing in 1

    1 Corinthians 15:1–4

  298. Corinthians 15, verse 1 to 4? 1 Corinthians 15,

    1 Corinthians 15:1–4

  299. verse 1 to 4. It's how that Christ, what? Died

  300. for our sin. 1 Corinthians 15, verse 1. 1 Corinthians

    1 Corinthians 15:1 1 Corinthians 15:1

  301. 15, verse 1. See now how he started by saying,

  302. He said, So the number one thing we are seeing

  303. in resurrection is that Christ died for what?

  304. For sin. Remember, we said that onoma means what?

  305. Function. Hallelujah. And all that we've learned

  306. so far, about the name of Jesus Emmanuel is that

  307. God becoming man to save man. So how is God becoming

  308. man to save man? This is what we are looking

  309. at. Hallelujah. That God has become man to save

  310. man through what? The resurrection of Jesus.

  311. Well, let me put it first this way. Through the

  312. death of Jesus to deal with sin. Hallelujah.

  313. Glory to Jesus. So we see Christ dying for sin.

  314. And not only that Christ has died for our sins,

  315. he was not left... Under the air, under the elements

  316. of nature to just deal with his body and vultures

  317. come and eat it and eat it. No, no, no, no, no,

  318. no. You see, in the scriptures, there was concurrent

  319. events that will happen after the death of Jesus.

  320. That he will die, right? And then he will be

  321. buried. So you see, during that time, the rich

  322. man that asked for Jesus' body, right? He was

  323. just doing his normal events. He just went around

  324. and then asked, please give me the body of Jesus.

  325. Please, I have a place. He bought a place. He

  326. was doing it, didn't know that he is fulfilling

  327. what? Scriptures. I just got something in my

  328. heart. That the believer will live an everyday

  329. life, right? Let me put it this way as it's coming

  330. to my heart. As a believer, live your life every

  331. day knowing that The things you do, which Paul

  332. has dealt with it in Romans, knowing that the

  333. things you do with your body, right? The things

  334. you do with your members is fulfilling God's

  335. purposes on the earth. Let me repeat myself.

  336. As a believer, live your everyday life knowing

  337. that what you do, right? With your body. With

  338. your members, your everyday life, you're waking

  339. up, you're lying down, you're eating food, whatever

  340. you eat, whatever you do, right? That you are

  341. fulfilling God's purposes where? On the earth.

  342. So the rich man was roaming about looking for

  343. how they will bury the body of Jesus, knowing

  344. that what? He is fulfilling what? The scriptures.

  345. That's the second thing. The 39, he said what?

  346. And then he was raised from the dead according

  347. to what? The scriptures. This is the same thing

  348. he mentioned in Luke 24. Right? In Luke 24, verse

    Luke 24:45

  349. 45. See what he says. Then openly they are understanding

  350. that they might understand the scriptures and

  351. he said unto them, thus it is written, and thus

  352. it behoove Christ to suffer, right? And to rise

  353. from the dead, the what? The third day. We can

  354. put it that way, right? That 46. We can put it,

  355. thus it behoove Christ to suffer, right? And

  356. to die and to be buried and then be raised, the

  357. what? The third day. Glory to Jesus. Hallelujah.

  358. Same, same message. Same. Romans 1 verse 1 now.

    Romans 1:1

  359. And what the scripture will call that? It calls

  360. it what? The gospel. Romans 1. Romans 1 verse

    Romans 1:1

  361. 1. Everybody. Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ,

  362. called to be an apostle, separated unto what?

  363. The gospel of God. See verse 2. Which he hath

  364. promised aforetime. We can say it this way, which

  365. he has communicated a fourth time by his prophets

  366. through the what? The Holy Scriptures. Next verse.

  367. Concerning who? So, that which he has communicated

  368. a fourth time through the Holy Scriptures by

  369. the prophets now is concerning who? His son,

  370. Jesus Christ, our Lord, who has made the seed

  371. of David according to what? According to the

  372. flesh. And declared to be the son of God with

  373. what? So how was he declared? He was declared

  374. to be the son of God with what? With power. According

  375. to the spirit of holiness. By the resurrection

  376. from what? From the dead. Amen. Next verse now.

  377. By whom we have received grace and what? Apostleship

  378. for obedience to the faith among two nations.

  379. One nation. Three nations. How many nations?

  380. For his what? So. underline the word, among all

  381. nations, underline the word, for his name. And

  382. then underline the word, we have received grace,

  383. which is what? Apostleship, a calling, a separating,

  384. an assignment, a function to all nations for

  385. his name. So what Paul is saying here, the same

  386. thing that has happened to me is the same thing

  387. that is happening to every believer. The day

  388. a believer gets saved or the day a man gets saved,

  389. that man has been separated unto the gospel of

  390. God. Hallelujah. And that man has received grace

  391. and what? Apostleship for obedience to what?

  392. To the faith. To how many nations? To all nations.

  393. For whose name? For his name. Glory to Jesus.

  394. Hallelujah. Six now. Just stop at six. Among

  395. whom are ye also the called of what? Of Jesus

  396. Christ. Just what I just finished saying now.

  397. Hallelujah. Romans 1 .16 now. So now we now see

  398. that now. Romans 1 .16. Romans 1 .16. Romans

  399. 1 .16. Now, Paul will now leave that place now.

  400. And then Romans 1 .16, he will say, For I am

  401. not what? For I am not ashamed of the what? The

  402. gospel of God. Hallelujah. that have been spoken

  403. aforetime in the scriptures, holy scriptures

  404. by the prophets concerning his son, Jesus Christ.

  405. Amen. So this gospel that have been spoken aforetime,

  406. that have been fulfilled now, it is called what?

  407. That that gospel is the what? The power of God.

  408. So what this place is saying now, let's connect

  409. this place to 1 Corinthians 15. Christ dying

  410. for sins, Christ being buried. Christ being raised

  411. from the dead, that is called the power of God

  412. unto what? Unto salvation. Do you understand

  413. what I just said now? Christ's death, burial,

  414. and resurrection, right? Let me put it this way.

  415. Gospel is equal to Christ's death, burial, and

  416. what? Resurrection is equal to the power of God

  417. unto what? Salvation. unto how many people? To

  418. everyone. You see, the same thing that he mentioned,

  419. well, have been separated according to the gospel

  420. of God, right? That we have received this grace

  421. of apostleship, right? Right, to the obedience

  422. of faith to all nations. Hallelujah. So, that

  423. means that the power of God unto salvation is

  424. to everyone, to all nations. Glory to Jesus.

  425. So, what we are saying, that what God spoke from

  426. the old, that we call the Holy Scriptures, which

  427. we know, what God was speaking to Abraham, what

  428. he spoke to Isaiah, what he spoke to David, what

  429. he spoke to Jeremiah, what he spoke to Ezekiel,

  430. what he spoke to Malachi, what he spoke to Hosea,

  431. what he spoke from Genesis to Malachi, every

  432. of that thing, of that communication is called

  433. what? The power of God unto what? Salvation.

  434. That is why in Luke 24 now, When Christ will

  435. open their understanding. Let's see now. Let's

  436. see. Let's see. Let's connect it. See. Luke 24.

  437. When Christ. After Christ had opened their understanding.

  438. And taught them. 38. Luke 24. 48. After he had

  439. taught them. 47 now. Right? Let's start from

  440. verse 45. So that you can connect what I'm saying.

  441. Then opened here their understanding. That they

  442. might understand the what? The scriptures. And

  443. he said unto them. Thus it is written. Right?

  444. Thus it behoove Christ to suffer and to rise

  445. from the dead, the what? The third day, which

  446. Paul will call it the power of God unto what?

  447. Salvation. Hallelujah. 47. And that through the

  448. power of God unto salvation, repentance and remission

  449. of sins should be preached to how many nations?

  450. To all nations, to everyone that believes. All

  451. nations beginning at what? Jerusalem. 48. And

  452. where are weaknesses of what? Of these things.

  453. 39. And behold, I send the promise of my Father

  454. upon you, but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem

  455. until ye be endued with power on what? On high.

  456. Because that event called Christ's death, burial,

  457. and resurrection comes with an evidence called

  458. the power of God unto what? Salvation. Hallelujah.

  459. Glory to Jesus. Glory to Jesus. Do you understand

  460. what we are doing? Do you understand what we

  461. are learning? And that is called the name of

  462. who? The name of Jesus. For his name's sake.

  463. In his name. By his name. Glory to God. Glory

  464. to God. Romans chapter 10 verse 9 now. Romans

    Romans 10:9 Romans 10:9

  465. chapter 10 verse 9. Romans chapter 10 verse 9.

    Romans 10:9

  466. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the

  467. Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that

  468. God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt

  469. be what? Power of God. On to what? Salvation.

  470. And what are you confessing? You confess with

  471. thy mouth the what? The Lord Jesus. And you believe

  472. in your heart that God had done what? Raising

  473. from the dead. You wrote somewhere that the crux

  474. of the gospel, right? The message of the gospel

  475. is what? The resurrection of who? Jesus. I believe

  476. in my heart that God had raised him from the

  477. dead. I become what? Saved. That is called the

  478. power of what? The power of God. That is the

  479. power of God. That is the power of God. So let

  480. me say this now as it's coming to my heart. Which

  481. means that when the gospel is preached, right?

  482. What is happening is that the man that is preaching

  483. the gospel, right? What he is doing is that he

  484. is exercising, he is releasing the power of who?

  485. The power of God. The man that is receiving the

  486. gospel by faith, that man is having an encounter

  487. with the power of God. And that power of God,

  488. what? Will save that person. That is the salvation.

  489. And so all these events are happening, right?

  490. For his own sake. Glory to Jesus. Glory to Jesus.

  491. Glory to Jesus. You see, that is why now in Mark

    Mark 16 chapter mention

  492. chapter 16, he will now tell them that, Go ye

  493. into what? All the nations of the earth. And

  494. do what? And preach the gospel. Because the believer

  495. is the man that has the power of God unto salvation.

  496. Do you know what I just said? The believer is

  497. the man that has what? The power of God unto

  498. what? Salvation. So if the believer is the man

  499. that has the power of God unto salvation. that

  500. ought to be everywhere saving our men. He said

  501. to everyone that believes. Everyone that believes.

  502. Are we all here? Are we all here? 1 Corinthians

  503. 15, 13. 1 Corinthians 15, 13. 1 Corinthians 15,

  504. 13. So far so good. Are we learning? Are we learning

  505. everybody? Okay, good. I'm also learning. I'm

  506. also learning. Because some things I'm not. I'm

  507. learning here and not even in my notes. So 1

  508. Corinthians 15, 13 now. But if there be no resurrection

  509. or death, then Christ is what? He's not risen,

  510. right? We're going to stop at 17. Yes, let's

  511. go. And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching

  512. what? Vain. And your faith is also what? In vain.

  513. Hallelujah. Yea, and we have found false what?

  514. Witnesses of God. Because we have testified of

  515. God that he raised up Christ, whom he raised

  516. up. Whom he raised not up. If not so, be that

  517. the dead rise not yet. For if the dead rise not,

  518. then is not Christ what? Raised. 17, and we stop

  519. there. And if Christ be not raised, your faith

  520. is in vain, then ye are yet in your what? In

  521. your sins. Hallelujah. So the summary of what

  522. Paul is saying is that what I declare unto you

  523. people and you believe is the power of God unto

  524. what? Salvation. And that power of God unto salvation

  525. has saved you from your sins. Hallelujah. And

  526. that is called the gospel. Christ's death, burial,

  527. and what? Resurrection. Glory to Jesus. Glory

  528. to Jesus. So far so good. We understand how we

  529. arrived here, right? We know how we arrived here,

  530. right? Is it clear? Any confusion so far? Any

  531. confusion? Good. So now, let's just quickly have

  532. a rundown, maybe add some references in the book

  533. of Acts where we see some of these things. Acts

    Acts 1:1–3

  534. chapter 1, verse 1 to 3, everybody. Let's go.

  535. Very fast. Let's have this very fast. Acts chapter

    Acts 1:1–3

  536. 1, verse 1 to 3. Can you see? He showed himself

  537. what? Alive, right? After his passion, by many

  538. infallible what? Proofs. If you are reading another

  539. version, you say, Many undeniable proofs. Being

  540. seen of them 40 days and speaking of the things

  541. pertaining to the what? To the kingdom of God.

  542. And we've learned here, pastor has taught us

  543. here, that the things pertaining to the kingdom

  544. of God, which we've learned, that he has taught

  545. them in Luke 24, is his death, burial, and what?

  546. Resurrection. Hallelujah. Glory to Jesus. So

  547. now, and then now, let's read down to it. Very

  548. fast. Let's go. And being assembled together

  549. with them, commanded them that they should not

  550. depart from Jerusalem. But wait for the promise

  551. of the Father, which he said, ye have heard of

  552. me. Because he has told them all those things.

  553. When we read the book of John, right? For John

  554. truly baptized with water, but ye shall be baptized

  555. with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. When

  556. that therefore were come together, they asked

  557. of him, saying, Lord, will thou at this time

  558. restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said

  559. unto him, it is not for you to know the times

  560. of the season which the Father hath put in his

  561. own power, but ye shall receive power after the

  562. Holy Ghost is come upon you, and ye shall be

  563. what? Witnesses. So you see, now Paul, now where

  564. we read in 1 Corinthians 15, Paul will tell them,

  565. if Christ be not raised, then we have become

  566. what? Says what? Witnesses. So what are we witnessing

  567. about? We are witnessing that Christ have died,

  568. Christ was buried, and Christ was raised from

  569. the dead. And that is the power of God that saves

  570. men from their sins. Hallelujah. That's what

  571. Jesus is saying here there will be. Right? Unto

  572. me, both in Jerusalem and in all Judea and in

  573. Samaria and onto the autonomous part of the earth.

  574. If you remember, in Luke 24, he said that, right?

  575. For ye are witnesses of this, and that through

  576. you, repentance and remission of sins will be

  577. preached to how many nations? To all nations

  578. for my name's sake. Hallelujah. Glory to Jesus.

  579. So, what are we seeing? That from Jesus' death,

  580. burial, and resurrection, Now we see witnesses

  581. born out of it. Glory to God. For his name's

  582. sake. Ah no, let me not go there. It's at the

  583. end now. Let me not say at the end now. Hallelujah.

  584. For his what? For his name's sake. For his name's

  585. sake. Acts chapter 1 verse 22. Acts chapter 1

    Acts 1:22 Acts 1:22

  586. verse 22. Beginning from the baptism of John

  587. unto the same day that he was taken up from us,

  588. must one be ordained to be a witness with us

  589. of his what? of his resurrection and other evidence.

  590. His resurrection. Right? Acts chapter 2, verse

    Acts 2:25

  591. 25. Acts chapter 2, verse 25. Acts chapter 2,

    Acts 2:25 Acts 2:25

  592. verse 25. For David's speak, we'll just run it

  593. fast to 33. For David's speaker concerning him,

  594. I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for

  595. he is on my right hand, that I should not be

  596. moved. Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my

  597. tongue was glad. Moreover, also my flesh shall

  598. rest in hope. Because thou wilt not leave my

  599. soul in hell, neither this Peter now, quoting

  600. David now, right? Wilt not leave my soul in hell,

  601. neither wilt thou suffer thy holy one to see

  602. what? Corruption. Thou hast made known to me

  603. the ways of life. Thou shalt make me full of

  604. joy with thy what? Countenance. Men and brethren,

  605. let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch

  606. David, that he is both dead and buried, and his

  607. sepulcher is with us unto what? this day. Therefore

  608. being a prophet and knowing that God has sworn

  609. with an oath to him that of the fruit of what?

  610. Of his loins. Now from Abraham now. Hallelujah.

  611. According to the flesh he will raise up which

  612. means what God spoke from the scriptures that

  613. will happen that we call the promise that is

  614. the gospel that according to flesh Jesus will

  615. come. Let me put it this way now that we learn

  616. now. God will come according to flesh. Amen?

  617. He will die and be buried, and he will be raised

  618. from what? From the dead. To his loins, according

  619. to the flesh, he will raise up Christ to sit

  620. on his what? On his throne. He seen this before,

  621. speak of the resurrection of who? Of Christ.

  622. That his soul was not left in hell. So if you

  623. are in the cell meeting now, we are discussing

  624. this, right? Neither his flesh did see what?

  625. Corruption. 32. This Jesus our God raised up,

  626. whereof we are all what? I will stop there. Hallelujah.

  627. That through the resurrection, that he has spoken

  628. from our forefathers, that's what Peter was saying,

  629. right? That today, that is fulfilled, and you

  630. now hear, and you now what? You now see. Let

  631. me put it this way. That what they are seeing

  632. in display is that they are seeing a display

  633. of the power of God unto what? Unto salvation.

  634. So we now see at the end of his message, right?

  635. We now see 3 ,000 will be what? Will be saved.

  636. Because when we now read further the other verses

  637. ahead, we now see after he has preached the gospel

  638. to them, right? All of them wondered, how can

  639. we be saved? They became saved from what he spoke.

  640. Mind you, don't forget, Peter was not speaking

  641. from Ephesians. He wasn't speaking from Corinthians.

  642. He wasn't speaking from Galatians. He was speaking

  643. from Genesis to what? To Malachi. So now write

  644. this somewhere. So which means that I can preach

  645. the gospel from Genesis to Malachi and people

  646. will be saved today. Do you hear what I just

  647. said? That I can preach the gospel from what?

  648. Genesis to Malachi, right? And people will be

  649. saved when? Today. Glory to Jesus. So let's quickly

  650. add these scriptures now. Add these scriptures,

  651. everybody. Acts chapter 3 verse 15. Acts chapter

    Acts 3:15 Acts 3:15

  652. 3 verse 15. Acts chapter 5 verse 30. Acts chapter

    Acts 5:30 Acts 5:30

  653. 5 verse 30. Acts chapter 10 verse 40. Acts chapter

    Acts 10:40 Acts 10:40

  654. 10 verse 40. Acts chapter 13 verse 29. Acts chapter

    Acts 13:29 Acts 13:29

  655. 13 verse 29. And then Acts chapter 17 verse 31.

    Acts 17:31

  656. Acts chapter 17 verse 31. Are we all there? Yes.

    Acts 17:31

  657. So when we read all these places, we will see

  658. about the resurrection of Jesus, the resurrection

  659. of Jesus, and then the things he has accomplished.

  660. Glory to Jesus. Glory to Jesus. Are we all here?

  661. Are we all here? Are we learning? So far so good.

  662. Is there any confusion? Okay, good. So now Ephesians

    Ephesians 1:16

  663. chapter 1 verse 16. Let's go to Epistles. We're

  664. just going to run this fast and then we end the

  665. last part. Ephesians chapter 1 verse 16. Our

    Ephesians 1:16

  666. sister, our sister Judith helped us and then

  667. we prayed a part of it. Ephesians chapter 1 verse

    Ephesians 1:16

  668. 16. We'll stop at 23, everybody. Right? So with

  669. all that we have learned now about resurrection,

  670. then now that resurrection is called the gospel.

  671. And then that gospel, Paul would call it the

  672. power of who? The power of God unto what? Salvation.

  673. He said to everyone. Hallelujah. So everyone

  674. that believes the gospel will encounter this

  675. power too. Glory to Jesus. Good. So Ephesians

    Ephesians 1 chapter mention

  676. chapter 1, number 16. So with all that we have

  677. learned, pay attention carefully to the lines

  678. as we are reading it. Right? And then with all

  679. that you have learned, you'll be fixing some

  680. things there. 16, let's go. Since not to give

  681. thanks for you, Making mention of you in my what?

  682. Prayers. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ,

  683. the Father of glory, may give you the spirit

  684. of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of

  685. who? In the knowledge of him. 18. The eyes of

  686. your understanding being enlightened, that ye

  687. may know what is the hope of his calling and

  688. what the riches of the glory of his inheritance

  689. in what? In the saints. You know what we read

  690. in Romans chapter 1 verse 1, right? He said that

    Romans 1:1

  691. what? I've been separated unto the gospel of

  692. God. Hallelujah. I've received grace, right?

  693. And apostleship, right? Right? To the obedience

  694. by faith, right? To preach the gospel to all

  695. nations for the name of Christ. Amen? Good. So,

  696. now, see what he's saying in 18. So, Paul will

  697. say that statement in Romans chapter 1 because

    Romans 1 chapter mention

  698. now, the eyes of his understanding now is enlightened

  699. about that assignment. Hallelujah. 18 now. So,

  700. now, you will pray for them. That ye may know

  701. what is the hope of his calling, and what the

  702. riches of the glory of his inheritance in the

  703. saints. 19. Everybody, pay attention, pay attention,

  704. pay attention. And what is the exceeding greatness

  705. of his, what? Power to us, what? And it is the

  706. power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes

  707. according to the working of his mighty power.

  708. 20. What is this power? Everybody pay attention

  709. now. And see, everybody pay attention because

  710. everything we're going to read from 20 to 23

  711. is what is active in them that believe now. Are

  712. we all here? Are we all here? Are we all here?

  713. 20 now. Walking of his mighty power. 20. Which

  714. he wrought in who? In Christ. When he raised

  715. him from the dead and set him at his own right

  716. hand in the heavenly places. far above all principalities,

  717. and power, and might, and dominion, and every

  718. name that is named, not only in this world, but

  719. also in that which is to come, and hath put all

  720. things under his feet, and gave him to be the

  721. head over all things, to the church, which is

  722. his body, the fullness of him, that filleth what?

  723. All in what? In all. Hallelujah. Glory to Jesus.

  724. So what is the summary of what we are saying

  725. now? We're going to go into it. The summary of

  726. what we are saying is that all that we've read

  727. from 20 down to 22 is the reality of the church

  728. now. Do you hear what I just said? All that we've

  729. read from 20 to 22 is the reality of what? Of

  730. the church when? Not tomorrow. Not next week.

  731. Not next month. When? Now. The power... That

  732. is at work in us who believe is the power that

  733. God wrought in Christ. Is the power that raised

  734. him from the dead. Is that same power that settled

  735. him at his own wrought? Right hand. Mind you,

  736. remember, right? In Ephesians chapter 1, we are

    Ephesians 1 chapter mention

  737. not, we are not, let me, let me, let me just

  738. quickly get it now. Let me just quickly get it.

  739. Let me quickly get it. No, Ephesians chapter

    Ephesians 2:6

  740. 2 verse 6 now, right? I want to say something,

  741. that's why I need to read it. Ephesians 2, and

  742. had raised up us together. And made us to see

  743. him heavenly places in who? In Christ Jesus.

  744. Ephesians chapter 1. He said that he has raised

    Ephesians 1 chapter mention

  745. him up. Hallelujah. And set him at his right

  746. hand in the what? Heavenly places. He didn't

  747. raise Jesus only up. He raised us up. Hallelujah.

  748. The power that raised Jesus set us up together

  749. with Christ in what? In heavenly what? In heavenly

  750. places. Christ is far above principalities. The

  751. church is far above principalities. Hallelujah.

  752. Christ is far above power. The church is far

  753. above power. Christ is far above might and dominion.

  754. The church is far above might and what? Dominion.

  755. Every name that is named, not only in this world,

  756. but also in that which is to come. As they are

  757. subjected to Christ, so are they subjected to

  758. who? To the church. I put all things under his

  759. feet. I put all things under the feet of the

  760. church. Hallelujah. And I'm giving him what?

  761. To be the head over all things what? To the church.

  762. which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth

  763. what? That filleth all. So if we want to understand

  764. the fullness of Christ, Jesus is dead, burial

  765. and resurrection, we will understand the fullness

  766. of Christ, dead, burial and resurrection and

  767. that power in where? In the church. Glory to

  768. Jesus. That is the name of Jesus. That is the

  769. name of Jesus. So now, verse 17 now. Verse 17,

  770. everybody. Let's look at verse 17. Verse 17 says,

  771. Ephesians 1, 17. The Lord Jesus Christ, the Father

  772. of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom.

  773. And what? Which is revelation in the knowledge

  774. of what? Of him. So we have learned that revelation

  775. is the word apocalypses. Revelation is the word

  776. apocalypses. Apocalypses. Apocalypses. I think

  777. we've learned it during the, during the Kadatismos,

  778. right? It means what? Apocalypses. I remember

  779. very well, we said from Romans chapter 8, 19,

    Romans 8 chapter mention

  780. 20. Same word, apocalypses. Okay, I will not

  781. say it. The word knowledge, right? The word knowledge.

  782. What's the word knowledge? Epignosis. I think

  783. I said it last teaching. It means what? No, pastors,

  784. don't say anything, pastors. Pastors, don't say

  785. anything. It means what? Okay, I will not say

  786. this one too. You will check your notes. You

  787. are making my work easy. Ephesians chapter 4

    Ephesians 4:11

  788. verse 11. Ephesians chapter 4 verse 11. Ephesians

    Ephesians 4:11 Ephesians 4:11

  789. chapter 4 verse 11. We have received grace. Hallelujah.

  790. So epignosis means accurate knowledge. Amen.

  791. Apocalypse means what? Huh? Laid bare. Okay.

  792. Huh? The neck naked. What do I have here? A strange,

  793. strange teal. If you just drop the 4 by 11, everybody

  794. will see the same word we use about knowledge,

  795. right? And he gave some apostles and some prophets

  796. and some evangelists and some pastors and teachers

  797. for the prophethood of saints, for the work of

  798. the ministry, and for the body of Christ. Till

  799. we all come in the unity of faith and of the

  800. epignosis of the Son of God. On the path of man,

  801. on the measure of the stature of the fullness

  802. of who? Of Christ. Same word there. Hallelujah.

  803. So let's add these references now. Philippians

  804. 1 .9. Same word for that knowledge. Philippians

  805. 1 .9. Colossians 1 .9. Why is that these days?

  806. I don't carry. currencies in my pockets. Or maybe

  807. I'm in cashless mood. You know, when you are

  808. under management, you have to be cashless. You

  809. know, because the flow is maintained and managed.

  810. May the Lord give you understanding. Philippians

  811. 1 .9, Colossians 1 .9, Philemon 1 .6. You know,

  812. before I married, I used to blow money. I blow

  813. money anyhow. I'm a blower. You know, I blow.

  814. If you are close to me, I blow it. One day, Pastor

  815. Ife came and asked me, he said, Bishop, it's

  816. like you have disconnected yourself from money.

  817. I told him, I said, I'm trying to do one experiment.

  818. When I'm done, I think I will tell you why I'm

  819. doing it. You know? So I told my wife one day,

  820. I said, oh, we're coming out. I told her, I said,

  821. you know, there is a way, poverty. will make

  822. you, the things of the world will not appeal

  823. to you. You know, there's a way lack of cash

  824. will make you, restaurants, nah. Looking good,

  825. nah. I remember Pastor Victor would say, you

  826. know, Bishop, this is your trouser. I said, no,

  827. no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Matter of God, we

  828. are not focusing on that now. Don't focus on

  829. these things now. He said, no, you know, there's

  830. a way, you know, we need to, as we are going

  831. up. We should, we should be, they say, well,

  832. we need to look, I say, no, we are still good

  833. this way. No cash. Yeah, no, no cash. Those few

  834. weeks ago, I realized that there's what is called

  835. wealth and there's what is called ultra wealth.

  836. Just a few weeks ago, I said, hmm, that's my

  837. first time, ultra. So, it's well. Where were

  838. we? Where did we write? Philippians, Philemon

  839. 1 .6, 1 Timothy 2 .4, and then 2 Timothy 3 .7.

  840. Let's quickly rush this now. So what he is now

  841. saying to them, there will be a revealing, number

  842. one, and that revealing will come as a result

  843. of what? Accurate knowledge. Amen? Ephesians

  844. 1 .18. 18 now tells us that what? That word enlightened,

  845. we have learned it here. It means fortizo, right?

  846. And fortizo means to educate. So the mind will

  847. be educated about Christ. The mind will be illuminated

  848. about Christ. That's enlightened. Amen? Then,

  849. that you may know what is the hope of his calling.

  850. Yes, yes, yes. So there will be an illumination.

  851. There will be an education, right? About his

  852. calling, about the riches of his glory. Of his

  853. inheritance in what? In the saints. Amen? 19

  854. now, everybody. And what is the exceeding greatness

  855. of his power? Right? That word power there is

  856. dynamis. That word power is what? Dynamis. Dynamis

  857. means ability to accomplish something. Dynamis.

  858. D -Y -N -A -M -I -S. Ability. That word power

  859. there, right, is called dynamis. It means ability

  860. to what? To accomplish something. He said, we

  861. will know the exceeding ability of God that is

  862. resident in us. Who what? Who believes. Hallelujah.

  863. That we will know it. I pray for you, the church.

  864. Right? That the eyes of your understanding will

  865. be what? Will be illuminated. After knowing the

  866. hope of his calling, the riches of his health

  867. in the saints, right? You will now know. That

  868. there is an ability of God in you. Hallelujah.

  869. Glory to God. Now, he now calls that again. Let's

  870. see all the adjectives that we're given now.

  871. Dynamics, right? Just what we believe according

  872. to the working of his what? Of his mighty power.

  873. See all the connections that Paul will give.

  874. Exceeding, greatness, working, mighty what? Power.

  875. exceeding, greatness, working, mighty, what?

  876. Not power that has worked and is not working

  877. now. Hallelujah. Not power that has stopped working.

  878. Not power that is going to work for two weeks.

  879. Not power that is going to work for three days.

  880. No, no, no, no, no, no. He said that effect work,

  881. you see that work there is a continuous, present,

  882. future, participle, tense. If you add anything,

  883. working and moving till eternity. Paul will call

  884. it That this power is what? Is exceeding great.

  885. That word exceeding. Exceeding means hyperbolo.

  886. Hyperbolo means what? To surpass. To surpass.

  887. To excel beyond. There is a power in believers

  888. that surpasses. That excels. There is a power

  889. that is beyond the usual. Hallelujah. Let me

  890. add this now to it. There's a power that is beyond

  891. the ordinary. There is a power that is beyond

  892. the natural. That's the word exceeding. Greatness

  893. is megetos. Greatness. M -E -G -E -T -H -O -S.

  894. Megetos. Megetos means magnitude. An unusual

  895. magnitude of ability in the believer. Megetos.

  896. M -E -G -E -T -H -O -S. Magnitude. Then we know

  897. what walking is, right? Working. Effective. Energia.

  898. Something that is running. Efficient. That is

  899. functioning effectively. Hallelujah. Then the

  900. word mighty. Mighty power. Two words together.

  901. Mighty power. He joined two meanings of power

  902. all together, right? Mighty is also used for

  903. power. That is ischis and kratos. The first power

  904. is dynamis, an ability to accomplish something

  905. in the believer. Amen. The second mighty is also

  906. power ischys. I -I -S -C -H -Y -S. It means the

  907. ability that is manifested. Hallelujah. So the

  908. ability that is what? Manifested. Ischys. I -S

  909. -C -H -Y -S. Displayed strength. Manifested ability.

  910. And then that manifested ability, now he joined

  911. it together with the word kratos, mighty power,

  912. right? Displayed ability or manifested ability

  913. associated with authority or dominion. So kratos

  914. is what? Power associated with what? Authority

  915. and what? Dominion. Hallelujah. So when we put

  916. that together, exceeding greatness, working what?

  917. Mighty power. So in the believer, there is an

  918. ability of God, hallelujah, that is functioning,

  919. running effectively, that is manifested, right?

  920. To show authority and what? Dominion. And that

  921. is why when you see the next place now, the next

  922. verse, it begins to tell us that that power that

  923. is effective, he wrote it in who? He wrote that

  924. power in who? in Christ Jesus. That same wrath

  925. in Christ Jesus, that not wrath, is the same

  926. thing with walking and at you. So that same power

  927. is that he made that power, right? So now, listen.

  928. So what the scripture is saying now, the point

  929. we're telling that the eyes of the understand

  930. be illuminated to is that the power that now

  931. is in us, that belief, is the power, not, God

  932. did not reduce it to 95%. He did not receive

  933. it to 99 .9%. He did not receive it to 70%. He

  934. said, no, no, you know, there's a level their

  935. body cannot carry. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

  936. He said, that same exceeding, greatness, mighty,

  937. walking power is that same power that he wrote

  938. in who? In Christ Jesus. That same power is the

  939. power that raised Christ from who? From the grave.

  940. He didn't stop there. That same power is that

  941. power that sets Christ in the place of authority

  942. in the heavenly places. Hallelujah. That same

  943. power is the power that made him to be set above

  944. principalities and wealth, power and might. That

  945. same power. What I'm saying is that inside you,

  946. the believer, there is a power that raised Jesus

  947. from the dead. There is a power that has set

  948. him in the heavenly places. There is a power.

  949. That has set him above what? Principalities.

  950. What I'm saying automatically now, a revelation

  951. in order to come to you, that that is your reality

  952. now. That is your current reality. Hallelujah.

  953. That God has set us above what? Principalities.

  954. Above powers. Above might. Above rulers. Onoma.

  955. Authority. Function. Office. So which means the

  956. believer is now in the what? In the power. In

  957. the office of Jesus. You remember the illustration

  958. we gave, that when you say, in the name of Jesus,

  959. rise up and walk, it's not another power that

  960. is coming from above. It's that same power that

  961. is where? In you. So I see a sickness, I see

  962. a cancer, I command every symptom of cancer to

  963. go in the name of Jesus. You are not mentioning

  964. the biological name of Jesus. You remember I

  965. said, in my name, you will lay hands on the sick.

  966. What you're just doing in the natural is that

  967. as you lay hands, power is transmitted from within

  968. you through your hands upon the disease. As you

  969. alter us, you shall cast out devils. You demon,

  970. I speak to you. So, oh, listen guys. So which

  971. means that the power of God that is resident

  972. in the believers will find expression through

  973. our members. So when I speak, I release power.

  974. When I lay hands on the sick, power is released.

  975. Not another power. Which means that when I'm

  976. encountered with a circumstance, there's a resident

  977. power inside me. Hallelujah. There's a resident

  978. power. Not only a resident power. Let's qualify

  979. it now. There is an exceeding... What again?

  980. Let's work. There's what? 19. Now, let's call

  981. the words. There is an exceeding greatness of

  982. what? of his working what? Mighty power where?

  983. In me. So when you go to her this week, hallelujah,

  984. when you are declaring that right inside me,

  985. there is an exceeding greatness working mighty

  986. power. There is an exceeding greatness working

  987. mighty what? Power. There is an exceeding greatness

  988. mighty working what? Power. That power is working.

  989. That power is what? It's working. Glory to Jesus.

  990. So now, which means I've occupied his what? His

  991. office. Lastly now, Colossians 2 .15. Let's rush

  992. this now. Colossians 2 .15. So you see, what

  993. Paul will teach the church is that they understand

  994. this exceeding greatness, working mighty power.

  995. This is my word, me. This is my word for the

  996. week now. There is an exceeding greatness, mighty,

  997. working mighty power. There is an exceeding greatness,

  998. working, mighty power. Not the power that has

  999. not worked. Let me say this as it's coming to

1000. my heart. That before God gave us the power and

1001. he ensured the power is to us what we believe

1002. as, he first wrought that power in Christ Jesus.

1003. Do you understand what I just said? So which

1004. means that if God wrought that power in Christ

1005. Jesus, and Christ did not rise, will not receive

1006. it. Do you understand what I'm saying? So when

1007. God wrought in Christ Jesus, and Christ was raised

1008. from the grave, that same power is what is resident

1009. in the believer. Let me just add this as a way

1010. of lesson now. So which means that, whatever

1011. is around us, whatever that seems difficult,

1012. whatsoever that seems challenging, Whatsoever

1013. that seems, oh, I'm confused about it. Whatsoever

1014. that seems is a mountain. Whatsoever that seems

1015. as though it's some form of darkness. Whatsoever

1016. that seems to be like it's some kind of restriction,

1017. some kind of resistance. Remember that there

1018. is an exceeding greatness, working, mighty power.

1019. That power was first tested in Christ Jesus.

1020. And it works. It raised Jesus from the dead.

1021. It didn't only raise Jesus from the dead. It

1022. set him up in the heavenly places. Above principalities,

1023. powers are mine. That power is at work where?

1024. In me. That is the name of Jesus. Hallelujah.

1025. Colossians, very passing. Colossians 2 .15 now.

1026. I'm just going to rush this now. 2 .15. Is it

1027. happening? Let's start with verse 14. Blotting

1028. out the handwriting, all that thing. And you

1029. being dead in your sins, Tell yourself I'm not

1030. ordinary. Say I'm not ordinary. Say I'm not ordinary.

1031. Nothing overcomes me. Say I'm not ordinary. There

1032. is an exceeding greatness. working, mighty power.

1033. Oh, I'm not ordinary. Hallelujah. Having spoiled

1034. principalities and powers, he made a show of

1035. them openly, triumphing over them in it. Hallelujah.

1036. He made a show of them openly, triumphing what?

1037. Over them. Glory to Jesus. So that word spoiled,

1038. write it down, please, fast. Just have like maybe

1039. four minutes. That word spoiled is apecdomai.

  1040. A -P -E -K -D -U -O -M -A -I. A -P -E -K -D -U

  1041. -O -M -A -I. It means to disarm. To strip off.

1042. He disarmed principalities and powers. You see

1043. where we read in Ephesians that he set him up

1044. above what? Principalities, powers, and might.

1045. This is what happens. That he disarmed what?

1046. He disarmed. So, Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection.

1047. Right? His resurrection is the proof that powers,

1048. principalities and powers have been what? Disarmed.

1049. He said to disarm. Are you reading that? Yes.

1050. And then now, I added this now. To disarm, to

1051. show as a sign of victory. To disarm means to

1052. show as a sign of what? As a sign of victory.

1053. To show as a sign of victory. Three minutes.

1054. To show as a sign of what? As a sign of victory.

  1055. So that Colossians 2 .15. 2 .15 I said. He made

1056. a show of them what? Openly triumphant what?

1057. Over them. Hallelujah. And that word. To show

1058. them openly. To show them. Is the word. Degmatizo.

  1059. D -E -I -G -M -A -T -I -Z -O. D -E -I -G -M -A

  1060. -T -I -Z -O. It means to give evidence or a proof

1061. of a thing. Hallelujah. To give what? To give

1062. evidence or a proof of what? Of a thing. Add

1063. these scriptures now to help us with that. Colossians

  1064. 1 .13. Colossians 1 .13. Ephesians 2 .6 -7. Ephesians

1065. 3 .10. To give evidence. To give evidence. To

1066. give evidence. Then Hebrews 2 .14. Hebrews chapter

    Hebrews 2:14

  1067. 2, verse 14. Hebrews chapter 2, verse 14. Help

    Hebrews 2:14

1068. us with Hebrews chapter 2, verse 14. Okay, let

    Hebrews 2:14

1069. me quickly read it here because my time is. For

1070. as much then as the children are the particle

1071. of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise

1072. took part of the same. That true dead, everybody

1073. see now, that true dead, he might what? He might

1074. destroy him that had the power of who? Dead,

1075. that is who? The devil. Next verse now. And not

1076. only to destroy the devil, the high power of

1077. death. Amen. But to deliver them who through

1078. fear of death were all their lifetime subject

1079. to what? To bondage. So in the destruction of

1080. Satan, the high power of death. Amen. Comes the

1081. deliverance of them that are under what? Bondage.

1082. Hallelujah. Glory to Jesus. Glory to Jesus. So

1083. what did Jesus do? What did he do when he did

1084. that destruction? Because we are reading that

1085. he spoiled principalities and powers. Amen? What

1086. did he do? He did it through his death, burial,

1087. and resurrection. He did it through his death,

1088. burial, and what? And resurrection. He did it

1089. through his death, burial, and resurrection.

1090. Because what he did was not hidden. Hallelujah.

1091. What he did, the scriptures say he shewed them

1092. openly. And that word openly is paresia. Paresia.

1093. means to boldly, a freedom of expression, to

1094. boldly show things up, to boldly show things.

1095. The same thing, Matthew chapter 1, verse 19,

    Matthew 1:19

1096. and then Hebrews chapter 10, verse 19, Matthew

    Hebrews 10:19

  1097. 1, 19, Hebrews 10, 19, and then 1 John 5, 14.

  1098. And then lastly, 2 Corinthians 2, 14 now. 2 Corinthians

1099. 2, 14. That word triumphing over them. triumphing

1100. over them means a procession with an acclamation

1101. of victory. Hallelujah. A procession with an

1102. acclamation of what? Of victory. So what Jesus

1103. did is that, yes, good, to show that principalities'

1104. powers, right, and then might and powers have

1105. been defeated. What he did is that he gave a

1106. proof. Hallelujah. And that proof he gave, Is

1107. what? Is in the church. Is in where? In the believer.

1108. Hallelujah. This is how. Now, thanks be unto

1109. God, which always caused us to what? To triumph.

1110. In who? In Christ. And make it what? Manifest

1111. the servant of his knowledge by us in what? In

1112. every place. So what Jesus did is what? Exercise

1113. where? On the earth. The show. The evidence that

1114. principalities, powers, might, rulers, right,

1115. have been disarmed is where we are the evidence.

1116. Hallelujah. The power, that exceeding greatness,

1117. mighty working power, like that God wrote in

1118. Christ Jesus, we are the proof of it. So what

1119. we are saying is that the name of Jesus came

1120. from victory. Hallelujah. The name of Jesus came

1121. from conquests. so also the believer came from

1122. victory. So every time I'm exercising, I'm praying

1123. in the name of Jesus. I'm praying from victory.

1124. I'm not praying from defeat. Hallelujah. Every

1125. time I'm overcome by a situation against me,

1126. right? I stand before that situation, what? From

1127. where? From victory. Why? Let me say this lastly

1128. now. Because the manifest servile of God's knowledge.

1129. He's always what? Nailed through me. Glory to

1130. Jesus. Glory to Jesus. Say, I'm in the name.

1131. I'm in the name. I'm in the name. I'm in the

1132. name. Can we just bless God, everybody? Can we

1133. just bless God? We appreciate you being here

1134. today. We hope you carry this word with you throughout

1135. your week. Don't forget to check the show notes
